Matt Nalker serves as Executive Director of The Arc of Mississippi, where he leads advocacy, education, and support efforts for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. A passionate advocate for inclusion, dignity, and opportunity, Matt has spent years helping communities across Mississippi better understand the importance of accessibility, belonging, and compassionate care.
Under his leadership, The Arc of Mississippi has worked to strengthen family support systems, expand resources, and champion policies that empower individuals of all abilities to live fuller, more independent lives. Matt believes meaningful change happens when communities come together with empathy, service, and shared purpose.
