Two Good Ears Podcast
Two Good Ears with Rich Reardin is a podcast that explores the music world from every angle—introducing new artists, uncovering the people behind the music, and revisiting legendary stories. It’s a space for sharing experiences and perspectives, where conversations flow freely between musicians, producers, engineers, and passionate fans. The show grew out of In Search of a Song, a long-running public radio series created in 2005 with guitarist Jason Wilber (John Prine), which produced over 700 episodes for PRX (Public Radio Exchange).
Now, Two Good Ears (TGE) carries that spirit forward, expanding into fresh interviews, pro-audio insights, music history, and lively discussions with guest hosts and friends who have lived and breathed the art of making music.

TGE Episode 320 – Jubal Lee Young
TGE host Rich Reardin talks with guest songwriter and musician Jubal Lee Young, who’s been carving out his own path with music that blends elements of country, rock, and folk. He grew up around music, as his father (Steve Young) was a vital force behind the 'outlaw country' movement, and is known for writing Seven Bridges Road, made famous by The Eagles. But what makes Jubal interesting is how he’s taken those roots and shaped them into something that’s really his own. His songs are honest, a little gritty, and they carry that lived-in quality that makes you lean in and listen.
