Friction sneaks into the tiniest corners of our day: slow Wi‑Fi when we’re rushing, crumbs under bare feet, a missing school shirt at the exact wrong moment. I share a pragmatic path to reclaim flow at home by pairing simple Feng Shui principles with realistic systems that actually fit a busy life. No false promises, no perfection pressure—just honest tools that lower stress and help energy move.

Stary by naming the “boulders” that block a smooth day and separate what we can change from what we must carry. I walk through the foundations that make the biggest difference: reducing visual clutter so cortisol settles, creating a cleaning cadence you can keep in chaotic seasons, and treating your entry and first sightlines as emotional weather. From there, we build gentle routines: a one‑basket laundry loop that runs overnight, quick morning folds while the kids eat, and age‑appropriate put‑away habits. Food shopping gets a stress‑free upgrade with two small weekly deliveries, recurring slots booked four weeks ahead, and reminders to update baskets so you stop firefighting and start gliding.

Tech becomes a quiet ally, not a tyrant. A basic robot vacuum can remove the very real barrier of dragging out a hoover when you’re already exhausted. Timed reminders and simple automations turn “I should” into “already done,” freeing attention for care, creativity, and rest. With daily friction lowered, the home’s base energy becomes easier to feel and fine‑tune—opening windows, refreshing pathways, and letting rooms breathe. Challenges won’t vanish, but the reroute becomes clearer when your space supports you.

Try one small change, and notice what shifts. Subscribe for more grounded Feng Shui and share this with someone who’s ready for lighter days.

Back At The Desk, Setting Intent

SPEAKER_00

Hello, I'm Rachel. You could say I'm a modern-day Feng Shui consultant here to help you transform your home into a space that truly supports and uplifts you. My passion is showing you how to work with your home to unlock its full potential. I'm here to show you how to tap into the power that your home holds and make this powerful practice simple, accessible, and something everyone can use. Hello and welcome back to the Everyday Fang Shui podcast. This week we have got the intro and outro music bag. I'm not sat in the car. Um so yes, this is uh back to normal, back to my desk and potentially back to the snoring dog. If you've been here for a while, you will know him

Defining Friction In Modern Life

SPEAKER_00

well. So this week I want to um I want to touch on the topic of friction. Now I am no like high school or middle school science teacher, so we are not going um into that kind of um like a lesson. That's not what we're here for, but you know, I want to talk about friction because when I talk about friction, I am talking about um like life friction. So obviously, I work in the world of energy. Energy is my thing. I said to my husband yesterday, remember I'm very, very sensitive to energy, and he laughed at me. Um, but it is my thing, and therefore I feel like I feel friction really easily. Um, and that quite often comes out in a way, like in a negative way, and I really don't like that bit of me. So frustration with things when they don't go my way, frustration um with you know, little annoyances and things like that, because I just feel like you know, I'm I feel so much that I was put on this planet to live in this flow state, and I think you know, obviously I work in this world of Feng Shui, and that is what it's it's what everything is about on an energetic level is making your home kind of flow and be supportive of you. But in the real world, we cannot have that as an existence constantly, like anybody that tells you that whether it be this practice of Feng Shui or law of attraction or manifestation or whatever it is, there is not a single practice on this planet that can um change the modern world that we live in, right? So we are forever having input from other people, we are forever having input from things, and like, oh my goodness me, do not get me wrong. I have well, what day am I on now? Day 14. I'm on day 14 of the magic, and that is every single day, every single morning, giving gratitude to 10 things, along with other

Gratitude, Tech Blessings And Limits

SPEAKER_00

different practices throughout the day, and then um a beautiful like magic rock practice at the end of the day, which is sitting with this magic rock, which is my gorgeous citrine um crystal, and thinking about all of the wonderful things that have happened that day, and um, and then just focusing in on the best thing, and you know, I'm saying all of this with such huge gratitude for all of the things that we do experience as part of this modern day world. So, you know, technology, oh my goodness, are we not beyond blessed? Oh my god, are we not beyond blessed? Obviously, my god, let's not go down the route of you know social media and the bad things about technology because obviously it's double-edged sword and all that stuff. But are we not beyond blessed to be able to contact people on the other side of the world? Are we not beyond blessed to be able to do things like this? Like, you know, have conversations with people who might not be with us. Are we not beyond blessed for all of the incredible things that technology brings us? However, in saying that, when you have, we live in this modern-day world, and I joke with I joke with people like you know, in shops and stuff all the time when the card reader's not working, or um, you know, Apple pays down on your phone, or you need to search for something online, and it feels like you have to do it immediately because we now live in a world where immediate isn't fast enough, and your 4G is a bit slow, or your Wi-Fi is down, and that's the kind of friction I'm talking about. Um, and I find things like that they really grind my gears because I just want to go through my life with complete and utter ease, um, with no inconveniences whatsoever. Thank you very much, that would be lovely, but that's not the real world. Um, and you know, I'm saying this with jest because I think probably most of us, if you're listening to me and you're with me frequently, then you know, maybe you are like me and you are a busy mum, and you know, we haven't got time for that. We have not got time for that. We have not got time for things to not be working as we need them to work, right? So things like that, um, they they do cause me some some

Realism About Energy And Everyday Strain

SPEAKER_00

friction. However, on a more serious note, the wider friction, you know, of life potentially, um, and when I say life, obviously we can't change the circumstances that we are in in the immediate. We cannot change immediately what is around us. We have to, you know, curate our way into and out of of different scenarios and situations. Um, you can't just say, I want to be a millionaire and then be a millionaire. Like that that doesn't that doesn't happen. And it can't, you know, it can't happen. You can't just put in an order immediately to the universe to be a millionaire and immediately get a million pounds. Like that doesn't happen. You might win the lottery. You might win the lottery. Who knows? But no one's just gonna come and knock on the door, are they, and say, It's a million. Because that's not real. That's that's that's not real life, and I'm never gonna be the person who sits here and says to you um anything different, to be honest, because I have a very um pragmatic and realistic approach to all of this, uh, because personally I feel like that's the um moral and authentic way of kind of spreading this. Like, you know, I believe so heavily, so heavily in energy and feng shui and all of those things, but also I'm absolutely not the person to sit here and and give false promises. I'm not the person that is going to sit here and give some false sense of um what life is like because for some of us, you know, and again, sometimes I think this is why um maybe I'm in this world, you know. For some of us, life doesn't look the same,

Winter Moods And Finding A Way Out

SPEAKER_00

you know. My life as a mum of three with one child who is particularly, particularly high needs, with another child who has crippling anxiety, um, and a seven-year-old boy like just thrown into the mix, my life doesn't look the same. I don't have I have the same number of hours in the day, but I don't have the same number of hours in the day as somebody else. And you know, there are situations that we all have to work around, and I don't ever want to be the person who has almost that toxic posity, like doesn't give any validity to the things that people are struggling with in life because I've been that person, and actually to a degree, I still am that person, where that side of me is not validated. Um, and you know, that comes from a place of how can people validate what you're going through and what you're dealing with as a as a in my situation as a parent when they don't live or experience that themselves, like it's all it's really difficult to to do that. So I suppose, like, you know, in terms of the the friction that I'm talking about, I'm talking about your your everyday. So, what can we do in our everyday to reduce the friction that we are feeling um uh at how we're going about our day? So, you know, I'm encouraging everybody, especially at this time of year, especially at this time of year, if you are listening in the UK. I had a um just gonna go off piste here for just a second. I had a thing from um Buzz Sprout, who are basically the kind of hosting people behind the web behind the podcast. Um it's all very technological, I don't really understand it if I'm honest, but apparently this podcast reached reaches 63 different countries. My mind, my little mind, sitting in my home in Horsford, in Norfolk, in my normal house with you know my microphone from Amazon. Um my mind is blown, literally blown. So don't ever understand underestimate the power of Feng Shui because here we are. However, anyway, I digress. If you are listening from the UK, we are obviously in still in the depths of winter, and there is a lot of cloud. There's a lot of cloud, there is a lot of grey, and there is a lot of rain, and that is often troubling in terms of people's mood and things, and then when you add like a friction on top of that, if you've got friction in your kind of day-to-day life, you know what I'm saying is it just gets on top of you a little bit, and there are not enough people, in my opinion, saying, Hey, this can get on top of you, and that's okay, but let's try and find a way out of it. That's the key, right? Let's try and find a way out of it. And this is how I started Instagram a year ago, where you know, on the 1st of January, I was like, right, anybody that is struggling, we are going to do seven days, and these are the seven things that I want you to do, and I want you to stack them each day. Is I think we did things like um making the bed, opening the windows, all that kind of stuff, real base level stuff just to try and improve um our mood and improve the energy

Audit Your Day For Hidden Boulders

SPEAKER_00

around us. And you know, when we're looking at friction in our homes, I'm encouraging everybody that listens and and follows me on social media to basically do like an audit of in your day what are the things that you feel like are blocking your path. So let's say you wake up in the morning and you have just got this most beautiful, you know, you can imagine it in your, you know, in your head if you want to, like this most stunning, long, straight, you can have a few wines in there if you like, just but scenic, gorgeous route ahead, and that is your day from the beginning of your day to the end of the day, this beautiful scenic route. And what are the things that come and stick a boulder on that road whereby you then need to kind of divert? So it may be, you know, if you are a parent, it might be things like your child having a tantrum, or in my case, my son refusing to go to school, or you know, whatever it might be. And there will be things that you can do something about and therefore remove the boulder, or there might be things that you can't do anything about at all. So thinking about frictions that we can um that we can change, you know, I'm talking about like automating your life a little bit, so working it's getting to a point whereby we're working through our day proactively rather than reactively, because again, I think, especially as kind of modern-day busy women who is pretty much who listens to my weekly ramblings on here, so because we are so overloaded, we come at life in a reactive way, and you kind of are always on the back

Proactive Systems Beat Reactive Living

SPEAKER_00

foot. Now, flow comes from not always, but flow is certainly helped by being proactive rather than reactive, and it's finding those things in life that you can be proactive about rather than reactive about. So I'm gonna list a few things um because I get so much feedback from people um on my social media when I share like hacks and things, and I hate the word hacks, I really, really hate the word hacks, uh, because I think we can't hack our way through life, right? Like life is life, and we just hacking through life is not a human experience. I want to experience it all. However, there are you know shortcuts and cheats and all that kind of stuff that I personally lean upon. I don't know whether you call them shortcuts or whether just I don't know what you call it. Um, I'm not sure. But I'm gonna share a few of those and they might highlight a few things in your life that you are working reactively to.

Cleanliness, Clutter And Energy Flow

SPEAKER_00

So the biggest one for me is keeping on top of my home in terms of cleaning and decluttering and stuff. And I know I harp about harp on about this all the time, but it is because you know, when we're talking about the fundamentals of Feng Shui and we're talking about friction in particular, whether you like it or not, Feng Shui does rely on having a not, you know, we're not talking about a pristine home, we're not talking about having a completely minimalist home, we're talking about having a home that is loved and cared for, ultimately. So we need to be pouring our energy into our home in order for it to look after us. But also when we are looking at the actual energetics, energy has to be able to move, and if it is constantly um caught up in clutter or can't move through a space because there's just so much stuff in it, or um, you know, stagnant energy that is just dust and cobwebs and things, unfortunately, you know, that that isn't ideal. So keeping my home in a tidy and clean manner, I know for me, has a huge impact on everything. It has a huge impact on my mental health, because everything that is, you know, they call I think they call it like visual visual clutter or visual overwhelm, whereby, you know, if you're seeing all of these things that you basically know are a job, so if your home is is got is I don't know, like if you know that you are affected by your home, and you know that you are affected by um having your house organized and tidy, but you are not in a position yet whereby you're living in the environment that you kind of are craving, that will be like this constant job and to-do list, which is just spiking your cortisol. You know, look at the biology of it, it's just spiking your cortisol constantly because you are forever on go mode. You are you just can't relax in that environment because you are forever looking at this to-do list. So for me, having a system of looking after my home and making sure that it is, you know, it is never gonna, it is our homes are never going to be perfect, they are never gonna be perfect. People live in them and they're meant to hold that. Like our homes are meant to be the places of that memories are created that our kids grow up in that you know that holds our whole life, and having a perfect environment to do that is actually not not great, is it? Like we want we don't want it to be kind of sterile, we want to show, we want it to be, we want to feel, and all of those beautiful things, but you know, it's

Eight Years To A Manageable Home

SPEAKER_00

about making sure that life can flow in that home. And for me, the organized my method is how I have for the last I don't know, eight years, easily eight years, kept on top of my home. Um, and I absolutely love it, and I recommend it to absolutely everybody. In fact, I reached out to the organized, actually, they're called called the organized method now. And I reached Gemma, Gemma did a podcast with me way back when, um, sort of near the beginning, and I reached out to her team last month to ask. This is how much I absolutely bank on her method, is that I reached out to her team about a month ago to ask if there was any way of me being able to gift the app as part of my alignment service, which is like my um, you know, my main service that I provide from a Feng Shui perspective because it's so, so important. Um unfortunately that's not doable, so I'm really sad about that. But there might be other ways that I can work around it. I'm not sure. I need to I need to look into it a little bit more. But um, yeah, I think having a system for that, a proactive system. Now, again, on this note, it is not, it has taken me those eight years to get to this point with my home. And we live in this world, as I said earlier, like instant isn't fast enough for us anymore. And we've we've somehow we've got to lose that because so many people know that they are so affected by their home, but maybe they are you know drowning in it, and I was I was that person knowing that my home was affecting me, but I was literally weighed down by my husband. Used to keep his bike in my kitchen. Like, I don't know how I've told this story a hundred times. He used to keep his bike in the kitchen.

Laundry, Routines And Family Roles

SPEAKER_00

Every time I wanted to hoover the kitchen, I had three children under five and a dog. Remember, like that's how much do I need to hoover my kitchen? Every time I had to hoover my kitchen, I had to move that damn bike. Not that I'm bitter, you know, things like having the buggy living in under the stairs and all of just the kids' toys. I it's the saying three children under five, we had jumparoos, we had noisy ride-on horses, we had trampolines, we had all the stuff, all the stuff, all the stuff, and I was drowning. Like I couldn't clean my house because I don't know if any of you are familiar with um toddlers and babies, but don't get an awful lot of hands to yourself to be able to do things like that. And you know, I was in the thick, thick of motherhood with a poorly baby in the middle there as well for five six years, and so it is only coming out of the other end of that that I have really been able to get a handle on my house, and that hasn't happened overnight. It hasn't happened overnight, it has been such a process, um, you know, and you can do this you can do some major stuff pretty quickly, can't you? Like you can literally go through a house and go through a room by room, a room a week and go bin it, bin it, bin it, bin it, bin it, or recycle it, whatever. And you can do that, but then until you have the systems in place for those things to not just creep back in, you're just fighting a losing battle. And that's what I mean about being proactive and having decent systems in place to be able to reduce the friction that you are surrounded by. So a way of whatever it doesn't have to you. Know just because I love the organized method doesn't mean that everybody does. But finding something that works for you around the life that you lead with the lifestyle that you have is so important, so that it's not something that you just get to

Tech Helpers: Robot Vacuums And Barriers

SPEAKER_00

when you get to it, or that you feel begrudged doing because you're giving up your weekend, or you know, whatever it is. So working with things like that is really, really handy. The same with laundry, we ditched every single laundry basket. I only have one um space which collects anything, and that is by the washing machine because I only do one white wash a week. I am not doing multiple white washes, all the school shirts go in this one basket, and then I wash them at the weekend. But everything else that we wear is put is put straight into the washing machine of an evening and it is set to wash overnight and it is put into the dryer in the morning. It is folded whilst the kids eat breakfast, and then it is put upstairs on everybody's independent beds, ready to go away when you know, either later whilst they're in the bath, or my elder two are well, my oldest one she can now do it herself. My youngest one is actually pretty good at doing his himself, my middle one is old enough, but that just doesn't happen. Um, and we're working on it, and that but that's fine. So we have a system that works for us that means that laundry no longer is a problem and it doesn't really pile up. Um, you know, so finding systems that work for you with the trigger point. So you might not have an issue with keeping on top of your home, you might not have an issue with um doing your laundry, you might not find those other things that sticks the boulders in the road of your day and in that beautiful meandering kind of pathway. So you need to identify what the things are that put the boulders in in your flow, in your way, and see if there's things that you can do about it. Other things for me, I mean, I have shared my beautiful robot vacuum

Food Shopping Systems That Stick

SPEAKER_00

on social media. Um, it's an absolute game changer. It is an absolute game changer if you have got a busy home. Um just set it. I mean, I set mine off now. Um, I did get a new one for Christmas. I'm very excited about it. It's got a mop function and everything. Oh my goodness, it's a game changer and it's self-emptying. Oh literal perfection. Um, but again, I've had a robot Hoover for four years and I've only just upgraded to a proper smart one that can map and stuff because I wasn't in the period of life where that was important. I had the cheapest version that I could get my hands on just so something could pick up some of the crumbs. This is what I mean. Let's stop aiming for perfection, let's just aim for some help. So, you know, if you can get yourself, I think I picked up my first one for £99 off Amazon, and it was the best thing that I have ever spent £99 on. The difference it made to my life was unreal. Unreal. So that is a huge recommend from me to put one of those in if you struggle with keeping on top of like if you again, if you're like me and you just hate the feeling of bits underneath your toes, and maybe you've got children and you're constantly like that they're picking up dog hair onto their feet and absolute game changer. Um, and the again, the the friction that that reduced for me because it's a bit like you know, back in my back in my old life once upon a time, you know, my initial training was in the fitness industry, and we used to talk about goal setting, and we would talk specifically about the things that would uh be barriers. We used to talk about barriers to exercise and what is it that um are barriers for people doing the thing that they set out to do, you know, and it might be like having to get your kit out at 5 a.m. or I don't know, whatever it is. Um, and a barrier for me for hoovering was always like, I've got to get the damn hoover out, I've got to move the bike, I've got to plug it in, and then I've got to like push it around, and then you know, and it's ridiculous to think about it, but when you are in the trenches of life, actually that's a huge barrier. It's just something that you haven't got time for or the energy for, frankly. So if you can make it easier for yourself, it is an absolute, you know, there are so many things, and this is what I mean about being so blessed with technology, right? What world do we live in now whereby you can just press? I mean, I've got an app on my phone, it's absolutely bonkers. Press an app on my phone and my Hoover goes around. It is crazy. Um, but

Habit Loops To Lower Friction

SPEAKER_00

yes, they are that is an absolute game changer. The other thing that again, if you are living this ridiculously busy life as I am, um, supermarket delivery. Hundred percent. That was a massive friction for me. Um, when am I going to get into the supermarket? How am I gonna find the time to do it? Um, what if the kids are off and I've got to drag them around with me? Oh my goodness, mate, an absolute no. So just spending a tiny bit of time, and again, I didn't I didn't wake up one day and go, right, let's overhaul my life. I did one thing at a time, one thing at a time. So it might have taken me three months to have got into the rhythm of working with cleaning my home and getting it to a point whereby every day wasn't like a massive, massive task, and it might have taken me, gosh, it's taken me a long time to get on board, not on board with, but to nail down my supermarket delivery. The number of times that I have had historically 16 bananas delivered from Tesco's, I cannot count to the point whereby they now, if I well, I don't forget anymore because I've now got this beautiful new system, but if when I was forgetting forgetting regularly, which not only caused a problem because then we didn't have any food, like there was no food in the house because I'd forgotten to go to the supermarket or hadn't gone to the supermarket knowing that I was going to get a delivery, but then I hadn't updated the delivery, so it was just this, and then there's another job, right? So it's just so much friction. So, and I did that for years trying to find the best way of doing it. Um, so now I have reminders. I

From Daily Friction To Home Energy

SPEAKER_00

mean, again, oh my goodness, thank God Lord for technology because my phone reminds me. So I now have a reminder. I have a in fact, I'm trying a new system which is working really, really well for trying to keep on not on top of our food costs, but we it's more a case of like eating better for me. So I was only having a delivery once a week, and we would be finding that by kind of Tuesday, Wednesday, the kids had eaten through 27 pinnace of strawberries that we'd ordered, and we didn't have any fresh fruit left, as in you know, for their lunch boxes, and we didn't have any bananas left. Oh my god! So, or milk and that would it that would be it, it would be the fruit, the berries, the milk, the bread. So we would nip off to um the corner shop, the little shop down the road, which is another job, which is another friction because we haven't got time in our life necessarily to be doing that. Um, but not we wouldn't just go and buy the things that we needed, we would then be like, oh god, fancy that for dinner, or the kids are with me. Oh, can I have this and can I have that? And can I have this massive thing of biscuits? And or you're just like, Do you know what? I deserve a treat because this week has been been a week. Um so now I'm doing two deliveries a week, uh, which is on a Friday and a Tuesday, so I do a Friday morning and I do a Tuesday evening, and so far it has been an absolute game changer, and because they are smaller shops, it's literally taking me, it's literally taking me about 15 minutes to put the stuff in the basket, which is um yeah, it's been a bit of a game changer. So my phone reminds me every Saturday morning to book the week's slots for four weeks' time. So I have the same slot at the same time on the same day, and I book it four weeks ahead. And then again, I think I think it's because I have the Tesco app, I'm not sure. I don't know, but some magical way my phone tells me two

Support, Lived Experience And Next Steps

SPEAKER_00

days before and the day before that I need to update my basket, and it's become I've now become habitual. Um, so that's been really helpful. And this is what I mean about like again reducing the friction. Habits, building habits is reducing friction because it you know you do it automatically and you get it on autopilot. Um so I would highly recommend if you are living this world of never getting time to go to the supermarket, just give yourself an evening if you can, whilst you're putting the kids to bed, sit on their floor if you're still somebody like me. Like I still sit with two out of three of my children for them to go to sleep because that's the only way they'll go to sleep. So I'm spending, you know, a sizable amount of time per week sat on dark bedroom floors, and that's fine because that's what they need right now. But I'm you rather than rather than sitting on the Instagram and doom scrolling, I am trying to make that time productive by either doing the the shop, or if you are not at that point

Teasing The 2026 Energy Guide

SPEAKER_00

whereby you've got these systems in place, just try and use a bit of that time to think of what it is that you can do or set up the thing that you can do to just make your life a bit easier. Because even if we are not talking about the energetic friction of Feng Shui, even if we are not talking about, you know, the stuff that I do for work, this kind of rebalancing of energy and the friction that comes from that that you can't even see, we can remove the friction that you are perfectly aware of, you know, that's with relative ease. Um, because you because you feel it every day and you experience it every day. So that is where I would start if you are just feeling at this time of year, like you know, maybe it's like three steps forward, two steps back, have a look, think about that road, think about this beautiful meandering road ahead of you, and what are the things that dump a boulder in the way that you've then got to dig another path? And if you can do something about those boulders, if there is a way of you fixing those boulders, then you know try and implement whatever changes they are that that that you need there, um, because that really does make a huge, huge difference. And then once you have dealt with those sorts of frictions in your world, then you can start being more you'll find that you are more aware of the like the base energy of your home. So at the minute you might be feeling frustrated by the by your life and the things that are just kind of happening, but if we can clear the decks, if we can just

Closing Wishes And Sign Off

SPEAKER_00

you know get to a point whereby we are in touch with our homes, we can then then we are more able to feel sort of what's going on with them. And that then, when you are then working not only in a life that has less friction because you've automated and you've systemed and it's all kind of as it needs to be, and then you've got a home that you can then start really tweaking the energy of and removing the friction, like that undertone of friction, then it's then it's a different ball game. You know, then it is a different ball game, and again, it is not gonna be a situation whereby boulders never land on your road. That isn't reality, that isn't gonna happen. But when we reduce the friction, the energetic friction, and we balance everything that is kind of going on in the undertones of your home, those rerutes that you have to make. So, in my situation, you know, my son not going to school or whatever it might be, my daughter like having a panic attack at school like she did yesterday. Um the dealing of those with those situations becomes easier, and the path that you need to carve out is almost like carved out for you. That's the difference. Um, so yeah, have a little think about the things that are causing you in particular friction right now. And if you get to the point whereby you think, no, I just need no friction anywhere, I need my home not to hold any friction. Um, you know, that's what I'm here for. That's what I do, that is my everyday. If you want to get in contact with me because you're looking at your life and you're going, I've got no idea, no idea where to start. I am, I mean, I am not a life coach. I'm not a life coach, but I have been in such desperate situations. Um in the not wildly distant future distant past, sorry, it's not that long since life was very desperately difficult for me. And I remember it very well. And I'm always, I'm always, always at the end of an email for anybody who's you know, I can't necessarily help, I can't change circumstances. But if there are things that I feel that I can advise, um, because I've through my own lived experience, not through necessarily my expertise and my job, but just like person to person, heart to heart, human to human, I will always do it if I can. So um, yeah, reach out if you if you feel that that um is something that you potentially um want some guidance on, but yeah, have a look at the things that are showing up from a friction perspective. Um, I am going to be doing the uh a whole thing on 2026 because there is so much, there is so much floating around information-wise at the minute, and I'm seeing it in bits and bits and bits, and it's annoying me. Because how is anybody meant to decipher this all? So I'm gonna do record um a training, but I'll probably do it as a podcast as well, um, all about 2026. So talking about the annual one numerology combined with our cycle nine numerology, combined with our fire horse energy, combined with all sorts of other little things, and some tips and tricks that everybody can, everybody, literally everybody can do to support their 2026, even if you've not had your home energetically analysed. Um, you'll be able to put these things in place as well. Because again, it's really important to me to know that everybody can do a little bit of something, even if you don't have the funds to be able to kind of supercharge a home. We need to be able to start somewhere, and that is so super important to me. So, until next week, I don't know that it'll be next week that I record it, um, but it will be soon. I don't know what I'm gonna, I don't know, who knows what will come to me next week to talk to you about. I'm still not organised, I'm still on the back of Christmas um break, so I'm literally um in the process of planning and things now. So who knows what will come um as of next week is all part of the fun and the joy and the journey, isn't it? So, but until then, I hope you have a beautiful, beautiful week. I hope that you have some blue sky and sunshine where you are. I hope that your vibes are high and everybody is fit, well, and healthy. And I'll speak to you really, really soon.
