In this episode, we explore the wide and often misunderstood spectrum of spirituality. Spirituality is not one belief system, one religion, or one way of praying. Some connect with God and Jesus energy, others with the Universe, angels ancestors, ascended masters, or teaching like Buddha's. All of it can exist under one spiritual umbrella.
We talk about how extreme or rigid beliefs can distort spiritual truth, how patriarchy shaped what was preserved or erased from spiritual history, and why figures like Mary Magdelene have been misunderstood for centuries. We explore the idea. that the Divine lives within each of us, the soul's journey of growth through experience, and why not all pain.....especially grief, needs to be framed as a "lesson".
We also touch on energy healing including Reiki and other modalities and why openness....not fear...is essential on the spiritual path. Spirituality isn't about being right, it's about remembering that we are all connected.
