Bridger of Worlds: The New Masculinity
Masculinity, shadow work, and sexual energy mastery for men. Develop emotional strength, move with purpose, and stand in your authentic truth.
A podcast on masculine transformation. Bridging the primal and the spiritual through lived experience, not theory.
Bridger of Worlds explores the meeting point between the primal and the sacred. This is where shadow becomes initiation and where strength is forged through lived experience.
After 15 years of struggle and disconnection with porn addiction, I entered a deep path of shadow work, conscious sexuality, and personal rebirth. What emerged was clarity, integrity, and direction. It was a return to the heart and body as a center of truth and grounded presence.
Through raw conversations and guided explorations, we dive into polarity, sexual energy, intimacy, emotional regulation, and the inner work required to become a motivated, self-led man. This is for men who know they are meant for more and are ready to do the work to become it.

Astrology doesn’t shape us — it reveals what is already trying to emerge.
In this episode of Bridger of Worlds, I explore astrology and masculinity through the lens of Neptune and Saturn entering Aries, and what this rare archetypal shift signals for men’s healing, initiation, and masculine identity. This conversation looks at how collective masculine energy is being restructured, challenged, and reawakened at both a psychological and spiritual level.
I break down the archetypal meaning of Aries as the sign of initiation, warriorhood, and self-definition. Aries represents the raw impulse to exist, act, and claim direction. In this episode, I explore both the healthy expressions of Aries—clarity, courage, leadership—and its distorted forms, including aggression, impulsivity, and ego-driven force.
A central theme of this episode is the tension between Neptune and Saturn. Neptune dissolves illusions, boundaries, and false identities, while Saturn forms structure, discipline, and responsibility. Together, these planetary forces reshape how men relate to truth, emotional expression, spirituality, and masculine power.
I also explore how these astrological movements activate key masculine archetypes, including the Warrior, and how understanding archetypal meanings on practical levels can help men navigate self-realization, individuation, and psychological growth. This episode points toward the rise of men’s communities, primal practices, breathwork, and grounded initiation spaces as necessary responses to the current energetic shift.
In this episode, I explore:
- Astrology and masculinity in the current collective cycle
- Neptune and Saturn entering Aries and men’s healing
- Aries as the archetype of initiation and warriorhood
- Healthy vs distorted expressions of masculine power
- Neptune as dissolution, sensitivity, and truth exposure
- Saturn as structure, discipline, and responsibility
- Emotional expression and masculine boundaries
- Individuation and self-realization in men
- Primal practices, breathwork, and initiation
- The rise of men’s communities and brotherhood
- Integrating astrology into daily life and identity
- The significance of studying archetypal meanings
This episode is an invitation for men to meet this moment consciously — to embody courage without collapse, structure without rigidity, and power without disconnection.

Switching Gears: Collective Masculine Awakening
So today I'm gonna switch gears a little bit.
I'm gonna do something that I haven't done yet and I've been meaning to do, and it's actually inspired by last week's episode where I said collective masculine is awakening. And you know, I talked about like the rise of men's groups and men's communities and just collective masculine healing overall inspired by the Mystic slash alchemist archetype.
So I want to say why I think that is, um, we probably feel it right now in the ether. We feel the energy, uh, coming and this affects women too. It affects just masculine energy. But of course for today's episode, for the sake of today's episode, I'll be gearing it towards men and masculinity.
So why I am bringing this up today and why I was inspired by last week's episode is because actually we have some big, heavy hitting energies entering Aries, which is the first sign of the Zodiac. So this isn't really like a forecasting video or anything like that.
It's really gonna be packed with like archetypal meanings. You don't have to believe in astrology. You don't have to know anything about your birth chart, right? I'm gonna be talking about the planets and the signs in question. I'm going to explain everything from the archetypal perspective because that's what astrology is, what, you know, studying the cosmos permits us to do is to basically project our own inner archetypes, our own inner expressions of nature mirrored to us through the cosmos, through the stars, through the planets. So by the time you watch this video, um, when are you gonna watch this video? Lemme just do some math here, Yes. So Neptune will already, neptune will already be in Aries and Saturn will also just be entering Aries, which is very significant and very resonant with what it is I said last week as far as collective masculine energy, transforming, raising, healing. Um, so let's get into all of it. I'm gonna unpack each planet. I'm gonna talk about Aries and how that relates to masculine energy. Like I said, you don't have to like astrology, you don't have to know astrology, as long as you appreciate, human psychology, archetypes and just energies that are around and within and outside our planet, then you'll enjoy this video.
Astrological Insights: Aries and Masculine Energy
So let's start with the sign of Aries. Aries is the first sign of the Zodiac wheel. It symbolizes initiation beginnings in the northern hemisphere. When the sun enters Aries, it's the initiation of spring, which means the initiation of life coming to the surface, right? We've just passed through three months of winter, and the initiation of spring is symbolized by Aries. It's also symbolized by the ram, the animal, the ram, because it is very head strong.
And this is relevant to Aries energy because Aries is about initiation and will. So a lot of the Aries traits are symbolically masculine. Of course they're Aries women, right? But as a symbol. So in astrology we have masculine signs and feminine signs. It has nothing to do with biology, but with polarity, with expression.
So fire signs and air signs in astrology are masculine because they're outward for a focus, and water and earth signs are feminine energies because they're inward focused.
So already Aries being the first sign, symbolizing the number one. This also speaks to the masculine polarity because as I've been saying over and over again, the feminine is all about bringing everything into relationship, bringing different entities into relationship.
That's the feminine polarity and the masculine polarity is the singular, uh, entities, the singular aspect of creation. It's the one. We need to fully come into ourselves. We need to individuate. We need to know who we are as a single entities in order to come into relationship. So Aries is very much about that.
It's about fully self-realization, but it is the first sign. So we do move through the zodiac wheel. We kind of see it like as its own, as its own hero's journey. And Aries is the spark of creation. Aries is the first fire sign. So again, fire is associated with masculinity, and masculine energy.
Aries is also associated with warriorhood, the energy of warrior, because it is headstrong, it's willful, it's fiery, and it's all about the individual. So in all signs, in all planets, we always have a higher expression or like a healthy expression of the energy, and then we have a low uh, expression or an unhealthy expression of a planet or sign.
Right. So obviously for like, to the sake of today's video, I'm really gonna focus on the healthy and elevated energies, but I'll mention here and there, like what the lower expressions can look like. So for Aries, the lower expression would be very stubborn, very egotistical, very self-absorbed very narcissistic.
I'm not saying these are Aries people and that all Aries are like this, but. It's the lower or unconscious expression of Aries, whereas the higher expression is about also being courageous, being bold, being a trailblazer. It's really about shooting out into the world, right? When we think of spring, when we think of fire, when we think of will, we want to think of shooting out into the world, and archetypally, this is very much the masculine polarity, right? Because the masculine is the will of life. The masculine is the spark of creation, and the spark is synonymous with the seed, the seed of life, right? So in the winter, we plant seeds, right? And everything happens inside the dark, underground.
We don't really see life beyond the surface and above ground. But Aries is that life that comes and bursts forth from the seed. And with the seed comes the phallus. So, the penis, the phallus is also associated with Aries energy because it's the phallus that shoots out the seed as far as like our humanity's concerned, and all animal species that possess penises, right? So the seed and the phallus go hand in hand. So if we think of a penis, if we think of, what it looks like and what it does, it really is all about penetrating and breaking through barriers, infiltrating blockages, and really just going into new territory.
Aries is all about new territory. It's the beginning of the Zodiac wheel, right? Pisces is the end. Pisces is completion. And this is why the last few weeks and the last few years even have felt very dense and heavy. 'cause there's been a lot of grieving, a lot of mourning, and a lot of lamenting in the air, and that's because of the Pisces energy, because it is the end of the wheel, right? It's the end of the journey. We can see the soul journeying through the zodiac wheel, beginning with Aries and ending with Pisces. And you know, once the soul reaches Pisces, it's like, it's on its deathbed. That's Pisces Energy.
But from the evolutionary perspective, from the spiritual perspective, there is no death, right? So Pisces is about transcendence. It's about going on and moving higher into spiritual planes and to non-material reality. And then obviously life restarts. Life restarts with Aries, and that is the seed of fire, the spark of creation.
And the will of life that bursts forth. So that's Aries, right? Everything I talked about right now is Aries. So that's the sign of Aries. And then we have planets that have energies and influence us in certain ways according to astrological tradition. Now, you don't have to believe in this in order to apply it to your life or anything like that but if you do appreciate archetypal meanings and archetypal expressions then this information is relevant.
Neptune in Aries: Collective Spiritual Awakening
So I'll start with Neptune. 'cause Neptune entered Aries before Saturn. So Neptune is named after the Roman God of the seas, which came from Poseidon of ancient Greece.
Neptune is a planet and you know, its energies and how it affects us and how it affects the globe very much shares the qualities of Pisces because Neptune is the modern day ruler of Pisces. Whereas traditionally it's Jupiter. So before Neptune was discovered. Jupiter was the ruler of Pisces, but now Neptune is the ruler of Pisces because it shares the commonalities of the ethereal experience, what I talked about before, around transcendence, uh, ego death, ego dissolution.
It has very much to do with, let's say, meeting our higher self, our spiritual self, it's Neptune is all about dissolving. If there's one word we think of when it comes to Neptune, it's dissolving and dissolution has its place. Not always, we don't want things to constantly be dissolving because then things get confusing and things get blurred, and things can, you know, feel like an illusion, which that's the lower, unhealthy, let's say, expression of Neptune.
But in the higher expression, it's really about. Yes, ego death and ego dissolution in order to understand that the physical experience, the material experience is not all there is. And you know, Neptune and Aries are very paradoxical. It's, it's gonna be very interesting to see Neptune in Aries and it'll transit there for about 14 years.
Neptune takes really long to transit a sign. So the bigger planets, let's say even like Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. I know they officially took out Pluto as a planet of the solar system, but I disagree. Pluto is very influential and is very, very potent with energy.
But we're not talking about Pluto today, but Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto, uh, they transit very slowly through signs so their energy's not as extreme and in our face. It's very subtle influences, right? Because we're talking at like a 14 year transit. It's gonna be very subtle influences. And the way that I see this, right, and touching back with what I said last week, is the collective masculine energy raising and healing.
Um, we are gonna see more men starting to become interested in spirituality or being activated through their higher selves or being prone to spiritual awakenings because that is all Neptune's influence. Now of course, this will affect women too, right? But as I said, for the sake of tre's episode, I'm talking about men.
And because Aries is the masculine, one of the masculine polarities of the Zodiac wheel, and it's probably the most masculine energy because it's the most willful. Whereas, let's say Pisces is the most feminine 'cause it's the energy that's most about surrendering and letting go.
So again, this is not biology. This is energy and polarity. Men are Pisces. Women are Aries. Right? It's not about biology, it's about the polarity, the perspective of polarity. So. Neptune will come into Aries and we'll also see men to start probably getting more emotional, right?
'cause Neptune rules the seas. Neptune is associated with the oceans, with water. We need water to dissolve anything, you know, literally speaking, but also metaphorically speaking, when let's say we're having emotional cathartic breakthroughs, breakdowns. Usually tears and crying are involved because water is what washes away.
Water is what cleanses and water, of course, is what allows metaphorical rebirth to occur. When we are gestating inside our mother's womb, that womb is filled with water, right? We're floating in amniotic fluid for approximately 10 months. So water is the holder of life, is the gestator, and also what allows to birth new life.
When we think of the first physical sign of life that showed up on our planet, that happened from the sea. So the first sign of life that showed up on our planet Earth all those billions of years ago happened from the sea. So this is going to be very interesting because Neptune is very much associated water and Aries is very much associated with fire.
We're also, I think, going to see a lot of divine union activations happening, whether we're partnered or solo. Um. Because, you know, masculine is fire, feminine is water. We can also see this as like the alchemical marriage, uh, which again is symbolic. So the alchemical marriage happens within us when our inner masculine and inner feminine come into union.
And then with that union happening, that will also pull in and attract outer union. So I do foresee also a lot of people finding their counterparts falling in love. You know, men, women, um, men with men, women with women, whatever it is about divine union of masculine and feminine fire and water.
And it'll be an especially very interesting three years approximately, because Saturn is also entering the equation.
Saturn in Aries: Boundaries, Truth, and Wisdom
And before I said that Neptune and Aries are very paradoxical. Well Neptune and Saturn are also very paradoxical for very different reasons.
So big bad Saturn. If you are familiar with astrology, maybe you're not a fan of Saturn. We all have our moments and phases with Saturn. Listen, Saturn is the energy, the energy within us, the energy out on the cosmos, right? Like the inner psyche, the cosmic psyche of boundaries, form. So yes, we're spiritual beings and yes, ego dissolution happens and yes, um, there's, you know, reality and reality realities apart from just this reality. And that will be Neptune's domain, right? Allowing us to feel non-material and non-physical energies, entities connecting more with guides, connecting more with ancestors, connecting with our higher self.
But Saturn is form. Saturn is the physical experience and is a very heavy, uh, feeling energy. It can be very difficult and grueling and challenging to be working with Saturn. Yes, but Saturn is where all the wisdom is and all of the accolades and all of the rewards after the challenge is overcome, after the obstacle is completed, after the task is finished, when the homework is done, Saturn instills boundaries, borders, limitations, and restrictions in order to bring out our truth. Because there's a lot of fluff out there, right? There's a lot of sprinkles, there's a lot of false reality, there's a lot of falseness, there's a lot of shade. And this could also be seen as a lower expression of Neptune, right? What did I say before, right? When we dissolve too much or when we dissolve the wrong thing, it can be filled with illusion, with confusion, with non clarity. Things are not clear.
Things are foggy. We don't have the answers, you know? Um., So it's going to be very interesting for Saturn to come in because Saturn at the end of the day, wants truth and only truth. So he will refine, cut, polish, extract, do whatever the energy will have to do in order to bring out the truth of any given situation. And this usually starts, this usually is about us. It's usually about like our inner truth because Saturn also has to do with solitude. Saturn has to do with isolation.
It's very difficult energy. Um, but it is necessary energy in order to quote unquote grow up an adult. So Saturn is associated with Capricorn and Aquarius traditionally. So these are energies that are opposite of cancer and Leo, which are associated with the child. We need to grow out of our, you know, childish, immature, underdeveloped, and, um, unprocessed processes.
It is crucial to remain connected to the inner child, and that's why sometimes Saturn can feel really challenging because it sometimes feels like it just wants to kill the child, right? Um, but that's, that's the lower, unhealthy expression of Saturn.
If we think of the primary myth of Saturn, which just is the Roman counterpart of Cronos, Cronos in ancient Greece. This was the child eater, we know that Kronos tried to eat all of his children so that he can remain in power.
He didn't get to eat Zeus. Long story short, Zeus grew up became strong and overthrew his father, Kronos. But this story, right, this myth when we're looking at mythology and we're, we're looking at archetypes. As I keep saying, these are expressions of human nature, right? Like where they were looking at Rome, ancient Rome, ancient Greece, no matter what culture, no matter what cosmology, in the world, right?
All these mythologies basically depict elemental forces, forces of nature, right? So like, let's say Poseidon and Neptune, who are associated with the oceans. That's the elemental force or the elemental energy of the sea, right? The sea existed before Poseidon and Neptune. It's just the Greeks gave the name Poseidon to describe the sea and its power.
And its energy. And then because we're mirrors for the nature world, right? We are expressions and mirrors for the nature world. These forces also exist within us. So Kronos, quote, unquote, eating children meant that Kronos, first of all means time, right? Uh, linear, physical time, time does quote unquote eat us, because that's one thing we can't have more of and ask more of and wish more of is time.
Time, linear time is running out right for every single one of us, whether we're children, adolescents, or grown adults. So the, the myth of Kronos eating children basically means is that time eats youth, right? The Innocence Youth, which is what the symbol of the child represents, and that's why Saturn or Kronos, they're the same, can feel so painful, difficult, and challenging because it's, it's the energy associated with loss, with letting go, needing to like grow up to adult, right? To go through a very difficult, difficult ordeal that we don't want to deal with normally, but this is where all the growth. Is, this is where all the wisdom will come. This is where all the lessons will come, right? Like we hear the expression, growing pains, you know, to, to grow is to hurt and to hurt is to grow.
That is very Saturnian. That is very much Kronos energy. So all this to say, remember everything I said about Neptune and Aries? This, all this energy will come into Aries. So, but this is only gonna last for three years. 'cause Saturn only transits for about three years per sign. Actually it'll be about two years because we already had Saturn and Aries for a few months.
So give or take a few months, two and a half years, let's say in Aries. So we're gonna have this energy, this very like paradoxical energy of Saturn setting up the boundaries, the borders to extract the truth of the individual. 'cause Aries is the individual. It's the I, it's, it's the I exist. I'm here first sign of the Zodiac, I'm here, I exist, and then once Saturn leaving, Neptune will still be there.
Combining Energies: Neptune and Saturn in Aries
So it's like we're gonna instill some form of truth, you know, in Aries, in the masculine, and then Neptune is going to basically dissolve whatever Saturn may be made too hard, made too rigid, uh, maybe set up the borders too thick, right? Because that's what Saturn can do. This all comes down to individual work, right?
And wherever we are at in our life, it's not one formula for everybody. It also depends on our own natal planets, what we have in Aries, and how our planets will be conversing with Saturn and Neptune. But leave that for today. So all in all I do as far as Saturn and Aries is concerned, this is where I see a lot of men's spaces opening up. 'cause Saturn is, the container is setting up a space, right? Making something tangible and of form. So what do I keep saying over and over again? The masculine is the container. The masculine sets up the safe space for the feminine. So Saturn is that container because Saturn sets up the the borders and the limits, and basically the space for something, for truth to emerge.
So I think it's very resonating with what it is I said last week, and I probably said that last week, because I am feeling that in the ethers, I'm feeling it in my own life, of course. Um, I just think it is time for men to make a very healthy comeback. Men have been in power for generations and centuries, right?
It's not that men lost power, it's just, it's a very tainted, distorted and unhealthy expression of power. We want to see women rise. We want to see women step into their power. We want to feel like we're teammates, right? I know, uh, a lot of women and people in general have it out for the patriarchy. I do foresee this patriarchal energy coming to a close to a finish. Now, I know that's a big statement because let's say there are many, many governments still out there that are, um, not at all looking after their people. Their countries are very corrupt, right? Just looking at their pockets. But with Saturn moving now through Aries with Neptune there as well. We're gonna see massive change. We're gonna see massive shifts collectively. We're gonna see a lot of men stepping up, taking on leadership roles, creating communities, creating spaces, creating safe containers, instilling brotherhood, and also the energy of the warrior. And now we might see two sides to this. We'll probably also see the very unhealthy, distorted expression of the warrior, which is what we've been seeing for generations upon generations with useless wars and again, corrupt governments with their ethnocentric, power tripping agendas, right, causing wars and innocent lives are being lost, innocent lives are being thrown away during these wars. But as I said in some episodes ago, we all have an inner warrior within us, and that would be, let's say, quote unquote Aries energy or the, the symbol of Aries. So we need to cultivate a healthy relationship with our inner warrior because some wars are worth fighting.
And when I say that, I don't mean going to sign up, uh, on the next war that's going on. No certain battles need to be fought, quote unquote, to stand up for what we believe in, to slay our own fears, right? Aries has very much to do with courage and facing fears and overcoming those fears. So we do need to be working and honing our inner warrior energy to get shit done in our daily life.
It's not about starting wars, quote unquote, and starting arguments because you know, we're feisty and we're fiery. It's going to come down to learning how to work with our inner fire, which again, will speak to the Saturn and Neptune journey. Moving through Aries, we're gonna see probably a lot of breath work practice being more prominent and, you know, more a part of daily life.
Breath work is about our inner fire, right? So I made a whole episode about the connection between the breath and the fire because fire is associated with spirit in the alchemical, uh, in the tradition of alchemy fire is spirit and spirit is from the Latin spiritus, which means breath. Pneuma in Greek is spirit, and it comes from the Greek word pnoi. Breath. Prana is the Sanskrit word for life force, and it also means breath. So there is a very strong and, uh, potent correlation between spirituality and let's say spirit and fire and breath. This is why Aries is also very primal. This is also why we see that warrior energy in Aries, 'cause warrior energy is very primal.
So in this world of masculine healing and masculine collective vibration elevation. We're going to see more breath work, we're going to see more primal practices, more about being in the body. Right? Um, like I saw talked about in the last few episodes, men have been raised to be very disconnected from their bodies, thus rendering them very disconnected from their primal natures.
So. All this is changing. Now. All this is going to shift with, uh, Saturn and Neptune moving into Aries. And what's also more so beautiful and poetic and even more confirming is that Saturn and Neptune are gonna make a conjunction in Aries on the very first degree, which again just reiterates this energy of initiation and beginning.
So the very first degree of the very first zodiac sign of the Zodiac O Wheel, we have Saturn and Neptune coming together, and this is going to initiate a whole new cycle. Any two planets come together and any sign, it's the seed, it's the beginning. They come together. The energy of Saturn and the energy of Neptune come to meet.
There is a seeding there, and then as the planets move, that energy will grow. And then we get like the first quarter phase, the opposition, but that's, that's like years ahead, right? So I don't want to get too much into the astrology. It's more about the archetypal meanings. So this is why I wanted to, uh, make today's episode because of what I said last week.
Astrology and Archetypes: Practical Applications
I also have a lot to offer as far as astrology is concerned. My whole alternative, um, path as far as ideologies and belief systems and spirituality started with, um, actually no, not spirituality. I had my spiritual awakening before I started studying astrology. But you know, as far as any form of esotericism, any form of, uh, esoteric school of thought or mystical, mystical school of thought, it did start with astrology and there's so much there as far as archetypes are concerned, masculine and feminine energetics.
You know, you don't have to like astrology or know your birth chart to appreciate the potent archetypal, uh, symbolism that is there because that does serve our psyche. No matter what we know about our birth chart or where the planets were when they were born at, doesn't really matter because we can look at a planet and we can look at the archetype of that planet.
That archetype does exist. Within us. And not because the planet says so, but because that is a part of our human nature. We all have an inner critic slash authoritarian, did I say that right? Someone that gives authority, someone that, um, has authority. So that's our Saturn archetype. We all have an inner teacher, an inner guide. An inner, um, optimist. That's our inner Jupiter.
We all have an inner warrior that's our inner Mars. We all have an inner lover, someone who appreciates beauty, art, the good stuff in life, luxury. That's our inner Venus. We all have a communicator. We, we all communicate a certain way, we all write a certain way. We all, um, move around in our day-to-day a certain way. That's our mercury, right? So again, it doesn't have to be about the planets and your birth chart.
Obviously they're there and they can tell you a lot about who you are and your energy and so on and so forth, but you don't have to necessarily know the astrology in order to apply these archetypal expressions into your own life and livelihood, because that's what these symbols are, and these symbols are archetypes.
And this is the foundation of, let's say, Jungian psychology, right? So when we study the archetypes, whether in myth, whether in the cosmos, whether in cosmology, whether in the stars, the constellations, the planets, whatever archetype we study, that archetype has the potential to reflect that pattern in our, in our own life. So let's say we study a myth of a masculine and a feminine, and something they're moving through that will reflect a pattern in our own life. And now we can dissect, we can look at the psychology of the story in question, the story in our own life happening.
I always say it, I basically say studying astrology and the archetypes is like free psychology. 'cause that's what psychology is, right? It's the patterns of the psyche, it's the logos of the psyche, the logos, a synonym for the logos patterns because it's about instilling some form of order.
Um, we instill some form of order through patterns. And Psyche is the soul. Psyche is our inner world. So by studying patterns, by learning patterns, and by seeing patterns through archetypal stories and so on and so forth, we can, um, we can unlock a lot of potential within ourselves and understand ourselves better.
Conclusion and Call to Action
So I'll leave it here. I think that's enough food for thought. Um. I hope you enjoyed this episode. I'm probably going to talk more about like astrological archetypes as well. I also enjoy the tarot. There's also a lot of potent archetypal, you know, energies and expressions there.
So I think I'm gonna start bringing all this to the space because why not? It's a part of my journey and, uh, there are things to learn. There are things to share. So I hope you're looking forward to Saturn and Neptune in Aries. Because the energies were moving through Pisces, it felt a lot heavier and denser because of all the grieving and the mourning and the letting go we were asked to do.
But it's gonna be very different in Aries. It's not to say that there won't be challenges because the lower expression of Aries is egomania narcissism, uh, pulling tantrums, toddler energy, right? So it's really gonna be about learning how to hone and cultivate that inner fire that's gonna be key to moving through these Aries energies, especially with Saturn there that will be there for the next two and a half years.
So if you're on YouTube, uh, please hit that, like, subscribe. I so greatly appreciate it. Please comment on the video if you liked it. If you have anything you'd like to share about the astrology, I'd love to hear from you. If you're on one of the podcast platforms, you can share the episode.
You can rate the episode, rate the podcast if you're enjoying it. That will really help me out as well. You can send me a message if you'd like to, uh, communicate something to me. I'd love to hear from you as well. All my information is on the YouTube description. My website is temple of fire.car.co. We can work together as far as masculine, feminine, energetics are concerned, masculine embodiment, shadow work, breath work, anything I bring to the space is up for grabs as far as inner work is concerned. For those of you on the podcast, you can find all the information on the podcast, uh, footers. You can also find me on threads as far as social media is concerned. Right now, I'm only on threads, so I'd love to see you over there as well.
