Let's begin. Welcome back, Priestess. Okay. Who among us has not had this circumstance happen where you have something happen in your life that either has you emotionally high as a kite or absolutely on the floor devastated and it shows up in your business? Who hasn't had something happen in your business? You sell out an offer or you lose a client or whatever it may be. And that manifests in your emotional state that then manifests back into your business. I am here to offer an empowered third option that is holding your business such that it doesn't break amid big feelings. If you are here, you are a talented healer, feeler, medicine keeper for whom emotions are largely an asset. I would be willing to bet that one of the few times they become a liability is in relation to your business. Let's get into it. Emotions do not disqualify you from leadership, but letting your business live and die by them is not energetic mastery. It's actually a liability. This drop is for all of my fellow mystics who feel deeply and move just as powerfully, no matter what the emotional state is. Because being emotionally attuned doesn't mean being emotionally hijacked. Let me explain. We have all been told to integrate our emotions into our business. Yes. And your emotional prowess is absolutely an asset in your own personal transformation, certainly in your client work, in your creative state. However, if and when your client's revenue, visibility, launches, sales, bottom line, business trajectory overall spirals because your inner world shifts, that's not integration. Now we're dealing with entanglement. When an alternative, true emotional integration means that at any given time you can be in a feeling state without flailing. You can pause to center yourself, integrate, reflect, whatever, without disappearing. You can still be in an embodied state of leadership while also mid process. You already know this is not about bypassing, rather, this is about capacity. This is about, and I use this metaphor often, wielding a swift sword of discernment. We've all heard the data out there that the average emotion actually lasts mere seconds. They are so fast and fleeting. And what we often misinterpret as the actual emotion are the minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, thereafter said emotion has run its course, in which we are meaning-making. You already know if you drop your business to be fully in your meaning making, because you're spinning it as integrating an emotion, your business will probably never recover, much less gain or maintain momentum. When the alternative looks like this, so imagine I was thinking about this on my walk this morning. Imagine you're holding an old-fashioned scale with one scale dish on one side and a second scale dish on the other. One side is your emotional experience, and the other side is your business, your business reality. You're not mashing them together. You are holding both simultaneously, skillfully, actually somewhat serenely, because you have cultivated the ability to zoom out and truly hold, see, honor, witness both for the gravity that they bring. And of course, we're talking about a scale. These two inform one to the other. Absolutely. And as much as our emotions matter, yours do not get to hijack your sacred work. And what a very real human thing that all of us have fallen prey to at some point along this journey is having fleeting, mere second-long emotion inform big picture, lasting decisions. And my invitation here in this drop to you today is stretching and cultivating your capacity to increasingly avoid that exact thing happening, in which you're making massive business and lifelong decisions from an emotion that came and went 30 minutes ago. And now we've got to deal with the repercussion of not the emotion, but the decision made in the meaning-making state, right? So in the ever practice of overcoming duality, when we apply this to emotions in your business at any given moment, and I know you have been here, and let me highlight this as a superpower and the norm, if not what actually every long-term business owner is aspiring to. The ability to, yes, be crying, and you're also in a state of creating. Yes, be in delivery mode while also keenly aware of a sense of doubt. While you are mid-process, you're still able to post your freaking offer because your emotions matter, and you are unwilling to let their fleeting magic make irrevocable impact into your business. We were talking about this in the Voxer, one of the Voxer group chats of the Fire of Transformation Mastermind today, following our mastermind call yesterday, in which one of the women was sharing that for the past several weeks, the past month, she had been in this particular like emotional funk and you know, really holding that while also that's your favorite term in this audio drop takeaway, while also being in aligned action-taking mode on behalf of her business, such that on the heels of a few weeks of this emotional wave, she now has a stand store with, I don't know, half a dozen new digital products and bump offers and this whole new product suite that she's created. While being acutely with her emotion, integrating and not shutting everything else down. I actually recorded an audio drop speaking to that exact precision point that was speaking to being in your like becoming state does not equal bypassing. In our work together, we don't wait to be fully healed or fully complete with the emotion or whatever the thing is to move because we're integrating through the action. So the action taking actually becomes a means of metabolizing what I call the muchness. Let me say that again. Your action taking becomes a means of metabolizing the muchness. And now you've just taken an emotional experience and made it an asset as opposed to a liability. Because the emotional waves will come. That's the divine feminine of you and your business. The emotional waves will come and the tide and the ebb and the flow and the crashing and the receding and so on and so forth, while also in the overcoming duality state, you are also holding the masculine frame, in which you are also the steady, like, I've got this gravity foundational, holding it down, shoreline. You are both at any given time versus swinging wildly between the two. You can feel, even in like how I'm talking about this, you can feel how one of those would have your business in this completely erratic, imbalanced, on off, really um certainly disintegrated and this like state of upheaval versus wow, this like embodied container that's always holding any ebb and flow that might be happening slightly off screen because the emotional waves will come, and you are also the steady shoreline. This is you as the divine feminine and divine masculine in your business. My clients and I do not ghost our business when we have a hard day. That does not mean we don't take what we need and take the time that we need and have support and one another on speed dial and so on and so forth. My clients are seen and supported and they keep moving in this mature, embodied I've got this knowing, as opposed to being taken all the freaking way out when emotion comes. This is healing the lag time between experiencing emotion and taking aligned action, just like that client example I gave, such that, okay, a month in, she, this client that I mentioned is now on the other side of this emotional experience, expression. And also, oh, tada has a whole new product suite on her stance tour, ready to go, versus going so far all into the meaning-making post-emotion state that everything else gets put on hold. Micro and macro decisions are made from a fleeting, already complete emotional state. And then later she's coming too and has to figure out this like, where was I? What's happening with my business now moment. You can hear, you can feel the difference there when you learn to heal the lag time between emotion and aligned action without bypassing, without losing momentum, without losing time, without losing opportunity, without making lasting decisions based on a fleeting emotional state that has already come and gone. That now we've got, now we've got other emotions coming up when we realize the outcome of the decisions that we made in the heat of that emotional moment, right? So this is the integration invitation. This is sustainability in your business. This is arriving in a state of like emotional maturity in your business, so that you're also increasingly adept at less meaning making, not even of the emotion anymore, but in your business. It's this like keep it moving energy and momentum that again never devalues your very real human experience, but alternatively does what I call metabolizes the muchness via your aligned action. So I could go on. I love talking about this. I love the like growth edge that this yields, where I can either fall total prey to my emotions, like one of those blow-up gumby things flailing around in the wind on a car lot, or I can increasingly hold it all and separate out to a degree the business, the like keep it moving business discernment via emotion as an asset, not a liability. It comes down to what do I do with it? What do I do with it? The more emotionally attuned, express, integrated you are, the more you need these strong energetic and logistical standards in your business because your business deserves to be truly held, not haunted by your emotional state.
