When Truth Feels Distant, Practice Patient Authentic Love In A Fake World
When everything around us feels counterfeit, the bravest move is to become unshakably real. We open with the noise of fake headlines, fake authority, and fake transparency, then anchor ourselves in a harder, quieter truth: love is a discipline, not a mood. The conversation moves from personal sobriety and self-control to the daily work of living 1 Corinthians 13 when it’s least convenient—during marriage spats, in moments of anger, and when keeping score feels justified. Patience, kindness, humility, and the refusal to humiliate become practical steps, not pretty slogans.
We unpack why hope and perseverance are more than church words. Hope is endurance tied to truth, the decision to stay when leaving would be easier. Each patient choice banks trust; each act of humility diffuses a fight before it hardens. If your home has felt like a battlefield this year, consider this a playbook for turning it back into a refuge: pause before you fire back, pray before you reply, come back to the conflict when both hearts cool, and trade “you always” for “when X happened, I felt Y.” Love that doesn’t keep a ledger of wrongs is not naïve—it’s strategic about healing.
The tone shifts to civic turbulence, with urgent claims about foreign interference and a so-called color revolution. Wherever you stand, we keep one standard: love rejoices in truth. That means slowing down, vetting sources, and refusing to let fear or algorithms dictate your conclusions. Pray, stay alert, support your community, and speak with integrity. Our throughline never changes: when the world feels engineered for outrage, authenticity and discernment are the real counterpunch.
If this conversation steadied you or sparked reflection, share it with a friend who needs it. Subscribe for more grounded, truth-first episodes, leave a review to help others find the show, and tell us: which line from 1 Corinthians 13 do you want to practice this week?
Fake meat, fake news, fake money, fake history, fake authority, fake election, fake characters, fake politicians, fake fake businesses, fake transparency, fake meet, fake news, fake money, fake history, fake authority, fake elections, fake parents, fake politicians. When the whole damn world is fake, being an authentic human is the ultimate rebellion. When the whole damn world is fake, being an authentic human is the ultimate rebellion. Hey guys, it's B Rob, it's Monday, it's December the first, and we have a new month. The month of December. Because let me tell you, November flew by and I uh I'm still trying to take November in. Um I haven't smoked a cigarette or I had an alcoholic beverage since October, so that's an amazing thing. Not even one, not even like leisurely, not nothing, not not one. That's uh pretty amazing stuff in itself. Um if you look at uh the book of Corinthians, uh chapter thirteen, verses four and seven, it says, Love is patient, love is kind, it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud, it does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no records of wrongs or wrongdoings. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth, it always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres, and that's first Corinthians. That's verse that's chapter thirteen, verses four and seven. Now let's break that down because that is one of the hardest things. That verse right there is probably one of the hardest things on the planet to to do as a human being. And we asked ourselves why. Love is patient, love is definitely kind. But I've seen love envy, yeah, and I've seen love boast, and I've seen love be proud too. So I guess it depends on where that place, where that love is coming from. What place is that love coming from? Is it coming from true love or is it coming from somewhere different? It does not dishonor others. I'd like to slap my wife more than three times a day with some of the stuff she says. I don't do it because I would go to jail, but that's another thing. But some of the stuff that just comes off and rattles off her mouth is and I'm sure some of the stuff I say is pretty outlandish as well. But that's where they never said marriage was gonna be easy, right? They just said it was till death do us part. They never said it was gonna be fun and games, right? I like to strangle mine sometimes, and that ain't real patient, and that ain't real kind, and that don't envy. But I'm I'm boasting that I'd like to strangle her sometimes, that's for sure. Not proud of that, but and I'm sure she'd probably like to shoot me a couple times as well. But I love her, and um back to Corinthians. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud, it does not dishonor others. What does that mean by dishonoring somebody? Is that kind of like on the same lines as disrespect? Yeah, I think so. Love is not self-seeking. True love is not self-seeking. It is not easily angered. Somebody forgot to tell me that. But I grew up in an angry environment, so you know, we all got excuses, right? No, we don't. There's no excuse. This is the Bible, this is biblical. Jesus loves you, Jesus died and he gave everything to be with you. So that sounds like some true love, right there, in itself. That's an amazing thing. And I if I do believe the last commandment in John, which was uh chapter 15, verse 17, I believe it was Jesus gave his last commandment and said, This is my commandment. Love each other. Love each other. Don't be mean to your wife, don't be mean to your neighbor, don't be mean to your mama, don't be mean to your daddy, don't be mean to your kids. Love each other. Because love is not easily angered, it is not self-seeking, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth. Let me say that again. Love does not delight in evil, but it rejoices with the truth. Amen? God's truth. The truth. Yeah. Y'all be calling us conspiracy theories and stuff like that. Right. The truth. One more time, it always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. God, we serve a great God. How big is our God? This this verse right here, the one um I just read uh 1 Corinthians 13, 4 through 7. It's one of the most popular descriptions of love in history. It's read at weddings, quoted in songs, and treasured for its absolute painting picture of real love because it basically. I mean, the the verse, the verses say it itself. I mean, the verse isn't about romantic love, it's about love in general. Specifically, Paul wrote these words to a church that was full of conflict. People were arguing, competing, and missing the whole point of what it means to follow Jesus. So he simply reminded them in one verse: the one thing that matters the most is Jesus, which is love, and the kind of love that Paul described isn't about emotions or romance, it's a daily choice to be patient, kind, forgiving, and humble because real love puts other people first. It's a servant's heart, it refuses to keep score of wrongs, it holds on to hope, it does not give up. Um, I gotta teach my wife the whole keep score of wrongs thing, but other than that, I think she's doing pretty good. But it basically like it does not give up. The verse is all about holding on to hope, and hope we know is hold on pain ends. So don't give up. This is the way God loves us, and it is the kind of love that He wants us to show everybody around us basically so we are a reflection of God. Does that make sense? A reflection of Jesus. I mean, think about the people in your life. Would would it change if you walked around and ex acted exactly the way the verse is written? I think people would take notice if I did, for real. I'm gonna I'm gonna try to do it anyway. I try I try to. I'm not very good at it with my wife, but we're praying and we're hoping and we're we're um it's been a long year. But no fear because Jesus is here to take away all them tears. You know what I'm saying, my dear. Yeah. B Rob in the house. Anyways, guys, I love you guys. I'm gonna play this clip for you. This uh gotta leave you with some news. You know what I'm saying? Gotta leave you with what's going on in the in the world. Um, but guys, thank you for tuning in today. Once again, I did not work last month, so we are trying to figure out how we're gonna pay the mortgage for December. I finally just paid the mortgage for November on the last day of the month yesterday. So um, guys, if you can help out, I mean if you guys want to give a small donation, whatever, 10%. I mean, I don't, it doesn't matter. You can give a dollar, I don't care. Everything is great. Um love to put you on the prayer list. Love to speak with you. 706-691-1043. Give me a holla and enjoy the rest of the show. God bless you. I love you guys. Have a great Monday.
SPEAKER_00:What's up, my friends, family, and fellow patriots? Today is Saturday, November 29th, 2025. It's about 9 49 a.m. Central Standard Time. I am coming to you, even though it's been a minute. This is so important. I hope that you take the time to listen to me here today. This is a warning. We are in the midst of a color revolution. What is a color revolution, first and foremost? It's when a foreign entity or foreign entities infiltrate a government to try to usurp and overthrow that government from within. What we're witnessing right now, um, stolen elections, the 2020 stolen election, where Venezuela is looking like they were involved with using their smartmatic machines to overthrow our uh our voices and our votes by using algorithms and things that are very hard to decipher. Um, they passed it on to Dominion, which we used here, the Dominion machines. This is something that they did to get Maduro into power, and they're now using this as an export of sorts, and have infiltrated 70 some countries with this technology. This is why Trump has 30% of our firepower sitting in the Caribbean right now, about ready to go off against Venezuela. Trump this morning has closed the airspace in Venezuela. This all comes back to that. This isn't just about with Venezuela, this isn't just about them sending fentanyl over here and flooding our borders with Train Diagua and emptying their prisons. It's much more than that. They have literally infiltrated our elections. And I think that everything's coming to a head right now. This is why Trump's been fighting the fight, and this is why you've been watching as they've tried to take him out, they've tried to uh have him in prison, they've tried to assassinate him, they stole the election. It doesn't stop with the Nazi, the fascist talk. Uh, all of this is orchestrated chaos uh with the with the purpose of overthrowing our government, and Trump is an asset to us. He is somebody that is fighting the fight, whether you want to believe it or not, that is the fact. I've asked questions about why he's doing certain things, but now I'm starting to see the answers of why he's doing certain things. You need to pay attention to what he's posting on X and on his true social right now. Yes, he is posting on X uh the last few days, something he doesn't usually do. Everything is coming to a head as we speak right now. We are in the midst of it. We have people within our own government that have been infiltrated by these narco-terrorists. They've stolen elections in Arizona with Katie Hobbs. What happened over there? Tina Peters needs to be released from prison. I think Trump will be doing that shortly. Um, for what they've done, for her exposing what was going on in Arizona. All of this comes back to this being a color revolution. This is them trying to end, the globalists trying to end our country from within. Trump is fighting the good fight. And for those of you that jumped off the bandwagon too soon, you're gonna regret it. I'm asking you right now to pay attention to what's happening. Go look at Trump's post, try to filter for yourself what's happening, listen to General Flynn on X, go see what he's posting. All of these things are relevant, and they will tie things together for you. And hopefully you'll understand why Trump is um doing the things that he's been doing. He is fighting to save this republic. Pray for our president, pray for his administration. There's many around him that are still questionable people. Pray that God opens his eyes, that he sees them for who they are and exposes them, which I think he will. Tulsi Gabbard is doing God's work right now with the DI as DI and exposing some of this. It's all coming out. Just hang in there, pray for President Trump and support President Trump, and let's see what he has to say here in the next few days as to what he's expecting from us because I think we'll be hearing from him nationally soon. I love you guys. Stay prayed up, stay safe, trust Trump right now, trust God above anything above all else, trust God. But I believe God is using Trump in this moment to save this republic. Time will tell. I love you guys. Take care of yourselves and go pay attention to what's going on on X right now with President Trump, General Flynn, um, Emerald Robinson. She's got a fantastic feed talking about the stolen elections in Venezuela. Go go check out her ex. You guys, this is massive. Everything's coming to a a pinnacle right now.
