Hope Mississippi

Sam Newman recently joined our host's (his mom's) law firm and is opening the Beam Law Firm's first satellite office on the Gulf Coast in Ocean Springs.

His legal experience includes workers’ compensation law, personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, appellate practice, construction law, general business law, wills and estates, family law, and intellectual property. 

Sam earned his undergraduate degree in marketing from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2015 and later graduated cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law. During law school, he interned as a guardian ad litem and also worked in the Mississippi Secretary of State’s Office.

While maintaining a full-time law practice and a vibrant, faith-filled family life with wife and son, Sam also performs across the South with his band, Mississippi Moonlight.
