We lay out a simple Kingdom blueprint for real success using John 15, where Jesus defines fruitfulness as the outcome of staying connected to Him. We challenge the world’s metrics, talk through pruning and obedience, and end by measuring our lives by love and lasting fruit rather than fame.
• redefining success through John 15 and the vine and branches
• noticing patterns and taking “coincidences” seriously as prompts to pay attention
• staying connected to the source instead of relying on talent, education, or hustle
• embracing pruning as preparation that removes distractions, pride, and comfort zones
• remaining in Christ as a consistent lifestyle, not occasional visits
• linking obedience to love and focusing on application over information
• choosing joy as strength so fruitfulness does not turn into burnout
• loving others sacrificially as the real measure of Kingdom impact
• asking the hard question: fruit or fame as the true scoreboard

A Manifesto For The Misfits

SPEAKER_00

Here's to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the ones who see the world differently, who don't fit neatly into boxes, and refuse to live by someone else's script. You can quote them, you can disagree with them, you can glorify them or vilify them, you can shake your head at their ideas or be inspired by their courage. But the one thing you cannot do is ignore them. Because they change things. They disrupt what's comfortable, they challenge what's normal, and they push the human race forward. Sometimes with loud revolutions, sometimes with quiet persistence that changes everything over time. They see possibility where others see limits. They dare to dream out loud when the world tells them to be silent. They take risks, they stumble, they rise again, and they keep going. Not because it's easy, but because they can't imagine doing anything else. These are the ones who remind us that every great leap forward was once considered impossible. So here's to them: the ones who won't sit down, won't be quiet, and won't stop until the world is different.

Welcome Back And What’s Ahead

SPEAKER_01

Hello, we would like to welcome you to the Food Dot FaceCast with my husband, your host, B-rob. So without further ado, here's B-Rob.

SPEAKER_03

Hey guys, it's B Rob, and I just want to welcome you back to the Food for Thought Faithcast.

Work Updates And Helping Through Insurance

SPEAKER_03

And it's been a while. We have not done a podcast in a minute with the holidays and everything going on. There's no excuses. I have been busy and um things happen the way they're supposed to happen. Things happen the way God intends. And um today we're gonna talk about a subject that um I'm writing my next book on. And if you have not read Discernment, then you should go to Amazon and check out Discernment by B-Rob. Um, pretty cool stuff. So check that out. And um, I've been um working on my uh the life insurance thing. I've been trying to further my uh education there, and um I'm getting Courtney uh licensed up and uh getting her trained up, and I actually hit a promotion, so now I'm a manager and now I can start hiring my own life insurance agents, licensed agents. So that's a good thing, and um guys, it's been it's been amazing, and I've been helping people because there are a lot of people out there that got put into policies that really have no benefits, and there are people out there that need cash, so you know, we specialize in getting their cash from the policies they've been paying on that have no benefits. Um, a lot of times they're modified, and uh the payment goes up at a later age when they need their insurance the most, and they're not going to be able to afford it at that age because they're on a fixed income. So a lot of times we can lower the payment, get them into more coverage with more benefits, and um simply get their cash back from the policy they've been paying on that doesn't really have a lot of coverage. It's it's an amazing thing. And um I just thank God for being able to bless people and help people in that way because you're gonna pay for it either way, right? I mean, if you've been paying on life insurance, why not pay on something that's gonna benefit you while you're alive? And a lot of the new the new whole life programs have living benefits, which is a good thing. But anyway, we're gonna not talk too much about that.

Patterns Signs And Staying Grounded

SPEAKER_03

That's just my little intro. But there's a lot of things going on right now, and like I I say to a lot of people, we've got two different timelines going on. We got the White House talking about quantum, which is timeline jumping. Um, there's a lot of weird things going on, but it's okay because we know that as long as we stay in the Father, that um we will be just fine.

John 15 And Redefining Success

SPEAKER_03

And Scripture talks about this, and uh Jesus talked about this, and today's episode we're gonna be talking about the same um reference point and the same subject as my new book. It's gonna be called The Blueprint to Kingdom Success. Now we're not gonna get into the 17 points that the book's about, but we're gonna get into a more condensed version. So if you've got your Bibles, if you have your Bibles, turn to John chapter 15, and we're gonna go chapters 1 through 17. Imagine that. Look at there. But I want you to notice something. The key verse in 1 through 17, if you read 1 through 17, that's a good thing. Read it, and you will understand the things that I'm talking about now. But the key verse is gonna be 15 verse 5. It says, I am the vine, you are the branches. If you remain in me, and I in you, you will bear much fruit. Apart from me, you can do nothing. That's crazy. And oh, by the way, it's 7:17 a.m. in the morning. Imagine that. More coincidence, right? Well, coincidence is God merely showing up anonymously. Um, a friend of mine, Brian Allen, posted yesterday that Generation X superpower is to be pattern recognition. Well, a lot of people say pattern recognition is sheer coincidence. Well, coincidence is God showing up anonymously, and numbers matter. I don't know if you know this or not, but numbers definitely matter. Um, so pay attention. Pay attention. Pay attention to the signs that God shows you. They may not come in the form of a thought. When the math, when it's mathematically impossible to say that you have a coincidence all the time, it becomes mathematically impossible. So pay attention to the patterns. God doesn't talk to you just in thoughts. I'm just telling you. But let's get on with the uh podcast. Everyone wants success, right? Like everybody wants a successful career, everybody wants their family to be successful. If you're in ministry, you want your ministry to be successful. I mean, most people would just want successful lives, right? The problem is that the world and the kingdom define success differently. So pay attention, guys. The world says success is about status, it's about achievement, it's about money, it's about recognition. Those are all fleshly worldly things, right? Pride. But let's go back to John 15. Yeshua said success is about fruitfulness, as we're seven minutes into this podcast. I told you. You call it pattern recognition, you call it what you want. But um math is the first and ultimate alphabet, just so you know. But if you look at John 15, on the night before his crucifixion, Jesus gives his disciples a blueprint. But it's not a blueprint for fleshly and worldly success, it's a blueprint for kingdom success, divine success. So if you pay attention and we follow this blueprint, you won't just be busy. You're gonna be busy producing fruit. You're gonna be fruitful. Okay? Now, we're gonna sum a lot of this up. Part one, you're supposed to be staying connected to the source. In John 15, 1 through 5, Jesus says, I am the true vine, and my father is the gardener. Now notice, notice that. The first key to success is understanding that the branch is not the source. And the branch cannot live without the source. The branch has no life in itself, it only lives because it's connected to the vine, right? So think about this. Many people try to build successful lives through their talent, through their education. They think a piece of paper makes them better than somebody else because they have it and they don't, and they paid for it and they didn't, that sort of thing. Um a lot of people try to build successful lives through networking. And most people try to do it with hard work alone. Right? And all of those have value in themselves. But can those values actually produce long-lasting spiritual fruit? Jesus says no, and he makes it real clear. He says, apart from me, you can do nothing. He doesn't say little, he doesn't say some things, he actually says the word nothing. If you don't know what that means, look it up. It means nothing. Absence of anything, right? So, which brings us to blueprint number two.

Pruning As Preparation Not Punishment

SPEAKER_03

We have to embrace God's pruning process. If God is the gardener, if the father is the gardener, we have to embrace the pruning process. So if you look at John 15, 2, it says, every branch that does not bear fruit, he prunes so that it will be even. Oh, excuse me. No, no, no. I'm sorry. Let me back that up. Every branch that does bear fruit, he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. You see how I almost twisted that? That's the evil one. He tries and tries and tries, but it doesn't happen because B Rob catchy. But anyway, I'm talking to myself again. But you see, pruning is part of the process. A lot of people think pruning is punishment. But pruning is not punishment, it's actually preparation. You see, the father cuts away what is unnecessary so that greater fruit can grow. The gardener does the same exact thing. There's a lot of symbolism in life. And if you've got bad symbolism, it's going to be your downfall. But sometimes God removes bad habits, sometimes God removes wrong relationships, sometimes God removes pride. It may be distractions. And a lot of times God will remove a comfort zone. I know this. I know a lot of people who need comfort zones. And God is stirring them up right now as we speak. I see it firsthand. Never get comfortable. And I'm not saying this because he's against us. I'm saying this because he is growing us. He's growing you, he's growing me. You see, we pray for blessings. We pray for whatever it is we need. We pray for more fruit, but a lot of times we resist the pruning process that actually produces fruit. Wow. Guys, kingdom success requires trust in God's process, not the world's process or what the world tells you. But it requires trust in God's process. And a lot of times God will remove things that you think are important. And a lot of times they might be important, but God will remove them and add something just as important. You see? It's a pruning process. And here's one of the most important parts.

Remain Obey And Let Joy Lead

SPEAKER_03

Part three, blueprint three. You must remain in Christ. In verse four through seven in John 15, the word remain appears repeatedly throughout this process. And the reason being is Yeshua is emphasizing a lifestyle. He's not emphasizing a moment. You see, a lot of people just visit or want to visit God's presence occasionally. Kingdom success belongs to those who remain and try to stay in God's presence consistently. Now think about the word remain. What does it mean? Stay connected, right? Stay connected to what? The source. Even when you don't feel like it. Stay connected. Stay hydrated in God's presence. Keep searching. And the reason I say this is because fruit doesn't appear overnight. It just doesn't show up. Does fruit just show up on the tree one day? No. It develops through a continual relationship with the vine of the tree. Human babies don't grow up overnight, even though sometimes they seem like they do. There is a continual development until the child becomes an adult. The same way fruit does not appear overnight. The strongest believers are not always the most gifted, but they are the most consistent. And consistency takes hard work and obedience, which brings us to part four. Walk in obedience. If you look at John 15, 10, if you keep my commands, you will remain in my love. You see how love and obedience are connected? You see how Jesus is not teaching legalism, he's teaching relationship. You see, when we truly love God, obedience becomes a response. You see, you can read the word, you can study the word, you can fill yourself with the word, but kingdom success is not found in knowing the word alone, it is found in walking and living the actual words that you read. Because the blessing's not in the information, the blessing is in the application. And the application of a fruitful life is only built on daily continual obedience. And it takes hard work, but you have to let joy be your strength. Which brings me to part five. John 15 and 11. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. I want you to notice something, something very powerful. You see, Jesus talks about pruning, he talks about obedience, he talks about fruitfulness, yet he still, and those are hard. Those that that's a whole tough process, pruning, obedience. That's a lot of hard work, right? But yet he still talks about joy in the hard work. You see, kingdom success is not meant to be or produce a burnout, it's not meant to wear you down, it's not meant to make you resent, it's meant to produce joy. Give you an example. Last three months I just put my head down and worked. What they taught me, use the knowledge that they gave me, worked, helping others when I can, others helping me. And one day they just called me and said, You got promoted. I'm like, man, I ain't even try. You see, when you don't worry about outcomes and you live in joy and you follow the blueprint to kingdom success, the blessings come naturally. And it's an amazing thing. It's based on the connection. When you're connected to the vine, your circumstances change, but your source stays the same. So despite whatever comes your way, despite whatever storm happens, despite whatever drought happens, despite all the things that happen, when you are connected to the vine, those things may change around you, the 3D world, but you stay connected to the source, and your source remains the same. A successful kingdom life is marked by deep joy, even in the difficult storms and seasons. Which bring me to our sixth point.

Love Others And Bear Lasting Fruit

SPEAKER_03

Love others like Christ loves you. One of his love each other as I have loved you. Twelve, right there, twelve and thirteen. Kingdom success is not measured only by what you accomplish, it's measured how you love. You see, Jesus was the greatest success ever live. He's the example, he's the greatest success story, his life. It was demonstrated through his sacrificial love. He did not come to be served like most kings. He actually came to do the opposite. He came to serve. You see, the kingdom only grows when believers love the people the way Christ loves them. Do you see? Do you see? The kingdom only grows when you live like Christ. When you love people the same way Christ did. John 15, verse 16 says, You did not choose me, but I chose you, and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit, fruit that will last. This is number seven and the final one. This is the culmination of the blueprint. You were chosen for this time and this purpose. You were appointed for this time and this purpose. You were created to bear fruit that last, not temporary fruit, not temporary fruit. And then God gives the final command. Jesus gives the final command. This is my command. Love each other. Love each other like I loved you. So let's recap. The blueprint to kingdom success. Stay connected to the source. Number one, embrace God's pruning process. Number two, remain consistent in your relationship with Him. Number three, number four, walk in obedience, which is very hard. Number five, live with the joy of the Lord. If you do that, the enemy cannot touch you. It's the lower frequencies, the frequencies built on fear, the frequencies built on pride, the frequencies built on negative things. Live with the joy of the Lord. Vibrate high. Stay happy. Don't let the enemy see you sweat. Take that to God. Don't complain. Take that to God. Number six, love others sacrificially. And number seven, bear fruit that last. So here's where we're at, guys. If success was measured by fruit instead of fame, how successful would we be? How successful would you be? You see, he already knows us by name. We don't need to know each other by name. We don't need a billboard for each other. Yeshua never called us to be famous branches, he called us to be fruitful branches. So it's a simple blueprint. Remain in Christ, obey his word, love others, bear fruit. It's that simple. But yet we make it hard. It's so simple because in the kingdom of God, success is not measured by what's actually physically in your hand. It's measured by what is flowing through your life from the source, the vine. And if you do not have a relationship with the source, then you better get

Prayer And Practical Next Steps

SPEAKER_03

right. Let's go to the Lord in prayer. Dear Heavenly Father, we thank you. We love you. Lord, just thank you for giving us a blueprint that is so easy, it's so simple. A kingdom success roadmap. Yet we fall in the ditch daily. Lord, we just pray that you pick us back up out of the ditch and put us on the right track. We know that you are our GPS. So, Lord, please help us remain on course and stay connected to Jesus. Lord, I pray that everybody listening will trust your pruning process. We'll walk in obedience to you. I pray that we all love others deeply. I pray, lastly, that we bear fruit that brings glory to you and your name in your name only. The matchless name of Jesus. And the production of our fruit lasts for eternity, Lord. It's in Jesus' holy, heavenly, matchless name we pray these things. Amen and hallelujah. Guys, I love you.
