Patient Endurance And The Promises Of God
Our faith in God gives us the confidence we need. Faith functions as confident trust in God rather than a push to make everything happen on our own. How do we exercise patient endurance? Why is patient endurance not passive waiting but an active, steady posture that keeps us doing God's will?
Our mindset of faith is a divinely inspired framework to turn vision into reality: expectation, anticipation, preparation, and realization.
Expectation begins when we receive a promise; anticipation imagines the future joy and impact; preparation translates belief into obedient steps taken in response to God's guidance and timing; realization is the fruit that arrives in due season.
Satan attacks us in our minds. His tactic is to create doubts.
Often, he whispers, "How can you make that happen?"
A key insight is that we don't make things happen. We receive by faith what God has already provided.
God gives us a decisive response. Submit to God's faithfulness, power, and love; resist the thought in Jesus' name, and then proclaim your promise from God aloud. Practice this regularly to build confidence and align your heart with God's Word, reinforcing your faith during spiritual battles.
Our daily mindset becomes a practiced response. Over time, we learn to focus on the next step as God directs, to rest in the wisdom of His perfect timing, and to allow Him to lead us into the realization of His plan for us.
Your life will positively impact your family, colleagues, clients, and those you meet along the way.
Listen to God's plan and receive courage to keep going, a plan to move forward, and power to fight doubt.
The outcome of expectation, anticipation, and preparation is the realization of God's promises in your life.
Greetings, my friends. Tony Williams here. God loves you unconditionally. He sees you exactly where you are, and he knows what you're going through right now. And I'm here to encourage you today that God says that He wants you to be encouraged. And this is why. Because He says, faith, your confident trust in God. Faith, your confident trust in God. All this year we've been talking about having a vision, goals that God helps you set, things that He gives you the ability to envision Him doing and promises that He's made. And so sometimes we get overwhelmed by how are we going to make all this happen? The good news, my friends, is this we don't make it happen. God makes it happen. God says, I will, I will, I will. So if God says, I will, what is our responsibility? Our responsibility is to listen to God, obey God, rely upon God, and trust in God and his promises. That's our responsibility. And then as he leads us, our promises, the ones that he's given you, my friends, come to fruition at just the right time. That's why he says, faith, your confident trust in God. Satan wants to defeat us. He will attack us. And this is how he's been attacking me, and I share it with you because we're a family. All around the world, believers who have placed their trust and faith in Jesus Christ will encounter Satan trying to defeat us. And this is how he operates. He comes to us in our minds, and he will say things like, How can that happen? How can you make that happen? He will bombard our thinking with doubts. And when we sense that Satan is bombarding our thoughts, our mind with doubts, the first thing we have to do is stop it and say, I resist that thought in the name of Jesus. And then proclaim the promise that God has given you. This is what God wants us to hear, my friends, that He has given us precious promises. And these promises will not fail because God is a faithful Father in heaven who always fulfills his promises to us. So this morning, God said to me in Hebrews the 10th chapter, verse 35, So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you. And this is what God is saying to you, my brother, and you, my sister, wherever you are. Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God's will, then you will receive all that He has promised. What's your vision? What promise has God made to you and that you are claiming by faith? If it seems to be tearing, God says, Don't worry, don't be anxious, just trust me. There is a process. My brother James, you asked me a few weeks ago, what is that process? You said, I know the preparation part, but what's the other part? Here is the process that God takes us through: expectation, anticipation, preparation, and then realization. Expectation, anticipation, preparation, and then the realization. You see, when we accept and claim a promise from God, it's like planting a seed. And that seed that we nurture with our faith enables it to produce what God has promised that it will produce. But it takes time. And during the process, we have to exercise childlike faith, simply trusting, obeying, relying totally and believing totally upon God and his promises. This is what our responsibility is. But I know you're experiencing the same kind of temptation that I'm experiencing. Doubt. Satan wants us to doubt. And when you face that temptation, boldly proclaim what God has said. Whatever that promise is, proclaim it aloud. And so I proclaim Celdi, the Celdi Company, is a great, prosperous, and profitable company worldwide. And I pray for my brothers and sisters, you, all around the world, that God will fulfill his promise to you. I know he will. So proclaim whatever that promise is that God has given you. Proclaim it aloud. Patient endurance is what you need now. Why does God tell us patient endurance? Because there is a process. God is working to bring to pass all the promises that He's given us. All of God's promises are yes and amen in Christ Jesus. So when we placed our trust and faith in Jesus Christ as our Savior and our Lord, all these promises God has made available to us. Therefore, as you think about your vision, the vision that God has given you, the goals that God has helped you set for this year and beyond, begin to thank Him and praise Him and glorify Him in faith. You see, faith appropriates the promises of God. God never fails to keep His promises. Our responsibility is to have faith in God, childlike faith, expectation, anticipation, preparation, and realization. Whatever that promise is, expect that God is going to fulfill it. Begin to thank him now that it's already in the process and in his perfect timing, he will bring it to pass. Expectation. Anticipation. What is it going to be like when God fulfills that promise? Anticipate it. Anticipate the feelings and the joy and the thanksgiving that will come about. Anticipate it and prepare for it. What things has God instructed you to do in preparation for the promise to be fulfilled? Don't delay it. Do it now, because that act of faith says, Father God, I'm expecting it, I'm anticipating it, and I'm going to obey you and prepare. I'm going to take the next step that you tell me to take in preparation for this promise. James, expectation, anticipation, and preparation, my brother. Now here comes the fruit of all of our faith, the realization. The realization of our vision, the goals that God has helped us to set. He brings them to pass in the perfect timing so we can get the maximum blessing out of it. Woo! Therefore, I want to slow down and repeat it. For my brothers all and sisters all around the world. He is telling you to patiently endure. What does patiently endure mean? It doesn't mean that, oh, I'm waiting, oh, where is it? No. It's like that little child that's planting the seed. They're planting that seed in faith. They're expecting that that seed is going to grow. They're anticipating what it's going to be like when the fruit produces. They're preparing for that fruit. They see it in their spirit already as they plant it. And then expectation, anticipation, preparation, and then the realization. God is saying to you, my brothers and my sisters, this is the process. Trust Him. Trust Him. Trust Him. And then He says, when we do that, we will receive all that God has promised. And this is my prayer for you, wherever you are, because we're family. So pray for each other. Because when you are impacted by the goodness of God, it's going to affect your family. It's going to affect your children, your loved ones, and generations yet unborn. You're going to serve your clients more effectively and they're going to be blessed. The people that God will place on your path, just in occasionally meeting them, they will be blessed because they will see the goodness of the Lord overflowing in your life. God blesses you, my brother and my sister, so that you will be a blessing to others. And so my prayer, may God give you more and more grace as you grow in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. He is faithful. The one who calls you is faithful and he will do it. Be encouraged, my brothers and my sisters. The best of God is yet to be, and it's yours. Expect it, anticipate it, prepare for it, and realization it's yours. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that's within me. Bless His holy name in Jesus' name. Amen.
