Jesus told His Disciples that his soul was crushed with grief to the point of death. He faced the Cross with overwhelming sorrow in extreme agony, on the edge of emotional, mental and spiritual breakdown. Remember, whatever crushing distress and heartbreaking loss you are facing, Jesus has already been there, and He will meet you in your pain to carry you through the darkness and into His amazing light. Rest in His arms.
