Hey, welcome. Welcome. Welcome. Thank you for tuning into this podcast. I really appreciate it. And I promise you, I'm going to give you all that I have talk a little bit about what the dream is behind this podcast. This is episode one of hopefully 1500 or so to come. The whole purpose behind the podcast is to encourage and motivate, inspire with specific simple strategies you can apply today to start getting you to the life of your dreams.

You deserve it. I want to remind you right from the start that your best days are ahead of you. I want to ensure you that if you've stopped dreaming and believing for big that we want to get you believe in big again. I want to help you start dreaming, believe in big, your dream life that you've always wanted and you've always dreamt about.

Maybe you've given up on I'm telling you, we can get that for you. Let's work on it together. It's going to be fun. I'm really excited about this podcast. I want to do it for years. I know it's going to be a true blessing to many people. And I know that for me, I'm going to need it as much as everyone else.

I love that. All right, so buckle up. Let's get going. I wanna recap our simple strategy for success. It's made into an acronym, G-P-G-X.  G: the G and GPGX stands for God first. God is love. Walk in love every day of your life. Assume the best in people. Limit your judgments of others. This is something I work on a lot.

It's just not being critical of others. Offer grace and mercy. Allow people to fail and make mistakes. A simple way to sum it up is a golden rule. Do unto others as you'd want done to yourself. Treat people the way you want to be treated. It truly is the greatest way to live. Life is an echo. You get back what you send out.

The P; in GPGX is positive thoughts and positive words. Think about what you think about. Ensure your self talk is positive. I can do this. It will work out. My best days are ahead of me, not behind me. You don't want to think, I can't do this. I always fail. I'm not good enough. Tune into your self dialogue.

Don't allow those negative thoughts and self talk. We'll talk more about that in future podcasts. Be your biggest fan. Believe in you. You are a masterpiece. You are a one off. Only you can give the world what is inside of you. The other P in P; is positive words. Do you have the language of a champion?

Do you tell your friends and family, we can do this. It'll work out. You are amazing. I appreciate you. I care about you. Your words can bless or curse people. Choose to bless all the people around you. The other G stands for gratitude and growth. Love and gratitude are the two greatest emotions.

Gratitude takes what you have. And makes it enough. John Gordon talks about a daily gratitude walk, getting up early every morning, take a walk and just be thankful for all the things that you have. The happiest people on the planet are the people who are the most grateful. Another G from GPGX also stands for growth.

Every day of our life, we're either getting better or we're getting worse. Nothing on the planet stays the same. You have to proactively be growing the rest of your life. I already know that you do that because you're already tuned in to this podcast right now. Think about putting a plant On a counter and never watering it that plant would wither away and die We as humans need to be growing constantly to avoid going backwards. Wisdom and knowledge to us is like watering a plant. I want you to flourish, and you can't do that if you're not continually growing every day of your life. When Thomas Edison died, they found a self help book under his pillow. Even Thomas Edison Who had a vibrant life, knew that there was still more to learn and he was still growing; up till the day that he died. Have a thirst in life to constantly keep learning more every day.

My wife is great about this. She is always so curious about everything.

She goes to Chat-G-P-T

for everything to learn more and more. She is always questioning things. I know that serves her well. The X in GPGX stands for eliminating something in your life. that might be holding you back from living your best life.

Things like negative self talk or negative thoughts, less than a good diet, addictions too much time on social media, or internet and not dwelling on the right things. Everyone has things that could be an Achilles heel to having them live their best life. I have things as well that I constantly keep working on.

But I don't want anything to derail you from having a fantastic life. We'll talk more about specific solutions to that in upcoming episodes. All right. Time for a joke break. How do you make a tissue dance? You put a little boogie in it. Oh yeah, that's right. Oh my gosh. All right. I am like you as far as consistently wanting to grow, listening to different podcasts that inspire and motivate me.

I want to share the top three podcast episodes that I listen to every week. So I can give you some really good ones. So you don't have to hunt them down on your own. These will always be available in the show notes. My number one. podcast episode for the week had Lisa Jimenez featured , and it was a really good one about fear is not going away.

Your beliefs about fear are keeping you from success. Anything you have feared can be unlearned. That is great news. She discusses her past on fear and how she dealt with it. She talks about how everything you have learned about fear is untrue. So keep in mind everyone that sometimes we always think when we see those people that are super successful, they don't have fear and stuff.

But even with all of that, you still have fear. That's just a normal thing, but there's ways that you can control it and manage it. And she did a great job on this episode. So make sure you tune into that on the show notes. We also heard a great one about, not allowing critical voices to steal your dreams from Joel Osteen.

When you strive to be more, people around you will be critical of you. He talks about just shaking it off. Don't let it poison you or get bitter. Life may not be fair, but God is. God wants to restore you and bring you out better than before. Trust him to fight your battles and handle your critics. Get your dreams back.

Believe in yourself. Even if others do not, your destiny is not tied to what others think about you. Number three, third best podcast of the week for me was your attitude is your life. Keith Harrell. I absolutely love this one. Keith has a great attitude and a lot of great stories that were spot on . He talks about love and family and always having a yes, I can do it attitude.

He talks about growing and giving thanks for all that we have. Talks about surrounding yourself with the right people. Create your dream team. I truly hope that you have time to listen to these podcasts. They're absolutely fantastic. I know you'll get a lot out of them. A couple of great quotes I came across this week came from:

Booker T. Washington, "those who are the happiest are those who do the most for others." Oh my goodness. So true. It always feels like you just feel so much better when you're actually doing something for other people, especially when they can't pay you back for it. They have no way of paying you back for what you're doing for them.

"No one has ever become poor by giving" that was from Anne Frank. Another great quote. I'm just talking about giving and giving of yourself. It seems like the more you give, the more you have. Sir John Templeton had a good one when he said "self improvement comes mainly from helping others". When you're always outside yourself and you're looking to help other people out, I think that's the happiest way to be.

I'm closing out episode one by reminding you; if you have a challenge that you've not been able to overcome on your own, you want another perspective man, email us at GPGXfreedom@gmail.com and we'll discuss a few of these different challenges and offer maybe some solutions and give you another perspective so that we can overcome some of those challenges, a few questions to think about until we get together next time

is have you stopped dreaming and believing for big? I got to tell you, probably some of the saddest times of my life is when I've realized that I've just stopped dreaming. I don't have any goals in front of me. I don't have any big dreams. I'm not going after anything in a big way. So if you've stopped doing that, let's get you back at it.

Let's do it together as a team. And then also, when I said, you're a masterpiece, do you really believe that when I say that to you? Because it is absolutely true. And I hope that you do, I hope you let yourself have that title of masterpiece because that's who you are. I would say the challenge for the week.

Is take a few minutes and write down 10 things that you're grateful for and keep it maybe by your bed area and review them in the morning when you get up. And then also before you go to bed, it's a great way to go to sleep and also get up in the morning is just remembering all the great things that you have.

So last but not least, I want to tell you, and I always will. That I want you to remember that you are a masterpiece. Your best days are straight ahead of you. And I am so excited. Next week, we're going to talk about a lot of great things. So please make sure you tune in and we will talk to you soon.

Thank you for tuning into a conversation of hope. I appreciate it. And we'll talk to you soon.
