Hello, hello, bienvenue one to Entre Podcasters. Yo soy Carolina Magic, your host, and this is an episode of Diario Una Podcaster CEO. These are an episode where I want a little bit of camera of what happened in Podlatinas, and I think I compare my experience what happened, and if it's something that happens and no, or interesting what we are doing, and application in your life. So this week I'm going to talk about that I still have realmente without much strategies at the time. I'll be sincere with this because I am expert, but it's what we are providing. And this is because I think it's important that we're CEOs of our negotiations to see what options are, and what options adapt to our methods of negotiation, and obviously to what we're day. So you know, and we'll see in all of the episodes of Diario of the Podcaster CEO, as I comment. Really, the Instagram means a little bit like no me encanta, but I think it's important is that definitively to build a man to connect with your community. And obviously, in Potlatinas, one of our values more important is the part of community and creating community. It's kind of like your life, the only thing that passes and passes one and one, and one post, and one post, and one post, and it's like you don't think that the gentle is that engaged. What I think, okay, it's a lot that's terrible, it's something that necessarily. Obviously, we are applicable, we're gonna have material, because obviously we are doing ads and the gente that is an ad and you don't send that community. So we're seeing that I think that entrepodcasters I don't know what the time we have done more form, and this is the first time of the group of WhatsApp. So I was active, but this was when I decided to delegate the publication. The strategy is my messages I gave you, but I was gonna say my equipping for public those things that if you stay in a reunion or not me. So I publica, we have a strategy for our group, the group of the community that is Entre Podcasters, and I'm just in the process of our group that was the accelerator, which is Pod Latinas Insider. We're just in this camp and we are active. But let's curious that the Entre Podcasters, that was the first semana that we really were actively in the moment that we got the chat, because the chat is two days and other days, just for the people, because we don't convince in a group where the people not to promotion their podcast. When we went to the people about the episode of the semana, what we had to say for the program. Obviously, ah, full of programme that I'm saying at television, and faltan yachts volver a pod latina full time, but no nosperamos. Okay, it was wow! And you're not the comment that I don't know and comment much more this project, okay, like there are things that were. Definitively impacted positively. And certainly we don't have an implementation in vivo in the sense that because we have an upgrade to one or something special, they have access to me one to one, but if they can't in a whole moment, they can say in this group, and they respond, oh yo, or alone of my group. And so it's chévere, because we're seeing why we can see the engagement of this group for that else being a more service, but at the final year this is what I want, you know? And so I can tell you, and you know that the ultimate semas have been semas that have been not the notifications, or not have been, but these things that in all the time I'm content with WhatsApp, possibly when you have a time, because I don't really enjoy something that you don't have provided, that necessarily have results like. But I think in a future I can compare a little bit more and with numbers all that happened, but let's say I think it's something that is aligned, and we are doing like podcasters, the podcast, the newsletter, and the group of WhatsApp. It's like this triangle that we're doing and I want to be the people. So now I will tell you what we were, but for now I think that it's bad. And I've been super cool, I can compart this with you and get this notice that it's functional.
