How do cults gain control over people's minds...and what does it take to break free?

In this powerful episode of Unholier Than Thou, I sit down with Isabella Young, author of Putting on the Armour of God and New Human of New Earth, to discuss her extraordinary journey out of a Messianic cult led by her former husband.

Bella shares her firsthand experience with coercive control, religious manipulation, fear-based programming, narcissistic abuse, and the devastating tragedy that forever changed her life. We explore how high-control groups use fear, gaslighting, and cognitive dissonance to keep people trapped, why leaving is so difficult, and what healing can look like after escaping.

We also discuss the inspiration behind her books, the importance of nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, reclaiming personal sovereignty, and learning to trust yourself again after years of manipulation.

Whether you've experienced religious trauma, are deconstructing your faith, have left a controlling relationship, or simply want to better understand how cults operate, this conversation offers insight, compassion, and hope.

And if today's conversation resonates with you, please consider sharing it with a friend. Word of mouth is one of the biggest ways this podcast continues to grow. In your support truly means a lot. Today I'm joined by Isabella Young, author, survivor, and advocate for those recovering from cults, coercive control, and trauma. After escaping a messianic cult nearly two decades ago, Bella devoted her life to understanding mind control, healing from abuse, regulating the nervous system, and helping others reclaim their freedom. In this conversation, we discuss her remarkable story of survival, the warning signs of high control groups, the challenges of rebuilding your life after leaving, and the insights that inspired her books. Whether you've experienced religious trauma yourself, are questioning a belief system, or simply want to better understand how manipulation and fear can shape our lives, I think you'll find this conversation both compelling and thought-provoking. So let's get started. Bella, many people hear the word cult and they imagine something extreme. And it can be for sure. But what are some characteristics that exist within cults that also can show up in everyday religious communities or in society?

SPEAKER_01

From my experience, a cult is a group, or it could be even just be a relationship or an organization where people are required to follow along with rules and like guidelines that serve the other person, the organization, at a detriment to the individual. And often to be part of the cult, one has to override intuition and override free will and participate in a way that's very destructive to the individual. So that's pretty like a simple explanation of what I've come to understand as how a cult can operate in a whole range of spheres from a family, a relationship, a uh business, sports teams, political parties, there are social movements that run as cults. And the common theme is basically the individual sacrifices itself for the what's seen as the good of the group, but it's really just the good of the one or the organization with the power over the individual.

SPEAKER_00

I know when I got out of the cult, I was in, and I still to this day, people will ask me, Well, how did you grow up? And I'll say, Well, I was raised in a religious cult. And then usually the next question is, Well, what cult? And I'll say, the IFB. And if those who ask don't know what it means, I'll tell them it's the independent fundamental Baptist cult. And I had one guy about a month ago, he was raised, turns out, the same way I was, and he he scoffed at me and he said, That's not a cult. And I've had people say to me, Oh, you just have a victim mentality. You weren't raised in a cult. So for people who think that certain religions or organizations are not cults, what is a proper response to somebody like the guy that said, No, you weren't a cult. You're just making it bigger than what it was.

SPEAKER_01

My response is all religions are cult. Anytime there's an anyone interceding between you and God and telling you how to think or speaking on behalf of God as though they they're God, that it's a cult. Because there's we should have a should do whatever you want. But I choose to have a direct connection to my higher power, to God. You know, I don't want any intermediaries in that relationship. So that if there's someone else telling me what it's what's good for me, what I really should be doing, then that's it, it's a cult.

SPEAKER_00

The way that I grew up, they would say in response to what you just said, well, there is nobody between you and God. The Bible says that Jesus is the mediator between God and man. And Jesus is also God. So they look at it not having anybody in between that we have a direct access to God. And so it's hard to explain to people, of course, when they're in the cult. It's very, very hard to explain to people that they're in a cult. And I know for me, it was like this is what you can and cannot wear. And this is the these are the places you can and cannot go, and the music you can and cannot listen to. And I was forced into a marriage I didn't want to be in, an arranged marriage, and all of these things that were very controlling and isolating. And you're taught the world is evil, the people in the world, the world are they're wicked and they're depraved. And then when I got out, it was like quite the opposite. And I always explain it like the layers of an onion just kind of getting peeled back little by little during my deconstruction. And I mean, quite honestly, I'm still trying to figure things out, and I've been 20 plus years removed from it, but I feel like it's almost like God or the universe, the higher power is revealing itself to me because now I'm not my conscience is not clouded by all this dogma that I was raised with. What are some things that people can do if they've left the cult? What would you recommend people do right away and then maybe long term to help them with just deconstructing the way that they were taught? Because the brainwashing is real, and that can be really difficult for people if they leave those beliefs behind, but they know that it's the right thing to leave it behind, but then they have nothing. They got nothing to grasp onto, they have no community.

SPEAKER_01

And that's one of the that's one of the tricks and the traps is that you don't know you're in a cult until you finally realize that, and then you have to break free. And it's not an easy uh task, as you've said. It takes a long time. Like I'm what, nearly 20 years from uh escaping the cult that I was into and still learning, still understanding about myself and about the whole process. What I did and what I found was extremely helpful was I I had to get into nature because my nervous system was so shot. I had, and we can talk about, I had massive trauma that got me out of the cold. And I didn't even know who I was anymore. I didn't know what I believed in, and I was just, I didn't really have support from family or friends. I was isolated. And I found by spending time in nature, it calmed my nervous system so I could just relax and and find peace within me because I hadn't experienced peace for a decade. I didn't even know how that felt anymore. So that's what I would advise just to find some place that's that feels safe and um just lie on the earth, get your feet on the earth and receive the energy of the earth. The earth is a giant battery that's always giving life force energy, and so is the sun and the trees and all that. So get into nature as possible and just relax and receive that energy because it's it's an important basic step in healing for anyone for any reason, whether it's getting out of a cult or recovering from a surgery. You know, we do need to be receiving birth energy directly into our body. So that's the first thing that I will that's where I started. And then from there that I started learning about what had happened, doing research to understand how does a cult operate, and then uh and then learning well, what what was in me that that drew me into the cult? Because we you were born into the cult. Is that true? Yeah. Well, I I ended up in a cult, so I had to look at what was um happening in me that made me vulnerable to cult programming. And I learned that it was basically I lack of self-love. I was looking for love outside of myself, I was looking for a community, looking for approval. And uh I was just such a little fluffy bunny for the the big bad wolf who's the cult leader, and uh then so then I had to go about establishing self-love, which is still an ongoing process. You know, I I have to tell myself I love myself, I have to take good care of myself, and that's an ongoing process. But the um establishing self-love has been the best protection from narcissistic abuse, because that's what I learned about too, because the cult leader who I was married to was uh I'm not a psychologist, but I do know narcissistic personality disorder when I see it, because he believed he was the Messiah, the second coming. So if that doesn't fit a prescription of a narcissistic personality disorder, I don't know what what does. So he had a narcissistic personality disorder, and that was clear to me. But it was all well and good to point the finger and say, you know, well, he's a narcissist, but what does that mean about me? Why did I you know stay in a relationship with him? And I realized that I had codependent tendencies. So narcissism and codependent tendencies are both basically rooted in lack of self-love. The narcissist creates his whole personality to try and get what they need: sex, money, power, whatever it is. They create a false self that they have to maintain all day, every day. Whereas someone who has codependent tendencies is looking for love and approval and you know assure reassurance or whatever outside of self. So I'm, you know, I'm not trusting myself, I'm not looking within for answers or whatever. So that was the next stage was healing that that uh lack of self-love. And he wasn't my last narcissist. I went through, you know, into other relationships that had a very similar pattern that just kept showing me you don't love yourself, it's not established, get to work. So that was the what I was working on after I left the cult.

SPEAKER_00

Wow. I think um the fact that you said that you were able to finally identify it's like it's easy to say, well, my ex was a narcissist. I've said that myself. He's been diagnosed as that. But it's then harder to turn it around and say, Well, how did I, why am I being drawn to these types of personalities and taking a really inward look and saying, What do I need to work on? Not that you were the reason or the problem, but what were you lacking that was causing you to be attracted to that kind of a person? And I can relate to a lot of what you said. I had a similar situation. Now he wasn't a cult leader or anything like that, but very similar. And I don't know if you ended up doing therapy or anything like that. But I went to years of therapy and then ultimately ended up doing some hypnotherapy as well. But I just wanted to know like, why do I keep going into these types of relationships? What and I would say, what is wrong with me? And it wasn't anything wrong with me, it was just something I was lacking that I needed to then receive, right? And say, I'm worthy. I'm I'm I'm worthy and I'm trustworthy too. And I don't know how your cult worked or operated, but the way that we were taught was to not trust ourselves and to not trust our intuition and that our heart is deceitful and that we cannot lean onto our own understanding. And they that we are like filthy rags. Our book says literally filthy rags that are we are filthy rags. Yes. And so the only way to be worthy is to be covered by Jesus' blood. So, and then you add on the fact that it is a very patriarchal religion, on top of that. So not only as a sinner are you not worthy in your filthy rags and you're nothing in God's sight unless you're covered by the blood of Jesus, but you're a woman and a female and a predominantly male religion. And so you are less than your job is to submit to everything that a male says, and so on and so forth. So it was a lot of deprogramming I had to go through. And when you were saying that, I was like, check, check. You know, it's not funny, but I I laugh about it now because I'm like, it's just so ridiculous, right?

SPEAKER_01

It's interesting is that there's almost some shame about telling the story because I can tell you mine, and it sounds like I'm sure to people it sounds ludicrous, like, how did you ever fall for that? But it happened, it was my story, and I I believe that I have chosen my journey to learn what I need to learn as a soul, and so I went through that experience and the tragedies and whatever, in order to evolve my soul. Um yeah, my I will I can tell you about my experience because it certainly wasn't a a a big, like religious experience like yours. It was a very small, relatively small group at the start. That was uh I thought I'd met my guru. I was very oh I'll just backtrack a bit. My first husband died suddenly when I was three months pregnant with our second child, and that just threw me into an absolute like tailspin of death wish. I just wanted to out. I didn't really want to live anymore. My I knew that I would never have a family, I've never just had my dreams were gone, my children wouldn't have a father, and I I didn't want to be a single parent. From a young child, I never I thought that being a single parent was probably one of the worst things that could ever happen, and it happened. And so that sent me on a a just a ride to try and find uh a reason to live and a place to live because we're on a farm and it was chop wood carry water, and I couldn't do that by myself with two children, so I had to like basically reinvent myself, and that took years. And I went deeper into my spiritual life and I went to India and had met a ascendant master or teacher over there, and I really wanted like a guru. I really wanted someone to guide me. So when I uh met this individual and he announced himself as my guru, I thought, oh, prayers answered, you know, here we go. I was really grateful. I wanted to focus on my spiritual path because when my husband had died, I kept hearing heal and serve, heal and serve. So I thought, oh great, so here we are, I can heal and I can serve because he was presenting himself as the second coming of Christ, the Maitreya, the Kelpi Avatar, the one who's come to save humanity. And he had disciples, he called his people around him disciples, and we were all here to help with his mission. So I thought, oh good, I can make a contribution towards the the greater good. And as it turned out, it was none of that. That was all just a frump for this really very sick individual getting his needs met. You know, he's he was getting money from people tithing to him, he was getting people to do all, you know, slaves basically cooking, cleaning, running his ministry, and also then uh sex slaves as well, because we had sex one time to consummate the marriage. I got pregnant and we had a child, and then he never touched me again for the entire eight years we were together. He said that I was too needy, I was too much like a man, I was uh didn't deserve his touch. And then in the end, he just said that being celibate is for your uh your highest and best. You know, that's what's gonna accelerate your spiritual evolution, is to be uh celibate. So meanwhile, uh he's having sex with the cult members, convincing them that they're gay. He's grooming the young boys in the cult, uh, including my son. And oh my god, he eventually had my son murdered to prevent being exposed as a I'm supposed to say allegedly, to prevent being exposed as a pedophile and a a con man. So that it was my son's murder that that snapped me out of my cult programming. And that that was the that is what jettisoned me out of the cult. But not straight away though. I was still, well, obviously like back again in the death wish and the death spiral, but had to stay alive because I had other children by that point. And I went to see this this uh guy, he'd been the cult uh counselor for a long time. Because in addition to all these sessions with the cult leader and all this inner work that we're doing day after day after day, which I've learned from this guy called Mark Vicente, he's exposed the Keith Ranyu. He was in that cult, the the Nexium.

SPEAKER_00

Oh Nexium?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah. He was his uh basically like his right-hand man, and he exposed him, and now he's exposing Bentinho Masaro, that um new age guru guy who's got a massive, massive cult. So he explained uh that these sessions um that cult leaders bring people together to basically you just have to, you're just trashing on yourself. You're just talking about what a bad person you are, and you know, why bad things happen to you, because you just you know, and they're called distortion sessions because you get so distorted as to who you are, and like you were saying, you you're disconnected from your intuition, you disconnect from your heart, you're disconnected from your well family, friends, you're disconnected from you know from God, basically. And this uh counselor said, he said, I knew you'd come to see me one day. And you know you're in a cult, don't you? And I said, No, I don't know I'm in a cult. I thought I was in an ashram with my guru. And he said, Go home and Google cult characteristics. So I pulled up the list, charismatic leader who's the arbitrator of truth, check, controls every aspect of your life from what you eat, when you get up, how much asleep, who you if and when you have sex with anyone and you know what you do with the time, check. Love bombing. I was the most beautiful woman in the world, I was the wife of Christ, and then I went from that to the antichrist, so that's hate bombing that's always follows it. So that's how you get trauma bonded, and then that locks you into wanting to get back to that place of feeling loved and appreciated again. So uh the trauma bonding and then being um having to pay money, of course, the tithing. People had to give 10% of their gross income just to be in his presence, you know, that or to do any online stuff or go on any retreats or whatever. That's how he funds his um life, is basically through people paying money. So I went through the checklist and then I at the end of that I thought, oh my god, I'm in a cult. And I people think, Oh, how could you get in a cult? You you know, you're an intelligent person or whatever, but it intelligence has nothing to do with getting into a cult, it's all around emotional wounding and and brainwashing and all that. So once I realized there's an in a cult, I then had to get out. And he held it over me that I couldn't leave because we had shared a daughter and he wasn't going to let me take her anywhere other than within two hours of the cult headquarters. And I that was in Southern California, and I really wanted to leave the United States, actually. So he had me that way, and he also had said that, and this is what he tells a lot of people. I found out in talking to people who've left the cult, he says, You like crawled over a football field of broken glass, or you've uh lived a th 10,000 lifetimes to get to me. And if you turn your back on me, you're turning your back on yourself and your soul and God. So I had to break free. That was probably the deepest. Uh trick or you know lie that he had me uh under control with. So once I broke free of that, I he I think he let me go because he knew he was gonna have another death on his hands. I would have taken myself out if I had to stay there. I was already clawing at my wrist, just wanting out. So he didn't make a a a legal move or whatever just to stop me leaving. And I came to Hawaii, and that's where I've been living and healing ever since, and it's saved me just being on this island, living in this healing environment. And like I said, connecting to nature and just being able to just live peacefully without all that drama and torture, basically.

SPEAKER_00

Was he ever abusive to you other than the mental, obviously the mental verbal abuse? Was he ever like physically abusive to you? No, he's a little guy.

SPEAKER_01

He wouldn't have wanted to try that shit. He's the pathetic, the pathetic little weasley guy. I remember one time I was he insulted me about some aspect of mothering and I was gonna clock him, but I I held back. No, there wasn't any there wasn't any physical abuse. There was enough a mental, emotional, and sexual abuse too, because being being celib forced celibacy to me, that was abusive. That was so painful. I can't even begin to describe that like lack of touch. That just that that was torture. So yeah, no, there was no physical abuse. But children were physically abused though, and people were given punishments that were physically abusive. So he handed out punishments all the time if you were disobedient or disrespectful or did something that he didn't like, buy unripe fruit, or cook something that he didn't like, or something went bad in the fridge, whatever it was. He would hand out punishments like writing lines of affirmation. You know, I'm I'm obedient to my group. It might be a thousand times. Um then so the children had a lot of writing lines. You would also punish people by making them like sleep in their car, sleep in the garage with no bedding, having to pick up dog shit, having to pick up trash, being made to move around within the house, so you never really settled. And he'd always put people who kind of con conflicted together because that was you know best for everyone's growth. So that it while the punishments might have been, you know, getting punched in the face or whipped or whatever, they were there were still few physical punishments. He made my son eat out of a dog bowl. So that you know, that's that's a a physical that's physical abuse.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, absolutely. Did everyone live in the same house or compound?

SPEAKER_01

Everyone lived in houses that were in the same neighborhood. So we lived, me and him and our three kids were in one home, and people would come every day to serve, which means provide slave labour to him. And then in the other homes there were groups of people, sometimes there were couples and sometimes there were families, but they lived pretty close by so they could come and you know receive the blessings of the guru. That's how it was sold. And he has other cults in Melbourne, Australia. And I'm not sure because it's been a long time since I've been out of it. And I don't track him at all. I don't follow him, I don't nothing because he's he he's demonic. I don't want any energetic connections with him whatsoever. So I don't know how expansive his cult is now. But the thing, the interesting thing about him is he's been able to maintain like an under the radar type of operation with the same people getting scammed over and over again and paying him, you know, working in a normal job, whatever, then paying him, and then the same people that's been like the core group for him for probably 20 years now. So he it's not a big organization. His name it's called the Louis D'Ordomprix Foundation, and it's he presents it as a uh educational organization. He's got a 501c3, so he's basically stealing money and ripping off the IRS as well, and staying under the wire, like I said. That's still yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Does it operate out of the United States or Australia or India?

SPEAKER_01

It's out of Southern California, Laguna Hills in Southern California, in Melbourne, and I'm not sure where else, like I I said, he did have some cult members in New Zealand, and uh I don't know where else.

SPEAKER_00

Were there any beliefs from the cult that lingered long after you left? Beliefs in just from the cult, just like things that the cult brainwashed you to think that you couldn't shake or had a hard time deconstructing from I think the biggest one was that that I like I was a worthless piece of shit.

SPEAKER_01

I was a bad person, a bad mother of just that's well that just reinforced what I drag with me from you know my childhood was my mother who also had a narcissistic personality disorder and ran the family like a cult. So it's been a thing, it and then I that's what I've been working on. So it's just that view, that view of self, that lack of trust in because I thought, how am I gonna trust myself again? I got into this shit. Now, you know, how am I gonna ever trust myself to make a a a good decision again? So that yeah, I but I'm I've worked hard on that. I do trust myself now. Definitely I follow my intuition.

SPEAKER_00

I was just gonna say, what what is the what does self-love look like for you now?

SPEAKER_01

Taking care of myself, being gentle with myself, listening to my intuition, and then following it. Because it's all well and good to like listen, whether it's you know from a a chicken skin or feeling in the gut or a feeling in the heart, or for me, I I hear, I hear instructions. I know even you know, people would say, Oh, you're hearing voices. Yeah, well, I do, and it sounds like me, and I if I follow it, it ends up being a uh the best thing for me. So I trust that. And yeah, I think that just taking care of myself with what I eat, making sure that I do some exercise, go just relax, read what I like, because in the cult we're only supposed to read books by him or that he recommended. So I just do what I want, really.

SPEAKER_00

Do you see any parallels between cult recovery and religious deconstruction?

SPEAKER_01

I honestly can't answer that because I have only just come into the that word deconstruction, mainly from I've been watching cults to consciousness, and there are a lot of people who come from those big religions like the Amar Amish or like what you're saying, or the United Brethren, or whatever it is. And that word seems to be associated with with those big religions. I I could be wrong, but basically I think it's the same thing. I think it's just undoing the brainwashing, you know, going through the belief system and and seeing, well, what is it that I do believe and what of those beliefs are true, what are not true, what serve me, what don't serve me, and just basically having to go through the whole foundation that I'm based on and almost start again and then build up from there. And that sounds like deconstruction, right? You gotta you gotta go through the weeds and and where the lies are and where the truth is. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

That's kind of like how I explained deconstruction. You're deconstructing the thoughts that or the mindset or the worldview or the paradigm that you were taught. And then you're essentially taking that brick by brick down to nothing, and then you are rebuilding a new foundation. So it's just like we talked about at the beginning, your concept of God. You're not religious, but your concept of God and all that. I don't even know if that was in the beginning recording part, but anyways, if it's not, we talked about off-air just that you are no longer religious, but you believe in God and you have a different concept of who God is. And that's where I'm at. I totally agree with you on all religions are cults. That's my mindset at this point. All religions are cults, and you know, of course, cults can be on a spectrum, right? You can have some like hardcore cults and you can have some, I call them light cult-ish. And it's like, well, I don't want to be anywhere on that spectrum. I don't care how light it is or how heavy it is, I ain't gonna be on the spectrum at all. So I agree. What I'm having trouble with is when somebody asks me, well, what is your view of God now, or what is your idea of God now? It's I haven't gotten to the place where I'm able to really explain what I believe. But if I was to try and describe it to you and to the listeners, I would say God is definitely not something that can be contained within the walls of a church or within the concept of a religious organization. I think God is much bigger, and God is hard to explain because God is so infinite and massive. And I think that if we even take the character of Jesus and how he taught that the kingdom of God is within you. And I think that there's so many Christian and religious organizations that are trying to attain this kingdom here on earth. They're trying to recruit people, they're trying to build this community, thinking that they're doing God's work, but they're not working on their own internal self. They don't have peace, they're full of anxiety, they're depressed, they're in fight or flight constantly. And that was my life. And it's like you said, you didn't even know peace. I felt the exact same way as you did in that sense. And I didn't know who I was, I didn't know what I really believed. And so it was a really tough internal struggle. And I'm at the point where now I finally am at peace. And I just I don't see God as this mean old man in the sky that's willing to just ruin my life at any second if I step out of this box. And I also think that people want to put God in terms of a male energy. And I I think God can be both male and female energy. And so I think that scares people sometimes because when I say a female energy as well, they're like, whoa, you are getting into the new age, like new age woo-woo, like you're got you're too far gone, right? How would you explain God to somebody?

SPEAKER_01

All that is, all that is infinite love, infinite intelligence. Yeah, all that is, and it's in me, you, in everything. And it's uh like it's a power that affords a uh consciousness and intelligence that serves us, guides us, protects us, directs us, grows plants, grow, makes the rain fall, makes mountains explode. It's all and it's way beyond this earth, way beyond this earth into all every anything and everything that that's in creation. It's a cre the force of creation. And I think that uh the just the word God, I know for people it c it's conjures up that some somehow male um personified energy, but that's so wrong. It's God's so far beyond that. And and it it really is hard to explain because it's it's be the human mind cannot comprehend the divine mind. We're just scrambling here, you know, like little ants trying to figure stuff out. But that's something that I've been working on is expanding my consciousness so I can see a bigger picture of reality. Just like we're talking about how you can't see you're in a cult. Well, okay, so then I took a step, the step back and go, oh, yeah, I'm in a cult. Then I I've kept on expanding my consciousness by sun gazing, for instance. I know we're gonna say that that's the light. God is light too. God is light, and the light of the sun is the highest information that we can receive in these physical bodies. So I take in the light of the sun every morning when I can, and that expands my consciousness. It does a whole lot of other stuff too that my human mind cannot comprehend. But what it's done is given me a greater and greater perspective of reality, God's, you know, God's reality as well. And uh, I've used plant medicines, sacred, you know, entheogens, sacred plant medicines to do that, as well as meditation, and then there's all breath work and other practices that I've done to continue to expand my awareness, and that's helped me see more of God. And it's not at all a human, doesn't have human characteristics. And it and God acts like a mirror too. So what you put out, it is true what you put out, you get back, and we are in control. God is there, but we we are God, so we're equally as powerful and as much as of a creative being as as God. And yeah, I use other words as well: infinite intelligence, divine love, uh, you know, great spirit, whatever it is, that there are other words to describe it, but I've chosen to use God because my mother was a God hater. She just believed anyone who believed in religion was a subhuman, not worthy of our time, and more likely to be made fun of. And so I grew up with this attitude that somehow I was better than other people because I didn't believe in God, which is just equally as damaging. So it's like I've come full circle round and I've also round to court, you know, using the word God with love and gratitude, and you know, I I love, love, love God. I love God so much. And that's been a journey to get to that to that point. And it's just a just uh a word that I've come to feel comfortable with using.

SPEAKER_00

Was there anything specifically that that brought you to this place where you're at now? Did you meet somebody who introduced you to the concept of just it not being like the God that most people think of the Christian God or whatever, that it's a higher consciousness, it's the infinite intelligence, it's all powerful, loving, all of those things. Was there a book that you read, or just did you organically just fall down this path where you came to this conclusion?

SPEAKER_01

It's come through my connection to nature, to spending time in in the natural world, whether it's in the ocean or in the the bush or the forest or whatever, because I know that there's consciousness in everything. So I've been listening to the trees, I've been listening to the birds. I know it sounds kooky, but I don't care because it's indigenous wisdom.

SPEAKER_00

When you say the earth is a battery, uh that really spoke to me because I know I've I've done research on grounding, I've done research on the different frequencies that the earth puts off, nature gives us how we put out frequencies and vibrations and how that can really align us. And none of this was taught in the church that I grew up in. And it's really sad because there's so much that we could learn about that that would help us really heal from a lot of different things, not just spiritually, mentally, but also physically, if we understood how the earth and our bodies work together or can work together.

SPEAKER_01

Well, the reason why we're not taught those things is to keep us disempowered, like that we're and we're disconnected from the earth, and that's and nature, and that's our source of power. So that's why we're that information is kept from us. So we're powerless, so we're sick, so we're suffering, so we're, you know, we're we can be controlled, and we are nature, and we've been, like I said, intentionally disconnected. So I'm so so happy to hear that you understand this. It's it's what every human being, every one of us in a physical body needs to know and practice daily, because it when we are disconnected, we're we're really at a huge disadvantage, both physically and like physiologically and mentally, and it's really and it shows, it's showing. That's why we see so many people who are suffering at the moment. I don't know anyone who's not suffering in one way or another, either mentally or physically or financially, whatever. There's so much suffering, and the solution is reconnection or connection to earth, to the ground, literally, skin to earth. You can't replace that. You actually have to go and put your bare feet on the earth in the sand or whatever to get that energy because and there's so many ways that that benefits us in terms of like electrons. So we have we're you know, we're we don't go into oxidative stress. And then there's also we need the most important thing in is really is light, is sunlight. That if you could just get sunlight in your eyes, you don't have to gaze at the sun, but that's an extremely powerful practice. But it's important to get out in the sun and get sun in your eyes because that balances so we uh our uh circadian rhythm so we can sleep properly. And it just goes on about that. That also the light of the sun on our skin the skin, it's people talk about it produces vitamin K, but it the light of the sun on the skin initiates the production of what we call vitamin K. But vitamin K is actually the precursor for about 200 hormones that are necessary in for the body to be optimally functioning. And so the this we need to be hearing the sounds of nature because that that those sounds are what keeps us peaceful rather than all the noise. It's really disadvantaged to be living in a city. And my advice is if you are to be get out as much as possible, get into nature, but also then to bring nature indoors. So to be playing nature sounds. When I lived in the city, I would play bird songs or sounds of waves or running water or whatever. Bring plants indoors. I have a lot of plants indoors. You know, use aromatherapy so that you're smelling the pine forests or roses or whatever it is that you're drawn to, and be eating not all raw foods all the time, but it is important to be eating some foods that are as close as possible to the way that they were, you know, grown on the earth. You can sprout your own sprouts. That's something that everyone can do, and then you're getting the the life force energy into your body, and that that's advantageous. Drink pure water, not tap water, not bottled water, water and put the water out in the sun, because the sunlight will the photons from the sunlight go into the water, you drink that, then we produce light. We produce biophotons, and the more biophotonic energy we produce, probably the better. So be drinking that sun water or spring water, that's optimal too. There are so many ways that we can get the medicine, I'm calling it the medicines from nature to help us because we really we're under attack here in so many ways, either from the the frequencies, the noise, the psyops, the pharmaceutical industry, whatever. We need to be like really empowering ourselves and protecting ourselves, and and nature offers all the medicines that we need. And if and just if you can if you can't get the if it's too intense to gaze at this at the sun, which it is intense, so only start with a few seconds and then build up from there. You can look at the moon, you can look at stars, you can look at the water the sparkly light that bounces off water, you can look at can candle gaze, fire gaze, look that get prison light. Any natural light is beneficial to us. And so many people are now staying indoors, looking at black screens all the time and getting computer light. It's so disadvantaged. And to think there's now two generations of humans who are disconnected from nature and living life through black screen technologies rather than the natural world, it's horrifying. Absolutely horrifying. It's so it's really important to take children outside, let them play, let them explore, let them take risks and and you know, figure shit out themselves. You know, it's really important to not be like making sure that they're you know always under control and all it's really important that children are allowed to play outdoors and explore the natural world.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and use their imaginations, you know.

SPEAKER_01

Use their imagination, yeah. And then that then learn how to resolve conflict. So learn how and especially learn how to read other people's body language. So you know when someone's lying or you know when someone's, you know, these skills are getting lost. Children don't know how to don't really know how to relate to other other children because they're staring at screens all the time.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I totally agree with that. So one thing that you said was getting the sun on your skin. So my husband and I, we always say, like, oh man, we just feel so good when we're out in the sun. We just feel amazing and just energized and great. And it's funny because the society for many decades now has demonized the sun. Oh, you don't want to go out in the sun. Oh, you got to slather all this SPF all over your skin, or you're gonna get skin cancer. Which, my opinion, the SPF is what's giving us skin cancer, probably the foods we're consuming that is seeping through our skins, the toxins we're consuming, and all of that thing. It's not the sun, okay? No, it's not the sun. The sun gives us life. Life. Yeah, that's what my husband always says. It's like the sun gives everything on the planet life. Why would it be bad for us?

SPEAKER_01

I know, but it the reason why the sun is being demonized, it's another one of those ways that as a you know species we're being disempowered. Like there is we are being inculcated by a greater force that's keeping us ignorant of all the ways that we're being like screwed over here as humans. The fact that the sun's demonized, the fact that we are being addicted to black screens, the fact that that there's the the media is constantly churning out fear to keep us fearful and confused and depressed. You know, we we're being really manipulated. That's the thing that the what I learned when I got out of that cult, that there's a bigger cult.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

There's another cult that's that most people are are unaware of, and that's really what's controlling the evolution of humankind. So the sunlight is critical in shining light on the in the darkness. That's why we're now seeing so many cults thing exposed. There are so many people now talking about cults, aren't there, right? It's just coming part of the the zeitgeist, really. Where do people are exposing corruption in politics and the satanic you know, pedophiles in Hollywood? The light of the sun is intensifying, and that is what's taking us into what's called the Great Awakening. So many, many people are waking up to the fact that we there is this overarching cult, basically. And um such a big topic blows my head sometimes.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I definitely want to get into this because I know this is this is where to go.

SPEAKER_01

This is where this is the where the point of when we talk about cults is where to go. Yeah. Is because we don't know we're in a cult unless we can obviously recognize that we are being controlled. And most people don't realize that we are being controlled through black screen technologies, through the media, through the medical profession, through governments, pop Hollywood, whatever. They're all systems of control. And but they're breaking down. This is the time it's been prophesied that now we move from the age of Pisces into the age of Aquarius, which is more egalitarian. We don't have the top-down power structures anymore. Powers, you know, spread out amongst everyone like it should be. And there's evidence, not only in the fact that we're seeing more people talking about what's going on, but there are more solar flares, there are more meteors, there are more volcanoes, there are more volcanic activity, and there's more the Schuman resonance, which is you were talking about the frequency of the earth. So that's been measured. It's called the Schumann resonance, which is so stupid, but that's just the vibration of the earth, measured at 7.84 hertz. It's now, it goes up to like 90 some days, but even higher than that. You know, we're the energy, the uptick of the frequency of the energy that's hitting Earth is full on at the moment. We really are in this kairos moment. This, like it's it's a huge time of transformation. Like I said, it has been prophesied by many individuals and many cultures that earth is now moving out of the darkness, the Kali Yuga in the Hindu tradition, into the Satya Yuga, which is at where human consciousness is now evolving because we have been on a devolving path. And now here we are at this point in time, like ground zero for this like shift in consciousness, the great awakening. And uh, the more people who know about it, the more uh gracefully and quickly, hopefully, this this change because it's there's nothing that can stop this. The the those who are controlling the cult can do all they want. They can dim the sun, they can create wars, they can do fatali invasions, whatever they want to do. There's nothing that they can do to stop this shift in consciousness that's happening because the light is not going to be the the light is gonna continue to intensify. That's that's just where we are. And once we understand that, then we can decide, well, what do we want to do? How can I contribute to the evolution of humanity? And for me, the best thing that I can do, and like you're doing, is talk about it. So raise awareness about it, and then to make sure that what I'm my vibration that I'm offering is either neutral or positive, so that I'm not contributing any negative emotions, although that's hard sometimes because things are so infuriating and enraging. But just to make sure that I'm at least offering a positive vibration because we are, it isn't the Earth's a giant battery, and we're we're just we're batteries too. So when that energy can be combined, then the to call it like the movement or the the change from darkness to light can be accelerated and or not even just but made more graceful because when people don't understand what's happening, it it could get really horribly chaotic.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I think a lot of people are still asleep. Sadly, I think the baby boomer generation is still very much asleep. I think the generation that I'm in, uh, which is um I'm a Gen Xer, and then the millennial generation, and then of course you have the the Gen Z and then the Alpha generation. Now, not really sure why they're calling them the alpha, but that's neither here nor there. But it's interesting to see like my parents' generation just completely blinded by what's really going on. And even if you explain it to them, they just think that it's ridiculous, you know. Like you mentioned that them dimming the sun. All you have to do is look up at the sky half the time, and you can see the lines everywhere, and then you can see that within a couple of hours the whole sky is overcast and the sun is no longer shining. It's there, but it's covered by a bunch of chemicals that they spray on us. And so it really that was a big thing in Michigan too, because even we lived out in a very rural area. We had 10 acres and farmland all around us. It was very beautiful, but it seemed like every day we would wake up and the sky was covered in these trails, and it was very frustrating. It was like, okay, I want to go somewhere where they're not doing this. Well, unfortunately, they're doing it everywhere, but I feel like in Florida it's less than they're doing it in Michigan. So I'll I'll take that as a win. But when people talk about awakening, a lot of times they'll use the term going into 4D.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Do you know what that means? Or because it's really hard. I've had people try to explain it to me, but I'm like, what does it mean? Does that just mean like we're on a different, we'll move into a different level of consciousness and we're still here living in this same realm? Or do we go to a different realm? Like, I don't how would you explain that?

SPEAKER_01

But there's so many ways that our ability to find the truth just gets messed with. And that whole there's so much language around you know what's happening, it can be very confusing. My best understanding is that we are moving from a density or just a they call it 3D. So it's just here we are on earth doing like the earthly things or whatever. But then in in when we expand our consciousness, then we're interacting with the law of the unseen realms. Yeah, we're connected with other consciousness, maybe off planet consciousness. So we're actually living as multidimensional beings. So, you know, we're we are connected to the more of reality. That's my best understanding of it. Apparently, this the shift that we're going through is the first time that that embodied or like physical beings will move into a higher state of consciousness while staying embodied. Because other times it's been so that we don't we're not physical anymore. We become like non-physical beings with higher consciousness. But this time is uh a shift into a higher consciousness, but still staying in a physical body. That's one of the challenges, I suppose, at of this time. And here's the thing is that it's really only up, it's up to us, those people who are aware of what's going on, we're the ones who are making this change because everybody else is like you know, they're they're not really part of this uh this shift. They're where they are, you know, which is their journey or whatever, but it's up to us, it's up to us, it's up to our how we think, how we speak, and how we act. We're driving and not we're not alone. This is another thing to remember that we're not alone in this. Like Earth is really a a focus point for the cosmos at the moment because we are going through this massive shift into another state. So we have the support of infinite numbers of loving, conscious beings who want us to succeed. And that for each of us as an individual that includes our ancestors, our crossed over loved ones, our guides, our angels, or whatever. So we all yeah, we all have our own team. But as a collective, we have the support of countless things of love and light who are here to help us, guide us, give us what we need. But they have to be called upon. They can't override free will. Uh, one need needs to request help, ask for guidance or direction or whatever, and then they can come in and help us. And there are a lot more people now who are connecting with with high beings, but that's something to be aware of too. There's a lot of people who are going into channeling and stuff like that, but so dangerous because as I know, there are evil beings who walk amongst us and they're in physical form. I know I've stared a demon straight in the face, and there are also evil beings who pose as beings of love and light who can come in and and pretend. So it's really important to be careful, really careful, use discernment when when you do start to expand your consciousness and uh make an effort to be more of a multidimensional being, it's really important to stay protected and that I clasp for protection every day, and then I trust that I am protected. Also, being connected to nature keeps my body stroll, receiving sunlight. That's basically by embodying light, that's the way I'm protecting myself from any negative entities who might want to dismiss with me.

SPEAKER_00

So earlier on in this episode, you mentioned plant medicine. I'm curious if you have ever taken any ayahuasca because I had a guest on a few episodes back who actually was on his own spiritual journey and he went to an ayahuasca and had a fabulous experience with it. And he said it really changed his life. And now he's offering that to veterans to help with PTSD and certain things like that. So, how do you feel about that? And is that kind of what you mean by plant medicine, or are you talking about like herbal remedies and or both?

SPEAKER_01

I'm talking about both. But from my understanding, I'll call it sacred plant medicines, right? That includes like ayahuasca, mushrooms, like psilocybin, whatever. I can't think of the whole list of them now. But anyway, all the basically medicines that have been plant medicines that have been used by indigenous people for millennia that they use to connect with high dimensions and get guidance and whatever. I reckon that that plant medicines are one of our best hopes now to get people from where they are to understanding what's going on and then how we proceed from here, because they just cut through all the bullshit. They cut through like years of therapy, they can transform consciousness in ours. They really can. They're that powerful. And I believe they're here to serve us that those plant medicines, the deities of the medicines, whether it's marijuana or ayahuasca, they're here to serve humanity. And the best way that just to be serving us at the moment is to be like healing us as individuals, so that we then can come together as a new type of human community. And so I follow my do my best to follow my dreams. And I had a dream that uh I needed to do ayahuasca, so I didn't want to do it in a circle with other people wearing white or any. I'm not interested in that. So I've had a friend who's a shaman on Ireland who grows her own both the plants, she makes her own medicine. She grows the vine and she gets the bark from a tree. And that was the only way that I was going to take the medicine. And I got my ass kicked. I got my ass kicked. I went through the experience of every time that I said yes when I meant no, and every time I said no when I meant yes, it was horrible, but it was a good lesson. It was a really good lesson because now I just have to be really true to myself and not well. There's some times where I'll, you know, I there's something that I maybe, you know, aren't that keen on doing, but I know that I should do it. But generally, I just have to be true to myself. And I wouldn't do it again unless I was called by the I was called by the medicine, basically. It's certainly not something to do like, oh, let's go into ayahuasca or whatever. You have to be really prepared and you have to make sure that if you're going to do those plant medicines that you're doing with someone who you trust, so you're in a safe place and that you are protected. Because there's there was uh on Ireland a group of people who were running ayahuasca ceremonies on their land. And I know people who actually seriously had mental breakdowns after after um doing the ceremonies because they weren't sacred, they weren't protected, and they were they were demonic spirits that came into people basically. I can't get around that fact, but I've seen people actually have uh psychotic breaks. And so my advice is you're gonna do any of those types of sacred plant medicines to always be uh doing research to make sure that you're going to be with the with the right people because it's it's really it can be really dangerous, but it also can be extremely powerful. And just like with anything in love, sometimes the teachings come through some kind of like suffering.

SPEAKER_00

Even like I know my guest Troy, who I was referring to earlier, he said that it was like 10 years of therapy within a few hours. So you could have a good trip or you could have a bad trip.

SPEAKER_01

But here's the thing, even if it was bad, like I could say mine was, I still learned from it. That's what I mean. Like there are lessons that we have in life that aren't always fun. And so it's important to just trust the medicine too. What whatever you get is what you needed. Whether it's a a wonderful, you know, trip or whatever, then all well and good. But it can also be just as beneficial if you go through a bit of hell. And no, trust that you'll come out the other side. Just like with any, it's just like experiencing any type of emotion, like if you go into rage or if you go into like grief and experience that, it does end. You do come out the other side, and you and you are transformed in some way. It's another type of initiation, you know, initiation going from one consciousness to the next, and entheogens can definitely be really powerful an initiators.

SPEAKER_00

So I want to get into more about your book. I know you have two books. So let's talk about the the first one, The New Human New Earth, or maybe that was the second book you wrote. Yeah, that's the second one.

SPEAKER_01

The first one's called Putting on the Armor of God. Uh Medicine for the Freedom and Future of Humanity. And that I wrote just as that scandemic started. I'd been working on the other book, but then I just got this download of information. And I just really wanted to put out there because I saw people making decisions and that were really dangerous. And so I just I wanted to share what I understood about what was really going on, and that that we were under a sire and that most people fell for it, and anyone speaking up about it was labeled like a conspiracy theorist, which just want to say that that term was coined by the CIA after the memory of Kennedy, too. But it's also this is the thing about it, that term has black magic in it. Because if you say if someone says that, then most people will just stop critical thinking. They will not do any research, they will not even consider what is being spoken about, and they'll just dismiss the person, dismiss the topic, dismiss any open-mindedness to there might be a possibility that what's being spoken is true. So I put the I put I wrote that book that came actually only took about eight months, actually, and I wrote a vision in that too of what I saw as being what I'm calling the new earth, you know, like where we're heading to. It doesn't have all these evil characters and bullshit going on. And that so then the next book actually took me seven years in all to write, and that is like more of an expansion on that book with hundreds more natural medicines, body technologies that people don't really realize that we have within us that can help us.

SPEAKER_00

You know, can we talk about that for a minute? Because that gets me really excited.

SPEAKER_01

I know we have all besides our voice, our the way we can move, the way we can breathe, you know, they're they're all technologies, they're all body technologies that can help us heal, expand consciousness, you know, attain higher consciousness, whatever. But there's also these processes in us. I'll just give you one. This is the one that I learned about. So every every month, when the moon is in the same sign as the sun was in when you were born, it's connected to astrology, right? If you want to really know, delve into self-knowledge, study astrology because it'll give you the best insight into yourself and also into world events than anything else. So when the moon is in the same sign as the sun was in when you were born, which happens for three days every month, there's a fluid that's re released from the pituitary gland and a fluid that's released from the pineal gland. They call it milk and honey. It's all gonna have biblical references in it. But they're basically in terms of saying fluid, it's what's the finest thing between physical and non-physical that you could get. So it's like an essence. And these substances travel down the spinal cord into well, firstly into the heart chakra, the where they're alchemized, and then the down into the sacral chakra, where they're further alchemized, and then that turns into this seed, like this gossamous seed of pure potential. And then if it's not destroyed by righteous living, it's called that's what Steiner would say, which is like drinking anger, like just when like being negative, negative it for you know, certain foods or whatever. If it's not destroyed, then it travels back up the spine, up the 33 vertebrae, over the into the skull, and then for three days it's in the dark, into the I think it's the thalamus. I should know these things, but it's so many things to remember. Anyway, into it the the uh one of the organs of the brain where it's then further alchemized and then released into the brain, and then it can reverse aging, it can and trigger all kinds of gifts like telepathy and even people say things like, you know, levitation, and it can really awaken all those spiritual gifts that we all have latent within us, and the brain gets lit up with the light of the world, and that happens every month for every person. But people just don't know about this. That's how the yogis live for thousands of years. First off, preparing for that, the three days, whereas you know when they're coming up, you just stay away from alcohol, you stay meditative, you stay calm, you just keep yourself like really set centered and grounded, and then you allow that process to carry on within you because it's gonna, you know, it happens organically, and then you get to receive the benefits of this like extraordinary. Alchemical astrological uh process that's that happens to all of us that we just don't know about that. And I know I think, oh my god, that's just one thing. That's one thing I learned in my uh studies. It's called, if you want to research it, it's called raising the chrism. And this woman called Kelly Carr, I think it's K-A-R-R, she's written a few books on it. Also, yeah, so there's a few people who teach about it and sacred secretion, raising the chrism. There's some of the the terms that are used to describe this process, and there are different arguments about exactly what happens when it happens, but basically that's the the gist of it.

SPEAKER_00

That's so interesting, isn't it? Yeah, it's so interesting. And some of the things that you were saying, I was like, this aligns with scripture because like that's a three-day thing, and then like the awakening, the light. Like, I'm like, what? Okay, so this is kind of goes along with a guest that I had on a few months ago. Her name is Indy. So if you guys are listening and you haven't gone and listened to the episode, go listen to it. But um, basically, she wrote a book about how the zodiac is all through the scripture, and she talked about how we're in Pisces right now, and then we're gonna go into Aries. And I'm like, Why Aries? Aries.

SPEAKER_01

We're going in we're going into the ice.

SPEAKER_00

Did they say Pisces? Oh, Aquarius.

SPEAKER_01

Aquarius, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, I got it mixed up, but I was like, oh my gosh, this is so fascinating. And she was talking about just like how astrology has been really suppressed, and I've always wondered that. I'm like, I know where like the little dipper is and the big dipper is and where Orion's belt is and the little the like little things like that, but I don't really know what astrology means. I know what sign I am, but I mean, whatever. It's it's like you look at your horoscope, it feels almost like a fortune cookie for the day. It's like, okay, that's my horoscope, and that's kind of like what they've told society. It's nothing more than exactly. And I've always said there has to be more to it. And so much more. Back in the day, they used to read the stars. The stars told them everything. Yeah. I just study astrology.

SPEAKER_01

I just learn from astrologers, I follow along with my own chart. And it's like I said, it's the most powerful tool for self-knowledge. And the reason why astrology has become like a little horoscope in the newspaper or whatever is because it's disempowering for us. Because when we do understand the way that the movement of the planets affects us, then we we can be empowered by that because we can take action when it's that action is supported by the the the what's happening in the in the cosmos. Because to think about it, we know Earth's a battery, right? That means it's got energy. All the what's happening, every planet, every star, they all have their own energies which can commingle and they can interact and they can uh increase the effect. They you know they have their own, they can create their own synergy, and that affects us, right? As above, so below. We're not immune, or we're not protected from, or we're not, you know, we're fully under the effect of what's happening around us in the cosmos. And those people, I don't know if they are even people, but whoever's controlling us is they use astrology, they use portals, they use the eight, eight lines gate when they want to. That's when the fires in Lahaina happened. Yeah, they know when they can have maximum effect, maximum destruction because they understand and they work with astrology. So there's a lot of systems too. So it's it can be a little bit confusing. There's Western astrology, sidereal astrology, and you know, a few others. So for me, I I'd rather use real sky astrology, which is the siderealist astrology, and follow along with a app called Stellarium, which gives you that actual pictures of what's happening in the real time, but not any real time. You can go forward and back and with that program and see what's where where those stars are aligned. And that that I love that it because I feel connected to you know higher power. And we like you said that the ancients used it. What do you think? What the what the pyramids are all aligned to the stars, or that whole culture of the the whole megalithic culture, ancient cultures, they they even without what modern technology allows us to see, they knew they knew that they needed to pay attention. Yeah, definitely.

SPEAKER_00

I think I'd like if you can, so are you recommending that people go to those that website, Rill Sky, what was it, or is it an app? It's an app, it's called Stellarium. Is that how people are gonna figure out what their three optimal days are? How would they find how would they get that figured out?

SPEAKER_01

You have to you you can get your chart done online. Any of the astrolog major astrologers, say on YouTube, you can go to their websites and they'll have a free birth chart reading. Or you can go to something like Astro Diocese or Astro, I don't know, AstroSeq.com, and you can you put in your birth date and your birth time and your birthplace, and that will then give you a chart. It will give you the the circular chart, which is the hot your whole self, a with the houses from one to twelve, which relate to every aspect of yourself, and then and how you relate to the world around you, and you can see where the planets lie. You can learn about your sun sign, which is how you present yourself to the world, and you then your riding sign, which is what drives you, and then your moon sign, which is how you relate like emotionally to the world. It's very in-depth science. It's one of that most ancient science, but start off by creating your birth chart, and then you just have to figure out, oh, what does it mean if I've got Saturn in the first house? How does that what does that mean for me? Or what if Jupiter's conjunct my north node or whatever? You just have to learn the language. It does require you to learn what the glyphs mean, learn what the houses mean, and then follow the what the astrologers at the trusted ones are saying, and then make your own interpretations from that.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I I recently actually did my birth chart. Um, I'm gonna go back and look at mine now because there was a lot that I didn't understand, but maybe I can run it through Chad GPT and it can give me a little bit more of an understanding. So as far as like, oh, I was gonna ask you too. You talked about telepathy and that being something that you could tap into if you're I think it's interesting that you use the word spiritual gifts, because again, I was taught in church, you know, everyone's got spiritual gifts, but it's more like you know, service and do you have a heart of this, or do you have, you know, whatever? And so that's a big thing within the church. But I always thought it meant more than that. And I remember coming across a YouTube video of this interviewer, and it was, I want to say it was from like the early to mid-90s. It was an older film, and it was just an interview, very raw footage of this woman talking to this former military man who the military used for remote viewing he as a remote viewer, and anyone can Google this remote viewer. Our governments are using remote viewers. So are those are those people like are they more tapped into this consciousness than the general public? Like, how does somebody get tapped into these gifts that we actually have as human beings?

SPEAKER_01

Firstly, I think you have to just know that they're there. Know that we have these uh abilities that aren't just for a few people that we all could remote view or that we all could be clairvoyant or clear cognizant or any of those clear sentient. Just as much as our we have our five physical senses, we also have a lot of medic metaphysical senses. And so the first thing would be to trust that. And then what I found was really helpful, like I'm not a remote viewer, but I think I could. I think I could train to be a remote viewer because I just I just like to trust, I just like to let go. And even if I hear judgments in my head, like, oh, you're making this up or this is all bullshit or whatever, I just like no, not today. I'm not listening to that, and just keep on trusting and like opening my mind to bigger possibilities. You know, not be limited to the fact that oh, I'm just this little person in a body or whatever, but I am actually a divine being in this like uh technological like wizardry, my body, I'm in in relating in a a world where there's magic and mystery, and just step into with some not naivety, but just like simplicity and and openness and not have a whole big stories around around yourself or who you are or what's going on in the world. Kind of like diving into the ocean when you when you can't really see the bottom, but you you're just trusting that you're gonna be held and not eating my shock. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my gosh, that's funny. But I want to talk about your books as much as you want to share about your books so that people would be interested in going on to Amazon and purchasing them. So we can start with the first one. I know that you talked about it being like during the whole COVID thing. I think that COVID for me, and I kept telling my husband, this is so much like a cult. And he could see it, but other people couldn't. It was like the whole covering of your face, and then all the other things that were going on, and people doing all these rallies, and it was okay for them, but it wasn't okay for people to meet at a church building, and it was okay to have a weed shop open, but you couldn't garden, and it was like this is giving cult. And I I really that I would say is probably when I really started to deconstruct because I had gotten out of Christianity for a short time, a few years after my first marriage. So once I escaped from that, I got out of church for a while, and then I felt like God was drawing me back to something, like I needed something. And unfortunately, all because all I ever knew was church, I was like, well, church must be the answer. So went back to church and took my new husband and my children with me and went to church for a few years. And then when the Rona happened, it was actually my husband who didn't grow up in any kind of religion or cult environment whatsoever. It was actually he that said to me, Why is the pastor in the leadership worried and scared when the Bible clearly teaches you to not fear and to have faith in God? And isn't the whole point like going to heaven and looking for that ultimate, you know, you're gonna be in heaven with God? And they were scared out of their mind. And they were putting these restrictions on us. Like there was one Sunday where they were like, no one can sing. We're just gonna have a video, and everyone could just a video of this stranger from like, I don't know, freaking elevation church or something stupid like that, up there on the screen, and we can all just sit there and watch this stranger sing a song, and that's gonna be like our worship time because we can't we can't talk or sing because we might exchange saliva or something like that. And when he said that, I was like, wow, you're so right. They aren't even having the faith that they profess to have and preach to us. So that was sort of like one of the first bricks in the wall that I started taking down. And then seeing just how much it controlled people and how crazy people got and how controlling and how militant people were, and it almost gave people a sense of power in a way where it was like I would make my husband go everywhere with me because I'm like, I'm not going into that store unless you're with me. He'd be like, just go to Target. I'm like, do you know what they're like the gestapo over there? Like if I walk in by myself, I get screamed at because I'm not gonna cover my face. And coming from an abusive marriage prior, just the idea of covering my mouth was very triggering to me. And so I was like, I'm not covering my face. I'm not gonna cover my mouth. You're not gonna tell me what to put on my body or put in my body. I am very much like, you're gonna tell me something to do that does not make sense to me. I'm absolutely not going to do it. And so I'd walk into like a target and I'd get screamed at by the masked police at the front door. And I would literally just say, you know what, screw you, and walk out. I'm not giving money to this establishment. And to this day, there are restaurants and shops that I refuse to even give any of my money to because of how they treated me during that time. And so my husband would go with me and no one would say anything to him. I'm like, why isn't he even saying anything to you? He was like my superman during that time, but he actually really liked that time period because he said it just revealed who who was skinny dipping and who wasn't.

SPEAKER_01

Exactly. That's it was it was perfect for that. You got to see exactly where people uh stood on their principles.

SPEAKER_00

Yep.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, who was prepared to you know take the bait and who was prepared to take a stand for truth. Yeah. It was brilliant for that.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. I know people that did die during the time period. I in fact got sick. I was never tested, but I did get a really odd illness where I was coughing constantly, like incessantly coughing, to the point where I was basically peeing my pants, which doesn't take much for me because I'm 47 and in perimenopause, but it's neither here nor there. But it was definitely something I never had before, but I survived it and I didn't feel like it was necessary to shut down the world for it. Right. And I definitely knew there was a larger agenda behind it. And that's really when I started going down this um this rabbit hole of research. Like, what is really going on? Because I felt like it was much deeper than just this cold virus that was unleashed on the world. I do believe that they did unleash some kind of bioweapon on people. Yeah. Um, but I think that it was taken way too far. And I think that's what the plan was all along to see like how far can they push exactly the general public and see what kind of control in some test? Yeah, I think it was a test, and I think now they know how far most people will go. Like oh is the book is the book mainly about like all the mechanisms that went into that time period and what we could learn from it. What what is the book uh specifically about in regards to that?

SPEAKER_01

It's about how the that time period affected us all in terms of our ability to it's live as sovereign beings. And then, but more than that, all the ways in which we're being prevented as living as sovereign beings, or we're being compromised right right from birth, right from ultrasounds, all the way to hot from hospital births, like elective cesareans, you know, even just hot a hospital birth in itself is going to give a child an imprint of fear. And when you start off with an imprint of fear, that makes you a you know, you're at a disadvantage as a human being. You're not coming fully into the world, you're compromised from the start. So it's it the the book talks about all the ways in which it including the psyops, like that. I loved how you called it the rona. That was very cute. I might steal that.

SPEAKER_00

I can't I can't take credit for that. That was my husband. Always he never calls it COVID, he always calls it the Rona. Always. Always and forever.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it was a very it was a very telling time. There were people who I thought would know better who were actually like nasty, horrible to me, because I was uh speaking out and warning people about not following along with especially the the medical protocols that were being pushed on people. So then I've got a whole section on what people are now suffering from. There are thousands of conditions that people are, besides sudden death being now one of the most common ways to die. There are so many conditions now that people are having to live with because of these jobs. And just the medical profession itself, just the pharmaceutical industries, the fact that they shoot kids up with vitamin K. They're calling it vitamin K, which is absolute bullshit. Vitamin K comes with a black box warning. Like, why would you even put that stuff into a newborn? Any stuff. And it's such an insult, the divine that to believe that somehow a a child is created in some way defective that needs to be fixed by the pharmaceutical industry. So I talk about the evils of the pharmaceutical industry, how that full child schedule, shot schedule, is designed to ensure that no child reaches full potential and they're going to be sick and suffering in some way throughout life. And while we can say, oh, we took a couple when we were younger, it hasn't really affected us. But who knows? Who knows? But now that there are so many, like I think there's 72 or something before the age of 18 that are required for it. So talk about the pharmaceutical industry, talk about the banking and how the whole banking system is just a debt slave system, so that we're all we're just working for the man, you know, working for the man. We're being robbed from what with taxation, and to talk about the legal system and how that's not really a justice system at all. It's all there are all these systems that are in place for religions, pharmaceuticals, law, policing, education. The education system, like really don't even get me started on that. It's like public torture for children, public child abuse, brainwashing so that children come out, so that we come out and we are accepting of the slave system. We don't even realize that. We're just like cogs in the wheel, just perpetuating with this slave system. So that's what I'm really talking, bringing awareness to how this overarching cult is keeping us all. Basically, what we're doing is we're perpetuating the cult by even by going to a supermarket, paying taxes, paying insurance, paying car bullshit, licensing or whatever. All those things contribute to this inculcation of of humankind. And yeah, so then I talk about ways that we can empower ourselves, which is through you know, through through knowledge, but then also through the the natural medicines and the body technologies and the spiritual technologies that we have available to us that we that we can use to make sure that we are as powerful, as clear, and as you know, like connected as we can be. Thank God for people who do get it, who can see through the the psyops, the lies, the mind control, the brainwashing, the all the poisoning. Then the thing when you see that there's all this shit going on, that we really are under attack. This really the third world war has already started and it's war the war on humans. It's well underway. While it not might not be kinetic for us yet, it's already physical because of the, like you mentioned, the line, what do they call the chemtrailing? Oh yeah, the chemtrailing. The dimming of the sun, the fluoride in the water, all those processed foods that are basically just like the cancer eating, you know, how you get cancers, you just eat pro hardly processed foods.

SPEAKER_00

There we are, we're under attack. When we talk about all of those things, like sunlight, and they're trying to demonize the sun and they're trying to dim the sun with these chemtrails and stuff like that, and then the fluoride and the water, and all of those things they affect our third eye.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, right.

SPEAKER_00

How can we clear out that chakra in order for us to have better ability to awake and to see what's really going on? Are there things that we can do to Help improve the clarity of our third eye.

SPEAKER_01

Firstly, to eliminate any thing or that that's going to be blocking or calcifying the third eye, like fluoride in the water. Don't be drinking tap water, right? Just or even bottled water because of the microplastics. There are I think they're probably I don't know them offhand, but there are probably herbal medicines that you can use to help clear out the make sure that the third eye is functioning optimally. But for me, the best thing to do is sun gazing. That for me, that's the way that I can maintain the the integrity of basically my whole body, but particularly like kineal gland. Because I think that's probably the main target of all uh weaponry that's being used against us. And that we are it's it is weaponry that's being used against us, whether it's heart frequencies or CERN or your phone or whatever, they really do target our ability to have you know a connection to our higher self, and that's through the pineal planet.

SPEAKER_00

So when you say sun gazing, are you recommending people look directly at the sun or look just off to one side or the other, but they're still getting that full spectrum of light into their eyes?

SPEAKER_01

So when the sun rises directly above the high horizon at dawn, it's safe to look at it. Not and start off with just a few seconds, might be five seconds. And it's so you can sit or stand, but preferably if you had bare feet, so you're connected to the earth and you're grounded, and you just gotta be relaxed. And just gaze at the sun through like soft, soft, a soft gaze for as long as you feel comfortable. Don't push it. If it hurts, stop. It's not no pain, no gain type of situation. Because if you think about it, it's you're gonna receive what you need instantaneously. It's not a you know, it's not a competition here. And you can do the same when the sun is setting too, when it just comes towards the horizon, you can just receive the light of the sun. Then remember to give thanks for what you receive and trust that it's for your highest good and that's gonna be beneficial, probably in ways that you don't know. And then I just I do that as as often as possible. And I've been doing it for a while now, so I can actually look at the sun when it when it's in higher positions, just the horizon, but not for long, because it's it's probably one of the most powerful practices that we can do as human beings in order to evolve our soul, heal our body, dissipate cognitive dissonance, think, you know, see clearly, and understand a bigger chunk of reality. Because, you know, we only we only see just a fraction of reality, right? We'll we only perceive it through our typically through our five senses, and we're just seeing a sliver of what really is. There's a whole lot, there's a whole lot more going on. So sun gazing can expand that. It's fan perception.

SPEAKER_00

You know, when I was a kid, I remember my mom telling me, don't look directly at the sun because you'll go blind. So I was always scared to look at the sun as a kid. Isn't it?

SPEAKER_01

It's part of the it's funny. It's part of the programming that to keep us not looking at the sun, because it it's one of the most powerful things. Just like astrology, which just becomes a horoscope. Don't look at the sun, so you know you don't get that that power. But it's only part of part of the equite the sentence is don't look at the sun like when it's directly overhead, for instance. But it should be, you know, it's safe to look at the sun when it's rising. In fact, it's imp really important, really beneficial to get that sunlight in your eyes. So, what inspired you to write the second book? Well, I actually it the second book started before the first one, the putting on the armor of God. That came when that whole scandemic started. I went, oh my god, and this whole information came through me about what was what was really going on. And I'd started the other one before that when I was sitting under a coconut tree. I know it's like kick I was under the coconut tree, and I started to think about grounding. And I thought, oh, I'll I learned about grounding. I watched it's a good uh important documentary by this guy, Clint Ober, who used the money that he made through his television to produce this movie called Earthing. And he actually sets up experiments to prove how powerful it is to how powerful, how essential it is to be connected to Earth. So I thought I was going to be writing about earthing, and then it just kept on the information just kept on coming from source. Call it a download or whatever, but about all more natural medicines. So something as simple as wearing rubber salt, once rubber salt shoes were introduced into the common wear, the instances of chronic diseases like skyrocketed. And what I find really disturbing is that there's still a lot of medical professionals. I know they're all sponsored by Big Pharma and all that, but that they even functional or natural medicine doctors do not emphasize the importance of being connected to the earth because when we're not connected, that's when inflammation can start. Grounding reduces inflammation. So that should be the first place to go when you know when you start to get sick is connected to earth energy. To reduce inflammation, because inflammation is like the that's what starts all those chronic conditions. So there's no way you can heal. There's no I reckon there's no way you can be optimally healthy, mentally, physic mentally or physically or spiritually healthy without having a direct connection to earth and spending time in nature. Just like wasting your time, really. So that should be the first place to go when when illnesses start, and then you know, so to look at k how much time you're in nature, your connection to nature, what you're receiving from nature, and then to look at plant medicines and cr crystal medicine or natural medicines. Because when the body when we ingest anything, even whatever it is, it's if it's not natural, if it's synthetic, the body starts to feel like it's under attack, so it'll do what it does when it's under attack, and that's create inflammation.

SPEAKER_00

That's interesting. I wonder if what shoes I'm wearing are disconnecting me from the earth. So what shoes is there like a brand you recommend or like a certain type of sole that you would recommend people wear versus a rubber sole?

SPEAKER_01

So if you wear a leather sole shoe, there are that that will give you connection to the earth. Or I just want to say on grounding too, it doesn't necessarily have to be on grass or sand. Cement and bricks are conductive too. So if you know sitting on your back steps with your feet on the concrete, that that can help be better off if you were actually directly connected to earth. But there are companies that do put out earthing shoes. I haven't used them. I don't I just don't wear shoes. I at work I don't wear shoes, I don't wear shoes around. I don't I rare if I'm traveling, obviously I'll wear shoes, but I just stay bare feet as much as possible. So, you know, leather sold like moccasins or and I think they're it basically any natural fibred soles are going to be conductive.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, so this made me think of something else. Materials that we wear. So I hear there's a lot of research that's been done on wearing like 100% linen or 100% wool versus synthetics like polyester and rayon. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So our bodies, you know, we've got holes in our bodies obviously that where sweat comes in and out, whatever. And it also other like microplastics can move in and out of our bodies. So if we're exercising in synthetic fibers, that can accelerate the transmission or the movement of microplastics in our body. And I saw this, someone was calling humans hum oh, what's the word human it's what you what is it when you say we're the species where humans but it was plasticus, not human homo homo plasticus. That's what it was. It was described as homoplasticus, not homo sapiens anymore. Although we are now moving into homo luminous, yeah, we're uh changing species, but hopefully not into the plastic variety. So the best idea is to wear natural fibers, and like you said, linen, that I think even Jesus talked about the healing power of linen. Yeah. That's why bandages were linen, and so we would be better off. Yeah, right. It the it's the the fibers have just like we we have different ratings of consciousness. I've been reading this book by David Hawkins, who created a map of consciousness where a thousand is enlightened and zero is basically existing, and then it goes up to five hundred. Below five hundred is what we would consider negative emotions like fear, anger, jealousy, sadness, grief, or whatever. And then above 500 is more of the positive emotions, gratefulness and uh generosity, and it obviously up to enlightenment. And there's also that same chart for fabrics, too. And so the plastic ones are down there with zero, and then linens up at the top, and then other fabrics like hemp and cotton and uh silk, they have their own frequencies, you know. They actually offer a via vibrational frequency. So I figure if we want to increase our own frequency, which is how we can stay healthy and protected and and human, that it's advisable to wear natural. In fact, I work in a uh a store called Island Hemp and Cotton, and we have natural fibers, and that's why I've taken more of an interest in the the frequencies of of fibers. Oh, that's so cool. It's so interesting that how we really uh our beings, our physicality is so adverse to synthetics, whether it's synthetic foods, synthetic fabrics, and and particularly synthetic frequencies. We can really be disturbed by artificial frequencies too. It affects us our physiology, our psychology, and so it's best to avoid if we can, or at least give ourselves time when we're just hearing natural frequencies. Like if you live in the city, then take time out to even if you put your headphones on and just like I was saying before, listen to the sounds of nature. That's what's best for us, not chaos.

SPEAKER_00

I am very much into frequencies and vibration and just how like everything that is matter has has a frequency from the utensils we use to eat with or drink from to the clothing that we wear, to the kind of light bulb that we have in our houses. Like one of my pet peeves is LED lighting. I absolutely cannot stand it. So, not just from a design standpoint, because I'm an interior designer, but I also I tell people it's making your house cheap. And it seems like it's like a I call it lab lighting. And there's been research, even just by like a lay person who has who has slowed down like a video that they're taking of somebody in their home. They've slowed it down, and you can see those lights are flickering at a rate that we're not able to see in real time. But when you slow a video down, you can see that those light pulses are happening. Now, tell me that's not on purpose. I mean, it's by design. And the fact that they're designed in the fact that they the government banned incandescent light bulbs back in the early 2000s. I remember even thinking at that point, I was like, again, it was one of those Rona moments where I'm like, first of all, that doesn't make sense. And second of all, you're not gonna tell me what kind of freaking light bulb I can have in my house. So I'm gonna go ahead and collect all y'all's incandescent light bulbs and use them for the end of time. They're bringing it back, but even going on Amazon or going online and looking for incandescent light bulbs, it's like the price of an incandescent light bulb now is insane. It's like they don't even want us to have the incandescent light, which is more of a wider spectrum of light than what you get from an LED.

SPEAKER_01

I haven't looked at the price of bulbs for a while. I use a lot of candles. Okay, it's just me, but I use um yeah, candle light when I can.

SPEAKER_00

You can never have too many candles in your house. That's just me. I love candles, so I have them everywhere, and also lamps too. I would prefer a lamp over an overhead light anyway.

SPEAKER_01

Definitely. I haven't turned on an overhead light for a long time. I use the lamps.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, there's a lot of ways that we are being messed with, but there's also very rips, often a lot of the solutions are fairly simple.

SPEAKER_00

I remember feeling, and I'm gonna go back to the word deconstruction, right? Because really, I not only deconstructed from the cult that I was raised in, but I also was deconstructing from again this shadow cult that we're all kind of under within.

SPEAKER_01

That's been my process too.

SPEAKER_00

And I've and I've started deconstructing from that for many years, right? And it's like you said, the great awakening, and we're kind of going into this higher level of consciousness because some of us are waking up.

SPEAKER_01

The question is, well, what do we do about it? And I think we can just do our own inner work. That's the priority, really, to make sure that we are as healed and as deconstructed and as clear and as loving and as kind and as generous and as helpful as like as a good a human being as as we can be. Because you could take someone and shake them and they won't listen. I don't think we can actually we can't make anyone wake up. We can just offer like you're doing through your podcast or me through our books, we can just offer like breadcrumbs, I suppose, and hope that like we did, hear the information at the right time in the right way, so that it triggers something. But in the meantime, there's a you know, most people aren't really aware of what's going on in the bigger picture. And that I still have to trust that even though that's the case, that we are still going to evolve, we are gonna get through this, and we are gonna come out the other side because I can't see at the moment with how things are that we get to, you know, from point A to point B, because we are the ones who are gonna at the moment shift us in that direction. But how we get there, I you know, I don't know. It's it I don't know how it's gonna go. I still trust in divine intervention and miracles, because I've had both of those experiences in my life, so who knows what could happen. Maybe there will be a solar flash or some major event that will change everything for the better, or maybe we go through the chaos and confusion and all the what's been what other people talk about as being very dark and scary times for people. I just have to focus on all me at the moment, and if I can uh help anyone or change anyone's mind or open them to a different perspective, then it that's a blessing.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I love that advice to focus on bettering yourself and focus on gratitude within you and self-love and finding your higher self. And I think you're right. I think that's the frustrating thing. Like we want to quote unquote save everyone, right, from this darkness that's overshadowing everybody. And I think the conclusion is that everyone has to come to that realization on their own. And like you said, me doing the podcast, you writing these books in with your website and the work that you're doing. I think that is putting the seeds. We're planting the seeds right now. Yeah, hopefully we'll see a harvest come from that. So I I do feel very hopeful. I do think that people are waking up, and I think some people will unfortunately be forever asleep.

SPEAKER_01

And we're a journey that's we really cannot be worrying about that. Also, what you're doing is you're setting up your children to you know be the like the the real humans for the next generation, you know, you're setting them up for the future of humanity, not the you know, the technocratic dystopian nightmare that we're being channeled into. You're going to create sovereign, you know, wise uh beings that can uh continue this this path out of slavery into freedom. So thank you. Thank you for your contribution to the freedom and future of humanity. I think that every one of us who is aware can make a contribution, whether it's a big platform or a sharing a cup of tea with a friend. You know, there are small ways that we can share our knowledge and our wisdom and our love and contribute to a a better like a better life for all, really. It just feels like a very unsafe time where the the future's become more like a question mark than a sort of an open field.

I think what you're doing is healthy though, because maybe what we need to get back to within humanity is simplification, like simplifying ourselves and knowing people in our community, and finding our people and our tribe, and figuring out how to become self-sufficient and all of those things. And I think we've gotten so far away from that. I remember even my grandmother, she grew up a farm girl, so she knew how to farm. But when her and my grandfather uh got together, they ended up moving to Michigan, Detroit, Michigan, because of the whole automobile boom. And so he worked for one of the big three. He worked for General Motors, and so they lived in just a small house in suburban uh metropolitan Detroit. And so I remember she had this little postage stamp backyard, teeny tiny, but she always had the biggest garden she could have within that space. And I just think to myself, I don't know how to do any of that because she never taught me. And unfortunately, a lot of those people in those generations, they didn't teach their kids, which was the baby boomer generation. And of course, in the baby boomer generation, they thought it was unnecessary because we have supermarkets, right? Why do you need your own food and grow your own stuff in your backyard? But I think we need to get back to this idea of coming back to a simple life where we are able to be self-sustaining and sovereign and be connected within the people of our community that we love and trust. And, you know, that's one of my goals for sure. And I think a lot of people listening, they would probably echo that as well. I have thoroughly enjoyed this conversation. And once I get your book and I start reading through it, I know I'm gonna want you back on because I'm gonna probably have more questions.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I really enjoyed this conversation. I feel that we're really um connected in a lot of ways about thinking about life and where we are and where we're heading. So I've I love that. And I just want to say on that, you were talking about becoming more self-sufficient and simplifying life. I've wanted to be self-sufficient since I was about 16 and had a couple of goes at it. I'm not in the situation to do that now, but how I just realized how that that goal dovetails with the ways that we can actually separate ourselves from this parasitic satanic cult that's enslaving us. That's one of the ways is to become more self-sufficient and to withdraw our attention, our energy, our money, our time on that side of life, because that's how we can basically dismantle it by withdrawing our attention and our energy and our money and all that. So by being more self-sufficient, living more simply, and we can starve the beast, basically, rather than feed the beasts. I really I agree with what you're saying. It's really important to keep it simple. I really want to thank you for the work that you're doing to provide platforms for people to come on and share their experience and their wisdom. I know it's important for my healing, so I'm grateful that you've given me an opportunity to uh share what I've learned from some pretty hellish situations. And I hope that in some way it that information is is beneficial to people because there are just way too many people suffering at the moment, and there are lots of simple uh remedies and medicines that can help.

SPEAKER_00

And I appreciate you coming on and sharing your story and talking about your books and the insight that you've gained through the research and experiences that you've had. So where can people find you? Are you on social media? Of course, I'll have your website and your links in the show. No. But just if people are too lazy to look at the show notes, maybe just kind of say where they could find you.

SPEAKER_01

It's such a paradox. Like I'm supposed to be on social media to write my books and all that, but I don't want to be. It's not uh it's not something that I enjoy at all. So I've kept it pretty simple. I've got a a website called feelingbetternaturally. And I've got a YouTube channel called Feeling Better Naturally, and a substack called Feeling Better Naturally. And that they're the best ways to discover my work and uh and read some of my writings and see some of my artwork and get my books.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, definitely go to her website, you guys. I looked at it and your photography is absolutely fantastic. Your artwork is phenomenal. You've got articles in there, you've got links for your books, you've got all of that. So definitely go check out her website. All the information is there, and of course, I'll add it to the show notes. Bella, thank you again for coming on, and I look forward to reading your book and having you back.

SPEAKER_01

Thanks, Jan. Thank you so much. I really appreciate you. And uh I'm sending you all my love and light. Uh same.
