Defining Vibrant Longevity
SPEAKER_00topic is going to be how I have been embracing, befriending, romancing, and meeting my own personal vibrant longevity through a biopsycho-social spiritual phenomenon. I'd like to first explain what vibrant longevity is through these four-dimensional layers of a biopsychosocial-spiritual phenomenon. Let's break all four of these layers down. Bio means your body, genetics, physical health, what you eat, and how you move. Psycho is your mental and emotional state, your mindset, beliefs, and how you process life. Social is your relationships, your community, belonging, support, and also your support systems. Spirituality, spiritual is the meaning, purpose, connection to something greater than yourself. Vibrant longevity means living a life that's actually alive, that brings you fulfillment, joy, and peace, not just surviving in a body, but thriving across all four of these dimensional layers simultaneously. We all have a creative architectural design which is built by our longevity that is intentional. You are designing and delegating a structure of your own reality based on your own internal state and intentionality. Vibrant longevity is what is intentional to us and our own purpose and movement throughout life. And I've personally been practicing vibrant longevity before I actually had the terminology for it. Once I released control of my life and allowed my higher self to move me in the ways that were best for me and intuitively, that's when I embraced vibrant longevity and things became easier for me. Books That Ended Self Sabotage
SPEAKER_00catalyst I encountered that allowed me to begin on my path of viral longevity is when I came across the book The Mountain is You by Brianna Weast. When it stated that self-sabotage is seen as something masochistic, but in all actuality is something that we simply do to protect ourselves. But I came to the realization within myself when I had my Saturn return back in 2023 that I no longer wanted to cause my own suffering. I wanted to get in front of that. And because I made that decision, that's where my vibrant longevity journey began. An enormous view was lifted for me due to this catalyst. The next fundamental read that my higher self aligned me to was Bob Proctor's Change Your Paradigm, Change Your Life. Which basically states the paradigm of your life is shaping your eternal state. Because many of us feel that our outside world is shaping our limiting beliefs, but it's our limiting beliefs that are shaping our outside world. The journey had to begin with me taking radical responsibility in my own suffering. I had to break the habit of being myself. And the knowledge continuously kept pouring into my life. Dr. Joe Dispenza speaks about neuroscience, neuropathways, and his meditative practices are phenomenal and simply profound, where you have to give your body a completely new mind. And that's a decision I had to make. Once I read his book, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, I no longer wanted to simply exist in life. I wanted to thrive. I wanted to live. I wanted to feel. I wanted to be free. Free from all the societal confinements and the environment that I grew up into that was unconsciously inherited by me through survival patterns. My vibrant longevity journey has simply been about freedom. And that's what my podcast is even about is like the journey is so fulfilling.
From Fight Or Flight To Ease
SPEAKER_00And once you step into the art of contemplation and give yourself these sacred pauses that Richard Ruit speaks about, being more present in your life because presence was what was being taken away from me. A default setting within my body being in the sympathetic nervous system of always constantly living in fight or flight mode, when I wanted to be in my parasympathetic nervous system of rest, ease, and receptivity. Is being in rest and ease. And there's so many nuances within this. In the book of the power of your subconscious mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy, on page 87, he speaks, and I quote, the creative power of your subconscious mind serves you and will do the work. Its response is automatic. I continued to meet different versions of myself every single time that my consciousness expanded. The power of your subconscious mind made me realize that within my own mental construct, I was only aware of 5% of my consciousness, of my reality, that is my analytical mind. And 90% of my programming is based on my subconscious mind. So in order for me to be the observer of my reality, I had to simply know that my subconscious mind has been running a program that I have forgotten and that was embedded within me through childhood. That this conditioning and programming is not me. I had to come into the realization of knowing what is my true identity. It all forced me to shed layers that was familiar to me, making me be in the unfamiliar and the uncomfortable to experience a new loving and fulfilling life. And within intellectual humility, I had to know, paraphrasing Socrates, that all I know is that I know nothing. Leading
Agreements And Mastery Of Self
SPEAKER_00me on my Totec path where I came across Don Miguel Ruiz's books, The Four Agreements, The Fifth Agreement, and The Mastery of Self, which were such profound and phenomenal readings for me. Because the four agreements are one, be impeccable with your word. Your words shape your reality. Two, don't take anything personally. And four, always do your best. Once I fully listened to all of these audiobooks, they allowed me to be more compassionate with myself when it came to so many avenues of my life. Because I didn't know what I just did not know. And the fifth agreement interpreted that you should believe no truth, not even yourself. Currently, being in my year 22 right now, that is a master builder year for me. That is what 22 represents is a master builder. Embracing my vibrant longevity to the fullest is honoring that I am the co-creator of my reality. How can I bend reality when I'm not being the master of my reality? Which aids in the mastery of self by Don Miguel Ruiz. You have to become a master of your emotions. You have to become a master of your emotional state. You have to become a master of your body. That is the whole point of us being spiritual beings temporarily expressed into a human experience. And that is a fundamental foundation of us needing to take accountability with ourselves. When I began taking that accountability with myself, I began to understand my inner child more, allowing her to be free. And the whole purpose of my vibrant longevity is to go back to who I was as a child, what I left doing, what I needed, because what I needed to focus on was my core needs rather than my core wants. Because my core wants was based on a conditioning programming that came from my environment. Reading The Alchemist, I realized I turned my pain into gold and I turned my pain into power. Set upon the journey to continuously becoming an untethered soul to realize a true interpretation of what consciousness is. Because consciousness is what it means to me. What are the things that bring me joy and fulfillment in my everyday life? And there is no reality that I cannot have because our realities that I want already exist. Quoting Frederick Dotson from Parallel Universes of Self, Chapter 1, expanding awareness means seeing, feeling, perceiving, noticing, experiencing, and doing something that you have not seen, felt, perceived, noticed, experienced, or done before. We are the creators of our reality. So why would I not want to experience and create the most beautiful reality that I can? Because I've already been experiencing so much suffering before. So now it's time for me to feel the serenity of my life. I'm
Everyday Rituals For Feeling Alive
SPEAKER_00embracing my vibe and longevity by finding the beauty and the mundane task of simply deciding to go outside, ground myself, watch my favorite childhood cartoons, meditating, eating what my body calls me to eat, watching the words that I speak, watching how I speak to others, being creative, painting, doing art projects, drawing. There are so many attributes to my viral longevity because I am a manifesting generator, which basically means I love doing multiple things at once. I have so many different hobbies, and I love that about myself. I have sacred devotion within me. I am intentional with myself. I was born on a Friday. Friday is ruled by Venus. Venus is a planet of love. Those are my self-care love days. Although I love on me every single day, Friday is based on that multitude of intentionality. So now I'm aligning the energies with myself, with the energies of the cosmos. And the more that I allow myself to feel alive, even when it does not make sense to other people, even when I go into the state of the unknown and the uncomfortable, I know that the things I'm doing are intuitively moving with my higher self. And the more that I give myself permission and release the need for control, the more I align myself with my higher self, the more that I allow myself to simply live, to be free, to have joy. To know that it's okay to not have everything figured out, to know that when I need rest or simply bed riding, that it's not laziness or procrastination. I don't have to abide by societal structures. I can make this world into my own beautiful experience. And because vibrant longevity is my own natural way of being, suffering no longer exists to me. Pain is merely temporary. Suffering is a choice. Prior to my spiritual awakening, I was choosing to suffer. But now that I've allowed my higher self to take the wheel, my heart chakra is open. I know that I'm aligning with myself because I feel this tingling cessation within my body, and my heart warms up, and my whole body just feels like it's on heat. It's such a beautiful experience. And I feel it every single day. I am more kind to myself, I am more loving to myself, I am more compassionate with myself, I am more respectful with myself. Vibrant longevity for me is me simply allowing myself to be authentically and unapologetically me. And it
