Yeah, little little uh little 30-second um spot, if you will, for a uh a new uh adventure God has blessed me with. Uh I am uh working with Nikita Kololoff and um something he showed me and something I had to get in on because health is wealth, and when you can make wealth while you're being health, then that's the best of both worlds. You know what I'm saying? Body, mind, soul. Um such a good, good thing. I'll tell you more about it as we go along. If you are interested in working from home, making a few extra dollars a month. Uh, some people do it full time, they make uh, you know, over six, seven grand a month doing it. So just just uh hit me up, send me a message. Uh, I'll uh put my business phone up at the end, and uh we will put it in the uh comment section. So make sure you subscribe and make sure you follow. And guys, we wouldn't we want to thank you for tuning in today on this lovely Sunday morning. It's March 1st, and you know God is a God of seasons, God is a God of hosts, God is the great author in the sky, and uh nobody knows us better than God, you know. Um sometimes even even folks with the the biggest faith, even the biggest lions go hungry sometimes. I mean, um if you want to boil down right to it, in Psalms 34, 10 it says, even lions may get weak and hungry, but those who look to the Lord will have every good thing. You see, the key to that verse there is those who look to the Lord, those who look to the Lord, not to the world, not to your phone, not to your mama, not to um your favorite Mexican restaurant joint, or your favorite margaritas. Um Psalms 23.1 says, The Lord is my shepherd, I have everything I need. And then back up to 3410, it says, The Lord will have every good thing. Look to the Lord. Those who look to the Lord will have every good thing. And then Psalms 23:1, the Lord is my shepherd, I have everything I need. It says it right here in the book of Psalms. You know, it's good stuff, good stuff, but you gotta work. I mean, you gotta work hard at it. Proverbs 14 23, those who work hard make a profit, but those who only talk will be poor. Well, some of us work hard at talking, that would be me, but there is a lot of other work that goes into making a podcast and writing a book and making t-shirts and being a digital creator. There is there's work, there's work to be done, there's work there, and um that's not the only thing I do. Uh so there's a lot of hats to be done. Um, this world will allow that, that's the good thing. And um God has created us to be strong, God has created us to be wise, and God has created us to be smart. But you have to use discernment because there is a lot of roadblocks that will stumble you along the way. The verse of the day today, actually, actually, hold on, let me see something real quick. Let me see something real quick. Um we're gonna do we're gonna do something. Let's see. We're gonna read another Bible verse. Yeah, yeah. Let's do I'm gonna open this thing up. What does the Bible say about the grace of God? Well, in Acts 4.33 it says, with great power the apostles were telling people that the Lord Jesus was truly raised from the dead, and God blessed all the believers very much. So let me get this straight. A band of guys, band of brothers and apostles, were walking around preaching about Jesus and how he was truly raised from the dead, like it was the gospel. And some people believed, some people didn't, but the fact that most people believed, and most crowds believed, I mean, that's a powerful thing in itself. That's a powerful testimony among God, if you think about it. If you think about it, I'm sure there were a lot of people in the crowds like, I hear you talking, but I'm not seeing nothing. There's a lot of people today that doing the same thing, and they've been doing it for 10 years, even though a lot has changed in 10 years, because you see, God is not ever late. God is just long suffering. Let me get you another one of them commercial breaks real quick. And what they used to say in radio, let's pause for station identification in a word from our sponsor, yeah. This episode is sponsored in part by Trey Nine. Listen up, your body's a gift, so fuel it like it matters. You need to get that energy up, you need to get that focus jump, you need to get that wellness on point. That's traynock.com slash bebog. Alright, and we're back, we're back, we're back. We'll tell you more about that. Maybe at a later date. But if you are interested, if you are interested to see what uh the health and wealth program is about, I will uh leave a link and a number. But uh most people know how to get in touch with me. Um, the website www.forchhristministry.com. That's FOR Christ Ministry Single dot com. Um there's only one Christ. Uh verse of the day, 2 Peter 3.9, and there's a powerful theme to this verse, and you can't just read the verse, you gotta read the whole passage and understand what's going on here. And 2 Peter 3 9 says, The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some count slackness, but is long suffering towards us, not willing that any should perish, but all should come to repentance. So you see, he's not late, you're just not patient. Our God is long suffering. You see, a lot of us wonder why God doesn't move when they want us to move. Well, remember I said we live in a microwave now generation where we need everything fast? Well, God doesn't work fast, and if you read and understand the Bible, you would understand that. A lot of people ask, why, why, why has my prayer not been answered? Why has justice not been come has not been served? I see that all the time today in today's world. Because they see how crooked the people who run the world are, but nobody believes that anything good will happen. Because nobody has faith. Which that's the exact reason for most of the Bible and this exact scripture right here. You see, Peter addresses that problem right in the scripture. Why promises fuel delay, why justice hasn't come, why hasn't the prayers been answered? In 2 Peter verse 3, people were even mocking. I mean chapter 3, though in the chapter that we're reading from the scripture, not the verse. People were even mocking in three, four is they say, Where is the promise of his coming? You see. Typical worldly, humanly viewpoint. You see, Peter responds with this powerful truth. Peter says, the Lord is not slack concerning his promises. And if you know what slack means, it basically means careless, forgetful, running behind with no cares in the world. You know, people who always late for work. And the boss don't care, but if you were late, you know, he'd care. You see, God is not behind schedule. He's long suffering. He's long suffering. You see, God's timing is not our timing. It's not human timing. If you look at 2 Peter verse 8, in chapter 3, it says, with the Lord, one day is a thousand years. And a thousand years as one day. That's a lot of math there comparison to God day and human day, isn't it? You see, God doesn't exist in time. He's the creator of time. I've always said time doesn't exist. But the sun has to rise and the sun has to set. You see, we as humans, we delay, we measure delay in time, in days. You see, God measures in fulfillment in his purpose. See, what feels slow to you may be strategic to him. It's part of the plan. You've heard us say trust the planned many, many times, because we have faith in God. That's why. You see, if you turn to Ecclesiastes 3.1, it says, to everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven. You see, God is a God of seasons. And what do seasons do? Sometimes they move fast, but most of the times they move slow, but the main thing there is a purpose in every season. And there's also a time attached to it. You see, a lot of us react. You see, God does not react. God orchestrates. God is the author. Why would he need to react to something he created or he wrote or he designed? Doesn't make sense, right? Logic. That's common sense. But common sense ain't real common these days. So you see, the next point I'm gonna say is what if sometimes delay is mercy? Do you know what mercy is? I would hope so. Guys, this is the heart of that verse. Mercy. Second Peter 3:9, it says, Not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. So ask yourself, why hasn't Jesus returned yet? There's your answer. Mercy. Why hasn't the judgment hammer fallen yet? A lot of people ask that all day, every day. I see it. Ain't nothing gonna be done. So why hasn't it fallen yet? Why hasn't the hammer of judgment fallen yet? There's your answer. Mercy. Why hasn't God closed the door? Mercy. You see, every day, every new day is an opportunity for someone to turn back to God. You see, Limitations three, in verses twenty-two and twenty-three, it says, Through the Lord's mercies we are not consumed. His mercies are new every morning. You see, the delay you question, or the delay this world questions, may be somebody's opportunity for salvation. That door you're trying to shut. There may be an unsaved person waiting on the other side, waiting to come in. Don't shut them out. Don't stop the game before it's over. And you can anyway, because you're not the author. So, long story short, the delay that you question may be somebody's opportunity for salvation, like I said before. You see, God's patience is proof in the pudding. And what do I mean by that? It's proof that he loves us. It's proof of his love. It's proof of his grace. It's proof of his mercy. You see, God delays for redemption. If you want to think about it biblically, look at Genesis 6:3. It says, God says his spirit would not strive with man forever. It says that. But yet Noah built the ark for decades before the flood came. You see, that wasn't hesitation, that was warning. That was time for repentance. It was time to get back right with God. You see, in Jonah, Nivea was wicked. And they knew judgment was coming. So they repented, and when they repented, God relented. When they repented, God relented. Jonah 4, Jonah 4, chapter 2 says, I knew that you are a gracious and merciful God, slow to anger and abundant in loving kindness. Slow to anger. What does that mean? It means he's not getting mad. You see, a lot of people in this world think that's weakness. But it's not. A lot of people think that people own do nothing or get pissed off, excuse my language, or get mad. I'm just being real here. They think you're weak. But you see, that's not weakness, that's restraint. Think about it in God's term. God delays destruction because He re desires your redemption. Think about that. He delays every day in hopes that his children would all come home. You see, in the scripture of 2 Peter, Peter makes it clear. The Lord is not slack concerning his promises. Not one of his promises have failed. In Joshua 21, 45, it says, not a word failed of any good thing which the Lord has spoken. In Numbers 23, 19 says God is not man that he should lie. He doesn't lie. He's not a man. He doesn't sin. Remember, he's the spotless lamb. You see, if God promised it, it will happen. If God says, get a shovel and dig right there, there's gold, you better grab that shovel and you better grab some gloves. You might even want to grab a couple friends. Because they might want to go along with you. You dig? You see, if he promised it, it'll happen. If he spoke it, it'll stand. God is a God of faithfulness. You see, the issue here is not God. The issue is us. It's our impatience. God is faithful. We are the problem. We are impatient. So you ask me, B Rob, what are we supposed to do? What do we do while we wait? Well, if you go to 2 Peter 3, 11 and 12, it says, While you wait, live holy. Stay ready and keep growing. You see. See, waiting's not passive. There's many things you can do while you wait. For one, prepare. Don't waste one day thinking about what's to come. Every day should be a day of growth. Every day you should grow in the word. Every day. Every day I try to do this podcast for this specific reason alone. Not only are you listening, but I'm learning. You see? I learn by speaking. I learn by writing it down. It's what I do. So I'm still learning at age 51. And this is amazing that I have this platform to do that. It's amazing that people even listen. I love you guys. It's 100%. So, like I said, do not waste a day in delay. Grow in it. You see, God is never late. You're just not patient. You see, God is never late. He is patient. You see, God is never forgetful. He is merciful. You see, every sunrise is proof that he has given us another chance. Every sunrise is proof that he wants more children to come home. You see, he hasn't returned yet. You want to know why? Because grace is still available. But you see, it won't be available forever. The same book, the same exact chapter that talks about mercy also talks about the coming day of the Lord. So don't mistake patience for absence. He promised he will deliver on his time. He's coming back because he's faithful. You see? And it's on his timing, and his timing is perfect. Just because we do not understand it doesn't mean anything. We are to have patience. We are to live holy while we wait. We are to stay ready. And we are to keep growing. It's a very, very, very simple process. Not only do we have to trust it, we have to use it. Guys, let's pray. Dear Heavenly Father, Lord, we come to you today, Lord. We thank you for this day. We thank you for this brand new month. We thank you for this season, Lord. We thank you that you are not slack concerning your promises, Lord. We thank you that you are not careless, that you are not forgetful, and you are definitely not late. We thank you so much, Lord, for your mercy. We thank you for every day that you give us, every sunrise, Lord. We thank you for your patience. Most of all, we thank you for your grace that has covered us. Lord, please forgive us for doubting you and doubting your timing. Lord, forgive us for interpretating that delay might be denial. Lord, forgive us for questioning you. You are so merciful. Lord, help us to understand and grow while we wait. Lord, help us to be prepared. Help us to be holy. And Lord, if there is anybody on this podcast today that has not come to repentance, Lord, I pray that you draw them near and soften their heart right now, Lord. Let them see your love, Lord. And let them see that your delay is for them. Lord, please teach us to have value in patience. Lord, teach us to be a reflection of you for other people. Lord, I pray for anybody that needs you today. Lord, we trust you. We thank you. It's in Jesus' holy, heavenly name we pray these things. Amen and hallelujah. Well, guys, God bless you. I love you. Make sure you visit the website www.forchministry.com. And guys, it's been an amazing ride. And I thank you for coming along. Guys, I love you. God loves you. And if you don't have Jesus, and if you don't have some health and wealth, you better get right. This episode is sponsored partly by Tray Knot. Taking care of your body matters.
