Casual, I know. Not a chance. Not a chance. Tomorrow, February 17th, 2026, is not only new moon, not only eclipse in Aquarius, but completion of the year of the snake and the beginning of the year of the fire horse in Chinese astrology. It for the yogis among us is Mahashiva Ratri. It is Mardi Gras. It is the first night of Ramadan and on and on and on. You can hear across so many practices, cultures, lineages in the skies and on earth, everything is subject to change in a flash. In a flash. And there is nothing but initiation, portal, threshold, slingshotting yourself available here for you. Yes, in your business and in your entire life. So let's get into it. Everything is subject to change. And with that, ditto, the sense or lack thereof, you have of aliveness in your sacred work. This past weekend was Valentine's Day. And I actually love it this holiday as meaningless as it is on the hallmark level, but because it is in my mind so adjacent to M Bulk as this new life, color, whimsy, anew coming back online as dormant, frozen, beleaguered internal winter starts to thaw. And the fact that we have all of this happening together this week as we tip into Year of the Fire Horse, Pisces season, on and on and on together is not lost on me. And with Valentine's in the recent rear view, your turn on, your sense of arrows, aliveness, palpable life force in your business actually gets to be part of your sacred responsibility to yourself and to your sacred work to really intentionally amplify and cultivate. Because, and I talked about this in the most recent drop. If you missed that, absolutely go back and take a listen. It is called horny for your holy work. And I'm talking about where is the spark? Where is the spark? Because this is a responsibility for you because you are in sacred relationship with the spirit of your business. This is not just this heavy resource project, strategy, to-do list that you were absolutely head over heels with at one point in time. This is among the most incredible relationships within your spiritual practice that you get to cultivate. And we're gonna dive into all of this deeply today, but you already know if things are gotten are a little stale, if things have gotten a little stagnant, I say shoulder shruggy, passive, there's a degree of maybe stealthy resignation, a foot that, you know, things are okay, things are good, and they're just good. When actually, and especially as we tip into Year of the Fire Horse, you get to be creating and living inside this entity, this spirit that is utmost aliveness at any given time. This is also gonna touch on leadership, which my clients are nothing if not powerhouse leaders. So we are gonna get deep into that as well. Let's start with the level you're actually at. If you are listening, chances are you have been at least somewhat familiar with my work, maybe for a moment. Welcome if that's the case. And I work primarily with established visionary, oracle, priestess leaders in their fields. Rarely am I working with someone brand new to your spiritual business and creation. Because you are in your mastery, some of you are 10 years, 15 years more along in your business, in your creative work, because of that, you are easily a master at your modalities. I just this past weekend actually had a conversation in the car with a very dear friend and multi-business owner, an artist in her own right, who was laughing about after all of these years of being in business, still having this kind of knee-jerk reaction that, oh, I need another certificate to actually be legitimate. Oh, I should forever go back to school. And don't get me wrong, I would be in school for the rest of my life if I could make it make sense. But that isn't a prerequisite at where you are now. And I'm actually gonna go as far as to say this also, business-wise, is not a need for different strategy. Certainly not a need for you to go hop in your 111th social media group program, right? You've done the inner work, you understand strategy, you know how to show up, and you have really tended and built something hearty and known and impactful and real. And yet, and yet, because you have been at your work for as long as you have, strategy can feel more laborious than it used to, more distracting. Effort can feel heavier, and perhaps returns, results, revenue feels a little less compelling. Like these they feel flatter than what your capacity is so very vastly able to hold. You already know this is not because you need more tactics and what a freaking relief. No, we're not doing more tinkering. That's not it. That was years ago for you. This, where you currently are, is what happens when there is a disconnect, a distortion between your business, how it has currently manifested, and your leadership maturity. And this touches on the turn-on piece because in the leadership maturity is that sacred responsibility to stoke the fire, to fan the flames of desire in and around your business. Because things can get flat fast and it can sneak up on you. And it's absolutely a drag when what was the just light that's your sacred work becomes the equivalent of a day job, except now you just have a funkier schedule. Right? This is your threshold. This is your threshold. And I say welcome to that because this is so common. And I see this with so many of my clients who are brilliant and certainly master where they have been creating all this time. Let's talk about why strategy stops working. Because strategy works beautifully until it doesn't. Strategy holds that masculine frame, that direction, that grounded, that anchored, that um foundational piece within which your divine feminine energetics get to flow and create and create that turn on, right? Because you are held by the masculine frame. And at a certain level, more strategy, more optimizing to use some bro marketing language, more what else should I try really becomes distortion. And it's a distraction. And when you get really real with yourself, you know that. You know that because that's not the thing, it's not a strategy problem. Rather, this is a leadership, coherence, and turn on initiation. Because fire, heading into year of the fire horse, fire does one of two things. It's either going to forge what you have already created further or absolutely incinerate it. And the eclipse, holy moly, is going to highlight that in a flash. I love that for you. I love that for you and I both, because that's what we're here for is ever, ever, ever incinerating anything that is not capital T true. Sometimes that's gonna look like old ways that we used to do things, old compulsions. Oh, let me just hop in another social media program, right? When that's not the answer, it never is. And the blessing of this is you get to turn towards stoking that spark as your new baseline because it used to be. However, when it used to be, you were on a different level, you were in your kind of tutelage phase, perhaps. And you have very much matured into a state of mastery in relationship to your sacred work, and now the turn on has to get to also. This is where we get into, and I talk about it like this turn on as leadership intelligence, turn on as a responsibility, as I mentioned, that we get to really foster in order to keep this business alive because it's relational. There's a spirit here, it's not just you in a vacuum, as much as it can feel like that sometimes, right? So when the aliveness, the life force feels flat, it kind of goes offline, it's okay enough. I call it shoulder shruggy, it's stagnant, whatever. The business is going to follow. And now we're spiraling and crashing out. When our desire, our purpose is to spiral down into the thing, up and out again, as the alchemist that we are. Without the turn on, you already know this, but decision making is such a slog, like something that you could theoretically make a call on in a flash when you're in that sacred state of discernment now might take all day, days, all week, all month to make a decision. I see that happening. Visibility gets kind of flat. This often passive push-pull with being seen, with sharing and creating on social media, with even diversifying marketing beyond social, that can get a little dull. As a result, your authority flattens. So now it takes even that much more energy to come back and kind of, you know, CPR the thing back to life again. And then surprising no one, the results, the revenue, your overall returns are lagging behind as well. All of this compounds, you can hear it in my voice, to create some really painful evidence. And that's when you're caught saying it's not working. And we've all said it's not working. And there's great news. This is actually a really empowered, easy repair. This is a quick fix. This is also something that this eclipse is going to blast light on the second it passes. So we're gonna get real dark tomorrow, real quick. New moon eclipse, and then bam, blasted blindingly with light and fire horse fire that's just gonna keep growing and blazing at us until all of this that I've been speaking to is out of your system, out of your operating system, out of your energetic system. So bring it when it comes to exposing distortion and incoherence. Freaking bring it because only then on the other side are we actually going to get really, really clear and return to that sacred state of life force generation and creation. Okay, I have an example for you. So last week, well, maybe in the last 10 days, but certainly in the first half of February, because I'm recording this on February 16th, I had two brand new mastermind clients come in, booked for the year. No back and forth about it, no needing to sit with it for days or weeks at a time, just very clear in their visions. This is what I want to do for the next year. This is what I want to create. I want to do it in this really powerful, mystical, hive mind think tank that fire of transformation is. So two women just like that stepped into the mastermind in the last probably 10 days, I would say. What was I doing? I was not in live launch mode. I don't really do that anymore. I run the mastermind on an evergreen model. And it's actually like the completion of my funnel. So you rarely are you just hopping straight into the mastermind. I was not overhauling messaging. I was actually posting about Valentine's Day in Lover Girl, witty lover girl season. I was not adding new tactics or tinkering with my back end stuff. I wasn't increasing output posting every day, nothing like that. My strategy did not change. My energy and coherence had. My energy and coherence had changed. I'm a bit prematurely seasonally aligned. So like I go dark for winter when it's technically still fall. And then I'm certainly over here emerging a little early around in bulk, around Valentine's, which is also why I love it. Pre-spring. So we are still over a month out from spring technically. And no matter, I'm over here in the energy of turn on. That made me and my work that already exists in its structure, in its masculine frame, magnetic to these dream clients that just came in. Fantastic. Also, what I'm speaking to in here is leadership, devotion, energetic congruence with what I have already created. I have a client who's actually launching right now and just went from zero to 60. We changed nothing about the launch. Like, what a freaking relief. Everyone here who live launches, you know the tendency, like in the middle, the arc of the launch when things get quiet. The like knee-jerk reaction to get in there and change things and move things around and add this and post that and do a new email sequence and all of these things. No.

None of that for this client that's currently launching, zero to 60, I am telling you, all we changed was energetics. She caught this really stealthy asterisk that was actually running programming, that it will be more work the more people she got into this program. That it would be more work if she got more and more people into this program. And when we set eyes on that, caught it, alchemized it real fast, the floodgates opened up in her launch and in this offer, and it is selling entirely energetic. Now, I also want to be real clear here because what I am not encouraging is a total pendulum swing to almost like feminine business energetics gone too far where you just take ritual bats and orgasm all day, and then here come the clients, which yes, there's something to that, but not all that, only that all the time. First things first, you've got to get the spark back anyway. The turn on, the distortion removed that tells you where you're at is great, and you just have to settle and be happy because that is all that there is for you. Let me report from your future. That is not all that there is for you. My eagle eyes on your business energetics stands to change everything. This is part of my magic that I do with my clients, whether you're intensive, one-on-one, or fire transformation mastermind with me. This is the energetic dexterity that we get into once you have the structure in place, the strategy in place. We've done the market research, we've done all of the offer, launch, marketing, diversified marketing, bells and whistles. Then the energetics, that's the final completion piece where you are at currently, you get to mature that because the energetics that got you here through year and year of the snake need not be the same energetics that will carry you through year of the fire horse. Fire horse will not have it. I don't know if you have spent any time around horses or had the chance to ride, even just occasionally recreationally. But whether or not you actually have, you'll understand what I'm talking about. Horses are so sensitive and they are entirely trust-based. Meaning, if the trust isn't there, you're SOL. Any subtle change of pressure or motion that say you move an inch, now you've just taken a 90-degree turn as far as the horse manifest your intention forward. So year of the fire horse is a little goes a long way when it is done with the precision of leadership, structure, and energetics. Please do not enter year of the fire horse in a state of low-key, subtle distortion, settling, certainly not kidding yourself with what you desire versus what is actually in your reality, because year of the fire horse will compound that, and you will not be pleased. The alternative is real precision and discernment in your leadership, in your energetics, layered with your refined strategy, all of this that now matches your level of mastery. Now we're in congruence. Now we're in a state of turn on. Now your results actually match your mastery. Now your revenue actually matches your mastery. You're 10 years in, you're 15 years in. You don't need another year on repeat to show, like, well, guess I made it another year. I've talked about that a lot in mentorship and other jobs. This resignation of like, wow, if I can just make this work one more year, that is a brutal way to live. And honestly, you're here for so much more in your business and your being. So, to my example of enrolling two new mastermind clients just in the last 10 days, one of them paid in full. These are both, you know, year-long uh multi-five-figure investments on their part. I didn't change the strategy. I didn't post 10 times a day. I didn't compulsively join a new social media marketing program. Rather, doubled down on my leadership, my devotion, my energetics layered on top of what already exists that I spent time on. Certainly spent time on getting that strategy how I wanted it. Transitioning from live launch to evergreen, transitioning from six month programming to a year, and so on. This isn't manifestation theater. This is not just sit in a dark closet, get your energy right. This just falls from the sky. No, because like any relationship, the good stuff is in the co-creation. The like juice, the arrows of it, the what you're here for is in the co-creation. It's collaborative, it's relational. Which brings us to business as ritual, which if you're here, you definitely know. This is and has been my worldview on spiritual business since I started mentorship, which is nearly a decade ago. I've been teaching for 15, 15, 16 years this summer and mentoring slightly less than that after folks started increasingly coming to me. This was exclusively yoga teachers at the time. How do I do this? How do I do that? How do I get into endorsements, sponsorships, retreats, all manner of things? And thus mentorship was born. I was with a teacher at the time deeply studying alchemy and the psychology of ritual. Hence, my commitment to experiencing my and your business as a ritual. At this level, where you're at, years, decade, 15 years more in your business. Business leadership and being are not separate. They're integral. You are no longer toggling between spiritual practice over here, strategy over here, visibility push-pull over here. This is all integrated. It's all ritual. And now you've just reduced so much friction for yourself from being in this like mask-on, mask-off state in your life to embodying the entirety, the 360 degrees, and then some of your sacred work as an extension of you, through which everything we do is a ritual, through which we really change, reclaim the power of your business and how it communicates to your system versus that stealthy resignation that I mentioned at the top of this drop. From there, now you're creating velocity because you can compound that energetically. Now the results, the return, the revenue actually match your mastery. It's all on the level that is exactly where you are at now. Not you being in mastery over here, but business is a year, two years, five years behind, right? And again, this is not from more effort or execution. This is you breathing fire, fanning the flames of the turn on in your business, embodying the leadership to do that, holding it as a responsibility that it is. This is what I call the work beneath the work, because this is what remains. This is what is certainly unseen, very subtle and incredibly impactful that lies beyond the strategy of the offer, the marketing, the messaging, the systems, all of the things that are so very important, certainly, but can very quickly flatline without your spark, without the arrows of aliveness that you get to experience and cultivate every day in your sacred work. That's what we're doing here. That's what we're doing here. That is what eclipse season, that is what you're the fire horse, is going to absolutely illuminate for you. So consider this perhaps if you listen to it today, February 16th, the day before all of the astrological events start to unfurl. Consider this a quick heads up as to checking your frequency, checking the distortions that you may be holding in relation to your sacred work in advance of the eclipse, so that you're not blindsided. Rather, you're one step ahead in co-creating with it versus being in like a state of recovery, right? We all know how that goes. And we don't need that. You don't need that anymore. This is how you bring fire back into your business, your livelihood, your being henceforth. Because, like I said at the top of this drop, you will not be the same person tomorrow, next week, next month, certainly in a year from now. New moon, eclipse, fire horse year, all will be revealed. You get to, no pun intended, but it's perfect, harness this energy and with it, absolutely slingshot yourself forward out of any shoulder shrugness into the rich, palpable, erotic reality in relationship to your sacred work that you desire.
