Dr. Vitaly Peretashenko presents Vendor Energy System, a solid-state parametric electrodynamic generator that operates without fuel, batteries, wind or solar — just physics. After a patient died during a blackout early in his medical career, Vitaly pivoted to energy research and concluded that the bottleneck isn't energy itself but architecture: centralised grids where any single line can break, causing cascading failures like the five-billion-euro Spain-Portugal blackout. Vendor's hardware has been tested for over 1,000 hours under heavy load (4+ kW) at TRL 5-6. The software layer adds decentralised control with a dual-token protocol (MECA-compliant) — one token for transaction processing and system operations, another for capacity allocation and physical access. The vision: install generators in homes and EVs that form a peer-to-peer energy network — if one node fails, the rest keep running. Within three to five years, a million mobile energy points across Europe could deliver 70-120 billion euros in annual structural savings for the EU.

TRANSCRIPT
Hey guys, it's a pleasure to be here and to start this amazing day here in Davos. I would like to introduce Mr. Vitaly Peretashenko to you. Mr. Vitaly is a lot of things. He's a doctor, he's a physicist, but he's not really a speaker. This is his very first experience on stage, so I would like everyone to give him a little patience and a little understanding. Thank you so much, Vitaly. Go Vitaly! Thank you. Thank you, Yaros. Tell us your story. Thank you, Yaros, and good morning everyone. I want to tell you about the future of energy and not about solar energy, wind energy, or nuclear energy. I want to tell you about a little story. When I was young, I was a doctor, and one day the patient died. His heart stopped, not because of disease, but because of blackout. After that, I started researching, and I realized that energy is not a bottleneck. Architecture is. In this slide, you see a snowflake, but this is a modern energy architecture structure. Each line in this structure can be broken. Next slide, please. In the next slide, you see four major blackouts in the last years. Spain and Portugal, one week, five billion Euros. Germany, one week and one billion Euros. Chile and the USA. The next slide, please. What if I tell you that your EV or your house could give you control and energy? Next slide, please. I would like to explain you Vendor Energy System. It contains two parts, two important parts. The software part is decentralized control layer, dual utility token structure, and full MECA compliance. Hardware part. Next slide, please. Software, decentralized control layer. It enables control, routing, access and audit. Next slide, please. Hardware part. This is our generator. This is a solid state parametric open electrodynamic power energy system. It sounds hard. I know, I know. But it's fully autonomic, without fuel, without batteries, without wind, solar, et cetera. Because it's not magic. Just only physics at all. Next slide, please. Two tokens, two functions. Token A, software token. This is a transaction processing, access gating, and system operating. Hardware token, priority eligibility to access capacity, allocation queue, and realization path into physical access. Token here is a protocol switch, not an assets. Why? Because it's MECA compliance requirements. Next slide, please. You know, computers work better as Internet. And generator works better as energy.

Hey guys, uh it's a pleasure to be here and to start this amazing day here in Davos. I would like to introduce Mr. Vitali Peritachenka to you. Mr. Vitali is a lot of things. He's a doctor, he's a physicist, but he's not really a speaker. This is his very first experience on stage, so I would like everyone to give him a little patience and a little understanding. Thank you so much, Vitali. Go Vitali! Thank you. Tell us your story.
SPEAKER_00Thank you, Yaras, and uh good morning everyone. Uh I want to tell you about the future of energy and not about uh solar energy, wind energy, or nuclear energy. I want to tell you about a little story. When I was young, I was a doctor. And uh one day the patient died. Uh his hurt stopped. Not because of disease, but because of blackout. And uh after that I start researching and I realize that next slide please. I realize that energy is not bottleneck, architecture is. In this slide you see a snowflake, but this is a modern energy architecture structure. Each line in the structure can be broken. Next slide, please. In the next slide you see four major blackouts in last years. Spain and Portugal, one week, five billion euros. Germany, one week and one billion euros, Chile and the USA. The next slide, please. What if I tell you that your EV or your house could give you control and energy? Next slide, please. I would like to explain you vendor energy system. It contains two parts, two important parts. The software part is decentralized control layer, dual utility token structure, and full Mika compliance. Hardware part. Next slide, please. Software, decentralized control layer. It enables control, routing, access, and audit. Next slide, please. Hardware part. This is our generator. This is a solid, state, parametric, open electrodynamic, power energy system. It sounds hard. I I know, I know. But it's fully autonomic. Without fuel, without batteries, without wine, solar, etc. Because it's not magic. Just only physics. At all. Next slide please. Two tokens, two functions. Token A, software token. This is a transaction processing, access gating, and system operating. Hardware token, priority eligibility to access capacity, allocation queue, and realization path into physical access. Token here is a protocol switch, not an asset. Why? Because it's Mika compliance requirements. Next slide, please. You know, computers work better as internet, and the generator works better as energy network. Imagine. For example, our generator in my house. Your install our generator too, and you install our generator. We create some cable connection between our houses. If I need more power, my generator requests some energy from Yaros or you at another day when I'm leaving. If you need more power, your generator requests more power from my generator. It's simpler. And very important part, if one cable or one generator can be broken, the network is still working. Next slide, please. What if I tell you that your EV can stay at a mobile energy point? You can connect your EV to your house. Do you mountain house or I don't know anything. Maybe mobile hospital or I don't know. Next slide please. Imagine after three or five years we will have a million mobile spot of energy in Europe. It's not magic. It's a reality. What is vendor not and what is? When there is not an energetic sovereignty challenge, an international energy marketplace and competition to national energetic systems. We create another independent layer of sovereignty. When there is a global coordination layer, complex solution access to local generation capacity and energy sovereignty compliant. Next slide, please. We are not conflicting with stable solutions or resources. No. We are collaborating with uh oh, we are collaborating with BMW, Siemens Energy, and one of the reasons I came here is activity look for dialogue and potential collaboration with plays like ABB. Next slide please. This is a legal slide if you want to take a picture. Next. Next slide, please. This is a think of future possibility. You can also take a picture. Next slide, please. And uh this is an economic impact for the EU from seven seventy to one hundred and twenty billion annual structural savings for the European Union per year. Next slide, please. Thank you very much. Just in time, three, two, one.
SPEAKER_02Excellent, Vitaly. Well done. I cannot believe you're a very good speaker, Vitalik. Well done. Congratulations. So now stay with us, stay with us because there are the questions coming now. Oh yeah, yeah, please, please, we have questions here. So uh question from the audience. I will kick off with the first question, start thinking your question, all right? So um you mentioned about you you're not competing with the local networks. Like how does it work? Don't you have the like conflicts sometimes? Can you give us some examples? How do you see it in the future as well? Because sometimes I heard that they're like uh with local networks and new networks, uh sometimes uh conflicts. Can you tell elaborate and go deeper on that uh part?
SPEAKER_00We don't uh create the conflict with um uh energy grid and other energy solutions. We create a new layer of safety. Uh I don't know. Think of it as a complement.
SPEAKER_02And as you should know what a collaboration. Collaborative. Okay. And what are you guys looking now for now? How can you like take it in? Are you looking for more customers? Are you looking for investments? Are you looking for partner? What are you how what are you looking at? Tell it to the universe. What is what is your wish? Your three wishes.
SPEAKER_00I'm looking now at smart money and smart partner. Like is ABB, like is uh Siemens Energy, or another general electric. Never mind.
SPEAKER_02We talk later then. All right, any other question from the audience?
unknownWhat what so what stage are you at the moment?
SPEAKER_00Uh okay. Our technical uh readness level now uh is uh five to six. We uh TRL five to six. We tested uh this generator in our laboratory over uh one thousand hours. Under under Nagruska. Under Nagruska.
unknownUnder heavy load.
SPEAKER_00Oh under heavy load over the four kilowatts.
SPEAKER_02Good question from anybody there. Any other question? Can you just tell me what is the Mika thing? Because you say Mika, I pretend I know but I didn't know anything what you were talking about.
SPEAKER_01It is uh European compliance that every serious project needs to be compliant with. And basically, Vitali here basically uh the project of Vitali uh introduces an all new generation of blockchain projects, not about white papers, hype, you know, token uh volatility leverage, but an actual usability case. If tomorrow V Vitalik's wildest of uh uh you know dreams become true and we have a quantum computer bringing Bitcoin to zero, Vitali couldn't care less. His token will still work because he is making sure that our homes are warm, safe, or whatever happens in Ukraine is being taken care of from the energy standpoint. And the whole Europe is facing an amazing challenge right now. And Vitali's solution could just be it, even on the political layer. This is something that we're not talking about, but it for sure can be an answer.
SPEAKER_02And those words, thanks so much for Vitali, Bendor Energy, thanks so much. Very good, very well, Vitali.
SPEAKER_01Thank you.
