Greetings, My Friends.
What can we do when feeling worn thin by long days, big goals, and vision from God?
I am excited to share a grounded, hope-filled message drawn from Isaiah 40:31 that reframes weariness and points to a supernatural source of strength.
Rather than pushing and straining for more hustle, I am sharing how placing hope in God renews courage, steadies vision, and turns waiting into anticipation.
I share a simple, robust definition of hope—“the positive assurance and expectation of a promised outcome”—and show how that belief shifts daily choices.
You’ll hear a personal story of my praying for ten more years and receiving twenty with my employer, asking for enough finances to sustain me and seeing them doubled, and why recording those moments beside Scripture builds a living archive of God’s faithfulness. The recalling process, with gratitude, joy, and thanksgiving, becomes fuel for the next step, especially when your goals and God's vision seem distant.
We will expand our vision to a bigger view: the God who names the stars and keeps them in place invites us to stop limiting what he can do through us.
Faith, then, looks like trusting, obeying, and relying on his promises when sight falls short. Renewal is not a frantic effort; it’s receptive alignment—like an eagle catching the wind instead of fighting the sky. We share practical ways to renew strength: read Isaiah 40:31 aloud, ask the Holy Spirit to teach and empower, proclaim the truth over your goals, vision, and challenges, and rest with the expectation that God is already at work.
If you need fresh strength, this conversation offers both comfort and a clear path forward. Listen, reflect, and let hope rise. If the message encourages you, subscribe, share it with a friend who needs courage today, and leave a review so others can find it. What promise are you holding onto right now?

Welcome And Theme: Strength
TonyGreetings, my friends. Tony Williams here. Welcome to Cell D Summit Evergreen Leader Development Insights. Thank you so much for listening. I'm so excited about our journey together. Today's message is our source of strength. You know, sometimes we get weary and tired. God has helped us set great goals and magnificent plans, and sometimes along the way, we tend to get a little weary, weary emotionally, weary physically, weary spiritually. But God has a word of encouragement for us today, and I want you to hear it. It comes from Isaiah, the 40th chapter, verse 31. But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40, 31. That's God's message of encouragement to you, my friend, wherever you are in the world. You may be facing obstacles, you may be tired physically, spiritually, emotionally, but God says, Let me infuse you with new strength, new hope, and new power by the power of my Holy Spirit within you. Remember when you said, Jesus, I want you to be my Savior and my Lord, immediately with that declaration, the Holy Spirit of God comes to live on the inside of us, and He gives us the power to accomplish everything that God has given us to do, and to see it manifest in our spirits before it manifests in the physical reality. So we walk by faith, not by sight. And in spite of what the circumstances may look like, when God gives us a promise, we can be assured that he will fulfill it because he is a faithful Father and He sees you exactly where you are. Be encouraged today, my friends. Our source of strength is in God and His promises to us and His Holy Spirit living on the inside of us. I meditated on hope, and here's what came to me. Hope is the positive assurance and expectation of a promised outcome. Hope, the positive assurance and expectation of a promised future outcome. Listen to what he says in Isaiah 40, 31. But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength, they will soar on wings like eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. My friends, whatever you have experienced up until this point, God says, Be encouraged. I'm infusing you with a source of new strength. Our strength is Almighty God and His promises to us and His Spirit living on the inside of us. So just today, the Lord led me to this passage where He showed me that years and years and years ago, I asked God, Lord, give me 10 more years in this company where I am. Give me the strength to go 10 more years. Not only did he give me 10 years, he gave me 20 more years. I asked him, Lord, enable me to earn this amount of income by the time it's time for me to go. He doubled the amount. So why did God take me back? And this is why I encourage you, brothers and sisters, write little notations in your Bible, date, and little markers, journey markers that will help you remember what was going on during that time. What was God saying to me during that time? Why? Because this builds our confidence and our trust that as we see how God has operated in the past, how he's faithfully come through, it gives us confidence and hope and assurance for what he's promised to do for us in the future. So as I read that, I was infused with new energy and new encouragement and new excitement for what he has in store for me ahead. And this is what he's saying to you. Whatever God has given you to do, the goals he's helped you to set, regardless of your age, he says, I'm going to give you new strength, new strength, new strength. So that's what he says. Regardless of your age and where you are on your journey, he says, I am giving you strength. Those who hope in the Lord will gain new strength, renew their strength. God becomes our strength. Earlier in that passage, I was reading how God said, Look up into the sky and look at all those stars out there. I thought about it. Millions and trillions of stars. He said, I call each of them out by name, and not one of them is out of place.
unknownHuh.
Encouragement To Wait And Renew
The Eagle Metaphor And Calling
Closing Prayer And Invitation
TonyThink about that. God is saying to us, Do not limit me. I am limitless. You cannot conceive how great and powerful and magnificent I am. I give you glimpses of who I am, but you don't understand fully how powerful, how omniscient, and omnipresent and omnipotent I am. So God is saying we are his children, and he's called us and he's with us and he's assuring us that our hope is placed in the right place when we place our hope and trust and confidence in him and him alone to accomplish this. Faith is believing, trusting, obeying, relying totally upon God and his promises to us. That's what faith in God will do. Faith that pleases God. Without faith, it's impossible to please God. Anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and he is a rewarder of those who earnestly seek him. Are you seeking God today, my brothers and sisters? I know you are, because you wouldn't be listening to this unless you had begun the journey, unless God wanted you to hear this message. And he says, I see you. And I want you to know that I love you unconditionally. I want you to know that I will never leave you nor forsake you. I want you to know that I'm with you always, even to the end of the age. I want you to know that nothing is impossible with God. Hallelujah. My brothers and my sisters, be encouraged today. The best is yet to be. God has given you a promise. God is assuring you that he will fulfill it. As you wait, rest as you wait. As you wait, expect that it's on the way. As you wait, anticipate that God is operating. And renew your strength. How do you renew your strength? Meditate. Read aloud. Isaiah 40, 31. Ask God, speak, Father God, to my heart. Ask the Holy Spirit to teach you, empower you, counsel you. What is the Lord saying to you in that passage? And then read it, and then proclaim it over your goals, your vision, and what God has given you to do. And if you have a challenge, proclaim this truth even over the challenge. But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. I went out earlier this week, and then the Lord said, Look up, Tony. First he said, Tony, what do you see? I love when he says that. Tony, what do you see? I see a sunny day, Lord. I see a beautiful community where you've placed me. I see all these beautiful things all around me. I see that glimpses of the coming season. And he said, Look up. And I glare and I looked up way up into the heavens, and there was a bird soaring. You ever see a bird soaring on the currents of the wind? The bird simply extends its wings and the wind currents, they just soar effortlessly all around in the sky. And as I looked at that, the Lord said, That's you. I give you courage. I give you confidence, and I give you hope. What is hope? Hope is the positive assurance and expectation of a promised future outcome. He who's called you is faithful and he will do it. Father God, we love you, we bless you, we praise you, we rejoice in you. I pray for my brothers and my sisters all around the world that when they hear this message, your spirit will infuse them with power. Your spirit will give them new courage and new confidence to believe you that you've been faithful in the past and the best is yet to be. You're doing a new thing. Enable them to see it. Now it springs forth. And those that may not know you, Lord, may they sense the love of God. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him would not perish but have everlasting life. Oh God, enable them to know you, to walk with you, and experience your unconditional love in Jesus' name. Amen. We are victorious in Jesus' name. Amen.
