My spirit team really wanted to sit down and have a chat today about this crazy velocity shift we're all moving through. Now, if you haven't heard the term before, it's basically just the high vibe spiritual way of describing that wild, heavy friction you feel when your energy takes a massive quantum leap, but your physical 3D reality, including your body, is still scrambling to rearrange itself and literally catch up. And as I'm hitting record, I am right here in the absolute trenches of it all with you. To be totally real, I've been feeling this intense physical calibration from a major timeline jump. My body felt like absolute concrete. The pressure was heavy. And for a minute there, my mind was doing Olympic level mental gymnastics just to try and figure out why my vessel felt so locked and heavy and frumpy. My ego immediately tried to blame it on the usual stuff, like, oh, it's just the stress of the rebranding or the launching of season two of the podcast. But my higher self in my womb finally gave me the firm shake in my hips, and I woke up to so much deeper truth about how our souls actually do this thing. We always assume our bodies are late to the party when major upgrades happen, right? But when we think the energy shifts and the body just lags behind, but it's actually the exact opposite. On paper, on our human calendar apps, we accept expect everything to move in a straight line. So I was scheduled on my period app to bleed early June, but my soul had completely different plans. It was preemptively prepping me to bleed this week on the new moon, instead, all because of what I'm preparing to receive right now. And the exact thing is happening to you. Your body doesn't do linear time, it does not care about your Google Calendar. It's going to speak to you in so many different wild ways. And usually that's just your soul sharing exactly what it needs to say. It preemptively shifts your entire vessel so you can actually receive the wave safely instead of getting knocked off your feet, so to speak. It was preemptively shifted into containment mode. My body wanted to switch from full moon bleeder to new moon cycle, which is all about birthing the new and just receiving. It locked the gates early, creating this literal somatic fortress to insulate my heart and anchor my energy. My body wasn't lagging. It was intelligently prepping me to receive the upcoming friction and upgrades from the position from a position of absolute strength. Poofed, gone, done, over. This week marks a total shift in reciprocal, harmonious energy. You're being rewarded for your stamina, and the universe is making sure everything in your pore is coming right back to you tenfold. So, how do we actually move from that heavy concrete density in our bodies to standing right in front of that massive overflow of love and abundance? How do we bridge that gap? Honestly, it takes extraordinary ordinary, super rare, rare amount of self-awareness. When shadow confirmation verb, when shadow dynamics show up in life, people who lack self-awareness will unconsciously offload their unexpressed chaos onto everyone around them. They don't know, they don't want to face their own density. So they will project it outward. They try to convince you that you're the one who's broken or weak or needs fixing. Just so you keep shouldering the inner invisible burden of what they refuse to process within themselves. But true power means you see right through the game. Your self-awareness becomes your superpower. You in true respect, you feel it all, and you process it right there in the moment. And because my body built that somatic fortress of fire to insulate my heart, I had the internal strength to look at these external dynamics and make firm, unshakable decisions. The days of putting a tiny band-aid over deep wounds just to keep a superficial peace are officially over. When you're standing in your power, if an environment or a connection tries to hand you a casual, superficial olive branch just to dodge taking real accountability and doing genuine repair, you look at them in the eye and you say, no, thank you. Unless there is a real mature conversation and a willingness to actively repair, I am choosing to remove myself from that space entirely. Reverting back to superficial interactions feels like another slap in the face to my heart. And frankly, I value myself in this new timeline way too much for that. And this is exactly where the victim mentality completely dissolves and where the real miraculous shift begins. If we sit around waiting for an external apology or tapping our foot or waiting for someone else to choose accountability so that we can finally feel safe, let our guard down, and finally bleed, we are totally giving our way our power. We are making our internal peace and our capacity to receive that beautiful, balanced Six of Pentacles energy completely dependent on someone else's emotional maturity. And honey, that is a long wait on a train that might not even be coming. So true sovereignty means that you actively initiate the repair on your own end, inside your own vessel. You stop asking, why is this happening to me? And you start recognizing my body held back its usual flow because it's protecting me, it's gathering resources and shifting me from, you know, the release of the old and shifting me to the new cycle so I can birth the new. And when you drop the victim story, you shift into a space of radical vulnerability. And let's be clear vulnerability isn't a weakness, it's the ultimate expression of personal power. It means you were strong enough to stop feeding the chaos, step completely out of wrestling the ring of conflict, and focus entirely on your own internal self-repair. You fill the cracks in your own heart with your own self-love, with your own validation and with your own absolute worth. And when you do this, you allow your inner masculine to step into its true divine role. Instead of using his energy to fight external battles or stress over the timeline, he stands guard at the door of the mind of your mind like a bouncer. His job is to say the boundary is set, the old karmic cycle of the world is closed, the parameter is secure, and no panic or projection is allowed in this house today. See ya. When your inner masculine secures the parameter, your inner feminine can finally drop her guard, soften her gaits, and operate entirely from the heart. Because the absolute truth of the universe is this: you cannot receive a harvest through clenched fists or a guarded heart. Or a bruised ego. True reception requires a relaxed pelvis, an open, vulnerable heart, and the cornucopia and the door to romance are already waiting for you. The check is already signed, the harvest is already grown, and you have to be willing to sit in the heavy fullness of the unknown without trying to force or manipulate the outcome. When you surrender to the need to control, you clear all the dense debris right out of your field and let the world catch up to the speed of your soul. So I want to do a short activation with you guys just to kind of drop in and see where this takes us. So take a long slow breath. And before you start, like breathe in and then sigh out. Let your shoulders drop. Let your jaw completely go slack. And if you're feeling the heavy compressed compression, sorry, compressed tension of your own velocity shift right now. Let's lay down a saw together. Stop sucking in your stomach. Let your belly completely hang loose and heavy and breathe into that space and notice how your body has actually been protecting you all along. Let these words wash over you. I am officially done with the heavy lifting. Repeat after me. I refuse to play the game of conflict or feed the chaos anymore. I dissolve the old victim story and step fully in my sovereign power. I call my inner masculine to hold a safe, quiet, unbreakable parameter around my peace, so that my inner feminine can safely open her heart, soften her gates, and operate entirely from love. I drop the armor, I choose radical vulnerability, and I open my arms to receive the harvest that already belongs to me. My only permission now is joy. My only job is play. And I am walking a magnetic void. I am entirely, fully in my power. I am wide open to the flood of everything that already belongs to me. The money is mine, the love is mine, the ultimate alignment is mine. I'm dropping my guard and I am letting the physical world catch up to the speed of my soul. And take a deep breath from your womb space or your sacral chakra if you're a masculine, and just let it out with a soft ah sound. You've crossed the threshold, hun. Your body didn't miss the timeline. It met ahead of time to prepare you for everything you are inheriting this week.
