Oops, I'm Evolving
The podcast for the ones outgrowing everything they thought they had to be. Hosted by someone knee-deep in the real work — not just the cute, surface-level kind — this show cracks open the hidden layers of healing, growth, self-abandonment, identity shifts, and spiritual awakenings. It’s raw. It’s honest. It’s the stuff most people are too afraid to say out loud. If you’ve ever felt like you’re falling apart and becoming more you at the same time — welcome. You’re in the right place.

The Year Everything Ended — And Why I’m Grateful It Did
EP 43. Over the last year, my life has moved through a series of endings, quiet stretches, and unexpected clarity that I didn’t fully understand while I was living them. What I did know was that change felt harder than ever — especially as someone whose nervous system tends to push back until change becomes unavoidable.
In this episode, I’m sharing what it’s actually felt like to move through the energies of the Destroyer, the Desert, the Cave, and now, the Mentor — not as archetypes or theories, but as lived experience. From moments where things ended abruptly and without my permission, to long periods where life felt stripped down and uncertain, to the silence that forced me inward and changed my relationship with myself.
At the beginning of this year, I had a massive intuitive download that eventually became The Turning Point. What’s funny looking back is that I thought I was creating something to help others — and instead, I ended up learning far more about change, self-trust, and my own capacity to move through hard things than I ever expected.
This episode is an honest reflection on what happens when you stop resisting change, when you learn to listen instead of push, and when guidance finally lands because you’re ready to receive it. If you’re in a season where something feels like it’s ending, unraveling, or reshaping your life, this conversation will meet you right where you are.
