Send us your questions and reflections!

Are you asking God to change your circumstances when your soul needs deeper healing?

In Episode 3 of Soul Reset, “God Restores, Not Just Rescues,” we explore Psalm 23:1–3 and the difference between surviving a difficult season and being restored after it.

The crisis may be over, but fear can remain. The relationship may have ended, but rejection can still shape your identity. The financial situation may have improved, but anxiety may continue controlling your decisions. Sometimes God brings us through a difficult experience, yet something within us still needs his healing care.

Psalm 23 reveals God as the Good Shepherd who does more than rescue us from danger. He leads us beside still waters, restores our souls, and guides us along right paths. God cares about the circumstances we face—and about what those circumstances have done within us.

In this Christian devotional episode, you’ll be invited to consider:

• What has this season depleted within me?
• Where have fear, grief, rejection, or exhaustion remained?
• Am I asking only for external change when I need inner restoration?
• What restoring step might the Good Shepherd be leading me to take?

God’s restoration may include establishing a healthy boundary, asking for help, grieving an ignored loss, releasing resentment, slowing your pace, or receiving God’s care without rushing the process.

Today’s reflection question: Where do I need inner restoration, not external change?

The Shepherd who brought you through the difficult season is still beside you. Let him lead you, care for you, and restore your soul.
