With years of experience handling high-conflict family law cases across Texas, the duo now takes their expertise to the airwaves, combining their passion for the law with engaging conversations and—of course—a touch of their favorite cocktails.
Why "Cases & Cocktails"?
As Bryan explains, this podcast is an opportunity to explore complex family law issues in Texas, such as divorce, parental alienation, child custody, and possession orders. With Janice’s love for bourbon and Bryan’s preference for tequila, they also bring a little fun to these hard-hitting topics, sharing unique cocktail pairings to keep things light and relatable.
The name reflects what they already do every day: dive into challenging cases with an approachable, human perspective. They aim to educate listeners on the intricacies of family law while sharing real stories of triumph and resilience.
A Legacy of Service in Family Law
The Eggleston Law Firm has been advocating for families since 2011. The practice is known for tackling "the crazy and the complex," including high-conflict divorces, intricate property disputes, and emotionally charged parental alienation cases. Fully remote long before it became the norm, their 18-member team spans across Texas, from Houston to Amarillo, while still maintaining a close-knit, family-oriented culture.
