00:05 You're not burnt out because you're doing too much. Well, you might be doing too much, but you're burnt out because it's not actually lighting you up.
00:10 You're building a business that bores and is slowly killing off your soul. So let's fix that. Are you really burnt out or are you just uninspired?
00:19 Are you following someone else's strategy? You're doing the content, going live, the to-do list, the business is busy work, but everything feels so confusing and overwhelming and it's just not giving what you thought you would have when you started your business because you did not start your business
00:36 to feel like Cinderella scrubbing floors in your own castle. You scrubbed your business to do something that really lights you the f*** up because you're a bold light leader, thought leader, change maker, and you're here to raise the vibration of the planet. And, manifest your external vision at the 
00:50 same time. I see this with so many spiritual entrepreneurs. They are giving to everyone else but themselves. And then they got this block when it comes to receiving.
01:00 It's the divine feminine is so much more than slow and, you know, rec- like, there's so much more than this, like, soft woman vibe.
01:10 She can be fierce and she- He receives is the key. If you're given to everyone else, but not giving to yourself or you feel like you got to, you know, prove your worth and you want your work to be accessible.
01:24 So, you know, we can't charge more and money is bad and all this other bullshit, like, it's boring. And it's not helping you get where you want to go.
01:34 If everything feels like this- It's like, soul-sucking grind where you're always waiting for your next one-on-one client to come and save you and you just don't- you're tired of starting over every month because you're stuck on this terrible Asian roller coaster, but nobody ever showed you another way
01:47 . It's because the old models of the bro marketing, pushy sales, fake urgency and scarcity don't work anymore. And the new way is still being built and nobody's shown you that path.
01:59 Until- now. Until now. How it got here is I was doing it alright. I was working with this coach who had told me and I was really attracted to her because she seemed like very much in her masculine.
02:13 Like she was strategic and, you know, all about the numbers and all- and I felt like she was everything that I wasn't and was just gonna be the perfect coach for me and so- very quickly she said, you're a marketing coach and I wouldn't talk about human design in your content because, you know, that should
02:30 just be part of your secret sauce on the back end. It's just gonna confuse people and, you know, don't talk about in your content.
02:36 So I didn't. And I just started posting about marketing and everything felt so hard. I was like, and I wasn't getting the conversions.
02:45 The clients weren't coming in and I was so- confused because up until then the clients had been coming in. And I was dying inside.
02:53 My content was so vanilla I couldn't even choke it down. It was so hard. I was building this empire that it looked good on paper, but it made me feel like a slave labor in my own business.
03:04 And I realized it's- I wasn't burnt out. I was bored out. Bored out of my f****** mind. I didn't even want to watch my content.
03:15 You know, if I'm not into it, how can I accept everything else to be into it? And I just really wasn't aligned with my human design.
03:22 I am a 4-6 self-projected projector. I am not here to hustle and grind or babysit. I'm not here to build someone else's version of success.
03:34 So, I blew it all up. I leaned into my design, I started talking about the things that I actually cared about, I raised my prices, and I started working only with people who lit me the f*** up.
03:44 I stopped trying to impress, and I started trying to enjoy. And the clients, the sales, the energy, it all came rushing back in, and I was like, aha!
03:53 You discovered it, Amanda! Hahaha! The mo- The whole of the story is you don't need a better plan, another strategy, content pillars, you need a better vibe.
04:05 If your business feels like a beige powerpoint presentation of your soul, it is time to stop building for claps and start building for joy.
04:15 Okay? The difference? Burnout and boredom. Burnout. is depletion. Burnout can and does happen when you are out of alignment. We're all spending our energy all day every day.
04:29 Okay? When you are in alignment, you are spending your energy on things that rejuvenate you, that recharge you. When you are out of alignment, you are spending your energy on things that drain you.
04:43 On things that- Take but do not give back. Boredom is stagnation. It's a lack of challenge, of excitement, of things that lights you the f*** up.
04:57 So I want you to ask yourself, if I could burn all of this down tomorrow and start from scratch, what would I actually create?
05:08 And why? Why would you create that? What are you holding back in your content, in your business, in the work with your clients, because it's safe?
05:19 If your content is so vanilla that you can't even choke it down, how can you expect anybody else to care about what you're saying?
05:26 Because you sound like everybody else. We don't need another seven-figure-f- Imbot coach, you know, whitemashing her message. Like, we don't need that.
05:36 That's not what we're here for. And because there's so many coaches, I don't believe in competition. I have no competition because I am the only Amanda.
05:45 But I do believe that if your message and your story and your, your program sounds like everybody else's, why should somebody buy from you?
05:54 Really, though? Why? If it's- It doesn't light you up. Why- how would it light anybody else up? And your human design signature is your guide to bring back the spark.
06:06 Let me break it down. Projectors. When you are following your strategy and authority, you feel and are successful. When you are not following your strategy- and authority, i.e.
06:20 when you are out of alignment, you feel bitter. Where in your business do you feel bitter? That you're not getting recognized or receiving the invitations.
06:30 If you're doing all the work and you're not getting the invitations, this is a sign of something that is ready to evolve.
06:36 If you're not growing, you're dying. We're all manifesting all day- every day, okay? The problem is, most people think manifesting is just like scripting or affirmations.
06:47 And so every day looks just like the last one. That's not what we came here to do. And I realized that human design was such a central part of my message because I might come across as very practical and grounded and centered, and I- I am those things.
07:06 But I'm also very spiritual. I was raised Buddhist. I've always been in touch with the spiritual women. I feel like we have this perception of what spiritual is or what it looks like, and you have to be this like broke monk meditating in a cave all day.
07:22 And the most spiritual people are the ones who don't have to talk about it all the time and human design was the part of that.
07:29 How else was I going to attract the right people into my world who were into the things that I was into and who wanted to talk about the things that I talk about and do- like how else was I going to bring them in if I wasn't incorporating that in my message?
07:42 So even though she had told me not to include in my message, I just couldn't avoid it. It had to be a part of it.
07:50 And ever since I started talking about human design more and just being my f****** self, don't need the makeup. Like, I did this- this series with a pimple patch on with no makeup on profile lines on my TikTok and it did better than any of the things I had done before.
08:07 I was shocked. I was like, wow, there is something to this. Generators, when you are following your strategy and authority, 8 7 i.e.
08:16 when you're in alignment, you feel satisfied. When you are not following your strategy and authority, you feel frustrated. Wearing your business, are you frustrated?
08:25 What is frustrating you right now? You're- you're not doing what excites you. You- just because you have the energy doesn't mean you should, but you- you're meant to follow your excitement, your enthusiasm and your energy- G.
08:39 Are contagious. We want to come along for the ride. That's what makes you magnetic, and you're here to respond. And when you are following your strategy and authority, when you're- you're acting in alignment, you become this magnetic center that draws the perfect opportunities and people and situations
08:59 to you. That's literally how you're designed. You're designed to magnetically draw. SOT Ah, these things to you. But if you're so frustrated all the time, it's- you're basically repelling them.
09:08 And let me just tell you this. If you are not repelling anybody with your message, you are not attracting anybody either.
09:16 Because there's so many coaches and healers and, you know, light workers out there, you're not- you don't need all of them.
09:24 You don't need everybody. You just need your people and how else- Can your people recognize that you're the one if they don't know who you are?
09:32 And I believe that we all sign soul contracts before we come here on what the lessons are we want to learn and who we want to learn them with and from.
09:43 And so there are certain soul clients out there who have literally signed this contract to struggle and suffer until you show up- and sell them something.
09:53 The problem is you're not gonna cut through the noise and beat the algorithm talking about things that you think you should talk about.
10:01 You're not. Manifesting generators. If you're feeling frustrated, it's time to shake it up multitask, pivot, allow yourself to play more.
10:13 If you're pivoting too much and none of it's coming together, it's likely a sign that because you're impatient, you have a tendency to skip steps, you want to go all the way from A to Z immediately, and there are certain things that only you can do in your business, so you're probably spending your energy
10:35 on a bunch of different things that aren't doing shit for you. That's what having a system does for you, okay?
10:43 I'm not, this isn't a plug, I'm just saying, my zero to forty K spiritual business system step by step, it, perfect for many gens.
10:51 I don't know what it is, but the projector manifesting generator relationship is just so special, I love you guys so much, my little squirrels on crack.
10:59 We want to make sure that we're spending our energy on things that rejuvenate you that recharge you, that give you your energy back, and if you're always spending your energy on things, and you're not seeing the results, that's exhausting.
11:10 And so you'll get bored and just start doing something else. But you gotta follow through. You gotta follow through on the things that move the needle in your business, and when you're just starting out, most of it's gonna be on you.
11:25 But the good news is you have the energy to do it. You can and will DIY a lot of your business, and that's great.
11:30 That's what you're designed to do. Let's just make sure it, like, for a reason. Okay, smarter, not harder. Manifesters! Where are you angry?
11:39 Where do you feel angry? It's because you're not speaking your truth. You're terrified to upset anybody, or what's gonna happen.
11:48 Like, the world is really not built for you guys. And, most marketing and business advice isn't gonna work for you because you're not meant to follow other people's systems.
12:00 You're here to invent a whole new one and call the future to us and give us all jobs. But you're whitewashing, you're watering down your message because you think that that's gonna help you attract more people.
12:14 But it's- actually the opposite. You need to make sure that you have automations, systems, be able to delegate, eliminate, so you're not here to do all of the work.
12:26 Like my generators and manifesting generators. So, where do you feel angry? What would peace look like for you here? You're not self-theme.
12:39 i.e. bitterness, frustration, anger. I almost forgot my reflectors. Reflectors, my little baby reflectors. You know the guy who introduced me to human design is, was the first reflector I ever met for a long time.
12:52 I just now met another one. Where do you feel disappointed? I know that a lot of things are disappointing to you in your- your business.
13:01 You're such a beautiful creature, and we're- you're here to reflect back to us what is going on in the collective, so.
13:10 Oop, where do you feel disappointed? What would surprise look like here? If you're disappointed in yourself, in your business, in your content, what would it look like- to allow yourself to be who the f*** you really are every single day of the week, or month, and not try to be like anybody else.
13:33 If you're not sure what kind of content to create, go live, engage with your audience, tune into the collective. What are they talking about?
13:40 What have you learned over the past 30 days? Like, what- what insights have come to you over the past 30 days?
13:46 What are you noticing? What is missing? What needs to be- Added, put- bring all the pieces together for us. And learn how to trust your own timing.
13:58 You can either figure out the transits and which activations you have in your chart on any given day, or you can just learn to trust your own timing and allow your business to surprise you.
14:10 By doing, you know, content and copy on your- or manage in days and- just allowing yourself to be where you're at and use the strength, cuz you get to be all of us at some point in the month.
14:22 So do the things that you feel like doing on that day and don't force yourself into a rigid structure. So if your business doesn't turn you on, it is time to stop faking your o****** and call in something real.
