This is season 20, and the season is a little different over the years, this podcast has included many different modalities that I have been a practitioner of including past life work, spiritual releasement therapy work, mediumship, interviews and different forms of channeling.
[00:01:17] As my work has evolved, so has the direction of the podcast. This season 20 is called the "One Question Sessions". Each episode is simple. A guest comes onto the podcast with one question, something they want clarity on, something they're navigating or something that they feel ready to understand.
[00:01:37] I take a moment to clarify this question. Then I connect, bring through the being in the light who is most appropriate and authorized to answer the question. What you'll then hear is the full transmission. These are not edited for content and they're not structured as interviews. They're real sessions shared as they happened.
[00:01:58] The guests in this season have been invited. Many of them are authors and practitioners I've connected with through collaborative books and shared work, and I've also invited a number of others whose questions I felt would bring something meaningful to the podcast. You may not always understand the type of being or energy that comes through, and that's okay.
