Because your sacred work isn't just business, it's business and being. Let's begin. Welcome back, Priestess. This is a completely impromptu drop today. I'm basically live streaming coming in hot. And of course, as soon as I hit record, cue the landscaping crew, which is actually going to make sense in just a moment. So know that that's the context. I have in the last couple of hours had a just dreamy, long-overdue catch up on Zoom with a dear friend and former mastermind client who she actually was in the very first round of Fire of Transformation three years ago this fall, which is wild to me. But as you do, we covered freaking full spectrum of topics in terms of relationship, dating, partnership, masculine, feminine, polarity, the revolution inside the coaching industry, business, clarity coming from the ick in your business, which that's going to be a future drop, and so on. And something that came up that I have been so reflective on for much of this past year is the concept of reverence. Before we get into that, really quickly, so Adrian, if you're listening to this, which I hope you are, thank you for tuning in. You will know exactly what I'm about to refer to. Everybody here, Mystics, you will understand this in your own way. But every time Adrian and I connect, there is some noise situation. And I, in all of my metaphor-making prowess, this one largely eludes me. So if you have an idea on this, absolutely hit me up. But essentially, every time Adrian and I try to do a joint live Instagram together, hop on a Zoom, have a conversation, truly the universe becomes cacophonous. Landscapers, fire, we had a fire alarm go off once trying to do an Instagram live and so on. So this all actually makes perfect sense in my mind that I'm sharing an outtake from our conversation. So I want to bring into your conscious awareness in relationship to your business, sure, but also your whole freaking life, the phenomenon that is reverence. So take a moment here to the degree that you're able, you can pause this, you can just close your eyes if that's an option, and feel into what reverence means to you. What does reverence mean to you? What does it feel like energetically? What does it feel like to you physically? And I have been exploring this deeply in reflection over the last, I don't know, year, specific to business, because we often hear this expression how you do one thing is how you do everything. And yes, naturally, and also the invitation as not just a spiritual business owner and entrepreneur, but also a spiritual aspirant, a spiritual practitioner, and then certainly as a spiritual being, the invitation is to hold it all with reverence. Again, absolutely your business and your entire freaking life. And I will continue to repeat that because that bridge is critical to this exploration. Because it's very difficult to have reverence in just little fractions, little fractals of your life, and not have reverence for the entire multidimensionality that is your life, including and not limited to your business. I have a theory, a sneaking suspicion, that a reason you and fellow spiritual entrepreneurs may have a bit of push-pull relationship with reverence when it comes to your work and your business is because it's actually confronting, if not outright terrifying, to consider the gravity of the work that you are here to do. It's interesting. I almost there said the power. The power is terrifying and overwhelming and so on. And that actually, I think, risks diminishing what I'm getting at. Because yes, we know your work is powerful. Yes, we know you are a powerful being in the world, and then certainly in stewarding your business. However, when we feel to reverence as holding the gravity, what that brings forward for me is a great responsibility. And I don't know about you, but seems to me the human condition is generally speaking pretty averse to responsibility. Like if you feel into that word, that's a completely different frequency, right? Who among us needs more responsibility? Actually, freaking nobody. No thank you, right? My niece has taken, she's two, has taken to saying no thank you. And it's the most graceful dismissal of anything that she doesn't wish to participate in. And that's my initial and likely your initial response reaction to the just like laborious weight of responsibility. Whereas I'm exploring reverence not as a laborious weight, but as this like really sacred gravity, this initiation, this calling that goes so much deeper than like, oh, cute hair toss, what's my purpose on earth? Put it on a vision board level stuff. You can even hear my voice change and talking about it. Like the reverence of your life has a weight to it, and not the kind that drags you down, rather the kind that anchors you to the literal and metaphorical center of the earth and yourself and outwards through the crown of your head, equally anchoring you to all that is beyond the capital M mystery. Okay, obviously, we could go down that path of exploration, which would get metaphysical and mystical and trippy and great. If you want more of that, maybe come to my yoga class in Atlanta, Georgia. However, for today, I want to bring this in a little bit more specifically to business. And again, we can look at this in part through the lens of how you do one thing is how you do everything. I am certain that you approach your spiritual practice, ceremony, ritual, probably relationship, partnership, with a tremendous gravity. There's an honoring of that, right? The reverence in that is just this like awe-inducing state of wow, this isn't precious, like this isn't something precious to hold in my hand and hope nothing happens and nothing is damaged or hurt. But rather, this just near overwhelming awe that you actually get to have this life that you're having, that you actually get to have this spiritual practice, ceremony, ritual, partnership, relationship that you're having. And the women who I work with apply this same level of reverence to their business. There is a period I find earlier in the business journey that is very much a push-pull, like avoidant, anxious, disorganized attachment with your business. That's like, I love, I hate it. It's it's completely an extension of me, but also it's not me. This really like one foot in, one foot out dynamic that truly is the antithesis of reverence. Reverence is non-negotiable, meaning it doesn't negotiate with you. Reverence does not negotiate with you, nor does it permit half-ass. If you've ever been in a truly conscious relationship, one characteristic may have been that neither party permitted half-ass. Like it's it's not in the lexicon. We don't speak that language, it's not an option, right? When you arrive to this state of relating to your business, every possible wall dissolves that previously was resistance. This is not to say you don't still experience resistance in your business and like refining how you're working in the minutia, in the logistics, in the 3D. But what reverence does is dissolve any wall between you and your business as an entire lifelong ceremony itself. When you bring this piece in as quite possibly the like missing piece of the pie chart, if the bulk of your life, 90% of the rest of your life, is held in reverence, is held with this like awe-inducing gravity, and you apply that finally to your business. It is not only this like palpable collective celestial exhale, like like literally whom or whatever it is that's beyond us, is like grasping hands watching you from the unseen, like, yes, now, like she's got it. She's got it. Gang's all here. Now things will unfold as intended. And this applies on every micro to macro thing, action that you may take in your sacred work. So this is as an example, preparing for calls like their ceremony, writing content not by a slight remix to whatever Chat GPT might have like thrown out that day. Rather, writing content as if you are channeling across timelines, which you are. This is keeping your word to your business like it is not just your most trusted client, but you yourself. And so it invites, if not outright, demands a self-honoring, a profound self-honoring that I think also follows into low-key terrifying in the gravity of what this is. Because in this point in the relationship, now your business is expecting you to meet it. This is like if you're in a confronting conscious relationship, there's no more like, here's a word for you all that's been in my lexicon. There's no more cagey. Or if there is, it is as quickly like diminished and metabolized as it arrived. There's no like keeping one eye on the exit ramp type stuff. There's no more one foot in, one foot out, because your business is now holding you to your highest standard. Yes, that can be somewhat consciously or unconsciously terrifying until it's not. And the until it's not, when it's not, becomes among your top, I don't know, top 10 most liberating initiations of your entire life. Another example. Selling from scarcity. Like that obviously is not the frequency that you are cultivating any lifelong soul extension body of work with gravity and reverence. Rather, you're selling is because, frankly, at a point, it's disrespectful to yourself and the spirit of your business to not share your soul work. Let that land. Let that land. So, reverence is an integrity in your entire field of how you move within your business. Spiritual business gets such a bad rap because people are like, oh, I'll just be over here cultivating integrity, or oh, I'll just be over here all the way off this end of the spectrum, quote, working on alignment or feeling all the things. Great. We need you to swing back in the pendulum back more to the middle so that all of that's happening in your field via action. And I actually spoke about this in a different way in the drop before this, that's regarding feelings as asset liability or a secret third thing. So if this is piquing your interest, absolutely go back to the previous drop. This reverence in practice is how you actually authentically on a frequency level, some would say quantum, are finally embodying the living vibration that is finally a match for the level of client, revenue, legacy, and impact that you previously had only said you were here for while trying all of these like superficial jujitsu moves to like patch the leaks. I've got all the metaphors for you today. This is what happens when these are super spontaneous and the most live with the like guy with the leaf blower outside my window. So this is how you actually become the mythical match for everything that you intellectually are saying you're creating in your business. This is a bridge that my clients cross, and it's a one-way bridge. There's no going back. Once you embody this, there is no going back in the most exquisite exhale. Holy moly, she has freaking arrived. This is the point direction. Because until this, you can try, and you may temporarily succeed with any possible short-term strategy. You can try every fix, everyone else's method, more certifications, modalities, marketing platforms, price points, fill in the blank. All of that is white noise. All of that is white noise until you arrive in a state of 360-degree full body core to the center of the earth and the allness reverence that is felt, that is palpable. Rather, clients who are also on this level such that they hold themselves with reverence. And through that reverence, approach, hold, and fully meet your work and you with a reverence as well. Adrian and I were talking about being so done with like an extractive, overgiving business model. Free this and that all the time, like bodies of work with no skin in the game, just this like real imbalanced, overgiving at a point, at a point, dynamic. Whereas when you find yourself in this embodied state of reverence, that felt frequency is undeniable and in the best possible way, straight up repellent to people who are not on that level. If someone is coming to you for a quick fix or some pedestaling, or some attachment something, or I don't know what else, imbalance. The alternative when you arrive at a full embodied state of reverence is reverence meets reverence. These are people who are not sleeping on calls, these are people who are not having their client breach their boundary, and then that snowballs into breaching yours. These are clients who honor with loving discipline their time, energy, resources, investments. So you can hear, and I trust you can feel the gravity of the reverence that I'm talking about and the gravity of this phenomenon and invitation to you. Nearly all of my clients arrive at this either in the experience of our working together or as a prerequisite. If you are not yet there, let me report from your future. It stands to change your entire experience. Yes, of your business and your entire life in every possible direction. In a state of reverence, your entire business is the temple. You are a priestess. What does a priestess do? She tends the temple. Day in, day out, rain, shine, flame goes out, it's relit. This is life as devotion. Your leadership. Is a form of this devotion. And embodying the state of reverence arguably becomes your, for a quite 3D expression, strategic advantage. And when you treat your business like it is truly capital S sacred, not a maybe, then everyone who is made to be a co facilitator in your sacred work in the world rises to hold the gravity with you.
