Porn addiction is rarely just about sex.
It’s about disconnection, unmet masculine needs, and fractured identity.

In this episode of Bridger of Worlds, I speak openly about my porn addiction recovery, exploring the psychological, neurological, and spiritual dimensions of healing. I share how the absence of male bonding, initiation, and grounded masculinity shaped my addiction—and how pornography became a substitute for connection, intimacy, and presence.

A central focus of this episode is neuroplasticity—how the brain and nervous system can rewire through awareness, discipline, and a conscious relationship with pleasure. Recovery isn’t about suppression; it’s about restoring agency, self-trust, and embodied control.

I also address the ancestral layer of my recovery. Reconnecting with my Dorian roots through my travels in Crete and Rhodes, which became stabilizing forces in my integration. These islands carry a legacy of primal eros, warrior culture, discipline, and embodied masculinity, and reconnecting with that lineage helped restore a sense of belonging and masculine continuity.

Throughout the episode, I use archetypal psychology to show how porn addiction fragments masculine identity—especially through the King, Warrior, Lover, and Magician archetypes. I focus on the Magician as both Mystic and Alchemist, and why integrating logic and intuition is essential for sustainable recovery.

In this episode, I explore:

  • Porn addiction recovery and masculine identity
  • How disconnection and lack of brotherhood fuel addiction
  • Neuroplasticity and rewiring desire
  • Porn as a substitute for intimacy and presence
  • Archetypes: King, Warrior, Lover, and Magician
  • The Magician as Mystic and Alchemist
  • Ancestral healing and masculine lineage
  • Dorian roots through Crete and Rhodes
  • Integrating psychology, intuition, and embodiment
  • Restoring a healthy relationship with pleasure

Recovery isn’t about fighting desire — it’s about reclaiming authority over it and returning to embodied masculine presence.

Personal Background and Struggles

So for today's episode, I think I'm gonna go a little bit more personal, uh, kind of give you a bit more background information as to where all this is coming from, especially like the last few episodes I mentioned here and there, um, growing up, I yearned and longed for male presence and male friendships. Um, porn addiction kind of replaced in a very distorted and warped way, this masculine initiation rite energy that I really needed. And I think that all in men need in some way, shape, or form. Um, but I do think for me, just because this is now like my life's work, my personal mission.

It's not every single man that's gonna have this experience with pornography. In fact, I think it is quite unique as far as my journey and revelations and even understanding and knowledge as far as porn addiction and porn addiction recovery is concerned.

Understanding Porn Addiction and Recovery

Because I've seen over the years, uh, I've, I've been on porn addiction recovery forums.

A lot of the information and the healing is based on methodical processes, learning how to rewire the brain. 'cause the brain is quote unquote plastic, right? Neuroplasticity.

So in a nutshell that is how porn addiction recovery happens. And of course this is very personal and unique for everybody.

The Role of Intuition and Mysticism

It's just over the years, you know, being online and the kind of work that I've tapped into and like the way I'm also incredibly intuitive or have learned to open up my intuition because we are all intuitive in some way, shape, or form, but a lot of us don't go there or tap into it, or don't practice cultivating our intuition because you know, we're programmed, especially as men, to suppress that part of ourselves. It's more of like a feminine trait and feminine aspect, whereas the masculine is seen as logical and pragmatic and reasonable.

But we need both. We need both aspects of the mind, right? The intuitive brain, the intuitive mind, the logical mind, the logical brain.

Deeper Dive into Personal Recovery Journey

So I think today I want to go deeper in my own porn addiction recovery journey. Really also bring in the mystical aspects, which has been very, um, behind the scenes so far.

I mean, obviously I talk about mysticism, I've made episodes on Esotericism. The theory and the knowledge, even as far as Christianity's concerned, Hindu Tantrism, which is the esoteric branch of Hinduism, the chakra system, and we also saw the chakras as the seven churches in Revelation.

So that's like esoteric knowledge, but, i'm really feeling today like I wanna share bits and pieces of my personal journey and also kind of open up more this part of myself that does channel and communicates with guides, receives downloads and information because we talk about spirituality, we talk about practicing spirituality. At the end of the day, it's really how we come into relationship with death. And I know that's very blunt to say, and it's not easy to maybe process or hear because once we start to challenge ourselves with the energy or the nature or the process, the life process of death. This is how we begin to practice ego death Now, ego death I've talked about in much earlier episodes, um, is basically like. Our ego is responsible for how we survive and move through the world, right? So it's very much has to do with labeling and giving titles and rendering conclusions based on the earthly material experience.

We need our ego. We have, we all have an ego, you know, and, um, no matter how spiritually aware, or enlightened we become, we'll always have an ego. It just doesn't tend to take the reins as much as possible when we practice spirituality. So the reason why I am mentioning this is because it's the ego that resists any form of Intuitive practices, any form of anything that has to do or that does not have to do with what we can see, hear, taste, smell, and touch. So, right. The ego's always searching for proof. The ego always wants proof. You know, if somebody says, um, I saw I, I communicated with my deceased relative, the ego is that part of us that wants the proof, or I communicated with this certain guide from the astral, from the akasha, the ego's the part of us that wants the evidence and the proof, so it's very difficult, right? Especially where so many. Um, if we're not all on the same page as far as spirituality's concerned, our spiritual journeys, we all have different spiritual gifts, right?

As I said, we're all intuitive, but some people can actually see spirits. Others can hear. Others just know, right? So like the Claire's clairvoyance, Claire, Ian, Claire, cognizant, cla sentient, right? These are all definitions and basically ways to describe psychic gifts and potentials. Culturally, this is very not tapped into it.

It, it's deemed woo woo. Right? It's not grounded or logical enough. I get it. Because there are also a lot of distorted and warped expressions of psychic gifts and abilities. Uh, people who are psychic and have abilities, you know, abuse them or misuse them and manipulate others or others that have them and are too afraid to express them.

Because you know, growing up in the family, in the home environment, the relatives, even culture, it was very much disapproved of. So I know I'm going on a little bit of a tangent. I guess this is really kind of setting up the episode because I'm going to get into my experience with all this. And as I said, I think it's time I start bringing it out more.

Uh, I've tapped into here and there made a whole episode on what it means to meditate and connect to guides and connect to the Akasha. Um, but I guess because I've been talking about, the last few episodes around the masculine rites of passage, eros between men, heterosexual men, and why this is relevant in my journey, and also the connection to obviously porn, but also how I've not only yes, have I applied the information that's already out there as far as porn addiction recovery is concerned, which is cutting the porn, some say to even stop self pleasuring, stop fantasizing, right? It's really about a repeated, consistent form of rebuilding neurological pathways in the brain because through porn addiction, we condition our brain to seek any form of pleasure and intimacy through the images that we see behind the screen.

Uh, by now, you know, I hope 2026, we've accepted that porn addiction is in fact a thing. Science has proven that it's a thing. If you go online, you will still see people shooting it down, right? Porn addiction is not a thing. It's nonsense, but it's most definitely a thing because anything pleasurable can become an addiction, right?

So pornography and watching porn and getting off on porn can be extremely pleasurable. So of course, that has the potential to become an addiction.

The Importance of Sensuality and Pleasure

So what I'm getting at here is, I guess, yes, the methodical or the masculine or the logical side of healing is out there, but I'm going to bring in more of the feminine, intuitive process into the picture. And by that I mean learning to also really be with the body, right? Because as men, I think we're much more dissociated from our body than women. I don't want to generalize, right? But I'm, you know, based on my journey and what I've read, what I've seen online as men, we're not taught to connect to our body or to hold space for emotion, right?

Our bodies, what holds emotion, as I said, we're taught to be logical and practical and very intellectual for the most part, and because the last few episodes I've talked about primal energy and how it's so important for men to come together and to witness each other in our primal nature as our primal energy that requires we go into our body.

And already, that's such a big block for many men because of the emotional aspect, the primal aspect, the sexual aspect, right? So I think a lot of men are turning to pornography because they're off the bat, disassociated from their bodies, and by becoming disassociated from your body, you become disassociated from your primal nature.

So. A big part of my healing as far as healing from porn addiction is concerned with also applying, obviously, to not watch porn to, stop fantasy. At some point I did stop self pleasuring. So, in the world of porn addiction recovery, this is known as no fap.

Um, no fapping means no masturbating and a lot of recovering porn addicts don't do fap. You know, they don't masturbate because, um. It can be a trigger, right? Becoming sexually aroused, even if we're solo and alone, can trigger the need to go watch pornography because that is how the neurological pathways were conditioned to feel pleasure and to experience pleasure behind the screen watching images and videos. So even when we're solo and we want to self pleasure. The body will most likely think back to images and to those moments behind the screen, which will activate a, a pull and a need to go watch pornography.

So I get it for sure from the, from the neurological standpoint, to stop masturbating, but it's not something that I personally maintained as far as my recovery is concerned because, um, pleasure is also medicine and we are to rewire and we are to recondition our relationship to pleasure no matter if we're man or woman, but especially as men because as I said, we are more prone to be disconnected and dissociated from our bodies. We are to really establish a healthy and conscious relationship with pleasure. So this is one factor in my personal healing as far as porn addiction recovery is concerned, and it is more the feminine aspect because you do require to also practice sensuality, right?

Like the antidote to, let's say that hardcore porn, two pieces of meat just banging up against each other with no emotion, no connection, no eros. The antidote to that because we're not gonna apply that in our physical, erotic, intimate lives with real life human beings. It's not really reality.

That's just a circus. It's it's a, it's a show, but the antidote to that is sensuality. Sensuality, right. Sensual. And that is to practice cultivating and taking our time with our senses. To evoke pleasure in our body is to really be connected to our five physical senses. And this is the erotic, this is Eros.

So. When I say that eros is the force of creation, the force of attraction, the force of aliveness, it's also the force of sensuality because everything is alive. Everything feels alive and connective because of eros. So when we are sensual and not sexual, we are also erotic. And when we are erotic, we can actually use pleasure as medicine.

Because we've experienced so much pain, let's say, at the hands of sexuality or pornography in this case, right? It, it, it's painful to further disassociate and disconnect from yourself by stay sitting behind the screen and that reconditioning and reprogramming your mind and body to literally just sit there, for hours on end or whatever time you spend behind the screen, but that will also promote a lot less will and motivation to go out and meet actual partners. It will also destroy your confidence. You will like yourself a lot less. You will compare your body, your penis, to what you're seeing on screen. You will compare the way you perform on screen, right? There's an array of symptoms that happen, uh, while watching pornography, and it's different for a lot of men and also the motives for watching pornography is also different for a lot of men.

So all this to say is like that can obviously promote and create a lot of pain in the body and in the psyche and in the mind for man. So the antidote to that is pleasure and it's also reconditioning our mind and the way we use pleasure to heal our body, right?

So it is also important to be able to do this solo because then it becomes about dependency, right? So a lot of men think, okay, I am gonna cut porn. And now I need to find a partner. I need to find a partner to heal. But that's actually not the correct mindset because then you become codependent and you think my only source of healing is outside of me.

And truth be told, no matter what trauma we've experienced, no matter what we've been through, we are our own healers. Like we have to go within, especially after a very painful, traumatic point in our lives. If we've been through some form of trauma, some form of pain, the last thing we want to do is go out and depend on others to quote unquote heal us because we actually don't heal. The wound stays open and we bleed on them, metaphorically speaking. So. Another aspect to my journey was, and I actually did try and sleep with women. I was thinking that the only way to recover from porn addiction recovery was to have quote unquote friends with benefits and be able to express my sexuality in that manner.

And, uh, you know, I'm gonna heal because I'm not watching porn anymore. I'm having sex, but the same triggers and the same issues and the same underlying emotional entanglements that were driving me to the porn were not at all dealt with. Right? So I kind of replaced actual real life sex with pornography.

And yes, there was intimacy. Yes, there was talking, there was closeness, there was communication. But I was still barricaded. My heart was still very blocked off and barricaded because I was still so disconnected from my own body, like I needed to connect to my body. And again, culturally, that is so unacceptable, right? A lot of cultures frown on masturbating. A lot of religions are very much against masturbating, right? And yes, there's a lot of distorted ways and expressions in masturbation, and it can be very warped and very unhealthy as well. I'm not saying that's not the case, but if you're consciously practicing connection to your body and to your emotions and to pleasure. You can move through all kinds of healing because you start to learn how to hold space for yourself, right? So where there was pain once, once you process that pain through holding space and being with your body, being with your, you know, your, your pleasure.

That pleasure can replace the pain. And your body might resist, right? Your body might resist the pleasure in the beginning because it's so used to feeling pleasure another way, just sitting behind the screen and getting off on megapixels.

Connecting with Ancestral Lineages

And I want to bring a third aspect to the story, which is this is probably the most recent type of recovery and healing because I've been talking about the masculine rites, how we don't have, you know, male elders. We don't have tribes here, especially in the western world, if we're not a part of indigenous tribes.

Um. Where do we find these kinds of containers? Right? Where do we go to experience a safe, primarily charged masculine container to energetically experience a death and rebirth? Because at the end of the day, as men. Women too, right? Women go through their own rites of passages and their own initiations, but as men, um, because the masculine polarity is that polarity of death and leaving the familiar and the safe and the comfortable behind, we will have to learn how to hold space for that process within ourselves.

And I keep saying that over and over again, but something I haven't said, and this depends on how spiritual you are and how much you've tapped into the mystic aspect of your masculinity.

The Four Masculine Archetypes

Because you know, when we're looking at the masculine, there are different archetypes of the masculine, right?

We keep saying the masculine or we may think it's one face, just like there are many deities, just like there are many gods and faces, no matter what culture, no matter what cosmology, no matter what, um, spiritual doctrine we're looking at, there are many different types of masculine expressions and basically really like the four foundational ones are the king, the warrior, the magician, and the lover.

And I think the magician is the pillar, the aspect or the archetype of the masculine that has become the most suppressed and denied because we see king, warrior and lover in today's age, we see them very distorted. We see them very misused. We see them very unhealthily expressed, the warrior, the lover, and the king.

Where do we see the magician though? And who and who is the magician? I personally Okay, that word, it carries it, it carries quite a charge. I like to actually separate the magician into the mystic, into the alchemist, and men need to tap into this part of themselves, right?

The Role of the Mystic and Alchemist

No matter what we've been taught from religion, from culture, society, because the mystic first and foremost is the one that knows internally, the mystic is the inner knowing, is the inner trust, is the inner guide, is knowing how to meditate, sitting in the quiet, sitting in the silence, and learning to trust inner guidance, trusting the gut, trusting intuition. That's the archetype of the mystic. And every man has a mystic within himself, to some extent. It's not to say that we all have an equal amount of mystic within us, but he is there because he is one archetypal expression of the masculine.

And then the Alchemist is the one that knows how to transform. They're very intimately connected. You know, you could say they're two sides of the same coin, because the Alchemist too has to be able to go within, has to know how to tap into the mysteries. But the mystic I see as someone more passive, really just kind of sits in the dark, sits in the quiet meditates and receives the information.

But the Alchemist is a bit more proactive with that information. And the alchemist is about transforming, about transmuting. So when we talk about healing, when we talk about processing emotion, when we talk about holding space for the dense and the heavy and the difficult, challenging emotions to transform them.

That is the alchemist's domain. So all men need to start practicing how to tap into their mystic and to their alchemist, because without them, the king, the warrior and the lover cannot function and express healthily and come fully into consciousness because they're basically the four pillars, okay? Let's say magician is both mystic and alchemist. The four pillars of the masculine.

So why I'm mentioning this is because as I've been opening up more into my spiritual journey and tapping into my inner mystic and Inner Alchemist, I've been able to channel certain guides and even lineages, and I did talk about this in some recent episodes, I talked about how I connected to an ancestor that was connected to the island of Crete.

Now, Crete is very special, and I've learned this very recently because Crete and Rhodes are very special, and I finally understand and realize why I spent six and a half months in Crete and why I've spent so much time in Rhodes as well. Rhodes is the island that was born. It's the island that was coming to almost every single summer, and it's the island I've been living on for the last seven or so years with a few travels here and there, and that's because of the Dorian lineage, one of the ancient Greek tribes. So the Dorians are the ancestors of the Spartans. So we know, we hear Sparta, we think like crazy warriorship, right? We've seen, we've all seen the movie 300, how they underwent the grueling uh, training to become warriors. The Spartans were known to be the best warriors of their time, but all actually, that stems from the Dorians because the Dorians were also in Crete, and the Dorians were also in Rhodes among other islands in the Dodecanese and the Aegean. And why I'm mentioning this is because I was very much called to read up on the Dorians after I returned from Crete and, um, established myself in Rhodes. It's like something unlocked when I got back from Crete and I came to Rhodes and I automatically knew that I had to read up on the Dorians as much as I could. And before that I never really bothered.

Um, to tell you the truth, I didn't even know the Dorians had established themselves in Rhodes. I thought the Dorians, uh, established themselves in mainland Greece. Uh, as far as Crete is concerned, I knew about the Minoans, but by tapping into my inner mystic, right? And receiving the guidance and trusting that, 'cause there's no tangible evidence when we're working with the mystic. There's no proof , and I think a lot of us doing this work, second guess and doubt ourselves a lot because we're always like, am I just imagining things or is this coming from higher guidance, but this is where we learn to discern and this is how we learn to hone our intuition.

And that's the work that is the work for every single one of us. So I put the pieces together. Uh, the Dorians are what connect Rhodes and Crete and why mentioning the Dorians and why I think they actually are, they do want to come through here in today's transmission. 'cause I was really feeling their energy, uh, the last few days.

Because the Dorians wore the warrior tribe of ancient Greece, and they were also very much about initiating boyhood into manhood, through primal energy, through eros, through dance, through song, through music. Those of you who've been following me for a while know my love for Greek folk dance and Greek folk song.

So by listening to Greek folk dance and song is probably for me, the most potent means I have in connecting with my ancestors. And after I arrived from Crete and came back to Rhodes, I realized that that lineage became a lot more specific as far as my ancestry is concerned.

And it is the Dorians because this energy of war, this energy of like ferocity and aggression and fire and eros and sexuality and primal energy and the beast, right? Everything I've been talking about, the common denominator in my specific case and in my journey are the dorians and my download, my understanding of everything.

'cause it's like why, you know, okay, we get the downloads and we get the information. But like for what? What's the point? As I said, I now believe more than ever, this is my purpose and this is why I've created the podcast and this is why I share what I share. But it is about also elevating that kind of energy, right?

So, the warriors become incredibly distorted. The lovers become incredibly distorted in today's age, so I do believe masculinity is making a comeback because we are learning how to heal the collective warrior energy or the, and the collective lover energy. And we are actually doing that because more and more men are learning to tap into their inner magician or their inner mystic and their inner alchemist.

Now, I know I'm generalizing here because there's a still a shit ton of corruption and war and trauma and just really bad Governments running many, many countries across our world, but I do believe we are moving through a collective awakening and it's ongoing and I am seeing online a lot more men being in tune and connected to this aspect of themselves.

The mystic, the alchemist, the magician that has been lost, has been suppressed and denied over the ages because men is, are supposed to quote unquote, be only logical and practical and, uh, intellectual. So all this to say as well, if you are a man moving through a very difficult time, right, and you don't have access to a masculine container, you don't have access to a tribe or community, that you can go and be held and seen and witness through other men.

Connecting with Male Elders and Ancestors

You can also connect to your male elders because going back to what I said in the beginning of this episode, right, how we start to practice spirituality and how we start to even practice mysticism is to challenge our perception and our relationship to death.

Because once we start to do that. We'll start to little by little bit by bit, start to quote, unquote, kill our ego. And killing the ego doesn't mean it goes away. It undergoes a transformation because there is no death. There's only transformation. But the, you know, from the egoic perspective, the ego's gonna say, what do you mean?

What do you mean? Like after death? There's nothing. Death is nothing. But again, that's ego babble. Because to kill, quote unquote, the ego or aspects of the ego is to kill the programming and the conditioning that we've been raised with and even incarnated with, and even through ancestral trauma within our bodies, our blood, or DNA.

Right, programming and conditioning. So bit by bit we kill off conditioning and programming, and then we return to the essence of our truth, which is how we move closer to our soul. Because we all have a soul. We all have an ego, but we all have a soul. And this is the knowledge of the soul saying that, well, there's no such thing as death.

Everything just transforms when I leave, as a soul will leave my body. I will actually not die. The body will die. The body will disintegrate. There will be no more body, but my soul will never die. No soul will ever die. And this is knowledge we understand and fully grasp and really feel within our bodies once we awaken spiritually or become more spiritually aware.

So to start to connect to guides, to ancestors, and especially as men, right? What we're missing and yearning for that male container, that masculine presence. We can also connect to our male elders, our male ancestors, our elevated male ancestors, because as I said in a previous episode, we have ancestors that do not want to heal and move on and even support us, but we all have elevated ancestors that want to support, help heal and guide us, and also help heal the bloodlines.

So this is also something I've tapped into, and this is the most recent thing I've tapped into, even as far as porn addiction recovery is concerned or just reconnecting to my body, honing the inner mystic, the inner alchemist, and by honing the mystic and the alchemist, that irrevocably will also hone, and heal and make even more conscious the warrior, the lover, and then the king is the one who brings everybody together. The king is the leader, the king is the one that from where the other three truly express themselves in a very directed and organized manner.

And when we say king, right, it's not to become a king of the world, to become the king of the people around us. No, the king is about our, our own kingdom, our inner kingdom.

As men, we need to become kings of our lives, of our livelihoods, of our bodies, of our energy, right? We need to become the leaders of our lives. That is king energy. And then obviously that will, that will um, exude outwardly and we'll be able to establish leadership and motivation, inspiration, in others.

Final Thoughts and Conclusion

So I wanted to bring this to the space today because of the last few episodes and really where I was coming from and especially for the men out there who are moving through something difficult, that doesn't have to be porn addiction, but basically anything that's challenging and traumatic, that is a call to adventure.

An inner adventure that is an initiation in and of itself, right? So the initiation is the call to meet yourself in very gruesome, harsh, challenging ways because we have to come face to face with our unconscious, which is where our shadow is. Our shadow material is within our unconscious, but our unconscious is our potential for consciousness.

We have to commune with our dark to attain or remember our light, and our shadow material is what holds the key.

So as far as porn addiction recovery is concerned, yes. Cut the porn. That's a one. There's no watching porn while trying to recover and heal from pornography. It's like, you know, an alcoholic trying to recover from alcohol and they keep drinking alcohol, it's just a no-go. Um, as far as pleasure is concerned and masturbating, I will say in the beginning, if you are, if self pleasuring and masturbation are triggering you and are making you want to go watch porn, then no, no masturbating and no self pleasuring.

But eventually it is important to start establishing a very healthy, erotic sensual relationship with your body because ultimately you are your healer. No amount of lovers out there, no amount of falling in love. No amount of intimate encounters will provide the medicine that you can only give to yourself because by becoming your own lover, by giving that medicine to yourself, by becoming or remembering the source of eros that you are for yourself, that will manifest relationships that will bring in the lovers that will reflect on the outside because as within, so without, that is rule of thumb as far as any spiritual teaching is concerned. What our external world is always and forever a reflection of our inner world.

And finally, yes, connecting to guides, connecting to male ancestors, to male elders. If you feel like you wanna move through very grueling emotional processes, and yes, you want to hold space for yourself, but if you feel like you want to be held and seen by masculine energy and masculine presence, and you don't have that accessible around you, then yes, call upon your male elders. Call upon your male elevated ancestors because they're there. They're there. As are the female elevated ancestors. But because we're talking about masculine initiation and rites of passage, that is the medicine. So it is very intuitive, right? I'm not saying that this is what you have to do. I'm bringing to the table what I've been doing and what has like, worked for me and what, like, how much I've seen, um, I've understood and healed and so on and so forth.

I always want to bring to this space bits and pieces of my journey and my story, no matter how unconventional and, you know, taboo, they're considered. That is the whole point of this podcast and these conversations. We all have something to give and to offer. We're all unique, we're all quote unquote special.

We, right? So this is the medicine and knowledge and information that I have to offer today. So I'll leave it here. I hope you enjoyed this episode. Um, once again, I had an idea what I was gonna talk about. I wasn't exactly sure what was gonna come through, but I have been feeling the Dorians, uh, a lot the last few days.

I've been feeling them so much ever since I got back from Crete. And I think as I said, something unlocked while I was there because I was working with them there. I hadn't quite put my finger on it until I came back to Rhodes because both islands are deeply connected to this lineage. And yes, they were warriors and they went through all kinds of, um, rites of passages for the boys to become men, eros, dance, song music, which is so much a part of my energy and my nature, but I do believe we're not just meant to repeat and regurgitate what they were doing thousands of years ago. We are meant to take that knowledge to see what worked, to see what is missing, but also to elevate it. We also, we always needing to make something more conscious. That is the most important aspect of the human journey, the spiritual journey is to render something more conscious, to understand more, to realize more, right?

It's kind of like social media, but I do feel there's just a lot more creatives and artists and writers, and.

Uh, philosophers and, uh, teachers on there. So that is, uh, super cool. I'd love to see you over there. I do weekly writings as far as conscious sexuality is concerned, masculine, feminine energetics, shadow work, porn, addiction recovery, et cetera, et cetera. I will be back again next week, of course, with a brand new episode as always here every Thursday on Bridger of Worlds, a masculine embodiment, spiritual awakening podcast. And in closing, as always, please remember that you are the medicine and I am just the messenger. Thank you very much.
