Series 1 follows 30-something-year-old musician Gary around as he tries to make a living in the challenging and often unpredictable world of music and songwriting. His creative journey leads him into some wonderfully weird situations meeting many wonderfully weird individuals along the way. Somedays he questions his choice of career, but one thing that always remains clear in his mind is his goal. To make a living from doing something that you love. Easier said than done though hey Gary!
