DANIEL McCLAM is the Owner of Hawks Real Estate and Co-Founder of InvestorBase, a 'game-changing' disposition software for wholesalers and realtors.
InvestorBase provides its users with access to over 10-Million Buyers Nationwide and specializes in identifying the Most-Likely Buyers for any particular deal. Daniel is focused on the business development side of InvestorBase while his partner, Jack Herbkersman, handles product development. Daniel started his career in Commercial Brokerage where he facilitated over 200 commercial transactions.
Following this, Daniel started Hawks Real Estate which focused solely on selling deals to Institutional Buyers nationwide. Hawks scaled quickly to 10+ deals a month, across 10-states, with 12 different hedge funds. InvestorBase was born in a time of need when Hawks Real Estate's Institutional Buyers exited most markets in
2022.
