When The Light Finds You: From Secrecy To Freedom
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
We challenge the fear of exposure and make the case that God’s light reveals to heal, not to shame. Drawing on Luke 12, Luke 8, 1 Corinthians 4, Ephesians 5, and Ecclesiastes 12, we show how motives matter, how secrecy traps you, and how testimony is born.
• backlash to a viral post and what it reveals
• calling, cost, and trusting God when labeled crazy
• media framing of Q and the idea of anonymous voices
• scripture on hidden things becoming known
• light as healing, not humiliation
• motives of the heart over mere behavior
• illumination turning wounds into testimony
• God seeing unseen faithfulness and pain
• practical invitation to step into truth and grace
Make sure today, guys, you are walking in the light. And if you do not have a relationship with Jesus, you better get right
Opening And Viral Post Backlash
SPEAKER_00Hey guys, it's B Rob, and welcome to the Food for Thought Faith Cast. It is Sunday morning, February 15th. FaithCast fam, thank you for tuning in today. Um, yesterday we know was the uh Valentine's Day. And man, I made a post and it was uh boy, people love to attack the messenger, don't they? They don't they don't care nothing about the message, they just want to attack the messenger. It's wild, man. I posted a post yesterday, and it said, I hope you enjoy your happy satanic pagan tradition day. And man, people come out the woodworks defending paganism. And then, you know, there's a story of the uh Saint Valentine or the guy, the yeah. I mean, I guess you guys want to believe everything that you read in history and everything you learned in school and all them, you know, encyclopedias that were uh paid for by the deep state and published by the deep state. But you guys, you know, you guys, I mean, people want to believe that stuff. So it's cool, it's cool. Um, it's funny. People come out and they're like, Well, how do you know that they don't think that your God is not as good as their God or something like that? I'm like, it's that simple. It's in my Bible. My Bible makes it clear. Do not worship any other God besides the true and living God, Yehwah. Yahweh. Sorry. But I just, it's wild. It's wild, man. It's wild how the lost people come out, you know. It is so wild how the lost people come out when you uh you just throw a little trinket of truth, you know. Just a little trinket of truth. And um it hurts a lot of people's feelings. It's wild. It really is. Um I don't I don't really know what else to say. It baffles me. Um but people people think I do that stuff for attention. People think I post for attention, and that ain't that's not the case at all. And if you've known me for any amount of time, um I've I've had that page since Facebook came out 2006 or 2007, I can't remember. Same uh year iPhone came out, coincidence, right? Um, but me and God wrestled for a long time because the stuff that he wanted me to use my page for I knew people were gonna call me crazy. I knew I were gonna lose friends. I was scared I was gonna lose my job. But when you trust God and when you're arguing with God, I mean those things don't matter because those are all earthly things, those are all worldly things. So you can choose to do what God calls you to do, or you can ignore it and the road gets rougher, and eventually down the road, he's gonna get his way because he is the great author in the sky, you know. So it's I mean, I wrestled and I started doing it, I started posting that stuff. I got called crazy. Um it was it was ridiculous, but anyway, anyway, when I first started, there was an original Anon name uh LT. And his show is now called um And We Know. And he used to be Serial Brain 2, which is in the original Q Anon book of A Plan to Save the World, which I I had, and I I've had it since 2018, and Joe M's in that book, and he's the one that did the video, Q The Plan to Save the World. Don't get it twisted. There is no such thing as Q Anon. That's a uh that's a media spin to make us look crazy. There is Q who gave us the information, and then Anons are anonymous people who post online, which is kind of like what I did when I changed my name from Brian Robinson to B Rob. Um and then, of course, in 2021, they st they stole everybody's Facebook pages and all that information that we had for almost 20 years. Um but anyway, today we're gonna talk about um a thing. I'm gonna call this Bible study, when the light finds you. Um because there's a phrase that there's a phrase that LT uses in And We Know, and it's called what's it says, what's done in the dark come to the light. Um that's quoted in many movies. It's it's it's a warning. Um, it's sometimes a bit of hope. Hold on, pain ends. But that phrase, it does it's not a culture or phrase, it's a scripture. Um Jesus says in Luke 12, chapter 2, there's nothing concealed that will not be disclosed or hidden that will not be known that will not be made known. He doesn't give us a time frame, but I'm gonna tell you guys right now is a great time to be alive and witness what's going on because you see it, the veil is torn tearing again. Um, and that that verse is not a threat, it's it's basically a reality. You know, God is never discovering information, he's not, he's never shocked, he's never catching up. He always knows, he's the all-knowing. You know, the darkness cannot hide from God, it only delays our confrontation with the truth. You see what I'm saying? It only keeps the truth from you. And most of the time we're hiding where God isn't any, you know, we're hiding. Let me, I don't, it's kind of hard to explain. Most of the time, what we're hiding, there, there we go, there we go. My thoughts, sorry. What we're hiding isn't from God. It's it's from people, it's shame, it's fear, it's from ourselves. I mean, those are all things that the evil one and the the world whispers in your head to give you doubt. Um, if you look at Luke 8, 17, Jesus doubles down a little bit, for there's nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought into the open. You see, we we we read this, and a lot of times we think, oh yeah, no, we're about to get caught for something we did bad in our past. You know what I'm saying? But you see, God doesn't work that way. Um the scripture doesn't say why it's brought out, only that it will be brought out. And you see, the light comes to heal, the light comes to reconcile, the light comes to make things right, warm. It doesn't come to humiliate, it doesn't come to destroy. You see, when God exposes things, he does it, he doesn't do it to shame you. He does it to stop the infection that's in you before it kills you. You follow what I'm saying? You see, the light reveals motives, it doesn't just reveal actions. You see, Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 4 5, he will bring to light what is hidden in the darkness and will expose the motives of the heart. You see, when I post these things, like I said, I don't I don't post it for self-gratitude, but I get attacked for that. You see, I post it because God gives it to me, and I post it, and it obviously hits nerves, which is what's meant to do. It obviously brings, it shines light on darkness, and people tell on themselves. It's amazing to see how many people will tell on themselves and show their true colors, whether it be false racism, whether it be just not knowing, plain ignorance, or whether it be just to come on and attack the messenger of God. You see, it's to expose the motive of the heart. That's way deeper than any behavior. You see, God doesn't just look at what we did, He kind of looks at why we did it. You see, two people can do the exact same thing: one from love, one from pride, one from obedience, and one from fear. You see, light doesn't just expose the darkness and the sin, it exposes the intent of the heart. And you see, this is why grace matters the most. Because when motives are exposed, we need mercy, we need grace. Light is transformational. It's not just revealing, it doesn't just reveal the dark, it transforms the dark if it's let in. You see, here is where the turning point is. Ephesians 5 13 says, but everything exposed by the light becomes visible, and everything that is illuminated becomes a light. Did you catch what I just said? It doesn't say everything exposed gets destroyed, it says everything illuminated in the process becomes a light. In elementary terms, God heals. God uses. You see, your testimony is God's testimony. The difference between a biography and a testimony is a biography is a story about you in this world. A testimony is a story about God and how God used you in this fallen place. Your testimony only exists because something came into the light and was illuminated and transformed by the power of the living God. Your freedom started the moment your secrecy ended. I'm gonna say that one more time. Your freedom started the moment your secrecy ended. You see, nothing is missed, good or evil. If you turn your Bible to Ecclesiastes, if I said that right, um 1214, it says, For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hitting thing, whether it is good or evil. You see, this verse should not frighten you, but it should comfort you. Because it means the good you did that nobody gave you credit for, or nobody thanked you for, or you didn't win an award for, or you didn't get a participation trophy for. The good you did, God saw that. That sacrifice that no one noticed. God's got that in his book. That pain you endured quietly when nobody was around. And man is hits home. God remembers. You see, the light reveals everything. The light of God reveals everything, not just your failures, but it also reveals your faithfulness. So, Faith Cast fam, I have a question for you. Not a question of condemnation, but a question for reflection. What are you afraid would happen if the light touched that part of your life? What are you afraid would happen if that light was illuminated on your part, on that part of life. That is dark. Because scripture doesn't present light as an enemy. It says light is the truth, it says light is the freedom. And you, my friend, don't have to wait to be exposed. You can step into it willingly. And when you do, you're not gonna find wrath. You're gonna find healing, you're gonna find mercy, you're gonna find the almighty grace of the one and true living God. You see, guys, what's done in the darkness will always come to the light. But for those who walk with God, the light does not come to destroy, it comes to save you. Guys, I love you. God loves you. I want to thank you for tuning in to the faith cast today. I want to thank you for listening. Make sure today, guys, you are walking in the light. And if you do not have a relationship with Jesus, you better get right.
