I just hung up a one-on-one client call inside of Fire Transformation Mastermind and can't not share this story with you. So I have been in deep reflection, honestly, for the last couple of years around business maturity and want to hit you first with this truth that I have landed on. Business maturity is not a finish line. Rather, it's a frequency. Let me repeat that. Business maturity is not a finish line. Rather, it is a frequency. And you don't step into it when you hit a certain number. Rather, you decide to hold it now, to refine instead of endlessly coasting, to call in your mastery and actually consciously embody it over just maintaining over good enough, over the same year on repeat, the same maybe slithery, stealthy stalling pattern on repeat. Instead, you step forward stridently to lead your business instead of letting it passively orbit you. So this is such a pattern with such a powerful breakthrough portal that I see with clients time and time again. This shows up in mastermind clients often once they have just gotten sick, absolutely timed all the way out on whatever the former version of themselves was that was certainly having okay enough business until she decides I'm done with okay enough. Okay enough is not my identity. I'm here for something much more in both depth and breadth. So if this is an edge that you might be yourself facing, confronting, stepping through at this very moment, I can't wait to share this with you. So oftentimes there are two pretty distinct paths. And in now a near decade of working explicitly in business with my fellow mystical entrepreneurs, I see path one often looking like repeating what works. This is safe, in air quotes. This is seemingly familiar, likely successful, like you're doing fine, and things are pretty good, and you'll have some high months, and we celebrate and all of the things. And you're also capped, like this kind of pervasive energy of this is good, but a little shoulder shruggy. Like this, this is good, but also this isn't it. Like you're working too hard for this minimum to keep repeating itself. And it certainly doesn't stand a chance in matching the mastery you have cultivated in your spiritual prowess, in your expertise, in your spiritual embodiment. So that's option one, oftentimes, is the repeating what works. Contrast that, and you can even like feel into that very sludge-like energy. Contrast that to business maturity. And this is a deepening and a maturing of what works. I had, I think it was year before last, a mentor at the time say to me, This is your year of business maturity. And holy mother, she was right. And I took at that point unprecedented ownership and responsibility for myself and my business, and made changes, evolution, implementations that year that are still continuing to unfold in their impact. So the maturing option looks like investing in and prioritizing ecosystem building. This is so just categorically different from one offer at a time or the like, what do I post as a whole strategy, right? And I know you're tired of that too if you're listening to this. Business maturity also looks like co-creation and it looks like community. So it's because at a point you actually outgrow the falsehood, the illusion of trying to do it by yourself. You actually get bored trying to do it by yourself when you know that the alternative in sisterhood, in sacred circle, in community is this magical mirror effect that amplifies what you can come up with on your own 100fold and holds you all the while you create, implement, and then inevitably celebrate the outcome. Feel into those two different paths: the repeating what works versus the business maturity. And you can feel there is a gravity to the maturity, there's a reverence to the maturity, there is a growth potential to the maturity versus an often very passive maintaining good enough settlingness. And the latter is where most business owners who I see stall in that their success, yes, they have success, but it stays static. The clients I work with who blow their minds with their expansion are the ones who mature what already works. There's a great degree of self-preservation in this as well. This is certainly in part a working smarter, not harder. And in the context of having cultivated profound self-trust, they leverage their body of work into something that is cohesive, it's magnetic, it's legacy driven as opposed to recreating every month or three months or every time there's a client panic or a revenue dip, right? So contrasting those two paths feel into where you stand today and where you desire to stand. And I want to be clear here. We have all at some point in time been in the repeating what works. There's a refinement that happens in that place that is very important. And also, I am here in my actual literal job to remind you that that is not the end. That's a little like alchemical pit stop that prepares you for where you're actually meant to be going once you arrive into a place and a state of business maturity that, as mentioned, also is anchored in very deep, carefully cultivated self-trust. So the client who I just hung up with inside her monthly one-on-one of Fire of Transformation Mastermind came to me two years ago, possibly this month. Actually, I believe it was exactly two years ago this month, because she did not have a product suite and she felt like her business was, in her words, this near unwieldy octopus with all sorts of things happening separately one from the other and was feeling scattered, overwhelmed, chaotic, and ineffective. Again, it was good enough, right? It was successful enough. She was making probably a six-figure year. And also behind the scenes, nothing was mutually amplifying. It was like running half a dozen micro businesses all under one roof. So this client came to me two years ago this month for an intensive. We started with a single month together in an intensive to map out her product suite within that month's time, surprising no one. She naturally joined Fire of Transformation Mastermind, which was then a live launch six-month model, which sidebar how amazing that my clients get to witness in real time my own business maturity. Because as I've spoken to on this audio drops channel before, that then live launch six-month offer is now evergreen year-long. So back to this client. The soul of her business is also expanding into such that she is not only trademarking her offer, she has also restructured into an S-corp, which both of which are absolutely worth celebrating in their own right, and is primed to continue to sell out this launch again and again and again, with very clear, simplified, cohesive, organized funnel system that we have created, cohesive marketing plan that makes all of this make beautiful sense for her dream clients, 22 of whom are inside this new offer. On our one-on-one, I sat there on Zoom and said just those exact words that my mentor had said to me also two years prior. This is your year of business maturity. This is your listener year of business maturity. There is not a rec prerequisite. If there is a prerequisite, rather, it's that you decide. You decide and move with this bird of prey-esque swift strike of devotion. I just today sent out an email to a segment of my list, and I believe the subject line was something along the lines of birds of prey, know hesitation is a power leak. Nature knows that hesitation is a power leak. Certainly, you, priestess, know that hesitation is a power leak. So in celebrating this particular client's year of business maturity and your potential year of business maturity to come, I do want to make it clear that this is not about hustling harder. In fact, that's the least that we do here. We actually optimize away from hustle mode. Further celebration in that client summary I'm speaking to here is social is marketing beyond social media. So this is very much a self-preservation, smarter, not harder, really honoring your energy as strategy. This is about refining your business as a living long-term frequency and spirit in its own right. So there's very much a nourishing, nurturing, robustness sense that comes forward the moment you decide to step into your own business maturity. I do want to share a couple of client sound bites here from things that clients have said to me over the years, sometimes when they are booking in, sometimes in their just aha moments of revelation and awe at what they themselves are creating in our beautiful sacred circle out of thin air. So business maturity can sound like this. And these are all quotes from various people across years of working together. Someone said, This launch isn't a fluke, it's who I am now. I'm not scrapping what I've built, I'm deepening it. Business maturity also sounds like I don't just want support, I want to be reflected in a room of mastery. Someone else said, I'm ready to hold my business like the legacy it's becoming. Additional clients here. I love this one. It's so much more fun to not go it alone. Yes, it's an absolute freaking blast. It simplifies things, it absolutely condenses time. You're not just in this quicksand quagmire party of one of question marks. I love alliteration. Of course, it's so much more fun to not go it alone. Another client, I'm not waiting until there's nothing on my plate to make my dreams come true. I want to reread that one because I know exactly who said that. And that client booked in at her quote, otherwise busiest time of year when nothing about joining the mastermind would have made sense, logically or logistically. And she said, quote, I'm not waiting until there's nothing on my plate to make my dreams come true. As an aside, that client is truly, actually, exactly today launching her first full round of her signature program that is spinning off of her published best-selling book. Another client said signing up for a year is the obvious choice. Six months isn't enough because we're just getting started. So that person was referring to when the mastermind back in the day. Let's honor her and her process, was six-month live launch model. And again, when we work together, you at any given time are witnessing my entire behind the scenes, my own journey with business maturity alongside of that of all of the other women inside. So at any given moment, everyone is making decisions, speaking to them, sharing the process together, all reflecting back to one another and very much, yes, inspiring and more so affirming the forward momentum available when you decide to step into business maturity. Now, that's all well and good. If we were just talking about strategy and logistics, I could conclude this audio drop here. However, I would never sell you that short. Of course, there is a rich spiritual layer in that at any given time, you are not starting your next era. You are simply remembering who you are and what you are here to steward. So you're already matured in your business more than you realize, and it's just the beginning. What is needed now, oftentimes, is integration, not in a vacuum. This is not let me go peel off and quote unquote integrate in a closet for the next six to 12 months and then come back. Rather, let us save you months, years of your life when you integrate with us together. So, what's needed now, oftentimes, is integration, structure, putting what you already have in place into this very intelligent ecosystem that has this like working technology of its own, coupled with the powerful momentum to expand it. This is the long-term strategy that I speak to that meets energetic embodiment coupled with self-leadership and conducted with spiritual citizenship. And it's time to start embodying it as such, treating it as such, and then you are held as such.
