(01:15) that's why northwell and I think dalberg as well um come here and speak here um it's a it's a global village right it's a it's a it's the it's the Magic Mountain it's got a self-contained environment um where we have a lot of time to spend with each other from basically 7:00 in the morning until about 3 in the morning the next day so I hope you enjoyed the conference on behalf of northwell welcome thank you and uh I'll pass it to my colleague Lily from dolberg thank you great thank you everyone for joining it is nice to see
(01:42) such friendly faces out there on a topic that we're all passionate about uh my name is Lily chatwell I am with dalberg advisers and I co-lead our Global healthc care practice uh a little bit about dalberg we are a strategy consulting firm and we focus on inclusive growth and sustainability and so what does that mean um inclusive growth is really how do we develop strategies so everyone benefits not just a certain Elite and what we mean by sustainability I mean we all know the climate crisis um and how do we be
(02:11) thoughtful about that so every project that we do every strategy we do comes with a climate lens um a gender Equity lens and in the United States a racial Justice lens um one more slide about dalberg um so Healthcare is one of our largest practice areas we have over 200 clients and we've done over 700 um projects across the globe literally in Asia subsaharan Africa Europe um North and South America so very proud of our work and enough about dalberg we would love to chat with you uh further um but this is our lineup for today so
(02:46) as Eric shared we have a mix of uh different formats we're going to start with a talk from my colleague Laura Herman right here um we'll go into four panels today and then we'll also have a keynote speaker um so we do have moments where we will pause um ask questions so please get ready and raise your hand when we get into that um and then in terms of speaker bios we have a phenomenal lineup and we could spend the whole panel um talking about people's backgrounds so we will not do that what you have are QR codes and so please access
(03:17) the QR code you can hear about each of these speakers um and then we do have sessions in uh breaks in between for networking and then we also have cocktails at the end uh to really facilitate those conversations um and so with that let me invite Laura Herman to the stage she's a partner at dalberg and a coast conspirator in a lot of our Healthcare work
