When we started homesteading 26yrs ago, podcasting was not a thing, YouTube, Instagram nor Facebook didn't exist to help us. We wished we could have heard some things to consider before buying land and build our infrastructure. With no social media there to guide us we depended on friends and books to learn to garden, preserve food, raise chickens and other farm animals. This is a quick look at things to consider before getting started on the journey on the homestead journey or expanding where you are in your journey.
