Greetings, My Friends.

The core message is this: our only true help and strength comes from the Lord, not from our own self-effort. In Christian leadership, spiritual growth, and setting God-centered goals, we are reminded that dependence on God is essential.

This message encourages us to root our vision, work, family, and calling in God's power. Ephesians 3:16 reminds us that true strength and clarity come from spiritual empowerment, not from our own resources.

Instead of relying on self-generated confidence, regularly pause to seek God's strength and guidance before decisions or challenges, recognizing that all true empowerment comes from Him.

Invite the Holy Spirit into your routines. Start tasks and respond to challenges by praying for wisdom, renewing your mindset, and trusting the Spirit’s guidance.

This episode calls us to live from the inside out: the Holy Spirit’s power fuels our action. Depend on God’s strength, not your own, for clarity and effectiveness in daily life.

Remember, God loves you unconditionally.

Welcome And Core Message

Tony

Greetings, my friends. Tony Williams here. Welcome to Cell D Summit Evergreen Leader Development Insights. Thank you so much for listening. I have a wonderful plan for you that comes from God. We have been talking about setting goals and having a vision for our lives that God empowers us to set and to accomplish. And you may say, Well, how can I do all of this? Well, here it is in one statement. All of my help comes from the Lord. All of my help comes from the Lord. The goals that God has helped you set, my brother and my sister, the vision that God has helped you set for your life, for your business, your family, everything that He's called you to do, all of your help comes from the Lord. And this is what God is saying to us in this message. Strengthened by God with power. Strengthened by God with power. It's found in Ephesians the third chapter, verse 16. Listen to what it says. That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with power through his spirit in the inner man. You see, listen, God says, I am going to give you strength from the riches of my glory. From the riches of my glory. And I I couldn't get past that sentence. That he, God, would grant you, you, my listener, my brothers and my sisters, whenever, wherever you listen to this, God is speaking. That he wants to give you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened, to strengthen you. For what purpose? To accomplish what he wants you to do. With power through his spirit in the inner man. Remember, we've talked about when you said, Yes, Jesus, I want you to be my Savior and my Lord. I receive you as my Savior and my Lord, and I put my trust and my confidence in you at that very moment of your declaration of faith in God and what he was offering you, receiving it by faith. The Holy Spirit of God comes to live on the inside of you. Now, this is the key. The Holy Spirit of God comes to live on the inside of you and me. And from that point on, the Holy Spirit begins to release power through us. The Holy Spirit of God within us begins to enable us to see the vision that He's helped us set and to receive everything that He needs for us to understand at just the right time. Here's what God wants us to understand: He loves us unconditionally. We do not work for God's love. He loves us unconditionally. And everything that God does in our lives is to show us his love. That's been God's purpose from the very beginning of time. Intimacy with God. This is why I encourage you, my friend, to make your intimacy with God your utmost priority. Don't let anything or anyone interfere with you spending time alone with God, opening the scriptures and letting the Holy Spirit in you speak to the Spirit that's in you to be empowered to accomplish first and foremost from the unconditional love that God has from you. We do everything from the overflow of an intimate relationship with God through the power of his Holy Spirit. And this is what God is saying to me. There are three things that I want to share with you: intimacy with God. God did everything for intimacy. And this is what he wants us to understand: his unconditional love. Once we receive and understand his unconditional love for us, that empowers us to receive everything else. And everything else stems from understanding that God loves you unconditionally. You do not work for God's love. You don't have to do anything other than to receive what he offers you by faith. He offers you his only begotten Son. That when you do that, when you receive Jesus, the Holy Spirit of God comes to live on the inside of you, and he helps you set goals. He gives you a vision of what he wants to accomplish in and through you. But you need strength and you need power to do it. This is supernatural strength. And God is saying he's going to give it to you from the riches of his glory. Listen to what it says: that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with power through his spirit in the inner man. You see, Jesus, his spirit, lives on the inside of you, and his spirit is united with your spirit. There are three parts to us spirit, soul, and body. And once we understand that our spirit is one with God, his Holy Spirit in us, that understanding empowers us. And first and foremost, he wants us to know who I love you. Just say it. He loves me unconditionally. Say it. He, God, loves me unconditionally. Keep repeating that throughout the day and in the night. God, thank you that you love me unconditionally. It takes the stress out of life. It helps you focus on who God is and what he wants to accomplish in your life. It enables you to see the things that God wants to do. It gives you that vision to see. And this intimacy with God. It impacts everything. It overflows into your vocation. It overflows into your family. It overflows into your relationships. It overflows for where you go on vacation. It overflows. It's continually overflowing. This is the wonder of having a relationship with God. And I wanted to focus in on his glory. He says that he's going to grant you according to the riches of his glory. And I thought, Lord, what is your glory? And the glory of God is the infinite power, the immeasurable power of God. We cannot fathom how powerful God is. But here's a glimpse of his power. It's found in the Genesis, the first chapter. In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. Just a glimpse of his power. In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. How did he do it? Here's Genesis 1, verse 3. Then God said, Let there be light, and there was light. You see, God's power. He speaks into existence what he wants to occur. And he wants us to model that same behavior as we go and accomplish the grand things that He's given us to do in our goals and our vision. We speak in the authority of God, the promises of God. I was saying to a group just yesterday, God has given us these great and precious promises for everything that we need in life and godliness. And we proclaim what God has already given us. Speak to the goals and the vision that God has given you for your life. God has given you strength, power through the Holy Spirit that lives on the inside of us. Strengthened by God with power, intimacy with God, his highest priority for our lives will determine the impact of our lives and the glory that God receives from us following Him in the goals that He's helped us to set and the vision that He's given us for our lives. Believe God for the vision that He's given you, my brother. Believe God for the vision that He's given you, my sister. Believe God for the goals that He's helped you set. And they should be magnificent goals. That without God they won't come to pass. But with God, all things are possible. Remember, all of my help cometh from the Lord. All of your help comes from the Lord. All of your help comes from the Lord. God will give you the help you need at just the right time. Your responsibility is to keep your faith fixed on God. Focus on God. The focus of faith frees us from fears. Avoid the distractions and the clamor of all the things that go on around us to distract us. Keep your focus fixed on God. Pray without ceasing. Have an ongoing conversation with your Father who loves you unconditionally. Talk with Him about everything. Talk with Him about your vision. Talk with Him about the goals that He's helped you set. Talk with Him about the next opportunity that He's put in front of you. That you are going to step into it with boldness and confidence and conviction and courage. My grandson prayed for me the other day. I said to my grandson, I have a big meeting tomorrow. It starts at 6.15 in the morning. And he said, Grandpa, I'm going to pray for you. And he prayed that I would have conviction, I would have courage, and I would have confidence. And that's what God gave me. You see, when we pray and ask your Father in heaven for anything that we need to accomplish the good things that He's set out for us to do, He will do it. So this is what the encouragement is for you, my brother. That He would grant you James according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with power through his spirit in the inner man, that he would grant you Alice, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with power through his spirit in the inner man. He wants you to be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the full armor of God and stand firm. When the devil tries to tip you to turn back that it won't happen, you boldly proclaim the promise that God gives you. This is why you want to be into scriptures. This is why you want to read the scriptures for yourself, to understand the promises that God has given you, and that you will use those promises. You will speak those promises just like God trained us to do, just like He modeled it for us. When it says in Genesis the first chapter, verse 3, then God said, Let there be light, and there was light. The Holy Spirit of God lives on the inside of you. When you speak the promises of God into your circumstances, your situation, whatever they may be, the power of God flows through the words spoken through you. It's not your power, it's the power of God in you, the Holy Spirit of God speaking through you. Speak life into your circumstances, speak life and vision to your loved ones, your workplace, your family members, every place you go. Speak the life of Jesus. Oh, glory to God. I knew this was, thank you, Jesus. And his unconditional love. Once you understand God's unconditional love, my brothers and my sisters, that you don't work to gain God's love. You don't have to go through the gymnastic approaches to get to God. God has given you everything you need for life and godliness through Jesus Christ, his son. And when you said, Jesus, I want you to be my Savior and my Lord, He gives you everything. And most importantly, He comes to live on the He comes to live on the inside of you and me. The most important thing is to recognize the unconditional love of God and that He lives on the inside of you. You don't work to receive from God, you receive from God by faith and believing and trusting in Him alone and His promises to accomplish all the goals and the vision that He's helped you set. Keep your faith fixed on God. All of my help comes from the Lord. And Father, I pray for my brothers and my sisters. I love you, and I know you love us, and we're your children, and you see us wherever we are on every continent. You see us and you're speaking to us. I love you unconditionally, and I am your God, and I will do for you the impossible. Because with God nothing is impossible. Thank you, Jesus. Amen.
