SPEAKER_00Hey guys, it's B Rob. It is the Food for Thought Faithcast. Thank you, FaithCast fam, for joining in today. Today we're gonna do chapter four of the book Discernment, a wake-up call for a generationally cursed society. That's my new book. It'll be out soon on major platforms, but you can get it right now for$6 on Lulu. That's Lulu.com. Just look up B Rob, that's B-E-Space R O B, as the author. Yep, got a lot of things going on, man. I'm gonna tell you right now, applying for a job in 2026 stinks. You wanna know why? Because back in my day, I could put on some nice clothes. I could line my beard. If I had a beard back then, I had goatee most of the time. But uh I could line my beard right now, I could throw my hair up, put on some nice clothes, and uh go get a job just by walking in the dope. But you can't do that no more. Everything's online. You gotta apply with ND, like to 80 jobs, and then uh 79 of them are usually BS. And that's crazy. But that's the world we live in. So I'm sitting here applying for jobs, I'm doing podcast and recording the audio book, and I hope you enjoy it. But before we do that, because the audiobooks are new, usually seven to ten minutes a chapter, so we got time. So before we do that, I want to share a word or two from my brother Neil Broach. And my brother Neil Broach, if you have not heard our episode that I had him call in to uh and we gave some testimonies on how we met and man camp reunion, and we are man camp brothers, and uh he's a brother for life, and um he posts these nice little uh motivational things on Facebook, and he gave me his permission to use them. He told me not to say his name, but I am giving him credit. He is giving the Lord credit, so that's how that works. He doesn't want the credit. Um, very humble person. So uh we're gonna give this to the Lord, and this is called faithfulness outlast empires. And uh in Daniel verse uh, I mean, chapter one, verses 17 through 21, it says, as for these four youths, God gave them learning and skill in all literature and wisdom, and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams. At the end of time, when the king had commanded that they should be brought in, the chief of the Enochs or the Eunuchs brought them in before Nebuchadnezzar. That was Daniel chapter one, verses seventeen through twenty-one. So he says, Daniel's faithfulness produces fruit, but not the kind he set out to achieve. He is given wisdom, understanding, and discernment beyond his peers, not because he pursued greatness, but because he pursued obedience. This is the paradox of the kingdom of God. Faithfulness precedes influence, not the other way around. Daniel never chases visibility, yet he becomes indispensable. He never seeks power, yet he stands before kings. He never compromises to survive, yet he outlasts empires. The chapter ends with a quiet but profound note. Daniel remains long after Nebuchadnezzar is gone, and Daniel was there until the first year of King Cyrus. Kings come and go, systems rise and fall, but a man rooted in God endures. You see, the vegetables were never the point. The platform was never the goal. Which one? Are you measuring your life by visibility or by faithfulness? We all need to commit to unseen obedience this week. Stop chasing outcomes and practice faithfulness to the Lord. Make us faithful in obscurity, steady in pressure, and obedient when no one is watching. Let our lives be rooted in you, Lord. Let us have another great day in Jesus' name. Amen. A word from Neil Brother. Because God is the reason. God is peace. God is the beginning, God is the end. And guys, I hope you find peace this week. I hope God blesses you beyond what you can imagine. Guys, this is chapter four. I hope you guys enjoy it. Let's go. Chapter Four. Discernment, deception, and spiritual territory. I've been talking about the monks chanting in the streets, at parades, and at events. There's a difference between loving people and tolerating false paganism. That's something a lot of Christians struggle with right now. Some people think loving others means accepting everything they believe and everything they practice. That's not biblical love. You can love people without giving ground to false gods, false worship, and false systems. Scripture makes that distinction clear. Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil, cling to what is good. That's Romans 12 9. Jesus is the only way, he is the truth, he is the life, and he commanded us to love one another, but he never commanded us to make room for paganism or spiritual compromise. Jesus said, I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. That's John chapter 14, verse 6. What I see happening is confusion, and it's on both sides. You've got some Christians yelling at people, holding signs, telling everyone they're going to hell. But that's not planting a seed. That's pushing people away. But on the flip side, you got people going online saying all Christians hate monks. And that's not true either. That's false. That's a fear-based narrative. False evidence appearing real. You see, we're supposed to be united in Christ, not divided by confusion. Scripture reminds us, for God is not a God of disorder, but of peace. That's 1 Corinthians chapter 14, verse 33. Scripture tells us to be like-minded according to Jesus Christ, not according to Buddha, not according to culture, not according to feelings. The Bible says, do not conform to the pattern of this world. That's Romans chapter 12, verse 2. At some point, Christians have to decide whether they're actually following. Because here's the reality. You can have either choice, God's word, or you can choose to blend in with everything else. You can choose to take your kids to Disney parades, monks chanting in the streets, drag events, whatever you want to expose them to. It's your choice. But you don't get to pretend it doesn't have a spiritual impact. You see, Scripture warns us, be careful that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy. That's Colossians chapter 2, verse 8. You see, everything has a source. A lot of the things we celebrate today did not start with God. Take New Year's, for example. Celebrating the pagan New Year in January is not scriptural. January comes from Janus, a Roman god, a demon associated with transitions, doorways, beginnings, and endings. Time, war, and peace. That's where the name comes from. You see, Janus was predicted with two faces, looking forward and backwards. The Romans named the month January in his honor. That's not coincidence. You see, Scripture plainly warns us, do not follow other gods, the gods of the peoples around you. That's Deuteronomy chapter six, verse fourteen. Janus was invoked at the beginning of rituals. He was associated with gates, passages, journeys, exchanges, commerce, travel, and transitions. Sound familiar? In demonology, Bifran is connected to Janus, teaching astrology magic stones, herbs, crystals, moving bodies, appearing as light, appearing as something helpful before revealing its true nature. You see, Scripture already told us how this works. Even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. That's Second Corinthians verse eleven, chapter eleven, verse fourteen. And see, people celebrate this stuff every year without asking a single question. Christmas, New Year's, Easter. Holiday literally means holy day, and these were never God's holy days. These were occult holy days that got rebranded. God addressed this issue exactly in Isaiah. Stop bringing meaningless offerings. Your incense is detestable to me. That's Isaiah verse one hundred thirteen. That's what I've been talking about. We worship things we don't even realize we're worshiping. You see, symbols matter, names matter, origins matter. God made that clear. I am the Lord, that is my name. I will not yield my glory to another or praise to idols. That's Isaiah chapter forty two, verse eight. And you see symbolism will be their downfall. I've been saying that for a long time. You see it everywhere. If you're willing to look. Even hand symbols, even entertainment. The Vulcan sign from Star Trek. That didn't just come out of nowhere. That symbol existed long before television. It's rooted in Kabalistic mysticism. It's tied to occult symbolism. Scripture warns us the simple believe anything, but the prudent give thought to their steps. That's Proverbs fourteen. People throw these signs up without knowing what they mean, where they came from, or what they represent. And then we wonder why discernment is gone. This isn't about hating people. You see, I don't hate anyone, but loving people doesn't mean ignoring spiritual territory. You ever stop to think about people walking through cities chanting like the monks? How do you know they're not claiming territory spiritually? You see, people laugh at that idea. But spiritual territory is real. What do you think the Georgia guidestones were about? Why do you think markers exist? Everything is on the table until it falls off. That's called discernment. Everything's on the chessboard until it falls off. Scripture reminds us that the spiritual realm is active and organized. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Once again, that's Ephesians chapter 6, verse 12. It also warns us to stay alert and aware. Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. That's 1 Peter chapter 5 verse 8. This is food for thought. If you do not have a relationship with Jesus Christ today, you better get right. Once again, we thank you for tuning in, Faith Casts Fam. We hope you enjoyed chapter 4 of the book. Make sure you visit the website www.forchministry.com. We love you. God loves you. And just know you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.
