Comedy has Kill Tony.  Music has Playlisted.
Artists perform one song in front of a live audience and receive real, unfiltered feedback from industry guest hosts.

Country hitmaker CJ Solar joins the show to talk songwriting, Nashville, and the stories behind some of country music’s biggest hits. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, CJ moved to Nashville and quickly built a reputation as one of the most respected songwriters in town. He co wrote the No. 1 hit “Up Down” by Morgan Wallen featuring Florida Georgia Line and the chart topping song “Some Girls” by Jameson Rodgers. His songs have also been recorded by artists like Jason Aldean, Justin Moore, Jerrod Niemann, and more. In this episode CJ breaks down what really makes a song work in Nashville, what artists should focus on when performing, and the lessons he has learned from years inside the songwriting rooms of Music City.
