Greetings, my friends.
Our choices today shape our lives and calling. Trust God to lead you step by step.
Through decades of walking with God in my life and career, I have learned that following the living God is the only way to experience His best. Today, I encourage you to ask yourself: Who am I truly following in my decisions?
God invites us to 'Believe Me for More.' Daily choices, guided by faith and obedience, position us for God's best. Trust His power and guidance each step.
Set goals by seeking God's vision. Prioritize listening to God's direction for every step, moving forward in faith that He will provide.
When obstacles arise, focus on what God has spoken. Ask if you're moving forward in faith or hesitating from doubt.
At times, God's goals may feel distant or challenging. When that happens, take every thought captive and ask God to confirm your direction.
When anxiety over costs or risks arises, bring your concerns to God and trust His provision.
Today, I want to share with you some proven Biblical insights that God has given me and will give to all who seek Him first. I invite you to apply these principles—commit this week to listening for God's guidance and to acting on what He reveals to you.
Listen to God, trust His guidance, and obey in His timing. Pray: 'Lord, am I in step with You?'
The answers to these questions are always found in Scripture. Over the years, I have kept dates and notes in my Bible about challenges I faced and the direction God gave me. These 'journey markers' remind me of moments when God spoke and proved Himself faithful.
Isaiah 30:15 teaches that quietness and confidence renew our strength. True leadership flows from intimacy with God. Withdraw for renewal and clarity when distractions mount.
Today, God reassured me that I am moving in the right direction and walking in step with Him. What a boost to my confidence! It all comes from taking time to quiet myself before God and listen for His voice.
God reassures us to walk by faith, not by sight. Avoid counterfeit guidance, trusting in God's provision and leading.
For all who believe, trust, and obey God in their lives, careers, families, and with those they serve, the path is sure. The takeaway: As you walk with God, He will consistently guide your steps in every direction you go.
Welcome And Yearly Theme
TonyGreetings, my brothers and sisters, my friends all around the world. Tony Williams here. Welcome to Celdi, Summit Evergreen, Leader Development Insights. Thank you so much for listening, and I thank God for you. I pray for you because since the beginning of the year, we've been on a journey, and I always like to have a theme for the journey that God places me on. And our theme for this year, 2026, is Believe Me for More, Believing God for More. God wants to do great and mighty things in your life. He's already prepared the good things that he has in store for you. But we have to follow his lead and trust him, listen to him, trust him, and obey him to receive his very best
Following God In Life And Career
Tonyblessing. And so today's message is following the living God in life and career. Following the living God in life and career. Who are you following? If you have asked Jesus to be your Savior and your Lord, you have a supernatural advantage. You have within you the Holy Spirit of God to lead, guide, and counsel you. Think about that. You have the Spirit of the Living God to lead, guide, and counsel
A Costly Trip And Rising Anxiety
Tonyyou. And this is what I leaned on just this day. Last night I was preparing to take a trip. And the trip cost a lot of money. And I was wondering, Lord, is this what you want me to do? I know God had given me this direction over two weeks ago. And he said, make this your priority. So when God gives you instruction, you first listen to God, and then you trust God, and then you obey God in order to receive his best blessings in life and career. Oh, thank you, Jesus. So as I made the plans last night, the finances started to mount up. And I was thinking, I'm doing what God called me to do. And whatever God's called you to do in helping you set your vision and the goals for your life and career, God will provide what you need at just the right time. Timing is essential with God. And so I made the plans, I made the reservations and all the things because I sense God was saying, This is the way I want you to go. Follow me. He and I wrote it down in my journal. He said, make going to this place a priority. That means I want you to do this first. And so that's what I've done. Now we're planning to go. But just this morning, I became a little anxious. I was thinking, oh, this is a lot of money. Am I really hearing from you, Father God? And this is how you follow the
Returning To Rest And Quiet Strength
Tonyleading of God. You ask him, Father God, am I going in the right direction? Am I hearing you clearly? Lord, show me if I'm going the right way. This is what you can do. Anywhere, anytime, any place, you can ask God, am I going in the right direction? Am I in step with you? And is this the next step you want me to take? This is very important as a leader. You want to be in step with God. And I want you to understand by the grace of God what He's sharing with me. I open my Bible today, and it's a Bible that I've had for many years. And I love doing this because I make little notations in the margin of my Bible. These are journey markers for me, where God spoke to me and I did what he said and I observed the outcome. So this one, the first date was August the 15th, 1994. Where were you in 1994? Anyway, August the 15th, 1994, I wrote beside this verse, For thus saith the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel, in returning and rest you shall be saved. In quietness and confidence shall be your strength. Why do I give you these dates, my friend? To show you that as you apply what God tells you to do, you can be guaranteed of the outcome. Who can say that? Who can say guaranteed outcome? Only the living God. That's why we say following the living God in life and career. Only God can guarantee that because He is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent. Thank you,
How To Listen And Stay Focused
TonyJesus. Excuse me. Thank you, Jesus. Don't be a mouse in your own house, brothers and sisters. Shout to the Lord. Be happy in the Lord. Here's another thing: don't go around with a sad face. If you have the living God inside of you, why do you go around with a sad face? Let your countenance reflect what's in your heart. When you keep your mind focused on Jesus Christ, who he is and what he's done, and he's promised to do it every everything for you. You see, my friend, we don't have to struggle to make things happen. God has already prepared the way and he's already guaranteed it will happen. Well, how do we get that? We first listen to God. Take time. Get alone, get quiet, push out all the distractions, all the noises that come in to try to clutter our mind that the devil uses to keep us from fixing our focus on God. And get alone with God, like I did today, with my notebook and my Bible. And I just said, Lord, speak to my heart. Am I going in the right direction? I'm feeling a little uncomfortable. And it's okay to tell God I'm uncomfortable with this direction that you're leading me. Nevertheless, when you follow God, He will make a way. And so today, this the Lord brought me back to this scripture that He gave me in 1994. It's found in Isaiah the 30th chapter, verse 15. In returning in rest, you shall be saved. God is saying, stop trying to figure things out, stop trying to make things happen in your own way. Come back, sit before me, listen to my instruction, take the steps I tell you to take, when I tell you to take them, and then wait for the outcome and the results. My brothers and sisters, my friends, I have been applying this, and I am here to give a testimony that God does exactly what he promises to do. All the promises God makes to you will come true. What do we have to do? We have to trust him, we have to obey him and receive his very best blessing. To stay in step with God, we have to listen to God. To listen to God is to be still and know that he is God and ask him to give you guidance and instruction. You see, my friends, when God gives you this vision that he's given you, and I pray that all of the listeners you've taken the time to ask God, give me the vision that you have for my life. But most and foremost, put your trust and confidence completely in him.
This Is The Way Walk In It
TonyYou see, the first step is developing an intimate relationship with God. Everything overflows from that. So our number one priority is to know God and to know Jesus Christ. How do we do that? By seeking Him, by reading the Holy Scriptures, and expecting, anticipating, and preparing for God's best. So he took me back to a passage that he gave me in 1994. Then, as I began to read, I came to this. Walk in it when you turn to the right hand or whenever you turn to the left. You see, God said to me, Tony, you're going in the right direction. This is the way. You see, I ask God, Lord, am I going in the right direction? Oh, this seems to be a lot of money, Lord. Am I doing what you've called me to do? Am I in step with you? All these are valid questions that you can ask God and He will give you an answer. He says, I will instruct you, I will teach you, and I will counsel you with my eye upon you. This is our promise. This is your promise. You have to proclaim it. We have to receive it and walk in it. We walk by faith, not by sight. You see, sometimes we try to reason and calculate how are we going to get to this vision God's given us. That's not our responsibility. Our number one responsibility is to delight ourselves in the Lord. Allow Him to place these desires in our heart and allow Him to fulfill them in His way, His timing. Oh, thank you, Jesus. My brothers and my sisters, following the living God in life and career. You want God's best for your life? You want God's best for the clients, your descendants, your children, and all those that you meet, your friends. You want the best. Let God work these truths into your life. Begin to operate in them
Rejecting Horoscopes And False Counsel
Tonyand do not turn to the left or to the right. He also said to me, Woe is the person who seeks counsel other than the living God. Woe is the person who seeks counsel and direction other than from the living God. I've tried this, my friends. I've tried all these other things that are not of God. Things that you try to look at the stars, you try to read horoscopes, you go to palm readers, all these things are not of God. And God says, woe unto the person that looks to those things rather than to me, the living God. Think about this: the creator, the father of you, who loves you unconditionally, who gave Jesus for you so you could become his child. He puts his spirit on the inside of you. He gives us the word of truth to lead us and guide us into all truth. And we turn aside to go to these other things. I've tried it, my friends. It leads into despair, despondency, and destruction. God wants you to have life. And this is what we're going for. We're going for life to the goals and the vision that God has given
Prayer And Closing Blessing
Tonyus. And Father, I thank you for my brothers and my sisters. I thank you that you live on the inside of us. I thank you that you promise to give us guidance and leading and prompting conviction and courage and confidence. And I pray it for them that even now they will sense you saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when they turn to the right or to the left, because they are listening to God, they're trusting God, they're obeying God, and they're positioning themselves to receive the best from God, not only for them, but for their loved ones, their families, their clients from generations yet unborn. In Jesus' name. Hallelujah. Amen. Be blessed today, brothers and sisters. God loves you, He sees you, and He says, I am with you. I will never leave you nor forsake you. Walk in that truth in Jesus' name. Amen.
