Greetings, my friends.

For many years, I found myself striving for approval—at work, at home, and even in my walk with God. Yet, through decades of trusting in the Lord and His promises, I have learned that God’s love is not something to be earned. His love is unconditional, freely given, and it is the foundation that has transformed my life. God invites each of us into a relationship with Him, not based on our performance, but on His faithfulness and grace. This truth has changed everything for me, and it can do the same for you.

John 3:16 has been a guiding light in my journey: 'For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son.' This is not just a promise for the future, but a present reality—eternal life begins now as we know God personally and walk in intimacy with Him. Over the years, I have experienced God’s unconditional love in a way that has renewed my mind and heart. No longer do I see God as a distant taskmaster, but as a loving Father who has already provided everything I need for life and godliness. This revelation has brought freedom and joy to my daily walk.

In my own career, I have seen God’s faithfulness time and again. The blessings He gives are not earned by our efforts, but received by faith—by asking, believing, trusting, and declaring His promises over our lives and work. True leadership is rooted in love and obedience to God’s Word. When we allow His love to flow through us, it changes the atmosphere around us, increases our influence, and brings blessing not only to ourselves but to everyone we encounter. This is the kind of impact God desires for each of us in our workplaces.

If your heart longs for Christian leadership, faith that shapes your work, and a career that carries eternal significance, I encourage you to embrace these truths. God has called us to walk in the good works He prepared for us, impacting lives for His glory. I invite you to join this journey—share these insights with a friend who may be struggling with performance, and let’s encourage one another to grow in faith and purpose.

Welcome And Core Message

Tony

Greetings, my friends. Tony Williams here. Welcome to Cell D Summit Evergreen Leader Development Insights. Thank you so much for listening. God loves you unconditionally. And because of his unconditional love, he's always giving. God gives us everything that we need for life and for godliness. Every need that we have, God has already provided it. And here is what God spoke to me to share with you all around the world today. Listen to what he's saying. God's love, our greatest gift, is the title of our message. God's love, our greatest gift. God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, Jesus, that whoever believes in him, Jesus, should not perish but have everlasting life. God loves us unconditionally, and because he wants the very best, he gives us his very best. What was God's very best? God's very best was to give us Jesus. For what purpose? That through Jesus, putting our faith and trust and hope completely in Jesus, the Son of God, who died on the cross, rose from the dead to pay the penalty for every sin that we've ever committed, past, present, and future, God made the way for us to have an intimate, everlasting relationship with Him. And from that intimate relationship overflows everything that we need for life and for godliness. I discovered this principle maybe 25 years ago. When I understood the unconditional love of God for me, it changed my mindset. I no longer saw God as some great taskmaster who was expecting me to do perfectly in everything, that I had to do all these things to earn the love of God. When I understood that God loved me unconditionally, I began to see God for who He really is: my loving Heavenly Father, omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent God, who has given me everything that I need to enjoy the abundant life that Jesus came to secure for me. Jesus said, His purpose for coming, I have come that you may have life and have it more abundantly. God wants us to have an abundant life, not only in life, but in the career where you are right now. He wants to help you accomplish great and mighty things that he has ordained in advance the good works that you should walk in them. I discovered this about 25 years ago, and it revolutionized my approach to my life and my career. I began to see the unconditional love of God and that He had given me everything that I needed. How do I secure it? I ask for it. This is how we secure everything that we have from God. It's a gift from God. We don't earn it, we ask in faith, believing that what He's provided, He is willing to give. Our responsibility is to believe that God is who He says He is and He will do what He says He will do. And He says, ask and it will be given you. Seek and you will find. Knock and the door will be open for you. God has given us everything, but we appropriate everything that we need in life and career, which He's already given by faith. We have to first understand His unconditional love. You don't earn God's love, my friend. You receive what He's already given to you by faith. So faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him would not perish, be separated from God, but have everlasting life. Eternal life. Eternal life is knowing God and knowing Jesus, my friend. Why is that so important? In the workplace, it is vitally important that we understand the unconditional love of God. It's vitally important that we receive the unconditional love of God. Because once we receive it, we have something that we can give away. Your employees, your colleagues, your family, your loved ones, your friends, they need the love of God flowing through you to them. If you don't let the love of God flow through you, who will? There are many who will, but this message is for you, for me. Let the love of God flow through us. And why is that so important? The love of God guarantees our success. I saw in 1 Corinthians the 13th chapter, verse 13. And now abide. Faith, hope, and love. These three. But the greatest of these is love. Love never fails. Do you want to be successful in what God is directing you to do? Let your motivation be love. I was asking the Lord, and I just saw this in one of my Bibles, why are you doing what you're doing? Why do you do the Celdi podcast? Why did you start the Celdi Company? Why are you doing these things? My motivation is the love of God. Why? Because I know God loves me unconditionally. I know He loves you unconditionally, and He wants to give you good success in your life and career, not only for you, but for your clients, your customers, your colleagues, and your children and generation yet unborn, and your friends and those that you'll meet along the way. God has great plans for you, my friend. And it always starts with the unconditional love of God. My prayer is that you understand, that you receive and you comprehend the way the Lord helped me. The love of God. The love of God. And it first started when he gave Jesus. When I said, Jesus, I believe that you are the Son of God. Jesus, I believe you died on the cross and you rose from the dead to pay the penalty for my sins. Jesus, I believe that you live on the inside of me in the presence of your Holy Spirit. And I believe that you're living in and through me to accomplish everything that you've given me to do, the vision that you've helped me set, the goals that you've helped me set, the people that I serve and love and minister to. Have that mindset, my brothers and my sisters. Recite that. Proclaim that. Proclaim the truth of God over your life and career, your families, your loved ones, wherever you are, proclaim the truth. And it starts by receiving the unconditional love of God. Hallelujah. Love affects your leadership. Love affects how you engage with people. Love affects how people respond to you. When people sense the love of God flowing through you, they respond differently. Why? Because it's a supernatural dynamic that's different from anything you'll see and hear across the world. The love of God, the unconditional love of God flowing through you, being your motivation as you serve and as you lead and as you love people. Loving is caring, wanting the best for other people. That's what love is all about. God loves you. God cares for you. God loves us, and that's why He gives. He gives us everything. Everything we need, my brothers and my sisters. God has already provided. That's a wonderful truth. Now, proclaim what God's given you. For God so loved the world. I receive this gift. We have to receive the gift of God. How do we receive this gift? We believe and we trust. Believing is I believe that you are who you say you are, and I put my trust and my confidence fully in you. Your faith. Faith is trusting, relying, obeying totally upon God and His promises to you. When you do that, my friend, your life shifts into high gear, high supernatural gear. Your life has impact and power and eternal meaning. You want to make a difference in the world? You want to have an impact that lasts through eternity? Let your motivation be fueled by the love of God, through the Holy Spirit in you. And Father God, I love you and I love my brothers and sisters. I pray that as they listen to this message, they will hear you speak. I love you unconditionally. And through Jesus, they can have an intimate, personal relationship with you. And your love will flow through them, to their work, to their family, their loved ones, and every good thing that you have ordained in advance, that they should walk in them. Father God, we love you. We bless you and we praise you because you are love. And the greatest of these is love. In Jesus' name. Be blessed, my brothers and sisters. Amen.
