Can mantras actually change your subconscious mind — or are affirmations not enough?

In this episode, Katische Haberfield speaks with musician and meditation teacher Olivia de Sousa about word spells, subconscious reprogramming, and how to use mantras to shift your internal state and create real-world change.

This conversation explores the difference between surface-level affirmations and deeper subconscious healing, including how mantras support integration after hypnotherapy, past life regression, or emotional clearing work.

We discuss how repetition, language, and sound influence the subconscious mind — and how to move from begging energy into command energy when creating your reality.

Inside this episode:

• How mantras reprogram the subconscious mind
 • The difference between affirmations and deeper healing work
 • Why “commanding” is different from begging in prayer
 • Using repetition to prevent falling back into old patterns
 • How to shift your emotional state before meetings or conflict
 • A practical example of resolving business conflict with a mantra
 • NLP, theta state, and planting new beliefs
 • The concept of “New Earth” and collective consciousness
 • Why the words in music and media matter

Olivia shares examples from her book The Ultimate Book of Word Spells: 21 Days to Miracles, Abundance, and Higher Guidance, including abundance mantras and resolution mantras used in real-life situations.

This episode is for listeners who:

• Have done subconscious healing work and need integration tools
 • Are interested in affirmations, manifestation, or NLP
 • Want practical ways to shift anxiety or doubt
 • Are exploring conscious creation and spiritual empowerment

If you’re ready to be more intentional about the words you speak and the thoughts you repeat, this episode offers practical tools you can use immediately.

New earth is revealed now. I command it be. Love's energy is healing all and setting us all free. New earth is revealed now. Illusions fall away. Thank you, thank you, universe. It is done today.

SPEAKER_00

Welcome back to the infinite life with your host, me, Katish Happenfeld. This week I'm really honoured to have a fellow Aussie onto the podcast, Olivia D'Souza. Olivia, welcome to the podcast.

SPEAKER_01

Hello, Katish. Thank you for having me.

SPEAKER_00

Now, Olivia, I before we get chatting, I just will read your bio so people know who you are. Olivia is a multidisciplinary creator whose work bridges spirit, sound, and storytelling. She's a musician, meditation teacher, and podcast producer, and now the author of the Ultimate Book of Word Spells, a modern guide to using language as a tool for transformation. Through her music, mantras, and mindful media, Olivia helps people reconnect with their creative power, reprogram limiting beliefs, and speak their lives into alignment with love, abundance, and higher guidance. When she's not recording or writing, you'll find her leading children's music sessions as Livy's Little Legends, hosting podcasts that amplify conscious voices, or creating guided meditations on insight timer. Her work invites people to remember the magic already alive in their words and the miracles waiting when we choose them intentionally. So for those of you who are listening, you're used to me having guests from everywhere else except for Australia. And Olivia is in Melbourne and I am Brisbane, so it's pretty close to what is it? Have you got in the car? 2,000 kilometres, 1600 to 2,000 kilometres?

SPEAKER_01

I mean, almost in the same time zone, except for when their daylight savings kicks in, and then we're an hour apart.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that's right. And I know that because my family, my parents were both born in Aubrey, Woodonga, which is on the way to Melbourne. It's a little country town, which is not far from, sorry, not to take my socks off. Okay, get comfy. Along the way, I used to live in Griffith in regional New South Wales, and then Aubrey was a is a nearby town. You've got Griffith, Aubrey, Wagga. Orange, that sort of area.

SPEAKER_01

I'm actually in Mornington Peninsula to be a bit more precise, but I just say Melbourne because it's easier for people to write.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, Morning Peninsula is not really in Melbourne, it's a drive out. It's wine country. Beautiful country. Yes, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Wine and lovely coast coastal areas and yeah, a bit more rural. So I love it here.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, so if you were to drive to Melbourne to give people an idea, how long would it take you from Mornington Pill and Chiller to get into Melbourne?

SPEAKER_01

Maybe an hour, or if the traffic's horrible, then an hour and a quarter, an hour and a half or something. If the traffic's bad, but otherwise about an hour with the freeways and everything, tollways, I should say.

SPEAKER_00

Cool, excellent. Olivia posted on Facebook, I don't know, two days ago, that she had a new book coming out, and I was like, I'm gonna grab her because Olivia and I were both in a poetry book recently. Yep, you've got it, yep.

SPEAKER_01

So poems. For the YouTube version, we both held up the book.

unknown

Yep.

SPEAKER_00

And I reread your poem the other night, and I was like, oh, now that I know what you do, your poem is like a mantra.

SPEAKER_01

It is, yes.

SPEAKER_00

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

That tends to be how they come out when when I when inspiration hits, it comes through mantras or songs, and a lot of the songs I've written are basically, if you were to pay attention, you'd notice that the lyrics end up being affirmations in themselves as well. So, yes, that is the style that comes through.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's great. And I actually used your palm the other night to calm myself.

SPEAKER_02

Oh wow!

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, because the reason why I've been a little bit jittery this morning is because I was literally uh racing back from my car's been having issues, and so I had a scheduled service, and then they said, Oh no, we think there's something else wrong, and then I took back in, and I was at that point where I was like, I haven't budgeted for this, I don't know how much it's gonna be. And that state where you're like too many bills happening at the moment. I was like, I need to calm myself, and I was like, Let me read Olivia's poem. And I I read it as a mantra to myself, and I found it very calming. Oh wow! There you go, there's some feedback on your poem.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you. Thank you so much. That's exactly the intention. So that's amazing to hear. Thank you.

SPEAKER_00

So mantras. Now, a lot of people associate mantras with religion. So we know that the Buddhists use mantras, we know that the Hindus use mantras, and lots of different spiritual people use mantras. A good friend of mine, Lalitha Donatella Ribak, is a Vedic astrologer, and so if you get an astrological reading, like I've done several times with her, she'll give me mantras as remedies to say, How did you stumble upon mantras and how did they come into your life?

SPEAKER_01

I guess probably a few years back, probably around the time that I used to be with Carly. Do you know Carly Marie? She's a she was a business coach back in the day, a few years, quite a long time ago, I think, actually, because my son would have been, he's 11 now, he would have been a toddler. But there was a period back then when I was following her and I was in this circle of people who were all into journaling every day. And I was also doing my my music for children, which started with me doing other people's material, and then I found that I needed to find my own style, and so I just accidentally discovered that I'd write songs, like that I could write songs, and the songs came through as affirmations for kids. So you'd have kids going, I like me no matter what, and I like you. There were songs for dealing with tricky situations, and even the ones that aren't so obvious that might be about another topic, like toilet training or something, if you pay attention, they're actually all about boosting their self-esteem and believing themselves. So it's just always happened. But even when I tr have tried not to particularly, and I've just tried to to journal, it ends up coming through as uh either a poem, a rhyme or a song. Yeah, like I've got a song, money song, money affirmation song, money, and that just came through because I was just trying to find somebody else's mantra to do, I know, and I accidentally wrote a song, but yeah, it just seems to be a pattern. I've just learned to embrace it and realize that we have our gifts and we're supposed to lean into what we are. In a way, I was like, I would have liked to just write some good copy so I could put it on Facebook and do something, and then instead I wrote another poem and I'm like, this is me, this is what I do, poems and songs. And that's actually and that's actually why when Katie Carey, whose book we were both co-contributors to to, that's why it jumped out when she said, if you were someone who finds that they write poems when they journal and this and that, this is for you.

SPEAKER_02

And I went, Oh, there's a group of us around there's there's others like me.

SPEAKER_01

I found yeah, and obviously there's you. And and I've recently found by doing this and sharing online my journey and just deciding to put this as a book. I've noticed someone else who I've never seen write a poem, publish a poem online. So I think when we step up and start sharing the things that were just started out privately, our downloads or whatever you like to call them, then that gives other people permission to do the same.

SPEAKER_00

Absolutely, absolutely. Yeah. I didn't um think anything of it until I started noticing that they were coming through. And they come through in intense batches and then they stop. I haven't written a poem for a while, but when they're read it. Tell me what made you think I've got so much here that I'm going to write a book about it.

SPEAKER_01

What was happening in the background for you with it was all it's fairly recent, and I just got an inspired idea and ran with it.

SPEAKER_02

I'm not overthinking this.

SPEAKER_01

I don't know if it was because we'd both been in the soulful poems book. Maybe that let me know it was possible. And then it's just it's interesting how things unfold, and sometimes you don't know if you were to just operate in the 3D world and and follow strategy and linear thinking and do things that made sense with a long-term plan. You you wouldn't do this necessarily. I didn't see this coming. It was just organically, I've written them for myself initially, and then I'd record them so that I could play them to myself because we all scroll social media or whatever, we're all programming ourselves whether we like it or not. And so it's an idea to be conscious of what we're programming ourselves with. It started with me creating it for myself, recording it for myself, then going, oh, maybe this could help somebody else, so then publishing it on Insight Timer, and then realizing actually there's a common thread through there through this. And you can put poems in books after all, because I wasn't sure that poems were a thing that anyone necessarily would pick up and buy, but I realized, oh, they are like channeled downloads and they are something that helps reprogram my mind and there's value in it. I could actually put this together as a transformational toolkit, and that's it. I didn't overthink it. Once I had that idea, I ran with it. I was a bit obsessed until I got it done.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, wow, because like that was my problem with my ghost books that I was telling you before we got on the recording here, that I have just turned three seasons into existence because I could not get past my logical and rational mind to create a book that I was happy enough with to send to a publisher. So that book has been in the works for five years. You're telling me that you just created this like post-swapful poles?

SPEAKER_01

Or post-saufable poles. And I don't think I would have if I had to plan it. Yeah. If I thought I'm gonna write a book, and I've heard of people writing a book and it's like this long slog and it's hard and all of this sort of stuff, and it changes them because of the dedication they've had to have and the whole process. And uh I think the reason I was able to do it is because it was already written before I realized it could be a book. Yeah. So all I had to do really is add in explanations of the story behind it, and then some suggestions about how people could actually use and implement them. And then then it's got the QR codes in there and links as well for if they want to click and listen to the Mantar on Insight Timer. So it's like a whole toolkit.

SPEAKER_00

Wow, that's great. And but how have you categorized sort of is this book for adults, for teenagers, for children? Where do you fit it or for everyone?

SPEAKER_01

Um it's for everyone, really. It's you know, wrote it for myself and then realised other people could use it. So it's there's no age limit. I don't particularly tackle things that are specific to kids, even though I do kids' music and tackle that separately through songs. So I probably was thinking more adults. It is categorized. I'm just grabbing the book now, and there's so there's sections, so I did categorize them into sections. There's alignment and guidance, abundance and wealth, self-worth and healing, family and health, and collective and new earth, because like in the last couple of years I've woken up to a lot of the not so nice things that happen around on this planet and the suffering, and so that's that inspired some mantras and prayers to to dedicate to the world because I think together we are rising and we want to affirm and create that new earth, that new world, the new way of being that is yeah, more united and peaceful.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah. And I have always uh spoken to friends and family and my clients about the fact that you have to be really conscious of what you speak out, what your words are, and then also what you listen to in your music, because we can listen to a singer who might sing songs that are about distress and hatred and feeling bad or romance breaking up. And we love those songs, we listen to them over and over again, we're programming that into our brain without realizing it. So it's really powerful to be able to remind people that what they speak and what they think and what they consciously hear over and over again is programming their subconscious mind. So it's great that you've put this on insight timer, or the insight timer came first, but so that people can come in and find you and say, I just need to give my subconscious mind a boost today. Let me listen consciously to something that's going to help me. So um have you got some matches there that you could that resonate with you right now that you might like to read out to to give people an example?

SPEAKER_01

Okay, I think I'll do that. What I'd like to do, someone's asked me the other day to read one, and I've decided to use this as a bit of an oracle, so just find out see where it lands. Yeah, good. Okay, oh excuse me a moment, let me put my glasses on. Okay, now this is on an insight timer, and if I did it there, I leave a space, but it works with the music to leave a space and a bit of an echo for people to be able to repeat back, but I won't do it that way now. I'll just read through. I am abundant as can be. I am safe, I am free, I'm empowered, I'm creative, I'm supported, I'm innovative, I am open and I seize opportunities here for me. Inspiration shows the way. Each decision brings more pay. I pay bills with joy and ease. My wealth expands, I am pleased. My intuition is so strong, I can trust it, it's never wrong. I am worthy, I've decided. All I want for is provided. I have all the traits I need, all the talent to succeed, to give value to those I serve. I'm paid well, as I deserve. I surrender, I let go, I trust the process, and my wealth grows. It's my role to bring light to receive. It is right. As a light worker, I am supported, so that I am resourced, I am rewarded. Wealth is for all, not just a few. This is what we're bringing through. There is no limit, no scarcity. We all can win. It is meant to be. Our paradigm is wealth for all, no fearful clinging, no playing small. I am grounded to earth to Gaia, my abundance, it grows higher. I've resources of every kind. Unrestricted, the power is mine. I receive from love, from source, endless supply. I am resourced. I am safe, I am guided. All I need, it is provided. When I rise, it helps the all. I take my place, I heed the call, I give thanks, I know it is done. In all in love, in all in one, it is done.

SPEAKER_00

Perfect.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you.

SPEAKER_00

And one of the things I just wanted to say for the people who have been long-term listeners of the podcast is that I went on to, and just let me finish this, don't take this personally. Nothing in my world changed, right? Yeah, just I could not get my outside world to change. And so what I have discovered since is that, as we all know, solicitors might know, we do like healing in layers, right? And so sometimes we want to change something in the world and we try to affirm it and we can't change it, right? And then we go into the subconscious mind, maybe through hypnotherapy and it might go into past life regression, you find a whole bunch of shit that is impacting your external world, and then you're like, I'm done. And then you're like, oh, actually, no, I just actually have to let some time for that to integrate. And what I've learned is that the what I use essential oils to embody and integrate things, but then also that's where mantras I have found to be the most powerful thing because then you're using your conscious mind to basically say, you've done the work here and here, and now that I have healed that and cleared that, I am um I guess I get stuck on the word affirmant. I'm declaring it. I'm speaking the mantra into existence, and it's that repetition that stops your mind then from going back into trying to dig back into, find the dirt on what was healed. Scratch away like a dog going, is there a little bit of that bone left? Is there a little bit of that bone left? I guess I was just trying to say to people, in case they're like, Why would you have somebody on about mantras when you know you like, oh, you can only heal things at the superconscious level? No, it's like the infinity sign, it's healing is a journey, come, and you need to use the conscious mind, the subconscious mind, and the superconscious mind, and then work as a team. I'm just trying to say explicitly for listeners. Is that Olivia's book? If you had a healing session with me, a lot of people come up three years ago or four years ago, or whatever it is, get a copy of Olivia's book because here's your next step. If you feel yourself going back into doubt, or you think, you know, what's going on, maybe you just need to peace with mantras for a while to calm yourself down and to declare by using your words, which are energy, to declare stuff into the world.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I think there are different toolkits for different purposes at different times, and they all help. I know for myself, and it was another encouragement for me to go down the path of sharing my mantras and putting them on Insight Timer and all of that is a while back I went to a hypnotherapist and I found that it really did help. And then there's that, and she would explain to me too that digging around. Sometimes can just actually strengthen those pathways of thinking about the problem. And so she cut through that, but she it was about going into theta state first and to letting all the resistance go and then planting those seeds and those ideas in my mind. And so I and I was so inspired after that I went and did uh an L N LP course. So some of my meditations will include that to get people into a certain state before planting ideas, and then there's another bunch that are just straight into the mantra, and I feel that they both help because I think one can help at the subconscious level, and then the mantras, when they're mantras by themselves, I think of that as an alternative to the noise that we'd be feeding our minds all day, every day, anyway. So if we're going to be listening to a song with lyrics that are unhelpful and watching the T TV and watching all the division and getting caught up at fighting with someone online because they disagree with you and they can't see, and how could they have a different algorithm to what I'm seeing? How could they possibly believe that? And how is the world like this? And rah-brah. And these what I'm creating, my intention with it is that it's an alternative to feed your mind with the world that you want to create, your own reality, your own world, and your contribution to the world that we're all trying to make together.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, absolutely. I know that Dr. Wayne Dyer before a long time before he he uh crossed over, he did write children's books with the same uh intention to get children to think positively and to speak into the world great things about themselves. You never know, you might actually do that next book as a children's version so that the little kitties can practice that because I I know I was speaking to my own little niece the other day, and she said to me that she liked a particular artist, and she goes, Oh, but I don't listen to the words, I promise. I just like the music. And I was like, Okay, not how it works, but you'll get that eventually. There's certain kind of music that the words are just like, yeah, I probably shouldn't listen to that. But yeah, so yeah, if I can give you some little encouragement there. The teeny teeny buppers of the world, the 10 to 12 to 13 year olds, are really influenced by the kind of music that possibly they shouldn't be listening to so young. And here we go, we provide you can provide them with the alternative.

SPEAKER_01

I'm trying to do that, and also basically honoring what they've already got. We learn from kids. Kids kids are so open, and I I think kids teach us, but I just want to do what I can to affirm to them that I admire I admire kids. I admire that they don't have any rules yet, they're not boxed in. They can be a princess on a Wednesday and they don't need an excuse and they can look at something and have a clean slate and have beautiful ideas.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, but yeah, absolutely. And I'm curious if you wouldn't mind to read us one about the the new earth slash higher consciousness raising.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, let's have a look. Okay, this one's super short. This one I've uh No, I haven't recorded it. But this is where I've opened it, so I'll just go with it. New earth is revealed now. I command it be. Love's energy is healing all and setting us all free. New earth is revealed now, illusions fall away. Thank you, thank you, universe. It is done today. That's a short one.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's good. And I like it because in my own journey I've only recently reconnected with the power of the word like amen at the end of something, or it is done. It's like this beautiful way to finish something to say that what I've just proclaimed is fact, it's a reality, you know, it's done. And I think that for me, uh sometimes you even forget how significant things are that you put at the end of the sentences. And yeah, I just for me, it's like I know everyone else has probably been doing putting it's it is done at the end of things for ages, but it's like I completely forgot about that. And I prefer you know, might have chanted a few affirmations, but when you put it is done at the end, it just magnifies it, doesn't it?

SPEAKER_01

I feel that it does magnify it, and or also putting something like just giving thanks, because there's it's the law of assumption, isn't it? It's just assuming and it's connecting to the part of us that's divine, connecting to the idea that we are commanders. That word commander stuck in my mind. I was listening to an interview somewhere where someone said, Oh, they I heard you're called the commander, because he will do something like this about I think it was Native American and they have a tradition where they command into existence that which they want to create, and it is done, and I it just resonated with me, and I I am yeah, I ended up creating a mantra after that about being a commander because I think we can all be that, and we all are that. It's all it's stepping into that power that we have and trusting it because yeah, it's just about trusting our passions and going and leaning in into them.

SPEAKER_00

It's really interesting because often at night time I will sit down in the lounge room and turn YouTube on and see what the algorithm feeds me. And I have been watching a few videos, which is somebody who's using the work of Florence, somebody Florence.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, Florence Scovel Shin.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, she influenced me too, so I think her influence comes through.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, okay, yeah, because I mentioned her in the book.

SPEAKER_00

Ah, so because on a lot of the thumbnails, it's like command the universe, command money, and I'm like, I don't dare command. So it's really interesting to see how even with all the work that I've done, I see the word command and I'm like, oh yeah. It's a simple word, but it's like oh wow who am I to command? Who not to? Who oh, but can I really be like that authoritative? Like this is just my own mental chatter, but it's like oh no, yeah, I've got I can be like that too.

SPEAKER_01

Actually, not so much with the mantras. I could do it. This just between me and the universe. Am I okay? But some for commanding another person, and I'm not comfortable with that because I feel like they're a sovereign being and I don't want to do that. But between me and the universe, yeah, I think that's okay.

SPEAKER_00

And everyone's at different stages, but it's just funny that when it's been the last few weeks that I'm being like, oh, you can command, you can't, it's just that mindset when you're working through changing who you are and how you're how you think and how you be in the world, you start off on uh my journey, which is afraid, um things uh always not working out in your favor, begging, repulsed by gratitude because nothing in your world is working, or you can't even find the right way to be thankful because you're just so dark inside your mind. Yeah, to then going, Okay, I've cleared a bunch of shit. I can be grateful. Yeah, I'm grateful all the time. In fact, I cry with gratitude all the time, and then going, okay, yeah, I've got some power there, I've changed a few things to hmm, okay, what can I do next? All right, learn a bit more, and then you mean little of me, who's this really small little person who's used to getting everything going the wrong way, can now say, Oh, I've got enough power to command the universe. You know, still be like because you're like, Oh, I don't want to be a narcissist, I don't want to be egotistical, I don't want to be, you know, I don't want to be one of those great big leaders who manipulates controls. But my brain is still going, all right, let's learn to command now.

SPEAKER_01

But the thing is, you won't. We're the ones that need to be commanding, because people like you and me, and probably the type of people that listen. We're the ones that need to step up and take control in this world. At the moment, it is the narcissists to have no problem because they want to do power over. But if we had power and if we were writing the mantras, we wouldn't be writing mantras that say, let's screw everybody in this part.

SPEAKER_02

We we end up with for the greatest good of all.

SPEAKER_01

We need to step up and use our voices, and we need to use our platforms, and we need to embrace power because we need there needs to be a shift in power in the world where the empaths and the and the ones that lead with heart need to not be scared of being powerful. Yeah, and and I think, yeah, and that's the thing with getting used to the way to word things is because I think in I guess how we've been taught through culture or whatever, or perhaps organized religion, not that religion's all bad, everything that's touched by someone who wants to control people can you've got to lead from what's in your own heart. But the idea of praying and saying please, and that it's a that it's a begging, and that's what you're really doing is affirming lack and affirming that you're in the shoots at the moment. Yeah, that's right. And sometimes you've got to admit if that's how you're feeling, let it out. And don't lie, I think authenticity is very important. But then once you've done that, the powerful prayer is to affirm and command instead of beg and plead, because yeah, the universe is listening to what you're saying, and you're if you're affirming I don't have please, I'm a beggar. No, that's not what you want to affirm.

Yeah, and it's interesting because when you talk about it now, like right here between you and me, it seems logical, of course. But when you're in that moment, it's like you do, you just do end up groveling. It's it is just what you're a human being. If you're taught to beg as a child, or you're taught to always be grateful for what you've got. You don't need anything more than that. Who are you to be so selfish or whatever it is? It is a process. Have you got an example for us, Olivia, about how you've used your own mantras or how you've commanded and you've seen a result or a result in a change in yourself? How can you give us some examples of how you've used this for yourself? So people might say, Okay, this all sounds great, Katish, but can you give me some practical tips on how I use this?

SPEAKER_01

There was, I'm just trying to figure out if I want to say the whole story. That's all right, but there was this predicament where with one of my clients, I felt like I'd stuffed something up. I was just like mortified with how I'd handled a situation. And and I'm like, it's done, I can't undo it. And I'd heard I'd watched YouTube, watched a video of someone who channels Sarai. I think her name's Karen Karen Bell, I think. And she channels uh someone calling it Sarai, and Sarai talked about being in the energy of an alignment with resolution. And she also talks about distancing and looking from a distance and that kind of thing. But she also said, notice we're not talking about what the solution is or how to fix the problem, but just to align with the energy of resolution, you don't need to know the details, just resolution. And so I put on some music, some sort of like theta music or something, and I had my frame drum and I banged it, and I had this mantra that I used, and I uh I'll see if I can find it. And this is the when you don't know what mantra to use, this is like my go-to. Probably don't need to find it, I'll probably just remember it. But I just said it over and over. I think I'll just say it from memory, hopefully, I don't remember the whole thing. Just I command a resolution, I command it be a miracle of great delight for all involved to see. I command a resolution, love will show the how. Thank you, thank you, universe. It is granted now. And I just say that over and over again. And by the end of it, I just I felt calm and I just got my journal out, and I just knew what I would say to her in an email, and I just wrote it down straight away, and then I sent her an email, and that was done, and then there was some sort of business networking thing a few days later where I saw her, and she just came up to me and said, Oh, that email was so beautiful, and she gave me a big hug, and the issue was resolved, and it was fine, and that that just shifted me out of it, and that whole thing of I command a resolution, I command it be a miracle of great delight for all involved to see. I might have put her name in it initially, but this is I've made it more generic. But I just did that and it worked, and I've used that. It's my go-to. If I if something happens and I don't know necessarily what the solution is, that's my go-to mantra.

SPEAKER_00

Perfect. And I can see how that works completely. Um I can see how I could use that myself. Coaches and people in any position where you're working with clients, you're not perfect, but that and we all have feelings of that wasn't right, or you're human beings. So that's a great example of how all of us can use that in that moment. And yeah, when you change the way you feel about something, the energy between you and the other person changes as well. So that's really great. That's a great example.

SPEAKER_01

And I think that's the kind of shift, yeah. Like it's the shift inside you that happens, and then from that place you can handle life better. Yeah. So it's not like you it's not necessarily that you do a mantra and and then there's a million dollar check in the mantra. But it's a it might shift your state and you go, you know what, I'm inspired to do this. What the heck? I'm gonna go for it. And yeah, opens opportunities. Or just and I use ones for meetings, like when I've been in a I've had some sort of Zoom meeting scheduled, and I'm like, oh, going, do I know every single thing I have to know about this before before it? And I'll just I've written ones to to use ahead of that, just to be like, this is I know enough. I know we're out all our guides are here. This will all work out for the greatest good of all. Just to shift you into that out of the spiral and into your core beliefs that are underneath it all. Because for this is for people who would be like you and me and open to this kind of thing, and who underneath it, they might have shame spirals and stress spirals and fear and all of this stuff that we're all working through. But underneath it, I think this book is for people who know that that there's a power underneath that and there's something greater, and so we're willing to tap into that message of what they do believe truly underneath it all.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, perfect. That's a perfect explanation. It's great. It's great. I think it's fantastic. And as I said, I've just used your poem to change a state when I needed it. Yes, if you don't have a copy, go get Sofle Pulse and go and hold your book out one more time. And can you say the title out loud for those who are just listening, please?

SPEAKER_01

It is the ultimate book of word spells, 21 Days to Miracles, Abundance, and Higher Guidance.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, and that's going to be on Amazon, is that right?

SPEAKER_01

You can pre-order the ebook already now, and then and then it will land in your in your Kindle or whatever on the 20th of November, and the paperback will also be available from that date as well.

SPEAKER_02

Just in time for Christmas, but I don't know when this is coming out as a podcast. Yeah, that's all right.

SPEAKER_00

That's right. November November 20 works for me. I can I'll have a look at my schedule and see if I can launch this on November 20. That'll be fun. All right, Olivia, is there anything else that you'd like to leave as a last thought to the people who are listening or watching out there?

SPEAKER_01

Thank you for sticking with us today and sharing the journey. And uh I just invite whoever's listening to trust your own intuition and inner guidance. And if part of that happens to involve this book of word spells or the soulful poems, then that would be wonderful. But yeah, but just uh follow me up on InsightTimer, Olivia D'Souza, and on Instagram. I've just set up a new, it's fairly new, my uh Instagram for this kind of stuff, which is Livy Meditations. And Livy is spelled L-I-V-V-I, and that is spelt that way because it was decided when I started doing kids' music that I'd do it under Livy, and I do it all with I so I can put hearts above all the eyes. So that helps you to remember how to spell it.

SPEAKER_00

Lovely. All right, and so if you're listening to this, if you click on Olivia's name in the episode description, that will take you directly to her website. So that will be the best way for you to get a copy of uh the book and to see all of social media and to connect with her if you'd like to connect with her. I know some people listening have their own podcast. So we'd like to wish you all the very best of luck for your I should reframe that, for your book launched on the November 20th. Let's just proclaim it and command that it will be successful.

SPEAKER_02

I have written my own mantra, but that's just for myself.

SPEAKER_00

That's good. Thank you once again for your time today. It was really beautiful to connect, and I look forward to reading your book.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you so much.

SPEAKER_02
