Feeling that quiet nudge that something needs to change? You're not alone. That whisper is getting louder for many of us.

Transformation doesn't require grand gestures or complete life overhauls. Your freedom isn't some distant mountain to climb but exists in the "micro moves" you make every single day. These seemingly small choices—like deciding whether to meet an old friend despite looming deadlines, closing your laptop at a set time, or simply listening fully without planning your response—these aren't minor decisions. They're everything.

Join us for this special season finale episode, and please share your feedback as we prepare for what's next. Your thoughts help our art grow. What micro move will you make today that honors your deepest truth?

Speaker 1:

Hey, it's Laura and welcome to your peak of the week. I want to give you a special message before we get into it today, and that is Mondo and I are completing season two. This is a wrap on season two, and we are pausing, taking some time to reflect, take note of all the feedback we've received from you thus far. And if you haven't given us feedback, there is a lovely button called text us. Just click text us and share. Please share. This is the only way the art gets better. And this, this, this is art, and this, this, this is art. This is our form of art. And we just cannot thank you enough, because there's something about being an artist and you create for the sake of creating, no matter if you get zero or millions of people that have something to say about your art. And it's really more the act of creation, the act of deciding. I want to put something out into the world that once you do it and you get a taste of that, it is really fun. So thanks for being here with us. We appreciate you.

Speaker 1:

And here is your peak of the week the quiet revolution. Your life-changing power lies in micro moves. If you've been feeling off lately, that quiet nudge inside the knowing something needs to change. I'm here to assure you that you are not alone, and the whisper is getting louder, isn't it? Here's the truth we've been conditioned to forget. It's not the big, bold leaps that change everything. It's the quiet, micro moves that make you every single day. What if I told you freedom isn't some distant mountain to climb, but a series of heartbeats away?

Speaker 1:

Picture this You're drowning in deadlines. Your screen is blurring as you race against time. Your biggest project of the year is due in 48 hours. Then a text lights up your phone I'm in town for just tonight Dinner possible. It's your oldest friend. In that heartbeat you stand at the crossroads. Path one I'm under a crushing deadline. Rain check. Path two yes, I'll make it work. When and where. This isn't just a scheduling decision. This is your life, asking who are you becoming? A 90-second or 90-minute micro move doesn't just nurture a friendship. It recalibrates your entire compass, revealing who you are when priorities collide and values are tested in real time. The magic these moments find you every single day what your soul is actually hungry for.

Speaker 1:

Your transformation isn't waiting for some dramatic life overhaul or five-year plan. It's already here, hiding in plain sight. The email you're about to answer at 10 47 pm. The yes forming in your mouth when your heart is screaming no, the urge to critique yourself when compassion is what would truly heal. These aren't small choices. These are everything. Today, not tomorrow, not when you have time.

Speaker 1:

I dare you to make just one micro move that honors your deepest truth. Here are just a few examples to consider, but truly the possibilities are endless. Closing your laptop at a set time and treating that boundary as sacred, not suggested. Listening with your whole being to someone without mentally drafting your response, writing down three whispers from your body that you've been ignoring rest, movement, nourishment, trading, one social media scroll for the same amount of time. Gazing out of the window, capturing one victory from today, no matter how small, before letting your mind dwell, whispering genuine appreciation to someone you love. The permission you've been waiting for is here. The world does not need your striving. It needs your authentic presence. Success isn't measured in checkboxes, but in moments fully lived. You don't need permission to prioritize what makes your soul come alive, but if you've been waiting for it, consider this your sign.

Speaker 1:

The most courageous people I know aren't making dramatic gestures. They're the ones making tiny, revolutionary choices daily that whisper I choose me, I choose truth, I choose life. Be one of them. Start today. Oh, my goodness, you know what I have to do. I have to go back to my former self and really forgive her, because there's a good long time period where I put my need to accomplish and be quote unquote someone in my space being the best marketing recruiter in the Twin Cities. I put that above everything else. I put that above everything else. And you know what? Sometimes we have to do something to the extreme to realize huh, maybe this is not what life's about. Maybe life is about really appreciating the moments of pure beauty, the small, tiniest moments, with ones we love.

Speaker 1:

And don't get me wrong, you can have a great time with the people that you work with, a great grand old time, but not at the expense of your well-being, not at the expense of true presence with your family. What are we teaching our kids if this is what we are prioritizing? I don't know. It's all hit me and I see it from such a different perspective. And that's kind of my job now.

Speaker 1:

When I coach people, I see them. I see them in a way that they usually don't see themselves and I offer a different perspective and when you shift your perspective, your life can absolutely change. Because you saw life one way and now you see it from another way, and maybe the way that you need to be thinking about your life is from a childhood wonder and awe, a play, like I don't know about you, but I took stuff way too seriously and had zero amounts of fun and I was like, hmm, okay, old me was pretty stressed out all the time. She really wasn't that much fun to be around. And now I can look at my current version and say, but I don't need to judge old version of me, I don't need to judge her Because that's what got her to where she is now. So love her, adore her, cherish her, forgive her.

Speaker 1:

How many of you are holding on to a part of yourself that you need to forgive, a part of yourself that you need to forgive? I offer let this be the moment, let this be the time that you forgive yourself. You've been hanging on to that way too long. So we started talking about micro moves, ended here. That's par for the course. I kind of zigzag all over the place. I want you to know that what's emerging right now is supposed to emerge, and what you feel like is the end is just the beginning, and what you're judging as bad or wrong could be the best thing ever for you. So offer up a new perspective.
