Group Chats And Government Power

One week in a group chat, and suddenly you are staring down terrorism charges. That single detail kicks off a wide ranging conversation where we try to separate real threats from online posturing, and ask an uncomfortable question: when institutions lose trust, how quickly can “dissent” get rebranded as “danger”?
the headlines around a foiled White House UFC attack plot that allegedly involved drones, explosives, and sniper teams. From there we zoom out to the legal and cultural gray zones: what prosecutors count as intent, how surveillance tools like FISA get justified, and why private group chats can feel like a liability even when people are just venting. If you care about free speech, domestic terrorism narratives, and the boundary between talk and action, this part will keep you thinking.
Then we connect dots across the week’s biggest threads: alleged government corruption, nonprofit and NGO fraud incentives, Iran nuclear deal confusion, and the role of bot farms and foreign influence campaigns in shaping what “everyone” seems to believe online. We also dig into illegal immigration and H-1B visa fraud claims, plus stories about stash houses, ghost students siphoning education funds, and how loopholes and enforcement gaps hit ordinary communities first.

Welcome Peasants And Wedding Week
SPEAKER_13And then they went to the green! It's hello!
SPEAKER_06Do you know what's me?
SPEAKER_12Let me let me eat cake.
SPEAKER_14We're getting screwed, man. Every time we turn around, we're getting screwed. Well, the revolution's gonna be true podcasting for sure. That's the only way to take it. It's the little guys, the little guys that take the blood of everything. It's gotta stop. Peasants, ma'am. We're just peasants. Every one of us. You watch those old movies, you see the peasants in the background with the kings and kings walking around. We're those people. We're those people. Good morning, peasants. Welcome to another episode of the peasants' perspective. I barely made it. I'm still trying to get my headphones to work.
SPEAKER_18Good morning. Something's going on.
SPEAKER_14What do I got happening here? I don't know. Oh, I got Cloud Lady talking. Okay, you guys can hear me all right, right? I'm getting feedback. Okay, I'm good. I'm good. All right. Don't touch my headphone wires. They're shortened out, is what it is. The Razor, good morning. It's a great morning in Boise, Idaho. Welcome, welcome. Pony Boy, good morning from Texas. Checking out the oil fields. Love it, love it, love it. Glad you guys are here so bright and early. Man, I got all my family in town. It's a big week this week around my place. Daughters getting married on Friday. That's right. I'm entering a new chapter in my life. I'm gonna have a son-in-law. Never had a son-in-law before, never had a daughter-in-law, never had an in-law that was like downward in the age group. It's always been like brother-in-law, father-in-law. Upstream. Yeah, it's always been upstream. So that's kind of interesting. Family's all in town. Last night, my wife, my daughter, had her uh bridal shower. Have you ever watched the show Father of the Bride?
SPEAKER_18No.
SPEAKER_14You've never seen Father of the Might.
SPEAKER_18I've never heard of it. Oh my goodness.
SPEAKER_14My wife's watched it 4,000 times. Not even heard of it, let alone watched it. It's a very cute show. But there's a scene in the show where his daughter comes back from Rome. She just spent a summer in Rome and she met a man and she fell in love. And so she's sitting at the dinner table telling Steve Martin, her dad, that you know, she met this man and you're going to get mailweed. Anyways, he sees her as a little like five, six-year-old girl being like, and then we were in Rome and it was so pretty, and we decided we're going to get mailweed. That's how I look at my daughter. I just see my little three, four-year-old girl with her little toy guitar wanting to do little shows in the front room. And she's like, I'm getting mailweed. So yesterday she had her bridal shower. That's awkward for a father. That's awkward for a father. So I decided to break the ice and joke about magic mic coming to the bridal shower, you know. Anyways, but her friends, her friends, young millennials, of course, made it awkward for me because I thought there was something there that was to blush about. I don't even know what it is or care. All I know is it's very awkward to be like, that's a great time for you.
SPEAKER_18Huh? This is a great time for you.
SPEAKER_14Yeah, this is a great time for me. We went out with all the boys, you know, had to take all the kids out, all the boys out to uh hamburgers while the bridal film was going on. And we actually left the future son-in-law back home. I think he was like hanging out in the RV. I'm like, did we just have his party without him? Did we take all the kids out? It was all boys. I had no girls or cousins or anything with us. It was all guys. I was like, this probably would have made a good bachelor party, but we forgot to bring him. So I don't even know where it was at. I assume it was just hanging out in the camper. All right, guys, we've given you enough time to pile on in here. Listen to me talk about my problems. Daughter getting married this week. Oh my goodness, life is just going by. Everybody's growing up. But you guys show up right and early for the simultaneous sip. And all you need for that is a cup or a mug or a glass, a tank, or a chalice of stein, a canteen, jugger flask, a vessel of any kind. Fill it with your favorite liquid. I like coffee. And join me now for the unparalleled pleasure of the dopamine head of the day, the thing that makes everything better. It's a simultaneous sip, and it starts right now.
SPEAKER_13Yeah, thank you, Mr. President. 141 years ago. Albert Einstein. 121 years ago. Albert Einstein published a paper. Nobody cares.
SPEAKER_14Nobody cares. Albert Einstein published a paper. Nobody cares. Nobody cares. John attack us on YouTube says, big week. Looking forward to it. Yeah, we're looking forward to having you guys come up and hang out. Man, family weeks. Just I just don't know what to do. I just family's crawling around the house and we're having
The Simultaneous Sip Ritual
SPEAKER_14fun and all, but gosh, you know, just out of my routine. All right. So we had a little bit of a break in
White House UFC Plot Explained
SPEAKER_14the story. So we had the UFC event last week. Big fight night bare knuckle boxing right on the White House lawn. It wasn't any bare knuckle boxing, but huge event. Obviously, the Democrats are big mad because you know you can take gladiator sports to the White House lawn. But nonetheless, there was a spoiled terror attack that was supposed to happen. Okay at this event. Now, I've been a little bit suspicious of this terror attack, or just a little bit, you know, because the ringleader of it was an illegal alien. And so they used the FISA tools in order to spy on this event. That's that's what we're kind of hearing through the grapevine, you know. So I gotta have FISA because otherwise we wouldn't be able to bust this domestic terror plot led by an illegal alien. But it the the the problem metastasize. Now, in the original complaint, we read in there a couple days ago that the ringleader kind of like wasn't motivated to do anything. He just kind of wanted to talk about it. And he was upset nobody else would do anything, but he himself was unwilling to materially participate, right? So, nonetheless, they busted all these guys and they ended up expanding the the the uh net and they caught a few more guys yesterday. And this one hits close to home. A local Belfare resident is now looped up in the state.
SPEAKER_26Suspects in connection with the planned attack at the White House at that UFC event.
SPEAKER_05Lucas Thomason is live at the White House with the details for us. Hey, Lucas.
SPEAKER_22Good morning, Ainsley. That's right. Two more men have been arrested by the FBI, this time in Missouri and Washington State, threatening to murder people at President Trump's UFC event right here at the White House on June 14th. That also coincided with Flag Day, the Army's birthday, and President Trump's birthday. Now, newly unsealed court records identify Jordan Rinker and William Faulkner, not to be confused with the great American author as defendants six and seven in what authorities say have become a mass casualty attack. Could have. Prosecutors allege the plot called for explosive-laden drones to strike near the White House before sniper teams opened fire on attendees. Investigators say Rinker played a supporting role, accepting $1,200 from alleged ringleader Abraham Alvarez, transferred a pump action shotgun discover discussing carrying explosive-laden drones using a 3D plinter to produce drone components and seeking explosive materials. Now, a total of seven men have been arrested in connection with the plot of bringing havoc here to the White House to disrupt that UFC fight card and attack fans leaving the event. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche writing, quote, law enforcement continues to do what it does, move to disrupt and hold accountable those allegedly plotting to do harm on the White House grounds on June 14th. All right.
SPEAKER_14So they got him. They got him. And so our local man here out of Belfair, if you noticed on that Fox News report, his face was blank. I think that's because the Washington state doesn't release any kind of uh mugshots. I've never seen my mugshot floating around. I always thought I'd see it. Yeah. I don't know. I have one. They took one. I've actually gotten more than one mugshot.
SPEAKER_18You know, I don't think I've seen your mugshot either. I've only ever seen your FBI poster.
SPEAKER_14Yeah, I don't think my mom or dad would be very proud of the statement I just made. I've got a mugshot. I've got more than one mugshot. Definitely wasn't on my bingo card as a young 18-year-old, you know. How many mugshots are you going to make it through life with? Well, I'm hoping by 50 they'll only have three or four, you know.
SPEAKER_18You know, I don't have any, I don't think. I've never been arrested.
SPEAKER_14I've got one to share. So I've got an extra mugshot floating around there. I've got a couple mugshots. It's kind of kind of funny. And that's uh, yeah, well, let's check that off the bingo card. All right. So Washington state man from Belfair says, I'll take it on the chin. Man accused in Washington of the conspiracy to overthrow the government. 21-year-old William Lee Faulkner was in federal courtroom Monday as a U.S. prosecutor claimed he was central in a plot to attack the UFC fight on the White House lawn in an effort to soak chaos in a country and lead to overthrow the government of the United States. Wow. Man, this guy should come to the meetings. I'm just kidding. I don't want any fights of spying. We're not having any meetings to overthrow the government. PoliticalRemodel.com. It's just a little remodel. Just a little remodel, a tweak at the foundation. Faulkner was arrested Friday morning by Mason County Sheriff's Deputies while traveling, according to U.S. attorney Neil Floyd. If it wasn't for the intervention of law enforcement, I do believe they could have carried out maybe not the plans they had ultimately hoped to achieve, but certainly they could have caused a mash casualty event. That's kind of an interesting stable. Well, this one probably wouldn't have worked out for them, but if they just kept chipping away at the plan, according to prosecutors, was to fly drones over the USC stage and detonate them, sending people running where other suspects could be waiting with guns, court documents. Detailed Faulkner's road and obtaining the drones, describing what munitions to use, using fiber optic cables tethered to airborne machines so signals wouldn't get jammed. Have you ever been a part of one of those perfect crime conversations? You've done that. What would be the perfect crime? You know, where would you hide the body? How would you get rid of the DNA? So these conversations are not unusual amongst friends, Ron. You've never had a perfect crime conversation? Not really. I mean, why wouldn't I need to? Yeah, probably why wouldn't I? Good, good thing. But you know, me and my friends, we have actually had these perfect crime conversations after watching too much CSI, right? How would you get away with it? You know, if the CSI guys were on your case, how would you get away?
SPEAKER_18I can I can see this happening now.
SPEAKER_14Yeah, yeah. I mean, there's screenwriters that make a living riding perfect crime situations. It can't be that big of a deal. Should be protected under the First Amendment. Nonetheless, I've been a part of these perfect crime, and that's kind of what this looks like to me, like a perfect crime conversation. Yeah, let's get some drones with fiber optic cables. Ron, I've been around drones for a little while. I've yet to see a drone available at Best Buy that has fiber optic cables. I'm pretty sure those are industrial war complex only.
SPEAKER_18Yeah, Ukraine special edition.
SPEAKER_14Yeah, not for recreational use. Big pain in the butt. A drone that runs like a kite? I don't think so. I don't think so. So, nonetheless, he said, let's say $250 a drone. Again, impossibility. There are no drones that can do what he needs to do for $250. If you want five drones, that would be a $1,200 plus chipping, which I'm assuming is supposed to be shipping. From my contact, who I've known since middle school and used to run guns and drugs with this guy.
SPEAKER_18Sounds like he's already over his budget.
SPEAKER_14I love this. I've known since middle school and used to run guns and drugs with this guy. Solid dude. That sounds like in prison. The good white guys, you know, the the uh the arsonists, the burglars, the forgerers, the good guys, unlike the pedophiles. Those are the bad guys. But nonetheless, he's a solid dude. Read read a group chat message that prosecutors allege is from Faulkner. Five suspects were arrested before the UFC event. Faulkner's is the first of two others who were arrested since Friday. It's one thing to say that I'm talking online and I know a guy and I have connections. It's another thing to actually have the connections and put in motion the production of drones, says U.S. uh district attorney Neil Floyd. Prosecutors were tipped off by the mother of another subject, Tyson Proper. Oh, the moms are getting involved. So you know this is a serious plot, who lives in Ohio. His mother described the group chat as an ultra-religious, anti-government, and specifically citing grievances about government corruption, the handling of the Epstein files, data centers taking up all the water communities, and other government actions wrong. We're screwed. This this podcast is now a plot. Overthrow the government. So by citing things that are wildly obvious, like government corruption, stay tuned. We're gonna get to a few of those clips later. The handling of the Epstein files, is anybody impressed? I mean, really, and data centers taking up all the waters. Uh fact check true. So just in the last 48 hours, this podcast has waded out into some deep waters here. Oh no. This is what bothers me so much about stories like this is I'm like, are these guys actually extremists or are they just online trash talkers yelling into the wind because they have no remedies to these problems, right? Makes you really wonder. The larger conspiracy that's already out there wasn't just for the attack on the UFC event, Floyd said. This group of individuals were planning a much broader conspiracy to do multiple attacks. It's just the UFC is the one that caused action on the part of law enforcement.
SPEAKER_18Don't mess with the fighters. The story's so triggering. I gotta grab my go bag and go do some.
SPEAKER_14Dude, no kidding. These guys are upset at government corruption, the handling of the Epstein files and data centers taking up all the water. Wow, that sounds like a clickbait headline there. Are you just trying to get tags and SEO terms in there to make sure the world knows don't object to these things, or you will be guilty of overthrowing the government? For that reason, Floyd said it was important that the FBI arrest Faulkner ahead of the U.S. government. Uh, according to court documents, Faulkner reacted to the arrests of multiple other suspects in an Instagram message with someone outside the group. My moss got picked up, he's in custody. One message said, I sent the I in the article I sent you, it mentioned the involvement of everyone but me and the people you already know because we took precautions, read another message. The day after the message sent, Faulkner was arrested. Prosecutors say Faulkner was only in the group chat for about a week. It was a wild ride a week that I was in that group chat. I went from just looking for a conspiracy theory and find some people to talk to about data centers eating up all the too much water. And next thing you know, I was under federal indictment for an attempt to overthrow the government in a terror plot. Wow. How things can change. He's guilty of being in a group chat. Yeah. Right? It's one thing to talk about drones, it's another thing to put production into motion. Did he actually have production or did he show up this way? That's what I'm talking about.
SPEAKER_18If he 3D printed like some World of Warcraft thing, they were like, eh, there you go. Look at the plans he's got here.
SPEAKER_14Again, you guys, I understand. A terror plot in the UFC, absolutely ridiculous. Let's step back for just a second. This guy showed up in the group chat a week ago. And now he's got terrorism charges. And this guy might be after my own heart just a little bit. So he goes, uh he says he was only in the group chat for about a week, but says he was, quote, all in. On the phone, the prosecutors are now investigating other forms of possible communication. U.S. court magistrate Grady Leopold ruled that Faulkner be held in custody before his trial due to the severity of the allegations. That sucks. Pre-trial confinement, which means you're pretty much locked in the box the whole time. In making his case for release, Faulkner said, I am aware of the seriousness of the charges and said, I will take it on the chin. Whatever happens, happens. All right. Okay.
SPEAKER_18Apparently he's a listener of the show.
SPEAKER_14Listen, I am super careful about what I post online now. Okay, super careful. I try to make it all highly political, as incendiary as possible, but no group chats, all on public exports. I really, really got to be careful about what you say in these private groups. Honestly, truly, just as a great example. He showed up a week ago, guys.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_14This plot was already in motion. I'm sure they had a couple of FBI handlers and you know agents inside the chat. And this guy, however, he got sucked in there, was all in. And now you're going to find out what all in really means. So you really got to keep your mouth shut when it comes to data centers, the Epstein files, and government corruption. You just do not want to tread on these topics.
Group Chats And Free Speech Fears
SPEAKER_14Speaking of government corruption, our our conspiracy theorist in chief, JD Vance, thinks that they finally might get around to getting rid of some of these deep state guys and prosecuting people.
SPEAKER_15I absolutely want to see indictments, Maria. Look, of course, you gotta have the law.
SPEAKER_14All right, well, that's anti-government sentiment right now. Because the people you want to indict are government workers. Oh, wait a minute. No, that's only for the plebs that get arrested for this kind of sentiment.
SPEAKER_15I'll follow the facts here. You don't just indict people to indict people, you indict people because they broke the law. But if you look at what Tulsi and Cash Or were in a group chat, Patel have revealed in the last couple of weeks. I don't know how anybody can look at that and say that there wasn't a aggressive violations of the law. What they basically did is they defrauded the American people in order to take Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign talking points and turn them into intelligence by defrauding the American people, defrauding the intelligence agencies, lying about what the Intel said, they would take something that that that that supported a Hillary Clinton campaign talking point, and they would over-emphasize it and exaggerate it. They took anything that actually contradicted that narrative and they buried it deep. And through that, they actually That's actually what happened in my case.
SPEAKER_14All the expulk exculpatory stuff, like the message I sent to my brother-in-law, he goes, Well, what if you see Antifa? And I go, I'll run the other way. I don't want any of that. Do you want to bring any body body body um body armor, you know, in case there's a riot? No, I have no intention of getting into it. That stuff just disappears. But the tweet from summer of 2020, light them up and refer it to DC. That gets included. Isn't that interesting there? So they took a group chat from Hillary Clinton, misconstrued it. You guys see the the insanity with this here? It's kind of like, eh, but nonetheless, hey, hopefully we get some accountability. Let's go back in time on this clip.
SPEAKER_15Actually, they contradicted that narrative and they buried it deep. And through that, they actually laundered Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign talking points through the American intelligence services. That's a violation of the people's trust. That's a violation of what our intelligence services should be doing. And I absolutely think they broke the law. You're going to see a lot of people get indicted for that. Here's the thing that should really bother the American people. What do you want our intelligence community to be doing? I want them to be catching bad guys. I want them to be making sure that terrorists aren't going to kill innocent American civilians. I don't want them laundering Hillary Clinton's campaign talking points into the American media and giving them this air of legitimacy. It is sick and it's disgusting. It hurt the intelligence community, it hurt the American people, and it hurt the first Trump administration. We have got to have consequences for it, or we're just going to see the same play repeated again and after again.
SPEAKER_14Did I capture everything he said there? They want the intelligence agencies to go after potential real terrorists like these UFC bomb plotters, not after deep state politicians.
SPEAKER_18Yeah.
SPEAKER_14But we need to go after the politicians who went after politicians. Right? Is that what I'm picking up here? Yeah, yeah, yeah. We really want the intelligence agency focused outward on the people. We can't ever have them turn around and come after one of our own again. So we've got to punish them this time round. That's kind of what I heard there. I'm just, I mean, don't, don't, you know, I mean, not that I'm saying the government's corrupt because I would never do that in a public setting. Okay. I don't want to be on their radar to point anything out, but it does sound a little bit sketchy, right? I mean, it's a little weird.
Intelligence Cuts And Deep State Claims
SPEAKER_14Now, Bill Poulte finally made his way over to ODI and ABC News is singing a tune.
SPEAKER_20Bill Poulte, the acting director of national intelligence, had promised to make hundreds of cuts. And this morning sources tell us those firings are now underway. Now it is not clear how many jobs are going to be affected, but sources say the National Counterterrorism Center is likely to be hit hard. Pulte, who just took over the role last week, today's actually his second full day on the job, is a Trump loyalist with zero intelligence experience. But the president has made clear he wants him to slash jobs at the agency. And Trump says he thinks Pulti is actually better able to make these cuts because he's in the role temporarily. Trump saying he's less shackled to do this. Now, Democrats and many Republicans have strongly opposed Poulti being in this role even for the short term. And they've tried to prevent this. Uh, all of this and these cuts are sure to be a topic of conversation when the president meets tomorrow with Senate Republicans, Michael.
SPEAKER_23Yeah, the whole thing makes you shake your head, Mary. And we're often learning. Hold on, they're asking for nearly 80 billion.
SPEAKER_14I think my favorite part is having the ex-football player. The whole thing makes you shake your head. Yeah. It's pretty fun. So Bill Pulte's on the job. He's firing deep state actors. I don't know what you could be possibly firing them for. I mean, I doubt they have any scroup chats or anything that show what they've been up to. I mean, oh my goodness. This is just one of those days, those mornings, where I woke up and I read the news and I read the story about our friend down in Belfair. And I'm just like, I'm missing something here. I'm missing something here. Where where is he going to get a hold of fiber optic connected drones for $250 a piece?
SPEAKER_18I don't know.
SPEAKER_14Because the prosecutor put in the statement saying it's one thing to like put it into production. Where?
SPEAKER_18Well, there's a lot of things. That's what I was talking about. I'm imagining drones. I'm imagining that he printed something on his 3D printer, and that's what they're calling the production.
SPEAKER_14I saw the pictures of the other guys. I don't think they're the kind of guys that have a 3D printer that's doing Much. You know, these guys look more like 2A aficionados than 3D printer people. But again, it's just another one of those. Like, I mean, when I see, well, this is what they're this is what they're opposed to. Government corruption, cover up of the Epstein files, and data center stealing water. Okay, so they're they're MAGA? They're American? Like, I don't what I don't understand here. Like, this is are these sentiments bad? Um is it the shit talking online? Like, I'm sorry, I'm not convinced this guy had a source for $250 drones that are fiber optic connected out of Belfare. I'm not convinced. Now I am I am pretty certain that a troll could come onto a group chat and telegram or signal whatever app you're using and could come, oh yeah, I know a guy. I used to run guns and drugs with him. You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_18Like that to me sounds a little bit more plausible. Something like my uncle used to know Barry Seals. Yeah. Okay. Okay.
SPEAKER_14Again, I I'm coming at this from I've seen it. I've seen what the prosecution, the United States government, said about me. I've seen the way they manipulated things in my life. Like, it's a bad thing he's an Eagle Scout. You know, it's a bad thing that he's from a middle class and has never faced socioeconomic struggles. Screw you. I've faced socioeconomic struggles. I picked myself up by the bootstraps. You know what I mean? But no, yes, this crime was not caused because I needed to steal a loaf of bread for my kids. You know what I'm saying? Hold it against me. Oh my goodness. But that's the kind of thing. They take everything and they twist it upside down. So I'm not confident in this UFC bomb plot. To me, it goes right along with Pfizer reauthorization. The ringleader was a Mexican national, and the whole thing just smacks out. Inside job, this thing has been prepped. You're still targeting middle America. You know, you're you're based on the mugshots from these guys, to me, they look like right-wing adjacent.
SPEAKER_18Trying to justify these tools that they use against us all the time.
SPEAKER_14They're blackpilled millennials, is what they look like, right? They're black-pilled millennials. There's no jobs, there's no way they can afford a house. They're iced out of the dating market because they're essentially useless males in our society. Okay. And and they they see corruption all around them. The walls are tumbling down. Like this is one of the most difficult things I have, these conversations with boomers, older people who are kind of established, have some home equity. Yeah, life's a struggle, but you can handle it. Listen, you do not the the housing prices right now. If you bought your first house in the 80s, okay, the housing prices right now, as compared to wages, are the equivalent of you in 1985 buying a three-bedroom, two-bath starter house. You know, the one that you paid 114 grand for and thought you overpaid. It's the equivalent of back in 1985, you having your same $35,000 a year job and your wife's making $10,000 a year working as a receptionist somewhere, and you guys barely qualifying for that $114,000 house. This is the equivalent of that same house being $600,000.
SPEAKER_18Yeah.
SPEAKER_14It's un you can't qualify.
SPEAKER_18This is exactly what I was talking about yesterday when we had almost nobody watching the show. It's like, you know, your dad bought a house and it was a struggle. You bought a house and it was we're still trying to pay for it. Our kids are gonna have where are they gonna buy a house?
SPEAKER_14I know married couples who are roommates with other married couples in apartment complexes. Right? And neither one of them want to be shacked up with another married couple.
SPEAKER_18The next generation has already been crushed financially.
SPEAKER_14So imagine being in that generation, being 20-something, and going, it wouldn't even matter if I went to college. So would I shackle myself with $150,000 of debt and get a $60,000 a year job, you know, instead of the $70,000 a year job I make as a laborer somewhere? Like $70,000 to some people in middle Midwestern America sounds like a lot. But around here, a two-bedroom apartment is $2,800, $2,900. It's it's outrageous. It's outrageous. So I can understand the frustration with these guys and to see them, you know, get on a group chat and do this. A don't ever plan a terror plot. Like at a certain point, we have to be like, listen, don't get involved in conversations like this. Don't fake your rage online because it gets misinterpreted down the road. Period. Okay. So just lesson number one for the plebs out there. Keep your dissent uh vocal and face-to-face, or you know, put on a microphone and get a logo and do it under a free speech banner. Right. But nonetheless, you can't trust these people. Consistently over time, when we're talking about the government, the standard of burden has to be they're guilty until proven innocent. We the people are innocent till proven guilty. But when it comes to the government, more than a decade ago, they've completely lost the trust of Americans to be neutral arbiters of justice and what is right or wrong. In an effort to quote unquote bring justice to people, in an effort to quote unquote fight drugs, we find situations like this. So we reported on this the other day, the DEA agent that was manipulating one of these online websites where they were selling fentanyl, and they knew that the fentanyl that had come through that website had in fact killed a person. And the confidential human source was wanting to continue to allow the sale of fentanyl inside of this website, causing all kinds of damage out to us, the little guys, the people they are supposed to protect. Well, now just the news broke a story. We know why they turned a blind eye to all the crime that was happening. They were trying to build a bigger case.
SPEAKER_19More than a decade ago, I worked with some reporters to write the Fast and Furious story. That's when the Justice Department let guns walk across the border to cartels. They came back and killed Americans. Um, today, a uh DEA agent in New Mexico revealed that a similar circumstance occurred with fentanyl. That during the Biden years, the U.S. attorney in New Mexico authorized letting hundreds of thousands of deadly fentanyl pills go onto the streets of New Mexico uh and potentially lead to deaths there. In just a few minutes, we're gonna bring on the lawyer for that DAG. He's a familiar face of whistleblower centers, um, owned Tristan Levitt. We're gonna get to that more, but a fast and furious of fentanyl seems to be emerging on the scandal horizon.
SPEAKER_14More than hundreds of thousands of pills rather than be interdicted, rather than take out the people who they knew had touched those pills, they allowed them out on the street in an effort to quote build a bigger case. And they know deaths occurred. A U.S. attorney who took an oath to the Constitution allowed that to happen, Ron.
SPEAKER_18I don't even know what to say.
SPEAKER_14We shouldn't know what to say. Just don't say it in an online group chat. We shouldn't know what to say. You shouldn't have to say anything. It should just reinforce the point. Hey, maybe those guys trying to bomb that UFC event, maybe they were, you know, onto something.
SPEAKER_18Maybe we should just let them bomb the event so we can make a bigger case.
SPEAKER_14The thing that really I struggle with this topic, and I'm I'm not trying to be a terrorist sympathizer here by any means, but it is very concerning. It is very concerning in America, where oftentimes our concerns, the problems we see with government, are the same problems that BLM or Antifa or the Boogaloo Boys or you know some far-ring neo-Nazi group. We all see the same problems, and politicians seem absolutely feckless in trying to fix them. It'll I'll never understand why we can't pass the Save America Act. We could flush a lot of this stuff out. You know, 85% of America might be happy with the outcome of elections if we actually believed in their legitimacy.
SPEAKER_17Yeah.
SPEAKER_14And yet the cat can't get out of the bat. Because remember, the left for quite a few years was talking about election fraud and oh, these stodgy country club Republicans, they can't win an election. And they were, you know, there was a literal documentary made with um uh what's her name up in Minnesota? Uh uh. Whitmer no Klobuchar. Amy Klobuchar and Kamala Harris were both in it talking about machine fraud and the electrical fraud, you know, in the machine in the in the in the elections. 2020 happens, zip their lips. You know what I mean? But yeah, you've you told your followers for years there's a lot of people that were very upset at Hillary Clinton because they felt like Bernie Sanders got the nomination in 2016 stolen from him by Bernie by Hillary Clinton, right? What's up with that story? You don't think that you think Democrats just forgot? I know a lot of them did, they just put their masks on. Shut up. Okay. Speaking of which, last night I was at a uh I was at a restaurant, yeah, just a hamburger shop, Grubhub locally. Shout out to Grubhub, free advertising. So Grubhub, and these people walked in with masks on. I'm like, it's like 80 degrees outside. It's like the most beautiful summer day we ever have here. It's 2026, people. These guys are walking in with masks on, and they were like making sure they were nice and tight around their nose. I wanted to say to them, like, are you guys sick? Because if you guys are sick, those masks are not going to protect us from you. That's what I wanted to say to them when you walked in the door. And you're not being protected from us, by the way. You know what I mean? Like, okay, so let's continue on here. So Fox News has another scandal that's happened, and this goes on with the California stuff happening with Gavin Newsom.
Newsom Nonprofits And NGO Fraud
SPEAKER_14So Fox News put out a little quick report explaining a little bit about this scandal that's happening with Gavin Newsom and his wife and how they're under investigation. And it does turn out this investigation started in 2022.
SPEAKER_21Out of the Hill newspaper in Washington, D.C., it reports Democrat insiders are now worried that the Justice Department probing California Governor Gavin Newsom's inner circle, including his wife's taxes and her nonprofits, that it's going to hurt his run for the White House. The probe was triggered by whistleblowers in California in 2022 under Joe Biden. Joining us now, Fox News My View with Lara Trump, host Lara Trump. We're happy we got the technical difficulties figured out with Lara earlier, along with Fox News contributor Joe Concha. Thanks so much for coming on. Joe, first for you, what do you make of the Hill newspaper here?
SPEAKER_11I think that this is very serious for Gavin Newsome, uh, Elizabeth and Laura, because you look at polling, for example, you the last four that I've seen, it's Gavin Newsome trailing Kamala Harris, who isn't exactly, you know, the Caitlin Clark of presidential candidates, by 22 points, 19 points, 17 points, 18 points. And then you hear about these investigations where, again, 340 million in donations from wealthy donors, special interests, some of which received preferential treatment and millions of dollars in state contracts, uh, all in being propped up uh or propping up the political activities of Jennifer Newsome. This Daily Mail investigation, by the way, also another one found that she was paying herself, Jennifer Newsom was, since 2012, $3.7 million to run this charity. So uh this smells bad, it looks bad, and Gavin Newsome's certainly going in the wrong direction. Because again, when you have the highest poverty tax unemployment rate in the country, and oh, by the way, you've only built built rebuilt two homes in the Malibu and Palisades areas. Uh, there's not a record to run on. And right now, there's not a lot of integrity, it seems to be there either, as far as he's running the way he's run his administration. Yeah, and his wife, for that matter.
SPEAKER_21See what Joe just said, it's sort of like pulling the thread on a massive Democrat machine of Lara, that where they think this, these, this stuff that they do, the way the state is run, is normal. And to what Joe said, Gavin Newsom got special interest groups to donate over $340 million to Newsom's pet projects. More than $4.4 million went to his wife's nonprofit. This is California's controversial behested payment system. What do you make of this? I mean, Steve Hilton calls it literally corruption in plain sight. He's running for governor, and as Joe pointed out, some of the donations came from corporations.
SPEAKER_14Some of the donations came from corporations. Do you remember back when we were listening to the fundraising event for Byron Donald's? And the guy says, if you're not invested in Byron Donald's business, you know, you'll need you'll need to do that so you can be a shareholder. You can have access to the state of Florida's CEO, future governor, you know, have your voice be heard. This is the same thing. It's just on the Democrat side of it, right? Taking money from wealthy donors, taking, taking from my from what I understand, the story has, and if I'm wrong, I'm wrong. But from my understanding, there was some government, you know, grants that were given to these nonprofits. She's taking $3.7 million a year in salary out of these things. That is a lot of money. You know, it's amazing to see the good that my wife can do with her nonprofit with just literally a few thousand dollars away. The idea of dumping $340 million on a nonprofit and being like, good luck. It's like, I don't know about that. That smells like corruption. But, you know, I'm not gonna say that in the group chat. That's definitely not gonna come up. Elon Musk even reminds us that this whole nonprofit NGO thing is just a breeding ground for fraud.
SPEAKER_23Where we saw there's just a tremendous amount of money being sent uh to uh non-governmental organizations, but actually it's a m this this, by the way, is I think one of the biggest sources of fraud in the world is government-funded non-governmental organizations. This is this is a gigantic fraud loophole uh where the government can give money to um an NGO, uh, and then that that there are no controls over that NGO. So they give they've given billions of dollars, in fact, we estimate tens of billions of dollars to NGOs that are essentially scams.
SPEAKER_14Uh yeah, and we don't want our intelligence agencies looking at that. Okay. Some of this stuff just feels like duh. Like, yeah, there's no accountability for it.
SPEAKER_18And uh there's no most of it, most of it's a big duh.
SPEAKER_14Dude, it's it's sketchy as all get out, man. It's sketchy as all get out. So
Iran Negotiations Through The Fog
SPEAKER_14this Iran Iranian Iran conflict, we've been kind of running in the fog on this thing. I mean, we every day we talk a little bit about Iran because it's a huge deal. You know, it's like the whole world economy's got this joke point in the Strait of Hormuz. And every day it's like, is the blockade open or is it closed? Are they letting ships out at night or are they not? You know, are the Iranians coming to the table to talk or are they not? Are they are they saying that we're gonna enrich uranium no matter what you think, or are they not? Like we're getting completely mixed signals. Well, this memorandum of understanding for peace has been signed. The negotiations in Switzerland apparently went well. And yesterday I casually said, I think the Iranians walked out of the meeting, and there was reporting on all of the major channels that the Iranians had gotten up and walked out of the meeting with J.D. Vance and it was over. Apparently, all of that reporting was totally fake news, according to J.D. Vance.
SPEAKER_16No, I mean, I I trust me, I've spent a lot of time dealing with the Iranians over the last few months. Sometimes I find them extremely confusing as negotiators. But look, we had a little press conference. They obviously don't quite have the same First Amendment protections in Iran that we have in the United States of America. We talked to you guys and then had a series of really good meetings. What I did find kind of funny is that after that initial meeting, there was this, you know, sort of social media firestorm where everybody said the Iranians are gonna leave, and then we proceeded to talk to them for like the next nine hours. So I would just encourage the media, mistrust a little bit what you see coming out of Iranian social media. They can be confusing negotiators, but we feel like we're making progress. Thank you guys. Take care.
SPEAKER_14So they walked out after nine hours of meeting. This, you know, it's it's hard with this Iran thing because there's so much there's there's so much online chatter around it. And the Iranians, they have no boats left, they have no air force left, they have no radar detectors left, they have nothing to really wage any kind of offensive war, and they're barely able to stage a defensive campaign against U.S. onslaught. And so the only thing they have left is social media. And we've shown these different clips like this before of these bot farms and things like that. I just want to show you another one of these bot farms. This is probably one of the more complicated ones I've seen. These are iPhones, different cell phones for and these are the bot farms that go through and create viable things, and you can actually pay for this, right? Yeah, you can actually pay for services to promote your your different posts and things like that. You don't pay for it through X or Facebook, you go to these third-party sites and they will give you, you know, 50,000 likes in a matter of minutes, and that'll help your your posts and things like that get into the algorithm. Well, nefarious actors around the world understand how to use these bit far uh bot farms and to great effect. Anna Paulina Luna was on with Officer Tatum, and she talked about these foreign influence campaigns. This is a real thing that's happening inside of our social media ecosystem. A lot of the news that becomes viral, and a lot of these different parts of the story are oftentimes being pushed by these different nefarious actors.
SPEAKER_28Um, well, first of all, you saw my line of questioning the other day with Secretary Rubio. He came into foreign affairs. That's my purview of jurisdiction um for one of the committees that I'm on. So for those that might not know, our job in Congress is not just voting and writing legislation or engaging in the election process. Um, it is all or the legislation process, but it's also, for example, if you oversee budget appropriations. Um, in my purview of authority, I have foreign affairs, which handles everything under the purview of the State Department, so i.e. peace deals, negotiations, foreign aid, all of that. And then also to um House Oversight, which congress conducts the congressional investigations, usually largely focusing on public corruption, et cetera. Um, so specifically on the foreign influence aspect, there is no question, and I think regardless of party affiliation, anyone will tell you that because of the fact that we have this very unique thing called the First Amendment here, um, that there are foreign countries that are engaging in using that First Amendment to launch massive psy-ops and propaganda campaigns against the American people. Now, there's a big difference if you just fundamentally disagree on policy. You can even look back into really the difference between Democrats and Republicans going back to the 60s. It wasn't as divided and vitriol as it is today. And what I will say is largely what's contributed to that is two things. One is social media and the lack of actual face-to-face interaction and kind of these keyboard warriors on the internet, which I'm sure, you know, you as well as any other person who really does have a profile or following will understand what we're talking about. And then also to um the aspect of we have seen um there's been evidence of bot farms. I've actually posted a lot of this, you know, bot farms being run out of specifically China that might target specific policies or people. So, like the next time you're arguing on the internet, just ensure that you're not in um arguing with a bot farm specifically. It does seem that the bot farms are more active on places like X that tries to drive up the engagement for certain postings. And what we're finding is that let's say that you have a position um like in myself um that doesn't want to continue the war in Ukraine, right? So like I've been advocating for peace, opening up with diplomatic talks, et cetera. Well, you might have, you know, a pro-war perspective on both sides, whether it's here in Washington with special interest funding the war or making money off of it, or different governments that would benefit from the war continuing. And so what they'll do is they'll take postings, they'll hit them with bot accounts in an effort to try to convince the American people that you need to continue it. And here's why. That's driving up the engagement and then making it a topic of discussion when in actuality, you know, in organic form, it's not organic.
SPEAKER_14And that's just it, right? An influencer or anybody can put any post out and then all of a sudden it takes off and it becomes the opinion de jour, right? The opinion of the day. And it's happening from foreign actors that can just jump these posts that can that can juice the algorithm, so to speak. So it's something to be very conscientious of as an influencer myself, with all six different people streaming here on Rumble, right? We have to be really careful because you can get yourself, I talked about this with Tucker Carlson and stuff, right? As they depart mainstream media, their audience becomes more niche. It's exclusively an ex-listening audience, and that that audience takes on certain characteristics and to and to keep engagement. If if a bot farm, let's say Qataris are funding some bot farm, every time Tucker Carlson says something negative about Israel, those posts, those clips go viral. So, what's the feedback Tucker Carlson is getting? This is what my audience wants. And no matter how hard you try to say a neutral arbiter, you're like, well, this is what the audience wants. We have a couple clips, right? We posted some of the stuff about our friend Daryl Dogs down at the county auditor's pro office. I don't know if I should call him our friend, but nonetheless Daryl Dogs, right? And we've got we posted on the Take Back My My County channel, and it's got, you know, twit 10 followers. It's got like no followers, but yet I get a hundred plus views on that out of 10 followers. If all of my followers watched my videos every day, this show would look a lot bigger. You know what I'm saying? And so it's like one of those things. Oh, well, this is what the people want. And maybe they do. Maybe, maybe there always is that controversy sells, right? But at the same time, what if I opened up that that clip and I saw that it had tens of thousands of views? We'd be doing that story every day for the next month. That would be the natural response that a podcast would give to it.
SPEAKER_18I suppose so.
SPEAKER_14And so it can it can just go. Gonzo Johnny says influencers only exist because people have no clue who they are or what they stand for. Good morning. I agree with that. I agree with that, right? I think influencers should be beacons of information, just nexuses of opinion that you can take into account to form. Your own, but your opinion should not be my opinion. We have different sets of eyes, different perspectives, different paradigms. Yep. And I'm always just trying to keep it centered on the kitchen table. How does this actually affect me? Right? Whether it's government corruption or government overspending or the social media farms that make us think that what's happening over in Iran is not happening. Donald Trump in the Oval Office was being asked about, you know, what's Iran's leverage? Because when you read the Wall Street Journal, when you read the New York Times, or you listen to these Democrat senators go on and do their talking points on TV, they're constantly talking about how America's in a worse position. Iran has all the leverage and they can do that. And Trump was asked this in the Oval Office about Iran's leverage. And Trump brought it back down to the real world. Iran is not abide by the MOU. Are you still with the people?
SPEAKER_25What I didn't say it would cause a depression. I said it could cause a depression. Right. And I said uh that I don't want to be Herbert Hoover. That's a president I don't want to be, because he, you know, he was uh in charge during the Great Depression. And certainly a lot of bad things could happen. That would be one of the things. I don't think it would, but if it did, but no, if if Iran doesn't uh live up to their agreement, or if they're not behaving, I will I will do what I have to do.
SPEAKER_24Does that give them leverage over you, Mr. President? Does that give them leverage? The Iranians leverage over you.
SPEAKER_25Oh, you said leverage. Their navy is gone. Their Air Force is gone. Their leaders are all dead. Their whole country's a mess, their economy is shot. The you know the Times, the fake New York Times said, Oh, it's about the same as it was four months ago. No. Four months ago they had a navy, 159 ships to be exact. It's gone. The whole navy's gone. They're 250 airplanes, all gone. Their every their anti-aircraft is gone. Their radar is gone. These guys love radar. Their radar is gone. Everything's gone. Their leaders are gone. Their whole country is gone. And the Times said, Oh, they're about the same as they were four months ago. The reason the news is doing so badly, or let's put it another way, the reason that I wanted a landslide, even though I got ninety-few percent negative press, all fake press, is because nobody believes the press anymore. And they have to start believing. You know, when when the Times and a couple of others, they just they grasp infrastructure when they say that Iran is about the same as it was four months. Four months ago, they had a powerful Navy, they had a powerful Air Force. You know, most of their missiles are gone, most of their launching pads are gone, most of their manufacturing capacity for drones and missiles is gone. About 87% gone. And then I hear, oh, they're in such great shape. No, they're gone and the first level of leaders gone, the second level of leaders gone. The third level of leaders have to hear the conversations. Who wants to be president? I don't want it. Nobody wants to be president. And then we have to read that. They're doing so badly. In the meantime, we're setting records. We have the strongest economy we've ever had. We have 18 to 19 trillion dollars being poured into our country. We're building factories all over the place. We have more people working today than at any time in the history of our country at higher salaries. So when you ask a question like that, it's so stupid.
SPEAKER_14What leverage do they have? They only have leverage in the mind of your readers. They have no real-world leverage, they can do nothing to stop the United States onslaught. But what leverage? Don't they have leverage? They don't have any leverage. The only leverage they have is the bot farms and your opinion. That's it. They are they've literally weaponizing America's free press. That's what they're doing. Trey Yanks and others on Fox News gave another overnight update.
SPEAKER_04Trump isn't letting up when it comes to pressure on the Islamic Republic, issuing a fresh warning to Tehran about compliance, but Iranian leadership doesn't sound all the way on board with the agreement.
SPEAKER_05Trey Yanks joins us live from Tel Aviv with the latest. Hey Trey.
SPEAKER_14So that's the question. Are they all the way on board with the agreement, or is Fox News kind of playing into the uh we're all reading this through the fog, too, you know, the tea leaves.
SPEAKER_02Hey guys, good morning. After Vice President J.D. Vance announced that Iran has agreed to allow international atomic energy inspectors into their country, President Trump posted on True Social this morning saying in part, if they did not agree to this, there would be no further negotiations. Well, the Iranians today are going on the record saying they did not agree to this point. Take a listen.
SPEAKER_00We neither had a meeting with the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, nor do we have any plan for the agency to inspect Iran's nuclear facilities damaged as a result of the U.S. military aggression and the Zionist regime. Fundamentally, there is no procedure in this regard.
SPEAKER_02Now, President Trump spoke from the Oval Office on Monday saying that if Iran doesn't live up to their end of the agreement, he'll do what he has to do. The focus over the next 60 days will be resolving issues surrounding Iran's nuclear program and keeping the Strait of Hormuz open. With the initial agreement in place, millions of barrels of crude oil are leaving the Persian Gulf each day.
SPEAKER_25You probably see that. We have an we have an oil gusher. The strait is totally open. You know that. And uh we're negotiating, we'll see how that all goes. But uh we have two things. We have an open strait, and we have a country that will never have a nuclear weapon. Will never ever have a nuclear weapon.
SPEAKER_02On Monday, the U.S. Treasury authorized Iranian oil sales temporarily waiving long place sanctions against the Iranian regime. The sanctions relief will be controlled by the United States, and unfrozen money Iran receives in the future would be used to purchase food and medical supplies for the Iranian people, according to President Trump. Now, there is this other broad issue of Lebanon and the exchange of fire between Israel and Hezbollah. The Israelis today targeted a cell of Hezbollah gunmen in the southern part of Lebanon. They say they had intelligence that these militants were planning an attack against their forces.
SPEAKER_26Guys, wow. So Trey, that is pretty big. If they deny right away that there's inspections, and one of the first things JD Vance said is they've agreed to bring back the IAEA, and we made a call at two o'clock in the morning and nobody picked up. How could they be in the same meeting and divert uh and have a divergent view on something as fundamental as that?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it's a great question because it raises other questions, not just about their nuclear program and their willingness to make these serious commitments. Yeah, it is a great question.
SPEAKER_14Up till now, it seems like the American side seems to kind of just nudge its way to our preferred conclusion, and the Iranians are just kind of like playing talking point basketball, you know what I mean? Like ripple ball. Yeah, yeah, no nuclear inspections, but you just signed a paper saying nuclear expansions. Well, yeah, but we got to set an appointment first. That's what I that's what I heard from his press conference. Carolyn Levitt emphasized the fact on Fox News. She's back from her paternity leave, by the way. She emphasized on Fox News that Donald Trump is only going to do a deal that's good for the American people.
SPEAKER_27President Trump has been implementing good economic policy for the year and a half he's been in office. He's slashing regulation, he's cutting taxes, he is unleashing American energy dominance, which did bring down the gas and oil prices in this country. Of course, he's been up front with the American people and recognizing what's going on with Iran has been a short temporary um disruption. But however, as the memorandum of understanding was recently signed, we have seen oil prices fall, just as President Trump said that they would, and they will. They will fall back to the levels they were before Iran uh began. But it's very important to our nation, our national security, and the American people that the Rogeranian regime was never allowed to obtain a nuclear weapon. President Trump has been very clear about that for decades. Anyone who voted for him understands that. And so now we're in this 60-day negotiating period at the direction of the president, headed up by the vice president, special envoy without Jared Kushner. Trust in them. This is a team who made the impossible possible with respect to bringing the hostages home from Gaza. Nobody thought that could happen. It happened under the president, the vice president, and the national security team's leadership. And so they'll continue to negotiate, ensure that we have a final deal that meets the needs of the American people in our country. President Trump, I know, will never sign on to a deal that does not serve this country and our national security interests. He is always looking out for America first.
SPEAKER_14And that, I think, is the one thing about Donald Trump that we can be pretty confident of is he's going to sign a deal that's good for the American people, one way or the other. And all the intricate negotiations and details, they'll work it out.
SPEAKER_17Right?
SPEAKER_14They'll work it out. If there's one thing that we pay the president to do, is to do this stuff, and he seems to do a good job.
H1B Visa Fraud And Workforce Anger
SPEAKER_14Now, on another front, there's been this continuous problem with illegal immigration. It's really easy. I think we have near universal understanding that we shouldn't have a wide open southern border. Even your most bleeding heart liberal Democrat, as long as they're not of the communist flavor that just want to destroy the United States government as it's constituted, right? As long as we're not those type of extremists, most people, even of our liberal persuasion, would say, yeah, we want immigration, but we want it to be legal, right?
SPEAKER_18There should be a process. Well, it seems like the even the Democrats want them to sign up for something so that they can vote.
SPEAKER_14Yeah, put them on the books.
SPEAKER_18We gotta get them on the books somehow or not.
SPEAKER_14They want them on the books. So unless you've got a real I hate America flavor to it, even a reasonable Democrat who supports all the human rights arguments and things like that is still gonna say, yeah, we should have at least some process for people to come through the open border. And one of the processes that people can take to come to the United States legally is through the H1B visa process. So the idea here is that you apply for a visa, and this is a work visa. This is the this is the precursor to basically getting a green card, right? Tie you get here, and then I think you can kind of make it permanent, and you get your green card. So this particular program has a huge number of people that take advantage of it that come from India. Now, the presumption is the people coming from India are working at places like Microsoft, right? You're bringing in a bunch of programmers, all these crack Indian programmers and things like that.
SPEAKER_18Right. They're supposed to be high quality job or employees.
SPEAKER_14Yeah, but under a little more scrutiny, we find out this H1B visa program is used to bring in. Remember when we were talking about the Somali daycares, it's like, why does this Somali daycare run by a Chinese organization, have school teachers and people that are totally unaffiliated with the business being sponsored over on H1B visas? We've seen restaurants use H1B visa to bring over fast food workers stealing a job from your teenager, right? You're bringing over some middle-aged Indian worker to go work in a restaurant or whatever. Well, it turns out over 90% of the H1B visas for people that come here out of India have airs in them, potentially fraudulent airs.
SPEAKER_29Since 2015. Over 70% came from India and nearly 12% from China. And when you zoom in on this map you're looking at, you can see where most are being hired.
SPEAKER_14I'm looking at this here, and I'm seeing a very dark red spot in Pierce County, Washington. That's Tacoma area. And then, of course, the entire uh Puget Sound region is much redder than the rest of the map. So we're up there as one of the most densest recipients of these H1B visa people. Now, the interesting thing about that, if you saw it in the King County area, it would make sense because those people would be going to Microsoft, but you don't. You see it in the Pierce County area. That is more of your light industrial and industrial zone.
SPEAKER_18I thought the darkest red spot there was King County.
SPEAKER_14See, what is what what do we go?
SPEAKER_18Is this Thurston right here? That's Pierce.
SPEAKER_14This is Pierce?
SPEAKER_18Yep.
SPEAKER_14Where's Thurston? Is Thurston all the way down here?
SPEAKER_18Yep.
SPEAKER_14Are you sure about that?
SPEAKER_18Well, no.
SPEAKER_14Because the Hood Canal Bridge is like right here. This to me. Maybe that, maybe this, maybe this uh oh it is King Canal. Well, changes regarding that. They are all going to Microsoft. Nonetheless, let's continue here.
SPEAKER_29Show a high density of H1B visa holders. And now we're learning more about the fraud within the program. One former official tells Newsweek that up to 90% of applications, 90% from India contain fraudulent documents or involve unqualified applicants. And finance law enforcement in India claim it has uncovered a network of universities that produce fake degrees, which were possibly used to obtain these high-skilled H1B visas, including one school which allegedly stole over 36,000 fake degrees sold, I should say. It cost as little as $1,400 for one of those. And while these are supposed to be high-skilled employees during almost all of Biden's time in office, 83% got junior or entry-level positions. And now Texas is taking action, cracking down on those abusing the program.
SPEAKER_14Almost 90% of H1B visa applicants were fraudulent. 90%. Maybe we should just get rid of the program entirely. What do you think, Ron?
SPEAKER_18Yeah, I think that'd be a good start.
SPEAKER_14So this, you know, and you can go read about India specifically doing this, and it's something like 90% of the applicants coming from India are all coming from the same family group. Like it's it's basically an extended family, but it's all patels coming over, right? This is okay. These are like hotel workers, what a delight. As I traveled across the country, I don't think I stayed in any hotels that were not owned by a patel, by the way. It's like they're they're starting to become just ubiquitous in the hotel industry. But that's that is a stunning number, 90% a fraudulent, right? People are trying to get into this country both for economic reasons, they want to come get a job, and for nefarious reasons. This is Mark Wayne Mullins talking about how Iran, country that we're in conflict with right now, during this World Cup, they've got a team here playing, right? The other day I was at Buffalo Wild Wings doing my Sunday lunch deal, and they had the Iran-Belgian gameplay. Why are we watching this? You know, it's like, what are we doing here? We have no interest in either of these countries. But either way, right? So they've sent their team in. So Mark Mainwollen said Iran was trying to sneak in, IRGC associates with the soccer team.
SPEAKER_03Not southern border, because President Trump's policies have closed the southern border. So our northern border, we've seen our rests go up daily on Iranian nationals, and we have a good partnership with our Canadian partners that have been able to help apprehend them too. But it's it's worrisome because um uh the amount of influx we see uh and the amount of connections we have when we capture the people that they have direct ties to the IRGC, which the IRGC is not the regular army of Iran. The IRGC is the true believers of this radical regime. And fortunately, because of our strength zero policies that we have underneath President Trump, we're able to capture the individuals coming across.
SPEAKER_12So do we know if those people trying to come through the U.S.'s northern border are being directed by the IRGC? Or are they people are the or are they people fleeing from Iran?
SPEAKER_03Uh most individuals have ties to the directly to the IRGC. Listen, it's hard to get out of the country of Iran unless you have uh a path to do so. Uh we're also seeing this with the with the games they're playing with FIFA. You know, we're we're still hosting the the um the World Cup, and Iran has a team that's playing. And in fact, the team is playing today in LA. Um, most teams travel with around 120 people. That's their support staff, doctors, coaches, everybody else that comes along with them and their delegation. Um we we had over, we is accepted 53 individuals coming in. The rest of the individuals that Iran had tried to bring in all also had direct ties to the RGC and aren't their normal traveling group. So these games that Iran plays is is unfortunately makes them an adversary that you can't trust. And no one knows that better than President Trump, which is why the President Trump has been very um uh very hard uh set on the fact that we're not leaving anything for your word.
SPEAKER_14So they were trying to sneak in 60 plus IRGC officials with the soccer team. Uh these guys are intense, man. These guys are intense. Another, another thing, this this is a news report from a little while ago, but this is another one of those ones where it's like this problem is everywhere.
Stash Houses Ghost Students And Sanctuary Gaps
SPEAKER_14Down in Arizona, they busted a house that was acting as a safe house for illegal immigrants that were working at a sushi restaurant.
SPEAKER_31Camera captures agents preparing to raid a home in Tempe. According to court documents, the home near Elliott in Rural Road was considered a stash house where about 10 illegal immigrants stayed. Investigators say they were transported using white vans to and from Socora Sushi, Phoenix, where they worked every day, seven days a week with no days off.
SPEAKER_01They had a white van. They would leave at 9 a.m. and come back at 9 p.m. ish, right around dark, with a van full of guys. They'd all walk in like this, just looking down, no eye contact.
SPEAKER_31Brandy Foreman, who lives right next door to that home, knew something was off.
SPEAKER_01I I was I was super uncomfortable with just the amount of guys and how nervous they looked.
SPEAKER_10They were very self-conscious. If you looked at them, they'd turn their back.
SPEAKER_31Harry Gallagher, who lives in Mesa near Southern and Gilbert Road, tells a similar story. His home is across the street from another so-called stash house.
SPEAKER_10The person that was buying it looked like a Chinese man and woman, but when they moved in, they didn't.
SPEAKER_31According to the complaint, those housed here helped run the restaurant in Mesa. In all, there were four restaurants and four stash houses, all of them raided by federal agents last week. Now, one of the owners and two of the restaurants' managers have been charged. The complaint notes one of the owners, Young Lao, was born in China and has been a naturalized U.S. citizen for more than a decade. Agents going undercover at that Phoenix restaurant, noticing Chinese employees directed tasks and work of the employees of Hispanic ethnicity, and the Hispanic employees had limited interactions with customers.
SPEAKER_09It is bigger than uh you know your usual cases involving uh work site enforcement.
SPEAKER_31It appears ICE began investigating back in March, but court documents show neighbors called Tempe police with concerns back in 2023 and 20 So it took them four three and a half years to get around to this.
SPEAKER_14Three and a half years, three hundred and sixty-five days a year, twelve-hour work shifts that this continued after they got tipped off. A local sushi restaurant owned with with owned by Chinese with Hispanic labor. So you have the confluence of China fraud, illegal immigration coming out of the city. Now, do you think that this sushi restaurant supported this entire enterprise? I have a feeling the sushi restaurant was a front for other money laundering as well. That's just my suspicion.
SPEAKER_31Gilbert police were also But the California rolls were fire that day. They told Arizona's family investigates what was reported was not criminal activity, and there was no mention of immigration. Neighbors of these houses, thankful, action was taken.
SPEAKER_14It's in your neighborhoods, it's at your local sushi restaurant. It is a huge problem. But I'm not saying the government's corrupt, I'm not saying they turn a blind eye to this stuff. I would never say that in a group chat. Okay, never do that in a group chat. And the problem goes on right now. These are national stories. We're pulling them from all over the country, but there's a common theme here. Nonprofits breed fraud. The government tries to cover for itself. Everything that we put in place to protect us, our entire immigration system can be gamed. You know what? Our education system gets gamed too. Here's another stunning story of ghost students in California. Now, this is a national problem. Our friend listener, Doug Wyatt, was sharing with me one time in Baltimore, Baltimore City, the Fox News, the local Fox News channel out there, did some investigative reports. Reporting a few years ago. And they found that the local Baltimore high school had a thousand students that were on the rolls that were Ghost students, never attended class. But the school collected the funding for each one of those students. So, you know, the school gets 13 grand a year per student. They were getting a thousand students' payments with no students to teach. So that was in Baltimore, and that was a good decade plus ago. This is still going on, and it stretches all the way to California. So we literally go ghost to coast with this exact same problem.
SPEAKER_29They opened it up. Within two minutes, all of the spots were taken. So the professor thought he had a really hot class that he was going to be offering. It turns out only two of the students enrolled in the class were real, the rest were fake. And that was from Minnesota.
SPEAKER_14What is going on? 58, 50 students, 48 fake students, two real students. Not ghost students?
SPEAKER_24Yeah, I mean, uh, on your show before, I've said that I'm never surprised by how low these fraudsters are willing to sink to take money out of the pockets of American citizens. This one actually did surprise me. We have turned education in this country into a piggy bank for the worst people you can imagine. And the Biden administration did nothing about this. Nothing for four years. Secretary McMahon has been one of the most important anti-fraud warriors in the entire federal government. She's partnered with the task force to shut this down. Just in the last couple months, they've already blocked $150 million of fraudulent loans from going out the door. They've discovered other loans that the Biden administration let out the door to the tunes of tens of millions of dollars that we are going to prevent people from ever getting again. And this is why it was so important for President Trump to put the vice president in charge of this task force because we can amass the resources of the whole federal government, including at the Department of Education, using high-tech mechanisms to automatically detect fraud, harnessing the power of American technological innovation to shut this down and keep money where it belongs in the pockets of hardworking American citizens.
SPEAKER_14You know, you think when I go onto certain websites, it makes me do like a little thing where I have to put the puzzle place over some, you know, cryptically picture that the computer can't read. It's like you think you could just do that with student loan applications. You know, are you a robot? No. I mean, you think that that alone would probably prevent a lot of this, right? You got fake universities in India giving out fake degrees, qualifying Indians to get H1B visas for jobs here in America that don't exist. You have Chinese that are buying up businesses and real estate, dashing Hispanics, you have student loans that are going to non-existent Ghost students. Gosh, Ron, how much worse could it get? What if some of the people involved in this kind of fraud, immigration fraud, education fraud, were actually involved in violent crimes that resulted in death? How would you like it if your child attended a school in Illinois that had a teacher that was an illegal immigrant, had had a vi expired visa, still worked at the school, by the way, and then she provided material support to Trenday Agua gang members. Would that be cool?
SPEAKER_05Helped two alleged members of the violent Trend Aragua gang acting as a getaway driver after a deadly house party shooting that left three people dead.
SPEAKER_07The two alleged gunmen have since been deported, but critics say Chicago sanctuary policies allowed this suspect to slip through the cracks after local authorities released her from jail without notifying ICE. Borders are Tom Homan joins us at moments on this.
SPEAKER_05But first, senior correspondent Mike Tobin is reporting live out of Chicago. He's got the exclusive for us. Mike.
SPEAKER_32Three people were killed, several others injured. Federal authorities say Moreno Achepinto also helped the gunmen flee the scene. Oh, Chapinte, I should say. The two men she allegedly drove to the scene also helped the gunmen flee the scene. Oh, Chapinte, I should say. The two men she allegedly drove to the scene and helped escape, Ricardo Grandio Padilla and Edwards Mart Ed Edward Martinez Sermeno have both been arrested and deported. Chicago police arrested this former teacher December 5th, 2025. Federal authorities say she had weapons in her car at the time of the arrest.
SPEAKER_14So think about this just for a second. Your loved one, whoever they are, go to a house party and some Trendeagua gang members show up, shoot up the place, and your loved one is dead. Three people dead. They arrest the gunmen, the Tren de Agua members, and just deport them. Okay. Well, do they get life sentences down in Venezuela? I don't know, but they're not here anymore. Okay, great. Well, what what about the uh other illegal immigrant that drove them there? Oh no, we released her because you know we don't work with ice. Oh, okay. Well, is she on trial for accessory to murder or anything like that? Notice how that reporting was not happening in this report. Okay. High school teacher, illegal immigrant, overstator visa, still working at a high school, driving Trend I Agua gang members with guns to a house party in your local community. No, no, the government is not corrupt. It's not a problem at all. Okay, another thing that's obviously a concern when we talk about illegal immigration, not to beat this dead horse any more than we have to. But if you allow illegal immigrants and immigrants in general to take over to your communities, it will change the shape of your community. So one of the things that we constantly point out as conservatives is we say to our feminists and our LGBT friends, we go, you know, you might not want to cozy up so much to the Islam faction of your little political movement. You know, this red-green alliance thing, I have a feeling green will eventually eat the red, right?
SPEAKER_18Just for your own health.
SPEAKER_14Just for your own health. Yeah, it might not work out too good for you. Well, we have an example of that, but first we're gonna read a little bit about Travana Health.
SPEAKER_18Yes, Trenova.
SPEAKER_14Trenova, Trenova Health.

SPEAKER_14Okay, so out in Michigan, there's a community out there that was a very liberal community.
Culture Clashes Pride Flags And Epic City
SPEAKER_14It started out kind of just as your traditional blue dog democrats, and then it turned into your social democrats. And eventually they started to welcome in Islamic and Muslim immigrants into their community. Well, they've gotten to the point to where the Islamic members of the community have completely taken over the uh city council.
SPEAKER_30They banned the pride flag. So now you have an all-Muslim city council and mayor, and now they've taken down all the pride flags. One of the best examples, I think, of suicidal empathy.
SPEAKER_14They did it, Ron! They did the thing we conservatives could never get done. They got rid of all the pride flags in town, just completely wiped it off the map.
SPEAKER_30Happening in real time is a town in Michigan called Hamtrack, and I believe it was the first town in the United States that authorized the Muslim call to prayer in the morning. The liberal people in that town wanted to protect Muslim rights. There was a whole bunch of people from Bangladesh and I think Armenia coming into the town. And these were the people who were very much pro-LGBTQ. So they welcomed tons of refugees into their small town who eventually became the majority. And then what happened is you got the first mayor from this country. It's an example of you have to be careful of the unintended consequences of good intentions. Because what happened in that town this year is that they banned the pride flag. So now you have an all-Muslim city council and mayor, and now they've taken down all the pride flags. And the liberal women who were behind this whole movement are now like, what's going on? And now they're being completely rebuked. And it reminds me of communism where the agitators and the revolutionaries are just useful idiots for the people who want to take power. And whether it's communists, people from a different country or worldview, take a look at that town. Tell me what you think about it because I think that is a little microcosm of what could happen on a grand scale in Europe and North America if we're not sure about making sure people share our values before we put them in a position to take over. Here's a story of how a liberal town that was very pro-LGBTQ went to a town that now bans Pride Month and Pride Fight.
SPEAKER_14We banned full circle and we laugh about it. But this is happening in a town you near you. I'm sorry to laugh about it. This is how yeah, what what? But we welcomed you in with open arms. Yeah, you dummy. You knew I was a scorpion when you put me on my your back, Mr. Frog. You know what I mean? Like this is classic Donald Trump.
SPEAKER_18That's also kind of why we laugh sometimes, like, hey, maybe you should go visit the country and tell the people all about the virtues of the LGBT and see what happens.
SPEAKER_14Yeah, Pony Boy says they're confused for sure. Yeah, they're completely retarded. Now, this is a concern everywhere. It's not just these little towns in Michigan or up in Maine or Minnesota where you've got migrant populations that actually outnumber the legacy members of those communities. You have it happening in places like Texas, where Epic City, they're building an entire city that is a that is totally Muslim dominated, and somehow they've gotten a uh building code carve out. This is the mayor of Texas, Governor Abbott, talking about the problems they're having in Texas.
SPEAKER_09Well, in part by that statement, uh, but also in part by information that we've gathered, uh, there appear to be multiple violations that have taken place here. Uh, one is information has been provided to investors uh that appears to be misleading. Another is they appear to be in violation of fair housing laws. Also, we found that you know they they talk about doing all this building, but they don't have any building permits to actually do any building, and they have challenges even getting those building permits. Believe this or not, we've even received information that they may have been conducting a funeral home without legal authority. Bottom line, Lori, is that there were so many questions arose, especially information that we received, that led us to need to call the elite Texas Rangers to conduct a criminal investigation to find out if criminal laws in Texas have been violated.
SPEAKER_14Of course they have. Of course they have. You've got an illegal funeral home, you've got illegal building, you've got illegal fundraising, and and Texas is like, we're gonna call in the elite investigators. They're doing it right in front of you, like they don't even care. You know, they've reached a majority point, they're like, sure, come into our neighborhood, bang down a door or two. Now we outnumber you. Can't come for all of us. This is the scary part. So government's not corrupt. Oh, was that me? Did I just disappear from the sound? So the government's not corrupt, or is it? The government isn't hiding Epstein files, or is it? And uh, what was the other one that those boys were concerned with? Epstein files and government corruption. And what was the third one?
SPEAKER_17I don't know.
SPEAKER_14I don't know. Either way, don't say it in a chat. Don't say it in a chat. Oh my goodness.
Quantum Computing And National Strategy
SPEAKER_14All right, guys, it is time for us to jump over to the private stream. We're gonna be talking about quantum technologies. Donald Trump signed an amazing order yesterday to try to become the world leader when it comes to quantum computing. And uh, I think that's probably fine. I mean, if anybody's got to be in charge of quantum computing, it may as well be us, you know, because we're the least corrupt of all the governments, I guess. I mean, isn't that what it is? It's a it's a height competition. We're the tallest midget in the room, you know. We're the least corrupt country. We have all kinds of problems, but at least we're not Bangladesh. At least we're not Bangladesh. All right, guys, we're gonna jump over to private and we will talk to you there. Bye. Okay, so here we are. This is Donald Trump signing an executive order on quantum computing.
SPEAKER_25Quantum technologies represents the next generation of innovation across computing, sensing, and networking with enormous significance for our country's economic growth, scientific research, and cybersecurity. It's really a big deal that we're doing today, and the country is doing really well, as you know. In twenty eighteen, I signed the National Quantum Initiative Act into law, which led to doubling the federal government investment in quantum research and development. I think you all know about that. That helped unleash billions of dollars of private investment in America's quantum industrial base, promoting significant scientific and technological progress like progress like we've never seen before. Actually, we want to keep that positive momentum going in America with the orders that I'm signing today, and these will really have a I think place it a big step forward. We're already the leader by a lot. We're gonna be now the leader by a lot more.
SPEAKER_14One of the things I really appreciate about Donald Trump is for all the cleanup he has to do and getting Polte over to fire people at the Department of Intelligence or, you know, national intelligence and all the all the shenanigans he has to deal with, with dealing with domestic fraud and immigration problems and stuff like that. He's extremely forward thinking, right? He he does a lot of forward thinking. Now I noticed he said on there we're making an investment into quantum computing, and I would hope that that investment comes with ownership. We've seen this time and time again, where the government throws money into RD research and grants, and then when the patents are made, it goes into private business and we don't own any of it. You know, it's kind of a weird deal. So I would hope that Donald Trump retains some ownership, but then he also mentioned opens up private investments. So I'm not exactly sure.
SPEAKER_18Yeah, kind of like they did with the NVIDIA deal, right? Don't we have like a 10% stake or something like that? I think that's Intel.
SPEAKER_14Intel that was but that was a screwed up grant. They just gave them $10 billion and Intel was like, we didn't actually need this. And you know, rather than refund it, they we gave we got some stock back from others, right? Which is great, right? I mean, I guess in a certain way, that's what I'm talking about. Yeah, JD Vance was talking about, you know, if uh if AI production goes to where it is, we can either pay people by taxing the rich or we could give them ownership in those businesses. I don't know exactly how you cash out that ownership. So I don't know. It becomes kind of like I don't know.
SPEAKER_18It's just maybe that's part of your universal basic high income.
SPEAKER_14Yeah, that's what Elon Musk is saying now. He's like, don't tax the rich, just print money and give it to people. It's the same difference, you know? Save my accountant some headache. That's what he's saying. He's like, we're the biggest taxpayer anyways, paying the interest on it. So I just really appreciate that how how forward thinking is. Now, the White House put out this next little video, and we'll we'll end
A 250 Year American Pep Talk
SPEAKER_14on this. I think this is kind of an uplifting video. It's uh it's a video that the White House put out, and it's kind of on an uplift, it's an uplifting music soundtrack with Donald Trump speaking in the background. But I just I watched this and I was like, I really want to fit this in the show because I don't want people to think that everything is dour and horrible. Like this still is America. That's the beautiful thing about it. This still is America where you can go achieve your dreams, but we do have to hearken back in our memories to the legacy that the founding fathers gave us and that the generations that have come before, and that we really can achieve great things, even even becoming a spacefaring race. This can be led by Americans or Carlitz, I don't know, you know, firmament firmament explorers. Let's put it that way.
SPEAKER_25250 years is a long time in the life of a nation. But in other sense, it's really you guys don't just want to watch it on my screen.
SPEAKER_14All right, let's put it on for everybody to watch here.
SPEAKER_25250 years is a long time in the life of a nation. But in another sense, it's really a mere moment in the eye of history. On July 4th, 1826, the author of the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson threw his last breath. Just a single long human lifespan separates the giants who declared and won our independence from the heroes who stand among us tonight. Everything our nation has done, everything we have achieved, has been the work of those few great lifetimes. Those brief chapters, Americans built this nation from thirteen humble colonies into the pinnacle of human civilization and human freedom, the strongest, wealthiest, most powerful, most successful nation in all of history. Americans ventured out across the daunting and dangerous continent. We are passed through an unforgiving wilderness, settled a boundless frontier, and tamed the beautiful but very, very dangerous wild west. From empty marshes and wide open plains, we raised up the world's greatest cities. Together we mastered the world's mightiest industries, shattered histories, monstrous tyrannies, and we liberated millions from the chains of fascism, communism, oppression, and terror. Americans lifted humanity into the skies on the wings of aluminum and steel. And then we launched mankind into the stars on rockets powered by sheer American will and unyielding American pride. We captivated the planet with American culture, and now we are pioneering the next great American breakthroughs that will change the entire world. All of this and so much more is the enduring legacy, unmatched glory of the hard-working patriots who built and defended this country. There is no challenge Americans cannot overcome, no frontier too vast for us to conquer, no dream too bold for us to chase, no horizon too distant for us to claim. Our destiny is written by the hand of Providence, and these first 250 years were just the beginning. The golden age of America is upon us. The revolution that began in 1776 has not ended. It still continues because the flame of liberty and independence still burns in the heart of every American patriot.
SPEAKER_14I really like that video, you know. It's just like we we come from such an amazing history. And when you I got to drive across the country last week, and you know, you see the the the continent that we tamed. I mean, this was no small feat. This wasn't done by ancient ancestors, this was done by our grandfathers. This wasn't something that was done so long ago that we don't have a history of it or don't know the struggle and those trials that they went through. If you're living in the Midwest and you're not living in a sod house, thank your grandparents. You know what I mean? Like, like there was a lot of industry to build our nation and a lot to create modern air travel and now space travel. And we have that greatness within us. There's something special about the American spirit that can unleash those technological advances to solve the next iteration of problems that our our civilization comes across. But we have to be individually minded, right? There's an element of self-interest and greed that comes along with being an American. But that self-interest and greed, if it's properly directed under true capitalism, the way that you get rich is by providing value in the lives of others, by lifting their burden a little bit, and then allowing them to do the same to someone else, right? It's the rising tide raises all ships. And so I really appreciate that Donald Trump is constantly understanding that it's the fishermen, it's the loggers, it's the miners that built this country.
SPEAKER_18Well, and if we all have the attitude of paying it forward, then it raises everybody.
SPEAKER_14Yes. And the people that will build our civilization going forward are the rocket ship builders, the scientists, the computer programmers. These are laborers in the new economy, right? And to put those people on a pedestal and to eliminate the fraud and corruption that kind of drags everybody down, that anchor that holds all the boats down as the tide raises,
Wrap Up And Sending Viewers Out
SPEAKER_14right? We want to be be on the up and up. All right, guys, we're wrapping up today. Ron is just grabbing a raid for you guys. Looks like he's gonna send you out to electronic music. We've got a live DJ that's really hitting it hard. So you guys gotta go check it out. Let's see. It is electronic music experience from clubs, events, festivals, and studio sessions. Go enjoy some some electro electronic music. So, all right, you guys, we will talk to you again tomorrow. Bye.
Monty Python Clip To Close
SPEAKER_06I did say something about the old woman. Hanging on to a taking empirical dogma, which perpetuates the economic and social differences in our society. It's never gonna be any progress. How do you do good lady? I'm after King of the Britons. Whose castle is that? We all are. We are all Britons. I am your king. Stop perspective autocracy and which the working class is. Who lives in that castle? Then who is your lord? What? I told you. We're in a non-closed English commune. We take it in turn to have a sort of executive officer for the week. Yes. But all the decisions of that officer have to be ratified in a special by weekend meeting. I'm okay. The lady of the lake. Helder love excaliber from the bottom of the water. Signifying bags. That is what I'm talking about. Strange women, not an important discriminant thought is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the business, not from some classical aquatic ceremony. You can't expect to worry about supreme executive power. Just because some water was all right. Just because some motion.
