Greetings, my friends.

God’s heart is to lift us up and bless us in every area of our lives. Yet, I have learned through years of walking with Him that true success is only secure when it is built on a deep relationship with God. Without Him, even when we reach the heights we once prayed for, we can feel uncertain and unstable. But with God as our foundation, we can stand firm and confident, knowing He is faithful to keep us steady.

Over the years, I have seen God lead me and many others through a process of growth and promotion. It always begins with the truth that God has a unique plan for your life, and He longs to give you a vision for your future. Trust that He is guiding you step by step, just as He has faithfully guided me.

When we seek an intimate relationship with God through His Son Jesus, we open the door to all of God’s best for us. I have witnessed in my own life how His blessings touch every area when we walk closely with Him.

God Himself engages with us, equips us, and empowers us for every step of the journey. He is faithful to prepare us for each milestone, guiding us along the path He has set before us.

When God promotes us, He empowers us with His Holy Spirit and the promises of the Bible, enabling us to walk by faith and lead with confidence wherever He places us. We can trust that He will provide everything we need to fulfill His calling.  Our position is secured by God.

Welcome And Part Two Setup

Tony

Greetings, my friends. Tony Williams here. Welcome to Cell D Summit Evergreen Leader Development Insights. Thank you so much for listening. God has a wonderful plan for you, and God is preparing you for promotion when you say yes to Jesus as your Savior and your

God Engages Vision And Equips You

Tony

Lord. God's preparation for promotion was part one. This is part two. Part one, we talked about how God engages us, how God equips us, engages us. The Holy Spirit in us, when we said yes to Jesus as our Savior and our Lord, comes to live on the inside of us. He illumines for us our darkness and shows us the way that God wants us to go. He enables us to develop a vision for our lives. I would encourage you to have a vision for your life. We've talked about that since the beginning of this year. Go back and listen to some of those messages. They will inspire you and encourage you to write down the vision that God helps you set for your life and career. It makes no difference. You can be in middle school, you can be in high school, college, graduated, retired. God wants us to have a vision. And so God engages us to have a vision. Then God equips us, He gives us everything that we need to accomplish that vision at just the right time in just the right way to place us where He wants us to go. And I shared with you how God makes our feet like that of the hind, the deer. He sets us on our high places. That's the promotion. He teaches our hands to make war and so that our arms can bend a bow of bronze. God not only engages us, but God equips us. And now we'll talk about how God empowers us. We've talked earlier about reaching a promotion when done God's way would enable you to enjoy the process. And I would encourage you to focus on the process. It starts first with an intimate relationship with God through Jesus Christ as your Savior and your Lord. I learned this over four or five decades ago. My intimacy with Christ determined everything that would happen in my life, the outcomes. And so now I'm practicing this now, decades later, and I share this insight with you. And it's from the Bible. And the word of God always accomplishes what God sends it to do. So God

Righteousness Identity And God’s Placement

Tony

says, He makes my feet like the feet of deer, hind, H-I-N-D. I just watched a YouTube video called YouTube Feet of the Hind. It shows a hind, a goat, scaling a wall, which seems supernatural, but that's what God does for us, his children. He enables us to go to places that only he can take us. He enables us to get there, and once we're there, he empowers us to stay. That's so important. God empowers us to stay. Why? Because God loves us unconditionally and God protects us when we do things the right way. I was just encouraged today, before I came to record this message, to look out the window, God said, What do you see, Tony? And then it occurred to me. I saw the brightness of the noonday sun. The sun was glistening on a set of trees that I had planted called the armor of God trees. And the scripture came to me, and this is how the Holy Spirit encourages and inspires us. Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, and the success of your cause like the noonday sun. That's found in Psalm 37. The success of your cause like the noonday sun. Righteousness, doing things God's way. Doing things God's way is listening to God, obeying God, and relying totally upon God for the outcome. And as we do that, God places us in these high places, places that only God can place us. You don't disqualify yourself by limiting in your thinking based on where you've come from, based on who you know, and based on worldly kinds of things. You base where you are and where God wants you to go based on your identity in Christ. I'd encourage you, go to my website, thesell thecompany.com, and download a free deliverable that talks about the process God takes us through in promoting us. It's a process for not only for promotion, but a process for life. So,

Empowered To Stay Whole And Steady

Tony

my first thing that I want to share with you is found in verse 35. How does God empower us? You have given me the shield of your salvation. Your right hand has held me up. Your gentleness has made me great. You enlarged my path under me, so my feet did not slip. Whoo, glory to God. You see, when God promotes you, God's going to empower you to stay there until God says it's time for you to go on to the next assignment. He will not let your feet slip. What does that mean? He will not let you stumble. He will not let you make mistakes that you would tend to make if you were trying to do things your way. When you walk in the Spirit, and He says the just will live by faith. When we walk by faith and not by sight, when we depend upon the Lord for everything, He empowers us to stay where He places us. Not only to stay there, but to flourish. Look what He says. You have given me the shield of your salvation. God gives us everything. Salvation here means so-zo. S-O-Z-O. In the Greek, it means to be made whole. Whole spirit, soul, and body. God wants to make you whole so you can enjoy the process and enjoy where He wants to take you. And once you get there, you can stay there by the grace and power of God, understanding who you are in Christ, and it's God who empowers you. Oh Lord, you establish peace for us. All that we have accomplished, you have done for us. Isaiah 26, 12. You see, when we recognize that God gives us everything we need to get us to those high places and to keep us there, it gives us a sense of gratitude and thanksgiving to God. When we show up, we say, Thank you, Father. God, you have placed me here. For what purpose? To serve in the power of the Holy Spirit, to let your light shine and to be salt in light wherever he places you, in the workplace, beyond the workplace, in schools, in colleges, wherever God places you, he empowers you to shine. So God will enable you to get to the high places by first engaging you. That's a wonderful thing. Once you understand that, and once you recite it, and once you proclaim it aloud, moment by moment, day by day, understanding that you are where you are because God has placed you there

Gentle Leadership That Influences Generations

Tony

and he will not allow you to be moved. And so he says, Your gentleness has made me great. You see, God is a gentle leader. I used to think that leadership was all about showing how hard and how tough and how aggressive you could be, and showing that you had no fear of anything and you're just a tough person. But God has shown me over the years now that that's not the way God is. God is gentle, He's loving, He's kind. His Holy Spirit in us is a spirit of love, joy, peace, goodness, kindness, gentleness, patience, faithfulness, self-control. Those are the things that manifest in our lives. And so this is the kind of leader that God makes us. Why? Because we can impact and influence many people throughout all generations by executing this kind of leadership. Then he goes on to say, What is the outcome? You enlarge my path under me. So my feet did not slip. When you watch that video of the hind, they're surefooted. They just kind of glide across this wall that seems vertical. God will make you sure footed. God makes me surefooted to enable me and you to enjoy the success, the high places where God promotes you. And once you're there, remember, continually remember the process, continually rehearse the journey with thanksgiving and praise and

Write The Vision And Pray It Through

Tony

gratitude and say thank you, Jesus. So begin today with your vision from God. God says, write the vision and make it plain on tablets that he may run who reads it, for the vision is yet for an appointed time. My vision started in 1994 in a planning session in a library. And from 1994 it began to evolve as the Lord continued to guide me. And here in 2026, the Lord is sharing me with me, and I share with you, though the vision tarries, wait for it because it will surely come. And that's exactly what's happened for me, and that's exactly what's happening for you. Have faith. Have faith in God. And Father God, I pray for my brothers and my sisters and my friends who listen to this message that you will speak to their heart, that you have placed in their heart a desire from you to achieve and accomplish great and mighty things. And they'll step out in faith by first listening to you, delighting themselves in you, and receiving a vision from you for the rest of their lives. In Jesus' name. Amen.
