Hey guys, it's B Rob again. We're back. And I told you we were gonna do the uh audiobook. So I haven't made but about 600 bucks in the last two months, and I'm behind on. Well, I talked to the mortgage company yesterday, and they're gonna pause my payments for three months. Thank God for that. Um but I've got to have a scan done to find out why my white blood cells are high and it's 400 bucks, and we we honestly don't even have that. So guys, just pray. And if you I mean, I know I've got listeners, and if you guys, you know, if you guys would send five bucks each, I mean, I would be able to get that test done. That'd be amazing. But God is good, and I keep putting it on the Lord, and um I keep trying to tell myself, you are enough, you did your best, now let go and get let God do the rest. And if you don't have a relationship with Jesus or Yeshua, you better get right. But first, a psalm of David. Lord, who may dwell in your sacred tent? Who may live on your holy mountain? The one whose walk is blameless, who does what is righteous, who speaks the truth from their heart, whose tongue utters no slander, who does no wrong to a neighbor, and casts no slur on others, who despises a vile person but honors those who fear the Lord? Who keeps an oath even when it hurts and does not change their mind? Who lends money to the poor without interest? Who does not accept the bride against the innocent? Whoever does these things will never be shaken. Chapter 3. Counterfeit Light and Forbidden Power. One of the biggest mistakes people make is thinking that if something is spiritual, it must be from God. That's not true. The Bible never teaches that all spiritual power is good. It actually warns us about the opposite. There are real spiritual forces at work in this world, and not all of them are from God. That's why discernment matters so much. Scripture says, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. That's Ephesians 6, verse 12. The danger isn't darkness that looks evil, the danger is darkness that looks good. Scripture warns us directly, and no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. That's 2 Corinthians 11, verse 14. The enemy doesn't show up looking scary, he shows up looking helpful, he shows up looking enlightened, he shows up offering power, knowledge, healing, identity, and control. That's always been the strategy. From the beginning, the serpent didn't tell Eve to hate God, he told her she could be like God. Power without submission, knowledge without obedience, authority without relationship. Scripture records it this way. The serpent said, For God knows that when you eat from it, your eyes will be opened and you will be like God. That's Genesis 3, verses 4 and 5. That same offer is everywhere today. People are obsessed with spirituality right now, but not submission. They want power, but not obedience. They want experiences but not truth. They want to feel something but not be transformed. Scripture warned this would happen. For the time will come when people will not put up the sound doctrine. Second Timothy four verse three. That's why things like occult practices, witchcraft, manifestation, energy work, crystals, astrology, and forbidden knowledge have exploded in popularity. People call it harmless, they call it curiosity, they call it self-discovery, but it's not neutral. Ancient occult pagan ritual practices were never about fun or symbolism. They were about accessing power outside of God. They were about control, protection, influence, and knowledge without accountability to the creator. God's position on this has never changed. Let no one be found among you who practices divination or sorcery or who consults the dead. That's Deuteronomy 18 verses ten and eleven. God never said those practices were not real. He said they were forbidden. There's a difference. People don't get trapped in deception because they're stupid. They get trapped because deception actually works. It promises something they already want. Control, power, identity, answers. But scripture explains why deception is effective. The God of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers. That's Second Corinthians four verse four. But borrowed power always comes with a cost. The enemy never gives anything for free. Whatever power he offers always leads to bondage, fear, pride, and separation from God. Jesus made the contrast clear. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I have come that they may have life. That's John 10, verse 15. That's why counterfeit light is so dangerous. It looks like truth, it sounds like truth, but it leads people away from obedience. That's where Antichrist and beast systems operate the best. Not by denying spirituality, but by redirecting it. Not by eliminating worship, but by reassigning it. Scripture warns us, dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God. That's first John 4, chapter 1. People end up worshiping self, creation, energy, or systems instead of the actual creator. Paul describes this clearly. That's Romans 1, verse 25. You see, Jesus never borrowed power. He never used rituals, techniques, symbols, or secret knowledge. He commanded authority. Scripture records, the people were all so amazed that they asked each other, What is this? A new teaching and with authority? That's Mark one, verse 27. When Jesus spoke, demons listened. When Jesus commanded, darkness obeyed. You see, that's the difference. Darkness can influence, but Jesus has authority. And authority doesn't need to hide. You see, occult systems thrive on secrecy, hierarchy, initiation, and inversion. God's kingdom operates in truth, humility, obedience, and light. Jesus said, Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. That's John 8, verse 32. Freedom never comes through control, it comes through surrender. And surrender is one thing counterfeit systems will never teach. Because surrender removes control. If you want real freedom, it only comes through Jesus Christ. And Scripture makes that final. Salvation is found in no one else. That's Acts 4, verse 12.
