I spent time talking with one of my longtime friends and assistant coaches, Chris Rawski...
We started coaching together nearly 30 years ago in 1996, with a 9-year-old house baseball team that had his younger brother and my son on the roster. We finished coaching together in 2021, with a 14-and-under travel softball team that had his daughter on the roster.
A coaching partnership that lasted 25 years. During those 25 years, we coached eight years together at the high school level, as well.
Our story is one of loyalty, success, building cultures, of leadership and the importance of surrounding yourself with great people.
