175: Diario de una Podcaster CEO 9: No todo es Podcasting

PodLatinas | Carolina Maggi

SPEAKER_00:

Hello, hello, one to Entra Podcasters Podcast. I'm Carolina Magic, the host, and this is an episode of Diario and a Podcaster CEO. This is what we're doing with episodes on the camera, what is what happens in a negotiation and how we're creating my podcast, what we were on the language of this podcast that is Entre Podcasters, and a little bit of the negotiation, how are the comments and what we are working on semana to semaine. And this is the episode that we have. But let's talk, I'm gonna get a diary, and let's tell you a little bit of what happened and the importance of that podcast function for your work and that notes of a negotiation, because there are semas that nobody dedicated time to your podcast. And that's what happened in these two semas. It's possible that you escuch these videos, and I hope that they are, and if not, if you escuch this, and enter a little bit more about what happened, but I did the language of this podcast and other projects that I've been doing from Pod Latinas with a network on which I work in television, and it's a project super grande. And the fact that these semas were dedicated totally to this project. And it's fun because my negotiation in Pod Latinas would roll if you don't have something this week specifically for the podcast. There are things that just grab, as you said, there are things that just were planificated, the equippers were working in this, and these two semas of this project from Podlatinas, and the only thing I was in the Pod Latinos was to attend to the clients who were one, they had a reunion with our alumni, but there was nothing that we have in the podcast. All the rest were rodent. Uh, I don't know. No. These two semas when I was, because for those who don't know, as you grab this and a few semasures of difference. When you watch it, but obviously it's part of this system that we have in Potlatinas, because if I was what I did at the end, I think if you grab the semana that started the podcast, you got sick these two semas. So that's the idea. The idea is that one, one would have a colchón to serve. Come on, they were episodes new, no, all the planification of the promotion is within. In this case, as I comment in episodes anterior, the part of Instagram was Carolina Neira, which is part of our area of marketing and all that we have branding and visual brand. I put the strategy, they have the execution, it has a sense in this moment. And the podcast rode because it was like it had to be, the podcast that we had to public sort of interruption. And that's what I want to see, because that's the difference between a podcaster who is in what we say, or it's like, or that other thing. No, I'm retrasada. Devon episode because I need to sit down. No, you don't want to do it of that manner. I want to be strategic. At the final year, there's a phrase that you use much of Pod Latinas, and at the final is your negotiation, your network is your negotiation, and your podcast is the machine for expanding your network. And if you have your podcast, imagine that you're like, I don't want to get this project that I have, with the which I obviously generate ingredients because I'm going to grab the episode of the podcast. Or I think oh the podcast notes. This has a planification, you can do all these things, and as I said, this was a proof of a photo. Really not necessarily to those who are, but the podcast lanced in the moment that you commence this project. And it was possible to see it because I grabbed it, and then after I was in the project, it was like I pregnated the two episodes, that's what I mean I encourage, it's what I recommend. But that's the idea, I started producing podcasts of other people, but I was sufficient for taking a colchon, and then there were two or two episodes after me to work, or they had to be in the official of this project, because obviously we had reunions, they had many things, and there were episodes that I was in the road. And these two semas nothing for the podcast. And the podcast crew, they entered people at the list of emails. And this I can comment because not all is a podcast. When you work from a CEO, a podcaster CEO, not all the podcasts. The podcast is an argument, it's a piece, a piece obviously fundamental, but your podcast will be afraid that you dedicate. Obviously, not that you can disappear and not, because the podcast is, but a time, that you can have two or three semanas of vacations and that you don't have your podcast, and your podcast is rolling. This is what you need with a podcast. Okay? At the final year, not podcast, which is the year this seminar, and these ultimate two semas nothing, but I can tell you that nothing and that we are. And this is what I'm saying that's not. And we're the semana in another Enter Podcasters Podcast. Chao, Mm.
