Darius Hughes is a pastor, creative leader, and community builder with over 20 years of ministry experience. He currently serves as Site Director and Worship Arts Director at Emerald Youth Foundation in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he develops young leaders through faith, music, and mentorship. Darius and his wife Becca also serve as Spiritual Formation Pastors at Resting Place Church, guiding people in practices that shape faith and life. He is passionate about spiritual formation, equipping the next generation, and helping churches and organizations thrive in both creativity and mission.
