It's Tuesday morning. Hey guys, it's the Faith Cast, and thank you for tuning in on this Tuesday morning, March 3rd. Man, we got day, we got day. It's been, it was in the 70s like that, almost 80s yesterday. Especially in the 80s today. I'm wearing shots. What I'm talking about. Anything over 60 degrees, I'm wearing shorts. Just like a kid. You know what I'm saying? Sorry. Gotta love it. Got to love it. God is good. I hope you guys are doing good. Hope you guys are thankful for being on this side of the pavement this morning. This morning we're going, excuse me. A little coffee, a little coffee. You know what I'm saying? This morning we're gonna talk about. I just picked up the verse of the day, man, and it's strong, so we got to use it. You know what I'm saying? It's just uh it is what it is. So let me get that for you real quick. But uh just uh hope things are going good. Want to take care of some uh housekeeping things, make sure you visit the website www.forchhristministry.com, and you can check out the music and the podcast links. And um I'm gonna put the tray not link in there. And guys, if you're interested in um, this is uh business that I'm doing with uh Nikita Kolov, the uh Russian nightmare world champion, eight times, I do believe it was. And um that's who I'm in business with. And we would love for you guys to uh we'd love to share this opportunity with you. So I'm gonna be doing a Zoom call. Hopefully, Nikita will be able to be on there, and we're gonna explain the business to you, and I'm not gonna give you a whole lot now, but that's what's gonna happen. And if you're interested, I'll give you a business phone number at the end of the podcast. I know I said I would do it yesterday, but or the day before, but I'm gonna do it for you today. I had to I had to learn a little more about it myself. So I'm still learning, and we're gonna learn together, and it's an amazing thing, and that's why I wanted to do what I wanted to do. I want to I want to lift you guys up this morning. We're gonna we're gonna do um we're gonna do a good one this morning. And it is going to be on Joshua. Let me see, let me see, let me see. Where are my notes at? Sorry, guys. Um I had it, but now okay, okay, here we go, here we go. Joshua. So turn your books to turn your Bibles, turn your good books to Joshua 1.9. And I want to say this about the Bible. I'm uh listening to the Ethiopian Bible and the 122 books that weren't in the King James Bible. And that is very, it's very interesting stuff because it's narrated and told, you know, where it was supposed to be and that sort of thing. So I'm just saying I that's what I'm talking about. The the box. I I I gotta look outside the box, you know. And it feels like the Bible, sounds like the Bible. I I'm gonna continue reading it and I'll share as I read. So um, guys, I'm gonna be back in just a second, but here's a little clip for you. Get you pumped up. Alright. This episode is sponsored in part by Traynaught. No excuses, no weakness. If you want real energy and real support for your body, Traynaut delivers high-quality supplements built to keep you moving, to keep your body stronger, to keep you more focused, no more shortcuts. Go to tray not.com slash b rob. That's trainot.com slash b rob. Alright, guys. Let's talk a minute. In fact, I want to talk straight to the person that's kind of standing on the edge right now, whose life is questionable. Not life or death, but whose life, who's going through some things. You know what I'm saying? I want to talk to the person who is uh having that anxiety at the moment. You know, we got a lot of things going on. You you got the news saying this, that, and the other. You got so many distractions, you got stuff going on, and people have no clue because people have not been paying attention. Okay? So let me talk to that person. You know what I'm saying? That person's standing right there on the edge. But guess what? The edge don't have to be negative. The edge can be the edge of a new season, you see? The edge can be the edge of new responsibility, you see? The edge can be something bigger than what you're used to. Something bigger than your comfort zone, you dig? You see? You might be standing there heart racing, mind spinning, and the pressure might be heavy, heavy, heavy. I get it. I get it. You see, sometimes God doesn't whisper. God commands, God shouts. If you look at Joshua 1.9, I told you to turn your books to Joshua 1.9, you good holy Bibles. In Joshua 1.9 it says, Have I not commanded you, be strong and courageous, do not be afraid, do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. You see, he didn't just suggest that. He didn't just recommend that. You know what I'm saying? Like a good movie or a good book or a good box of cereal. He commanded it. And when the Father commands, you know. So you better get that straight. God never said feel strong. God never said look strong. God said be strong. And courageous. And see, courage is not just it's not an emotion. Courage is a position. You see? If you're waiting to feel better, you be waiting for a long, long, long, long time. Or better yet, go to a Brandon Lake concert. Or watch the elevation of worship. If you want to feel better. You see what I'm saying? But that's temporary. And temporary don't last forever. So you'll be waiting forever. You see, David didn't just feel ready. He knew who God was in his heart. He knew and kept begging God to use him and to show him his purpose. You see, Esther just didn't feel ready. She said, if I perish, I perish. If I die, I die. You see. Those things are positions. Those things are courage. Those things are not just feelings. You see, courage is obedience to the Father. And fear is the thief. Fear is false evidence appearing real. And when fear comes with his claws and digs it into your shoulders, like today, like modern day. You might be stepping into leadership. Fear is gonna claw into your shoulders. You might be starting a business with no backup plan. Fear is going to be clawing on your shoulders. You might be breaking old addictions that ran in your generational bloodline, but fear will still be clawing on your shoulders. You might be going to therapy. I don't know. Whatever the case is, you might be even trying to raise your kids differently in a better, positive, more loving, more living, more godly environment. But fear will still claw on your shoulders. But fear is the thief, and you cannot let the thief win. You see, fear is nothing but a feeling. You feel scared. Well, sometimes that's a good thing. You see, that means you're standing where your comfort ends and your calling begins. Hallelujah, amen. Can I get it? Amen. You see, if you feel fear, if you feel scared, that's not necessarily a bad thing. But you have to understand what it is. You have to understand where you're standing, and your next step might be holy ground. Because you're standing where your comfort ends, that line in the sand, and your calling begins. You see, you weren't built for this world, but you were built for this. You were built for moments like these. You see, Joshua wasn't random. He fought battles way before he led nations. He stayed in God's presence when others left. Let me tell you this, okay? Let me just say this. Let me just preach this. Some of y'all think you're behind. But God's still building you. You see those quiet seasons, just think of that as the training sessions. You know? That rejection you might have felt, just think of that as the weight room and the wait bench. That heartbreak that somebody gave you or something gave you, that's spiritual conditioning. You see, the gym ain't the spotlight. Running through the woods and working out ain't in the spotlight. You see, you don't build conditioning and muscle in the spotlight. You don't train in the spotlight. You do it with a friend or by yourself, and you hold yourself accountable. You build that muscle and you train under resistance. You don't do it in the spotlight. You see, Philippians 4 13 says, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. One of my favorite verses. You see, not all things meaning random or random ambition or that sort of thing, but all things assigned by God. You see, if God assigned it, he engineered it for you. You see, if God assigned it, it was meant for you. And God assigns things differently for everybody. See, you're not underqualified. You just need to be covered by grace. You're not late. God is just positioning you. And you're definitely not disqualified by the past or the rear view mirror because there's a reason. That windshield that you look through is way, way bigger than that rear view mirror. You, my friends, are proof that mercy works. You see, notice what God repeats many times in the Bible. Do not be afraid, do not be discouraged. You see, that fear tries to attack your future. That discouragement tries to attack your momentum. Fear asks questions like, what it what what'll happen if I fail. It says things like, they ain't gonna like me. It says things like, I'm not good enough to do that. And it definitely says things like I can't do that. And once you start believing I can't do that, can't never could do nothing, is what my mama used to tell me. I'm just saying. What if I fail? That's not a good question. You see, discouragement will be like, why do I even try? But you see, the Israelites saw giants. But Joshua saw God, and so did David. Same land, same promise, just a totally different perspective. You see, today fear is in the headlines. You see, today fear is projected everywhere. You see, today fear is comparing yourself while scrolling on social media. You see, you're watching everybody else win and you're questioning your own race. But you see, 2 Timothy 1 7 says, God has not given us the spirit of fear. So you see, if fear didn't come from God, why are you letting it preach louder than him to you? And why are you believing it? I mean, I understand fear might be loud, but fear is not legal in God's eyes. It does not have authority over your spirit that God gave you. For the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. Wherever you go, not just in church, not just while you worship. When the bridge hits like twelve times, everybody's repeating the same thing. You know? For the Lord your God will be with you wherever. It don't matter. Courtroom, hospital room, gym, college campus, an apartment you can't afford, a house you can't afford, that interview seat for that next job. Whatever you might be doing. Wherever. Psalms 139 says, you cannot outrun him. You see, Joshua was stepping into enemy territory, but you see, God had already gone there before him. Think about it. God goes before you. You're basically walking into tomorrow because God's already there. You see? Just remind you, and just remind yourself that you are not weak. You're just commanded by God. You're not alone because you're accompanied by God. And this ain't random because you are assigned by God. The same spirit that raised Christ from the dead lives in you. Do you understand that? It's not just visiting you. It's not just occasionally inspiring you. Well, maybe you're letting it, but it actually lives in you. You see, and that's great news because that means anxiety does not get the final word. That means insecurity does not get its place on the stage and it does not get a microphone. That means your past does not get to prophesy your future. You dig? You see, Joshua 3 13, it said the priest had to step into Jordan before it parted. You see, the water didn't move first. The priest did. You see, faith moved. Before evidence shows up. You see, a lot of y'all might be waiting on confirmation, but God already commanded you and told you what to do. You see, some of y'all might be waiting on confidence, but God already put that in your heart. You see, some of you might be waiting for fear just to disappear like a magic trick. But God said, move without shaking. You see, and then you become the miracle in motion. Because you're built different. Not because you're perfect, not because you're loud, not because you're quiet, not because you're fearless, but because the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. You see? It doesn't matter. That business meeting, the Lord your God's built for it. That new level of friendship, it doesn't matter. The Lord your God is built for it. That calling that the Lord your God gave you, He is built for it. That fight that you are fighting to stay pure or off drugs or whatever it is, the Lord your God is built for it. That lonely season where you're training and being obedient, the Lord your God is built for it. You see, Joshua is just an example of someone who stood at the edge of promise with a huge, huge, big old shoes to fill. And giants ahead. You see, God didn't shrink the giants, he just strengthened the man with faith. Hear me out. God ain't gonna shrink your challenge, but he'll put you up to it. He'll expand you, he'll transform you and get you ready for that challenge. So today, when doubt creeps in your head, you answer it with the word of God. Because it's right there. That's the armor. That's the sword, that's the shield. You see when fear comes clawing into your shoulder, you answer it with obedience from God. You stand with courage. You see when discouragement and anxiety try to sit on your chest. I want you to remind those things that you were commanded to be strong, you were commanded to be courageous, you were commanded not to fear, and you were commanded not to be discouraged. For the Lord my God is with me wherever I go. Now, guys, I want you to get to stepping. Today's the day. Step into your calling with confidence, with courage. Step into your discipleship with confidence, with courage. Step into whatever leadership role you may have with confidence and courage. Guys, step into the unknown with confidence and courage. It's not about being hyped on emotion. It's about being anchored in the promise of God. It's about being strong, being courageous, because you were built for this battle. Obviously, God loves you. I love you too, guys. I want you guys to have a great day. And if you don't have a relationship with Christ, you better get right. Because you were built for this battle. Let's go. Let God.
