Welcome to Business Priestess Activation, audio drops for mystics in business where entrepreneurship is ritual, strategy is soulcraft, and expansion is inevitable. I'm Elizabeth Rowan, spiritual mentor, yogi, and business priestess. Here we don't do formulas, we do fire. These transmissions are potent activations to ignite your long-term strategy, self-leadership, energetic mastery and embodiment, and lasting legacy in the world. Because your sacred work isn't just business, it's business and being. Let's begin. Welcome back, Priestess. Wow, in 2026, so much happens politically, nationally, globally, from one week to the next. It is mind-boggling. And I am looping you in today to the kinds of conversations that my clients and I are having, my one-on-one and my fire of transformation mastermind clients, about entrepreneurship amid collapse. You already know if you're here listening, casual never met her. Because we are talking, yes, about entrepreneurship amid collapse. And it is all too easy to compartmentalize these things, turn to your business as this dissociative outlet, and then turn that off, pivot to the news, blast your nervous system with the news, shut that down, on to the next thing. When you already know the profound invitation is a deep integration. And I'm excited to share some of the behind-the-scenes conversations that I am in over here with you today. I hope that you are also in these conversations with your own masterminds, with your coach or mentor. And if you do not have any or all of the above, please find your people. I am happy to talk with you if you are curious if I am one. So to begin, in this landscape of continued political upheaval and increasing violence and eco-cide and on and on and on in the United States, certainly extending beyond the US, your healing work isn't just needed, it's increasingly non-negotiable. I am certain that this is precisely why you incarnated here at this particular point in history. This is the time you stand as unshakable as being a human in all of this allows. This is the time when you step fully, if you have not yet, or further, into your leadership and truly invite your purpose to blaze, starting with taking your own medicine. So we're gonna dive into all of this. And first I want to air some perhaps fears, concerns, asterisks that certainly are in my awareness, that my clients certainly bring forward and I imagine are also in yours. When we are talking about being in healing work at this moment in time, when we are talking about entrepreneurship amid collapse, when we are talking about being in your leadership in a likely spiritual, certainly energetic capacity in largely unprecedented times, chances are you fear that you will get it wrong. And I'm here to tell you, yes, you will. If you have taken any portion of yoga teacher training, we talk about that extensively when we are in the adjustments and assisting module. You fear that you'll get it wrong. Yes, you will. How human of you. And you learn, continue, refine, and do it again. You are likely concerned. This is one that I hear all the time, that you shouldn't be selling when the world's on fire. Even though intellectually you may know that it's of deepest service, there is likely a friction there, especially when you are heavily reliant on social media. And social media is one part news, one part marketing, one part social theoretically. So a lot going on there. We're gonna talk about it. You might worry or ask yourself, who are you to talk about yoga or energy or healing work amid everything else that's happening that's surely more important? You are precisely who. You are precisely who because all of the things going on are absolutely yoga, energy, healing adjacent. And as I mentioned at the top, in desperate need of your sacred work. When actually advocating widely for your sacred and spiritual work in the world is sacred voice, which is resistance. Advocating for your spiritual sacred work is how you resource yourself quite literally to stay the course. And of course, it is such a beautiful gift and deep service to the collective that at any given time is crying out for exactly what you have to share. I, before I dive into some of these things, trust that you are able to hold this with the nuance that I cannot speak to every possible exception today. These yes are generalities, and I trust you and your agency to receive these. So let's talk about why now more than ever is when you anchor into yes, your leadership, and double down on your business longevity. While you're anchoring into leadership, and if you have not yet need to yesterday, double down on your business longevity. I've mentioned this before, but maybe a year or two ago now, this must have been around the 2024 election, somebody DM'd me. Us non-healers rely on you. Allow your system to receive that. Us non-healers rely on you. It's true. Your sacred work, your particular special Venn diagram of modalities and medicine is made for this. It resources you and it resources your community. That piece is so important that it resources you as well. So that then it becomes so generative and you're feeding also the community as well. You know that your work is bigger than you, and you know not to go it alone. We have long outgrown the lone wolf mentality. And frankly, that is this is another conversation, but a bigger cause behind so much of this like hyper-individualism that we're seeing today. All of this to say, your work is made for this moment in time. It's bigger than you. It gets to be what I call metabolic for your nervous system in sharing it, just as much as it is for everyone who receives it. So another reason that now more than ever, this is number two, you're anchoring into leadership and doubling down on your business longevity, meaning you're done with the flash in the pan, month to month, three-month package survival mode, right? Reason number two, because having your own lasting business is, as far as I'm concerned, more reliable than any alternative and truly radical in the face of uncertainty, upheaval, and collapse. When I say radical, I mean the true meaning of the word from the root, meaning it's connective, it's generative, it's mycelial. This is how your business gets to hold you down when it seems like everything else is falling apart in a nutshell. You've never not got you, which means you have exceptional job security and a responsibility to your healing work that you rise to. That's maybe leadership step one, you leading you, leadership party of one. So it's radical, it's highly reliable, it is truly unprecedented job security, and therein creates for you this greater responsibility that is an invitation to rise and hold that down in your leadership. All right, number three, because advocating for your healing work in a world that is hellbent on harm is a form of protest and resistance. Priestesses don't stifle their voice under duress. Rather, you become even more vocal advocate of your work in the world because you know it's bigger than just you. I want to speak to something here that actually is some nuance that is important. And this is the fact that depending on what is going on at any given day, you may respond more or less or be literally physically, energetically, emotionally more or less affected that day, that week, that month, than somebody else. And then the next thing, vice versa. So you already know this is not linear. And your ability to resource and resource yourself, but resource yourself to be really present with truly what's happening in the world. This is not an opt-out, bypass, dissociate yourself into the abyss situation. Rather, quite the contrary, where when you're able to hold it, be with what is, be really present with your experience around that. And then, however best for you, however much time it takes, resource yourself in order to return to sharing your sacred work in the world. And I'm being a little bit cheeky with a play on words for resource, because yes, your business, when we're looking to leadership and longevity, is designed to resource you, meaning it delivers the resources, the financial resources, the resource of time, of energy, of availability, et cetera. And also resourcing yourself with capital S source, great spirit, the mystery, the beyond, right? So that's number three, because advocating for your healing work in the world amid collapse is its own act of sacred activism, is its own act of resistance. Let's turn now to number four. Why now more than ever is when you're anchoring into leadership and business longevity. Number four, because your business is the antithesis of business as usual, because it is devoted to being ahimsa, impact, service beyond issue, deep devotion, presumably bhakti for all of my entrepreneurial lover girls here, reverence, activism, and so on. This is what sets you, your business, your sacred work in the world apart from pretty much every other kind of business that exists. My priestess clients tend the collective temple. We tend the collective temple, and in doing so, resource ourselves through our work to facilitate healing for the duration. So when you look at your business again as this collective temple of deep devotion and service and ahimsa, because you can see a zoom out picture that is beyond today's just incessant breaking news headlines. You can see the bigger picture, and from there you're able to be in service versus perpetual reactivity, where things, including your business, are just happening at you all the time. Rather, you're really embodied in this temple tending place and maneuver in the world, even and especially amid collapse from that frequency, that vibration, that being. All right. Number five, why? Again, now more than ever, you're anchoring into leadership and longevity in your business, especially if it has been a short-term game for a very long time. Number five, you don't bypass and call it overcoming duality. You are not ignoring what's happening out in the world. Rather, you, I think this is quite bold and certainly also an act of resistance. You turn toward the full spectrum of what's happening, the human experience, the darkness, and the light. And in doing so, as you increase your capacity to hold full spectrum, which is already vast, in doing so, you're holding others while they do this as well, all without bypassing reality. So oftentimes we talk about this in a masculine frame, but as far as I'm concerned, a priest's work in the world is actually holding the frame that I just spoke to down for humanity, which is holding the frame of being withness while also holding the, and this is the bhakti piece, holding the knowing that something bigger is by design and will prevail. And therein holding yourself and your people while they turn toward everything that is happening as well. This is such a gift and responsibility and calling and not for the faint of heart. And this is also a reminder of the need to resource yourself so that you are capable of holding it all, not holding it all all the time. But when you are holding, holding it all for yourself and holding it down for yourself and your people, as best being a human allows, of course. All right, number next. Because when we work together in amplifying your leadership and cultivating longevity in your business, you are doing business as ritual. This whole thing is now a ritual, an altar, a metaphor, a Trojan horse, I like to say, to positively affect change. Priestesses challenge the systems we live in from the inside out. You are living your work intolerant of injustice and doing very often very subtle and yet not at all, because it is so profound in its power, this work that you do. Because you are doing this as ritual, as a spell, as an altar, all of the things that I mentioned above. You are Trojan horsing the system. So whatever looks like just a casual little fill in the blank actually is participating in at any given time an equal parts dismantling, death doulaing, and rebuild, revision, reconstruction, rebirth, resourcing yourself and the world. All right. Next, also under leadership and longevity, you are curious about how you are complicit in the collapse about differentiating, as we talk about it, my clients and I, and inside the mastermind, between conscious commerce and capitalist overreach. So there's a curiosity here. And this doesn't mean that we have all the answers or the solutions right away because we live in this society that we live in, and it requires, at this point, at least, certain elements in order to survive. And you are so curious about that and really pressing on those norms. And like I mentioned in the last point, Trojan horsing the whole system. A client said in a past call, something along the lines of what is the line between perpetuating the system and liberating yourself, your work, your clients from the system. So know that these conversations, these what I call cosmic question marks, are things that we are discussing, so aware of, so curious about, and dancing with, yes, in our work together, and then certainly in the work that you turn to offer back out into the world. In a nutshell, you're not afraid to look in the mirror, which is absolutely prerequisite for anybody in a leadership position. In this, I don't use this language often, but I think it's quite literally new paradigm that is at the rate we're at, inevitable. The leadership, meaning you're not afraid to look in the mirror. It's all an initiation, right? And there and also comes longevity in your sacred work. All right, one more point for you on this. In regard to leadership and longevity, now more than ever is when you amplify these because you powerfully hold the in-between and fertile void, you make future decisions from that intuition and insight therein, and not scarcity, collapse, and fear, all while honoring the full spectrum of what's happening and the experience that is having incarnated in the human world, right? So this is similar to the turning toward. This is very much holding the frame of the in-between. You I already know if you're here listening, are maybe against your will, but nonetheless, a master at the chrysalis soup portion of the programming. You know the dissolution, the samsara of it all, the messy collapse middle where you can't see the force for the trees inside the void. And you are holding the frame down for the world that is to come from that place, not in scarcity and fear. Sometimes, of course, sometimes, but not entirely, and certainly not entirely when you're in your genius that is your work, while also honoring the very real experience of humanity at this point in time. So, all of this to say, so much invitation here, so much permission here to step forward, even and especially when you feel like you should just collapse because, well, everything else is. Or you should give up because it doesn't matter. Your work is a drop in the bucket in the grand scheme of things, everything's gone to shit, and so on, right? Insert your own um news ticker of the mind, spiral fodder there, and rather consider this is just an offering, but an invitation, certainly, to consider stepping even more powerfully forward into your leadership and doubling down on the architecture of your business longevity so that it can hold you through all of this moment that we are in together and out on the other side.
