Philip:   Welcome, beautiful souls, to a special crossover episode of Helpful Hands meets Stardust Stories! I’m Philip Garcia, astrologer, cosmic confidante, psychic, sound alchemist (as I have now been pigeonholeed), and so many other things - and today, we’re blending the best of wellness, transformation, and star-studded secrets. Now, if you’ve ever wondered what really happens behind the velvet ropes of the world’s most exclusive travel and lifestyle experiences… and if you’ve ever struggled to juggle health, happiness, and a schedule that’s busier than Mercury in retrograde, this episode is for you. Because joining me is someone who’s lived it all: elite travel maestro, secret-keeper to the stars, and wellness explorer - Dean Renshaw! Of course, the hilarious Jasper Whitlow is with us too, welcome to you both!
Dean:  Thank you, Philip! That’s the best intro I’ve had since… well, actually, ever! I feel like I need to burst through a cloud of glitter or something. Delighted to be here.
Philip: We’ll have to arrange the glitter next time - although, knowing you, it’s probably in the carry-on.  Jasper - are you lurking around?
Jasper:  Of course I am darlings, gather round the cosmic cocktail table! Your Auntie Jasper here, and I’ll be honest - tonight, I’m just here for the sass and the stardust, because this week, I’m making Philip run the show. Yes, Philip! It’s your podcast after all, love, and let’s be real, after the six weeks we’ve had…  I mean, we’ve been chatting to the world and his dog, darling - so many fabulous conversations! But let’s just say, after your legendary deep dive into Max Fox’s birth chart on Britain’s Got Talent, I think you’ve earned your stripes. The way you analysed his audition date, the finals, the air date - and even charted out Max’s cosmic prospects for the next few years… Well, sweetie, I’ve seen a few music industry readings in my day, but that was next level. But before we roll out the celebrity charts, I need to tell the listeners something, and I mean this.
Philip, you really blew my mind weeks back. I came to you with a right mess - about twenty dates, five different people, the whole saga. I thought I was bringing you the plot to a Netflix miniseries, but you just calmly started mapping it all out.  And what you unearthed - let’s just say, not only did you predict the drama, you saw right through the “villain” of the piece. You said, “Jasper, there’s a history here, and it’s all about to come to the surface.”
And I thought, “Sure, love,” but you were bang on. Over the past few weeks, every single thing you warned me about revealed itself - like some wild cosmic script! That one person, the one right in the thick of it? You said they had ‘previous form’, and my god, you weren’t wrong. It was like you had their autobiography. The truth came out - down to the last sneaky, calculated move. It was, frankly, evil - cold, calculated, and completely unexpected. But because you had me prepped, with my little Jasper action plan, I watched it all unfold in slow motion - like a bad episode of EastEnders. In the end, not only did they lose me as a friend, but every single person involved. Sad, yes, but it could have ended so much worse if you hadn’t given me the heads up. And for that, I’m grateful - and slightly in awe, darling.
So, tonight, I’m handing the hosting reins to you, Philip!  I’ll just chime in with the odd bit of wisdom, a dash of mischief, and maybe a music industry anecdote if you’re lucky.  I look forward to what Dean has to say - Hi Dean, Philip's told me so much about you, it's incredible, and I have heard of you via a few friends you know!  Take it away, Maestro of the Zodiac!

Philip:  You've made me blush Jasper!  Well, yes - certainly a crazy, crazy situation - but we got you through it! Of course pipe up whenever you wish!   Seriously though, Dean, you’ve had one wild year. You’ve just hit the big 3-9, you’re in the midst of transforming your health and your life, you run a world-class travel business, and you still find time to stay connected with friends, clients, and your amazing partner Mark. I feel like we’re going to need more than thirty minutes!
Jasper (cheeky, warm): “Well, darlings, if you’re going to take advice from anyone, make sure they’ve actually lived a little! Trust me - I’ve seen more drama backstage than onstage. Now, let’s see what the stars have got to say for us mortals…”
Dean:  Let’s do our best! And it's nice to finally connect with you Jasper!  Honestly Philip, my life’s like a never-ending episode of The Devil Wears Prada - just with more hotel upgrades and less shouting. But yeah, it’s been a year of changes, that’s for sure.
Philip: Let’s start with that. You just turned 39 - how are you really feeling about the big 4-0 coming up? I know there’s a lot going on behind the scenes.
Dean:  Oh, I’m feeling all the things, to be honest. On the surface, there’s this pressure to make forty the “fittest, hottest, most successful” year ever - Instagram has a lot to answer for! But it’s deeper, too. My dad and uncle both passed away suddenly, both just after forty, so that’s always been in the back of my mind. I think for me, it’s not just about getting older, it’s about making sure I’m actually living - healthier, yes, but also happier. Not just running on empty all the time.
Philip:  Absolutely. And your day-to-day… People see the glamorous side: private jets, 5-star everything, but I know you’re working ridiculous hours, always on-call.
Dean:  Totally! People think it’s all champagne and sunsets, but mostly it’s conference calls at 2am, running to fix something that’s gone wrong, trying to eat anything but airport sandwiches, and putting out fires for people who have no idea what a “real life” schedule is.
And, not to be too TMI, but I got into Ozempic - one of the so-called miracle weight-loss drugs - just to try and get a handle on my health while working those mad hours.
Philip:  A lot of people listening are probably nodding along right now - especially those who’ve tried every diet, every hack. It’s tough when your whole lifestyle is designed around everyone else’s needs.
Dean:  Exactly! It worked for a while, but then… not so much. The side effects were crazy. At one point, I was like, “This is not worth it.”
Philip:  Anyone listening who’s ever tried to lose weight, tried every trick - sound familiar?
Let us know your wildest wellness stories - we’ll read some next episode!
Philip:  So, let’s talk about what happened next. You were one of the first to try my Healing Hertz weight loss track. And honestly, I remember you being… let’s say, healthily skeptical.
Dean:  [Laughing] I was! But you know, Philip, what’s funny - before all that, I actually reached out to you a few months ago, picking your brain about all sorts. Yeah, I was after something, but honestly, we’ve known each other for ages, right? I think it was when Mark and I first got together - didn’t you and Mark work together at Mersey TV or something?
Philip:  Yes! Oh my god, those were the days. We were always rolling our eyes at each other across the room. There was this mystical “what the heck are we even doing here?” energy - long hours, piles of boredom, and models who were so up themselves it was almost an Olympic sport. But in amongst all that, there were some genuinely lovely people. Mark was one of them.
Dean:  It’s mad how these connections resurface. The other day, someone added me on Facebook - you know that face you kind of recognize, but you can’t quite place? It took ages of digging to figure out who it was! And all this was happening around the time you went to the Real Housewives of Cheshire finale, wasn’t it?
Philip:  Yes! The universe was throwing me all sorts of familiar faces. At the Housewives finale, I saw another person I kind of knew, but time had done its thing and I couldn’t put my finger on it.  It bugged me so much, I actually ended up watching the credits roll just to see if any name would pop - and there it was: the Series Producer!  Which was hilarious, because the last time I saw him was years ago at my friend Paula’s production office in Manchester - I was pitching her a few ideas, and boom, there he was in the office. Haven’t seen him since, before that we were probably about 14 or 15!
Dean:  It’s wild, isn’t it? The universe just brings people and memories back around. Did you get in touch with Paula?
Philip:  I did! It sparked this whole “oh we really should meet for coffee” thing. We’d promised to catch up way before lockdown and it just never happened - she was always in London, busy, you know how it is. But I’m really glad I reached out. We’re actually going to finally have that coffee soon.
Dean:  I love that. And it’s true - sometimes you don’t realise there’s a reason for these random, elongated connections until later. Everything lines up when it’s meant to.
Philip:  Exactly. I always say the universe is a master at delayed timing. Things show up right when you need them, not when you think you do.
Dean:  Which is basically what happened with the Healing Hertz! I was pretty skeptical - “play a track and lose weight?” It sounded a bit too good to be true. But I trust you, and honestly, after a week, I was genuinely shocked. Eating less, feeling better - none of the drama I’d had with Ozempic.
Philip:  And it’s all about resonance - resetting your relationship with stress and food in a totally different way. No chemicals, just tuning in. It’s mad how it works, but the results speak for themselves.
Dean:  I’ll be the first to admit, I thought it would be one of those “nice idea but not for me” things. But it just worked. I wasn’t thinking about food 24/7, my head was clearer, and no more feeling wonky or living in fear of random bathroom emergencies!
Philip:  So for anyone listening, don’t knock it ‘til you try it! We’ll pop a little snippet of the Healing Hertz in here…
[Sound snippet plays]

Jasper (knowingly): “Oh, sound therapy, darling? I’ve always said the right frequency can change your life - or at least get you off the sofa. If it works for Dean, it might just work for you! And Philip, remind me to send you my ‘Hangover Rescue’ playlist - works wonders after the Brits.”
Philip: Oh I look forward to that Jasper… and an invite to the Brits! Thank you! You know, it’s funny - the world of luxury travel and astrology actually have a lot in common. People trust us with their secrets. For you, it’s booking million-pound holidays and wild parties for clients who expect absolute confidentiality.
Dean:  Definitely. I always say: the real business is 10% planning and 90% keeping your mouth shut. We’ve planned everything from million-pound family escapes on remote islands, to those “nobody can ever know this happened” parties. We’ve rescued runaway grooms, flown in “emergency” sushi at three in the morning, and had to make sure a certain VIP’s dog got a first-class seat to the Maldives.  But honestly, the wildest stuff is never the parties - it’s the aftermath, the drama, the “I need you to make this disappear” phone calls.
Philip:  (Laughing) I can relate! Sometimes I feel like half my job is being a therapist, the other half a secret agent.  And of course, in both our worlds, the rule is: if you know, you never say. Discretion is sacred.
Dean:  Absolutely. There’s this expectation that you’re just always available, always able to fix anything - and that you’ll never, ever talk. I mean, a lot of our business is invite-only, and that’s how our clients want it. Some of the most famous names in the world, and you’d never guess what they’re really like behind closed doors.
Philip:  And being the brother of someone very famous - without naming names - must have given you a front-row seat to a whole other level of celebrity chaos.
Dean:  Oh, completely. It’s opened a lot of doors, and yeah, it gives you access - but it also puts a target on your back. You get people trying to be your friend just to get closer to the “famous sibling” or our client list. It’s honestly why Mark and I keep our real circle so tight. We’ve seen people use us as a stepping stone, then move on, or even try to undercut us and set up their own copycat services.
Philip:  There’s always a few “Runway magazine interns” out there - climbing the ladder and burning bridges!
Dean:  Exactly. Some people are lovely, but some will step on you if they think it gets them to the next invite. We had one so-called friend who only ever called when they wanted a party booked, or needed “a table at Nobu tonight.”  And then there are the clients who are… let’s say, “challenging.” I once had a client who called me in the middle of the night - absolutely distraught - because there weren’t enough white orchids in their suite. Not white enough, Philip. We had to find someone at 2am to swap them out.  But honestly, the drama’s worth it for the stories - if only I could ever tell them!
Philip:  The “white orchid emergency” - that’s a new one for my collection! But really, it’s about loyalty, right? The people who respect your boundaries are the ones you stick with. And, like you said, your real friends are the ones you’d do anything for - no agenda.
Dean:  Absolutely. I think that’s why the friendships we have are so strong - most of our closest friends have been around since before any of this. And the ones who aren’t… well, let’s just say you learn quickly who’s here for you, and who’s here for the perks.
Jasper (with a wink): I’ve been sworn to more NDAs than hot dinners, but here’s my advice: the higher the heels, the closer to the truth. And if someone asks for more white orchids at 2am, just say you’re allergic. Works every time - unless they’re Madonna, then you’re doomed.
Philip:  It’s the same in astrology and healing work. There are always people who just want a quick answer, a prediction to use for their own gain - but the genuine clients, the ones who want to do the inner work, those are the relationships that last.
Dean:  Exactly. And it’s actually been really empowering, especially this year, to start saying no - not just to clients who are a nightmare, but to people who just drain you. There’s something powerful about realising you don’t have to be everything to everyone.
Philip:  It’s so true. The stars - and the universe - always reward clarity. And in the end, it’s those boundaries that keep you sane in the chaos.  I mean, it’s lovely to be trusted with people’s secrets and dreams, but you’ve got to look after your own energy, too.
Dean:  Couldn’t agree more. And it’s funny - since setting those boundaries, the work’s better, life is calmer, and we actually have time for each other as a couple.
Philip:  Which, after everything, is what really matters, right?  Alright, no more white orchid emergencies - at least not tonight!
[Both laugh]

Philip: So Dean, let’s spill some stardust - when we did your and Mark’s charts, what surprised you most? Be honest!
Dean:  (Laughing) Honestly, Philip, it was spooky how spot-on you were. I mean, we both went in a bit skeptical - Mark more than me, and that’s saying something! But the things you picked up on… There was this one tricky client, let’s call her “Ms. Emerald” - I was torn about keeping her on. The chart literally screamed “energy vampire” - and after you pointed out her astro-combo, it was like, suddenly, all the weirdness made sense.
Philip:  Ms. Emerald, oh yes - the chart never lies! You know, there are certain placements - usually a tangled Neptune or a sneaky Mercury-Pluto connection - that just radiate “hidden motives.” It’s not about judging, it’s just about knowing what you’re dealing with.  I remember saying, “If this client drains you more than she inspires you, that’s your cue.” The stars don’t mince words!
Dean:  And honestly, once we finally cut ties, the whole business shifted. Suddenly, we had time for our actual VIPs - the ones who appreciate us, who don’t treat us like glorified assistants.  And it’s not just clients. There were a few people in our wider circle - again, the chart lit up with all this behind-the-scenes tension.  I remember you saying, “Loyalty is a two-way street. If someone’s only loyal when it suits them, that’s not loyalty - it’s convenience.”
Philip:  Exactly! One of the biggest lessons I see, whether it’s in a chart or a tarot spread, is this: loyalty that demands you betray yourself is never worth it. I had a client, years ago, who ran a family business. She’d bend over backwards for her so-called ‘trusted’ manager, only to discover he’d been leaking client lists to a rival - astrology showed the red flags before reality did.
Dean:  It’s like that in travel, too. We once had a junior staffer - let’s call him “The Champagne Shadow” - lovely on the surface, always offering to help, but something felt off. Mark got a weird vibe. After you looked at his chart, you said, “Watch out for double-dealing - hidden Gemini-Mercury tricks!” Sure enough, he was funneling intel to a competitor, trying to set up his own operation with our supplier contacts.  We learned quick: just because someone’s always smiling doesn’t mean they’re loyal.
Philip:  And the thing is, the universe always gives you a sign - whether it’s a gut feeling, a dream, or a transit lighting up your chart. I always tell clients: you can’t avoid every drama, but you can choose who gets access to your energy.  A lot of people think astrology is about prediction, but for me, it’s about permission - permission to say “no,” to move on, to honour your own path.
Dean:  It’s been a total game changer for us. Since we stopped trying to keep everyone happy, we’ve had fewer problems, more time as a couple, and better business.  Honestly, you showed us that sometimes loyalty to yourself is the most radical act.
Philip:  Yes! And the ripple effect is real. When you clear out the users and the drama queens, suddenly your real people - your soul circle - have space to shine.  I had another client who ran an exclusive retreat - she was always bending to her “celebrity guests’” wildest demands, letting them walk all over her. After a chart reading, she finally set boundaries. Next season, the guests who respected her stayed, the divas vanished, and her business actually boomed.  There’s nothing more magnetic than strong boundaries and a clear “no.”
Dean:  So true. In our world, loyalty is rare and precious. Most of our friends have been with us for twenty years, through thick and thin. We’ve seen people come and go - some with good intentions, some just out for what they can get. But the ones who’ve stuck around, they’re family.
Philip:  It’s cosmic housecleaning. The right people always stay. The rest? Let the universe send them somewhere else.
Dean:  And honestly, if the only thing I take into my forties is that lesson - choose yourself, choose your tribe, let the rest drift - I’ll be happy.
Philip:  That’s what the stars want for all of us. Alright, listeners, remember: you don’t need permission from anyone to protect your peace. The universe always rewards real loyalty - to others, and to yourself.
Dean:  Amen to that!
[Both laugh, a pause for breath as the segment wraps up.]
Philip: You know, Dean, the older I get, the more I realise how precious true friendship is - especially in worlds like ours, where everyone wants a piece of you, or what you can do for them.
Dean:  Oh, completely. I always say, in our business, you learn the hard way who your real friends are. When you’re booking million-pound holidays, hosting wild parties, and moving in those circles, there’s always someone who wants something from you. But our real friends - the core group - most of them have been with us since before we had anything to give.
Philip:  That’s everything, isn’t it? I’ve got friends I haven’t seen in years - literally, three or four years will go by - but when we finally catch up, it’s like we never missed a beat. There’s my friend - the singer - I met her when I was seventeen. We’ve seen each other through mad tours, heartbreak, all the chaos. We can go ages without talking, but the bond never fades.
Dean: We’re the same! Some of our closest mates, we’ll go months without seeing, but when we meet up, it’s like - boom - straight back into it. There’s no awkwardness, no expectations. That’s how you know it’s the real deal.  And then there are the “friends” who only show up when they want something - a connection, a freebie, a shortcut to the top. It used to get to me, but not anymore.
Philip:  It’s boundaries, right? I always say, setting boundaries is the highest form of self-respect. The more you say “no” to the wrong energy, the more you say “yes” to yourself and your soul tribe.
Dean:
Absolutely. We’ve really learned that over the years. At one point, our whole social life revolved around work - clients, contacts, events. But you start to notice who’s there when you need support, not just a table at a hot restaurant or an invite to a yacht party.  I’ll never forget - we had a client who brought along a whole group of hangers-on for a birthday trip. The energy was off from the start. After the trip, half of them tried to book things “direct” with us, but never for anything but a discount or a freebie. Lesson learned.
Philip:  People show their true colors eventually. I had someone, years ago, who only ever called for last-minute readings, never just to check in. When I stopped dropping everything for them, they vanished.  And honestly, good riddance. Now, the people I give my time to are the ones who genuinely care, even if we only talk once a year.
Dean: You know what’s really beautiful? Some of our oldest friends - we call them “soul friends” - we might only exchange a text or two in a year. But when there’s a real crisis, or something big happens, they’re there in a heartbeat. No questions, no drama, just pure support.
Philip: Those are the soul contracts - friendships that go beyond time and space. I always say, you don’t need a hundred friends. A handful of true soul connections is worth more than an army of acquaintances.
Jasper (sentimental but still sassy): “Soul friends, eh? In my day, we called it ‘found family’ - the lot who’d turn up at 3am with wine, a listening ear, or both. You know who your people are when you’ve helped each other home with one shoe missing and still answer the phone next morning. Keep ‘em close, loves.”

Dean: Couldn’t agree more. And honestly, as we head into our forties, Mark and I feel so much lighter for it. Less drama, more laughter, more time for the people who actually matter.
We’ve even started doing little traditions - birthday weekends, random road trips, even just a silly WhatsApp group where we send memes at three in the morning. That’s real friendship.
Philip: I love that. And for anyone listening - if you’re feeling like your circle is shrinking, don’t worry. Sometimes, the universe is clearing space for the real connections to shine through. Trust those friendships that survive distance, time, even silence. Those are your people.
Dean: Amen to that. And here’s a little challenge - if someone popped into your head while you’re listening, drop them a message. Doesn’t have to be deep - just a “Hey, thought of you.” You never know what that could spark.
Philip: That’s the magic. Friendship, like astrology, is all about cycles - sometimes you’re close, sometimes life gets in the way, but real bonds never break.
Philip:  Alright, it’s that time - let’s look to the stars for the week ahead! Whether you’re a sun sign devotee or just curious, this is for everyone.
And Dean, feel free to jump in - especially when we get to Scorpio and Leo, right?
Dean: (Laughs) Oh, I’m ready. Hit me with the cosmic truth!
Philip: Let’s start at the top -
Aries, If at first you don’t succeed…well, join the club! There’s no need to throw your toys out of the pram just because something you tried didn’t work out the first time round. Everyone loves a trier, and this week the universe is giving you an encore - so dust yourself off and get back in the saddle. You might feel a bit sheepish admitting you want another go, but don’t worry; nobody is keeping score except you. Besides, even Olympic champions have to rehearse.
You’ll find a close friend in the mood to play matchmaker - not in romance, but in work. Someone they know could turn out to be the missing puzzle piece for your career jigsaw, so say yes to introductions (and maybe wear a shirt without last night’s dinner on it). Colleagues are singing your praises and there’s a lovely sense of camaraderie about, so don’t be shy about showing your team spirit. After all, it’s teamwork that makes the dream work - or at least gets you through Monday without tears. Keep your chin up, and remember: the most successful people are the ones who kept going after everyone else went home for tea.

Dean: Boundaries - theme of the episode!
On to Taurus,  This week, you’re ready to turn your back on disappointment as if you’ve just found out your favourite bakery’s closed - brief sulk, then straight on to the next treat! The good news is, your sights are set firmly on self-improvement, and you’re not going to let anyone (least of all yourself) hold you back. Just as you brace yourself for your partner’s sceptical eyebrow over your new plans, they surprise you by actually supporting you. Wonders never cease! It’s almost enough to make you check for hidden cameras.
If you’re single, here’s your cosmic permission slip: dust off your best glad rags and treat yourself to a night out this weekend. Whether it’s dinner with friends or a spontaneous boogie, you’ll be the toast of the town. Even if the only admirer you meet is the bartender, at least you’ll have had a good night out and possibly a free bowl of nuts. Change is in the air, Taurus, and for once it’s a change you’ll be glad you made. Indulge, enjoy, and don’t look back - you’ve got better things ahead.
Dean: Treat yourself, don’t cheat yourself!
Gemini,  This is a week to put your legendary social skills to good use. Nothing brings out the best in you like a bit of teamwork - think less lone wolf, more excitable puppy. Group activities will have you buzzing, and new faces are set to inject a dose of excitement into your routine. Whether you’re joining a quiz team, signing up for a workshop, or just having a giggle with colleagues, you’ll shine when working with others.
Just don’t forget about the old guard. Someone from your past - possibly that mate who still remembers your embarrassing dance at the last office party - will need your support or advice. It’s a chance to show you can be both fun and loyal, all in one go. Meanwhile, a work contract is up for discussion. Don’t just nod along; if something isn’t quite right, this is your cue to negotiate. You have a voice, Gemini, and it deserves to be heard (preferably before you go off on a tangent about your new hobby).
Dean: Group activities - Pick one? For a Gemini? Good luck!
Cancer - Life is slowly slotting into place this week, Cancer, and it’s all down to your ability to keep things running smoother than a cat in a sunbeam. Your focus on achieving a particular goal is infectious; before you know it, everyone’s pulling together and your ‘to-do’ list is shrinking at an impressive rate. The secret? You make hard work look like a communal bake-off - fun, collaborative, and with plenty of tea breaks.
But don’t forget, it’s not all about ticking boxes. Let friends and family into your world; share your hobbies, quirks, and the little things that make you smile. If you fancy a natter, you’ll find chats (whether face-to-face or via those endless group chats) are extra harmonious this week. People just get where you’re coming from. So, if you’ve been meaning to start a book club, plan a day out, or teach someone your famous casserole recipe, this is the moment. Spread the love, Cancer, and enjoy watching it come back your way tenfold.

Dean: Time to light the candles and take your phone off Do Not Disturb.
Leo,  Let’s face it, Leo, you’ve never been accused of being shy. But this week, you might surprise even yourself by showing a willingness to meet others halfway. Yes, really! When your friends and family see you not only listening but actually taking their suggestions on board, there’ll be a collective gasp of admiration (and possibly a cautious double-check for hidden cameras).
Gone are the days of drama for drama’s sake - this week, a peaceful approach reigns supreme. Disputes are settled quickly, and your new collaborative spirit means everyone’s happier to be in your orbit. As you step back and allow others a turn in the spotlight, you’ll find the attention comes back to you twice as strong. There’ll still be plenty of fun and a few tales to tell by the end of it, but it’s all the sweeter for the harmony you helped create. Bravo, Leo - your star’s rising, and this time, everyone else is clapping along.
Dean: As a Leo’s partner, let me just say - sometimes the drama is real, and sometimes it’s just Tuesday!
Virgo - This week, a younger family member might land in a pickle and look to you for guidance. You may not have all the answers, but your willingness to listen is half the battle. Offer support, pour the tea, and remember: sometimes a sympathetic ear does more good than any quick fix. Your urge to help is catching, and soon everyone’s feeling the benefit of your thoughtful ways.
You’ll also find yourself the heart and soul of a weekend sporting event or family gathering. Even if you’re not the world’s greatest footballer (or you’d rather referee from a safe distance), your enthusiasm is infectious. It’s the perfect opportunity to bond with the younger crowd - just watch out for any attempts to rope you into a TikTok dance. Spread your kindness far and wide, Virgo, and enjoy the rare feeling of being the most popular person in the room.
Dean: Let go Virgo - just for a minute!
Libra, you’re not one to rush into decisions - especially when finances or paperwork are involved. This week, keep your eyes peeled for sneaky small print or overlooked details that could trip you up later. If something looks too good to be true, it probably comes with at least one dodgy clause. So, stay sharp and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
On the home front, you’ve been waffling about whether to welcome changes being discussed. Now that the time has come, you’ll find yourself embracing the new with surprising gusto. As long as you keep your head about you, there’s every chance this week will bring some well-deserved good fortune. The balance is tipping in your favour at last, Libra - just the way you like it.

Dean: And if they don’t bring you peace, they don’t get a piece of you.
Scorpio -  There’s a lovely sense of synchronicity in the air for you this week, Scorpio. Whether it’s with a workmate or a romantic partner, you’ll find yourselves so in tune you’re practically finishing each other’s sentences (or at least sharing secret eye-rolls in meetings). Use this bond to your advantage - team up on projects or dream up plans for the future together.
However, don’t let this harmony make you complacent. Remember your worth; you have a tendency to settle for less than you deserve, simply to keep the peace. This week, someone who genuinely appreciates you will make their admiration known - don’t brush it off. Take a compliment, Scorpio. You’re more delightful than you give yourself credit for, and the universe is making sure you know it.
Dean: That’s me! Be gently please, universe.
Sagittarius  -  There’s nothing you love more than a good knees-up, and this week is tailor-made for a bit of group action. Whether it’s a community event, work project, or something more offbeat, you’ll find camaraderie wherever you go. Your enthusiasm is magnetic, and people flock to your side like moths to a particularly cheerful flame.
Teamwork will not only help you get the job done, but it’ll also open doors to new friendships and possibly a few adventures to recount next week. Your boss (or group leader) is unexpectedly supportive - don’t question it, just enjoy the rare feeling of workplace harmony. If you’re tempted to go solo, resist; this week, there’s strength (and a good laugh) in numbers.
Dean: Sagittarians always needs a good knees up!
Capricorn - Workplace chatter is at fever pitch this week, Capricorn, as long-standing mistakes finally come to light. You might be left wondering how things got so muddled, but don’t waste too much energy pointing fingers. Instead, focus on rallying the troops and offering support where it’s needed. You’ve got the backbone to help others through the fallout, and you’ll emerge with your reputation shining brighter than ever.
Outside of work, don’t be a hermit - accept that invitation and let your friends remind you what life’s really about. A cheerful gathering or outing will do wonders for your mood, helping you shake off any lingering stress. There’s more to life than fixing everyone else’s problems, Capricorn - go out and find a bit of fun for yourself.
 Dean: Permission for fun granted.
Aquarius -  Domestic bliss? Not quite. There’s a household issue that refuses to be put to bed, and just when you think you’ve settled it, someone pipes up wanting another “chat.” Sigh. If you can summon a bit of patience and agree to talk things through, you’ll discover what’s really been causing all the tension. A little understanding at this point could transform your living situation - and maybe even lead to a surprise romantic twist!
The week ends with you feeling lighter, more in tune with those around you, and possibly making some positive changes at home. New plans might take shape, giving you the fresh start you’ve been craving. Just remember, Aquarius: a little compromise goes a long way (and so does a good lock on the bathroom door).
Dean: Time to launch that side hustle, Aquarius!
Pisces  - You’re a helpful soul, Pisces, but this week you risk becoming the local odd-job person for friends, neighbours, and anyone who’s ever made eye contact at the corner shop. It all starts with a tiny favour, and before you know it you’re expected to dog-sit, water the plants, and advise on someone’s life choices.
Here’s the secret: you’re allowed to say no! If you find yourself stretched thinner than supermarket toilet roll, don’t be afraid to set some boundaries. Meanwhile, your detective skills will come in handy as you research a community issue that’s got everyone talking. The powers-that-be need to up their game, and you’re not afraid to poke about for answers. Your gentle approach, combined with quiet determination, will ensure you’re both popular and respected. Just remember - helping is grand, but don’t forget to look after number one!
Dean: Yes, look after number one, Pisces!
Philip: There you have it - your cosmic headlines for the week. Remember, astrology is a guide, not a rulebook. Take what resonates, leave the rest, and always follow your intuition. And let me know if your sign’s reading hit home! DM me, tag me, or share your week’s “astrology moment” - I seriously want to hear your stories. Next week’s stars might just feature you! Keep shining, and trust where the universe is taking you.
Jasper (grandly): “Oh, the stars! I remember reading my horoscope out loud in the back of a tour bus somewhere outside Berlin - ‘beware of Geminis’ it said, and I married one! Still, I always say: the planets don’t lie, but sometimes they’re a bit dramatic - like my last manager. Listen to your heart, but check your rising sign, darling.”
Dean:  That was such a good forecast. I feel like everyone’s got a little cosmic homework this week!
Philip:  Dean, as you’re heading toward the big 4-0, what’s your biggest takeaway after everything we’ve talked about tonight - wellness, business, boundaries, friendship, even the stars?
Dean:  Honestly, Philip, it’s about not waiting for permission to live the life you want. For years, I was always thinking, “next week will be better, I’ll rest after this project, I’ll put myself first when things calm down…” But things never calm down, especially in this industry.
So I think turning forty is about claiming space for yourself, making choices from a place of self-respect, and not apologizing for it.  And I’m grateful that, after all the drama and white-orchid emergencies, I’ve got Mark, our friends, and a tribe who just “get it.” You don’t need everyone - just the right ones.
Philip: That’s a beautiful lesson, and so universal. You know, sometimes the stars don’t show you what you want, but what you need - and it’s about trusting yourself to say yes to joy, rest, and the people who truly care.  So if you’re listening and you’re feeling overwhelmed, or your circle is shrinking, or you’re questioning who really “gets” you - remember, your vibe attracts your tribe. And sometimes the best friendships and opportunities come when you clear the old clutter out.
Dean:  Absolutely. And for anyone feeling stuck - just try something new. Healing Hertz worked for me, maybe there’s something magical waiting for you too. It doesn’t have to make sense; it just has to feel better.
Philip:  Love that. Now, let’s dip into a few listener questions - these always bring a smile.
We’ve got a message from Katie in Liverpool:  “What’s the most unexpected lesson you’ve learned from working with celebrities and the elite?”
Dean:  Great question! I’d say: money and fame don’t equal happiness, or kindness. Some of the kindest, most loyal people I know are completely behind the scenes, and some of the hardest work comes from making sure the people who have everything remember the simple things. Oh - and always check the flower order. (laughs)
Philip:  Here’s one for both of us from Jade in London:  “If you could go back and give your 25-year-old self one piece of advice, what would it be?”
Dean:  I’d say: “Stop trying to impress everyone - impress yourself. The people who are meant to be in your life will love you, weirdness and all.”
Philip:  Mine would be: “Don’t be afraid of endings - they’re just making space for something new.”  And for everyone listening, that’s your little “soul check-in” for the week. Ask yourself: what am I ready to release, and what am I ready to invite in?
Dean:  And if you need a little cosmic help - reach out to Philip, try the Healing Hertz, or just start by texting an old friend. You never know what magic is waiting.
Philip:  I’d love to hear your stories - DM, or even send a voice note for next time. What’s the biggest shift you’re making this year?  And of course, if you have astrology questions, wellness wins, or just need a bit of support, we’re here.
Dean:  Here’s to more joy, less drama, and a little more stardust every day.
Philip:  Coming up next week: more cosmic guidance, real-life stories, and maybe even a guest or two - so don’t forget to subscribe, share, and leave us a review if you enjoyed today’s chat.
Philip: Dean, I just want to say a huge thank you - not just for sharing your journey and all those very confidential stories, but for being so open about the real stuff. So many people look at luxury lifestyles and think it’s all glitz, but it’s the behind-the-scenes honesty that really connects us.  It’s been a genuine joy, and I know listeners are going to walk away with new perspective, a few laughs, and hopefully a bit of permission to put themselves first.
Dean:  Thank you, Philip. You know I’m always happy to share - maybe too happy sometimes! But honestly, this is what it’s all about. Community, connection, and a bit of real talk about what happens when you stop living for other people and start living for yourself. And - let’s be honest - a little cosmic wisdom never hurts.
Philip:  Absolutely. And for everyone listening, whether you’re here for the astrology, the wellness tips, or just the juicy stories, you’re part of our soul circle now.  We want to hear from you - what resonated, what you’re shifting, or maybe just what episode you want next. So please, don’t be shy: Subscribe to the podcast so you never miss a cosmic update. Share this episode with a friend who needs a bit of stardust in their life. Leave us a review - those little stars help us reach more people and bring even more amazing guests and insights your way.

Dean:  And don’t forget to check out the show notes. Philip’s Healing Hertz track is linked there - if you’re curious, just give it a go. If it worked for me after all the skeptical eye-rolling, you might just surprise yourself.
Philip:  And if you want a one-to-one session, business astro-guidance, or to book a personalized plan, my website’s open to you at PhilipGarcia.com.  And for our listeners in the industry, or anyone juggling high-stress, high-stakes roles - remember, your energy is precious. Protect it, nurture it, and watch how your world transforms.
Dean:  If you’re still listening, consider this your sign to text that old friend, say no to a toxic client, or just go outside and look at the stars for five minutes. The universe always has a little magic waiting if you’re open to it.
Philip:  Couldn’t have said it better. Keep shining, keep growing, and remember: you are exactly where you’re meant to be.
Jasper (uplifting, with a wink): “If you take anything from today, it’s this: keep your circle fabulous, your boundaries fierce, and your playlist disco-ready. Life’s too short for bad friends or boring parties. Shine on, sweethearts. I’ll see you on the dancefloor - or at least in the DMs.”
Dean: Thank you so much for inviting me onto the show, Philip, I've had a ball! Jasper - you are hilarious! Take care of yourselves - and each other.
Philip:  Bye for now, and may your week be filled with good vibes, soul connections, and a sprinkle of cosmic luck! Thank you so, so much to Dean and of course Jasper for completely throwing me in the deep end - it's been a hoot and fabulous. Speak to you both soon and enjoy!
