Gordy attended the United States Air Force Academy, taught leadership at the Academy, and obtained a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
Gordy has over 30 years of education and experience and helps C-suite, business unit, and functional leaders develop business strategies; implement major change initiatives; hire, develop, and promote leadership talent; and build high-performing teams.
He has published over 21 books as well as numerous book chapters, articles, white papers, and assessments on leadership and teams.
